Military trend for my day a day

Como lo prometido es deuda… aquí os traigo el post de hoy con las fotos de cuerpo completo y con más detalle de la chaqueta militar que tanto os gustó el otro día en mis redes sociales.

Desde que conocí la marca The Extreme Collection y además he tenido el honor de convertirme en una de sus embajadoras la verdad es que no dejo de enamorarme de todos sus diseños pero sobre todo y especialmente de las chaquetas. De hecho me he traído dos aquí a Nueva York que os iré enseñando estos días, ¡me gustan todas!

Esta que llevo hoy en concreto la combiné con unos jeans vaqueros por los detalles que lleva la blazer en manga y cuellos. Además los botones dorados, el cuello mao y corte abierto por abajo y los adornos de espigas bordadas en el centro de la blazer son unos detalles muy originales y desde mi punto de vista muy trendi. Escogí complementos en mostaza a juego: un maxi clutch con borla y mis salones con lazo en la puntera.

Es un look a simple vista sencillo pero pienso que la chaqueta aporta mucha fuerza y elegancia para un día más de reuniones y de trabajo.

As I promised you last week here I show you in today’s post the full body pics and all the details of the military jacket that you liked so much the other day on my social networks that I was wearing for a meeting.

Since I met The Extreme Collection brand and I’ve had the honor of becoming one of its ambassadors the truth is that I keep falling in love with all their designs but mostly and especially with all their blazers. In fact I have brought two here with me to New York that I will be showing you these days, I like them all!

This particular day I combined this military style with a same color jeans matching the blazer details on sleeves and collars. The gold buttons, the closed collar, the bottom open court and the embroidered details on the center of the blazer are very original details and from my point of view so cool and trendy. I chose mustard matching accessories: my maxi clutch with tassel and my heels with bow on the toe.

It is a simple look at first sight but I really think that the jacket provides a special strength and elegance for one more day of meetings and work.

¡¡VIERNESSS!!

Despido la semana con este look para otro día de trabajo pero más relajado, esta vez cambiando los tacones por mis adoradas sneakers. Llevo una blazer de cuadros que aunque no lo parezca es de lana gorda así que me abriga para ir de reunión en reunión en coche. Debajo llevo un jersey negro con pequeñas tachuelas plateadas. Opté por unos pantalones grises de vestir para dar el toque elegante y formal al estilismo y las sneakers dan el punto más deportivo y también moderno porque llevan cuero negro y estampado de serpiente. ¿Qué os parece esta propuesta?

Espero que disfrutéis de vuestro finde, yo tengo bastantes planes esta noche y mañana así que espero que también me sobre algún ratito para descansar y estar tranquila en casa, que a mi eso también me encanta.

Last day of the working week and I show you this last look for another day of work but more relaxed, this time changing heels for my beloved sneakers. I’m wearing a checkered blazer crop style, it’s wool made so it’s perfect for the cold to go by car from meeting to meeting. I also was wearing a black jersey with small silver studs. I opted for a gray suit pants to give the elegant and formal styling touch and my sneakers gave the sportiest point and modern because they have black and snake print leather. What do you think about this proposal for a working day, working girl?

Hope you all enjoy your weekend. I have many night plans tonight and tomorrow… hope to have also some time to myself and to rest at home because I really need and enjoy those moments too…

I just can’t get enough of…

Nunca me cansaré de… el color negro. Nuevo día de trabajo en la capital y estoy muy contenta de poder iros enseñando ya algunos de mis regalitos de reyes… Hoy es el turno de mi nuevo bolso negro.

Quería concretamente uno que fuese negro (mi color favorito ya lo sabéis) y que pudiese colgármelo. También tenía que ser espacioso para llevar mis imprescindibles del día a día pero no tanto como para que no lo pudiese llevar a modo de bandolera. Así que este es el que han escogido SSMM hehe, ¿os gusta?

Y como no podía ser de otra manera vuelvo a escoger a mi mezcla top de colores: el blanco y negro. Llevo una blazer con estampado étnico, una sudadera negra con mensaje con letras blancas, una falda de cuero negra corta y mis adorables botas de cuero altas. Muchas veces me habéis comentado que os gusta cuando me hago coleta, que no suelo hacérmela nunca excepto para hacer deporte o algo por el estilo… pues ayer me decidí a hacérmela porque la verdad es que no me vi tan mal hehe, ¡espero que os guste! Además el coletero de flores en tonos negros y rosas contrasta con el resto del outfit.

I just can’t get enough of… black color. New working day at the city and today I’m so happy to can show you another of my Xmas presents… Today is the turn of my new black shoulder bag.

I specifically wanted one in black color (my favorite color and you already know it) and that I could wear it as a shoulder bag. It also had to be big enough to carry on my essentials for my day a day but not that big that I could not wear it as a shoulder bag. So this one is the one that your Majesties have chosen for me hehe, do you like it?

And of course I returned again to my top mix of colors: black and white. I was wearing a blazer with ethnic print, a black hoodie with white letters message, a short black leather skirt and my beloved high leather boots musketeers style. You have told me many times that you like it when I’m wearing ponytail, I usually never use it I really don’t know why except for sports or something like that… but yesterday I decided to wear it because the truth is that I didn’t see it as bad as I thought, I hope you like it! Besides the floral ponytail holder in black and pink colors contrast with the rest of the outfit.

Tile color rocks it

No es rojo valentino… no es marrón… tampoco naranja… se le conoce como color teja y va cogiendo protagonismo a medida que avanza la temporada.

Yo no he podido resistirme más a enseñaros esta blazer en este color que he diseñado yo misma, ¿qué os parece a vosotros? Ya sabéis que yo soy muy simple y que tiendo más al estilo clásico, de ahí el corte amplio y largo y la doble botonadura pero he querido añadir un toque más moderno y roquero con las cadenas que lleva en las hombreras. Como acabo de mencionar sabéis que para mi día a día me gusta vestir con colores sencillos y sin mucho estampado, por eso combiné la chaqueta con una camiseta negra y unos jeans negros cortados. Como calzado escogí unas slip-on sneakers doradas a juego con complementos dorados: cinturón con letras doradas, collar de varias vueltas, bolso negro y maxi gafas de sol.

It’s not valentino red… it’s not brown… either orange… it is tile color and it is becoming more trendy as the season goes forward.

I couldn’t resist anymore to show you this blazer in this color who I have personally designed for me, what do you think about it? You know that I am a very simple woman and I tend more to the classic style, because of that the wide and long cut and double breasted but I also wanted to add a more modern and rocker touch with those golden chains on the shoulders. As I have just mentioned before you know that for my day a day I like to dress up with simple colors without much print, so I combined this jacket with a black t-shirt and black ripped jeans. All the complements were in gold too: a belt with golden letters, some necklaces, a black shoulder bag and my XL sunnies. All matching my gold slip-on sneakers.

Monday of meetings

¡Comenzamos nueva semana!

La verdad es que no se quién dijo que los lunes son aburridos (como comenté hace poco en mis redes sociales) porque yo desde luego ¡no paro! Suele ser el día que más meetings, llamadas, mails pendientes, fotos… tengo pendiente, así que para mi son bastante intensos hehe.

Y para tantas reuniones de trabajo ya sabéis que me gusta ir más arreglada pero siempre dentro de mi estilo y con un toque moderno. Por eso la propuesta que os traigo hoy para un lunes de trabajo mezcla el estilo denim con toques más elegantes. Los jeans rotos son claramente el complemento más informal del outfit mientras que con una camisa blanca básica y una blazer por ejemplo azul de tweed como esta por encima conseguiréis ese toque más serio y arreglado. Suelo utilizar tacones para estilizar más mi figura y dar una impresión de mujer más mayor en los meetings (que con lo “mini” que soy si encima voy con vaqueros y plana… hahaha). El toque más roquero lo conseguí con el cinturón negro con hebilla plateada que es un complemento estilo cowboy que tanto se va a llevar esta temporada. Los sombreros siempre me parecen un buen accesorio para los días de lluvia y personalmente me gusta tener mil en varios colores. Como accesorios escogí mi nuevo mini bolso bandolera en azul eléctrico con cadena plateada que parece pequeño pero me cabe lo necesario, un colgante dorado con cruz y perlas muy de mi estilo y que dio un toque muy femenino al look y mi nuevo reloj Pepito Mystique en color azulón también combinando con el resto del estilismo y con la Mano de Fátima por el lado opuesto a la esfera.

¿Qué os parece esta propuesta para un lunes de muuucho “curro”?

Let’s start a new week guys!

The truth is that I don’t know who said that Mondays are boring (as I said recently on my social networks) because I certainly do not stop! This is usually the day that I have more meetings, calls, pending mails, photos… so to me are pretty intense and for sure the most long day of the week hehe.

And if you have many meetings like me, I like to go more well dressed but always according with my style and with a modern twist. So I bring you today this proposal for a working Monday mixing denim style with more elegant details. The ripped jeans are clearly the more casual complement of the outfit while with the basic white shirt and the blue tweed style blazer like this one I’m wearing over you will get that touch more serious and dressed up. I usually use my heels to stylize more my legs and also because they give an impression of an older woman in the meetings (as I’m a “mini” kinda woman I prefer to go with heels than with flats). The rocker touch came with the black belt with silver buckle cowboy style that you already know that is hitting hard for this new season. Hats always seem a good accessory to me for rainy days and I personally like to have a thousand kinds in various colors. As accessories I chose my new mini shoulder bag in electric blue with silver chain that seems small but I can carry all my necessaries, a gold necklace with a little cross and white pearls which is really my style and it gave the very feminine touch to the look and my new Pepito Mystique watch in dark blue color also combining with the rest of the styling and the Hand of Fatima on the opposite side of the sphere.

Saturday in a warehouse

¡Buenos días!

Como algunos me preguntasteis por este outfit os lo cuelgo rápidamente hoy.

Uno de los planes que suelo hacer cuando me quedo en Madrid los fines de semana es ir a Ikea. Ya se que suena raro pero siempre acabo metida en estos grandes almacenes o con mi madre, mi hermana, amigos, … La verdad es que me encanta recorrer los pasillos para ver las nuevas ideas y tendencias para el hogar aunque he de reconocer que la mayoría de las veces no me acabo llevando nada hahaha.

Para esta tarde que el tiempo no acompañaba mucho escogí un look muy de mi estilo: Una camisa blanca de nueva colección con mis también nuevos jeans slim fit en negro con cortes en las rodillas. Encima una blazer oversize en blanco y negro y como calzado mis oxford para este invierno. Todos los años acabo comprando calzado nuevo de este tipo porque al final es lo que más me pongo a diario. Un maxi bolso y un reloj fueron mis únicos accesorios.

Y ahora vamos a disfrutar de este soleado sábado porque seguro que quedan pocos. ¡Yo me voy de barbacoa! ¿y vosotros?

Morning people!

As some of you asked me about this outfit last saturday on my social networks I featured you here today.

One plan I usually do when I stay in Madrid at the weekend is to go to Ikea. I know it sounds weird but I always end up stuck in this big warehouse store with my mother, my sister, friends, … The truth is I love walking around the halls to see new ideas and trends for home although I must admit that most of the days I just don’t buy anything hahaha.

For this autumn afternoon where the weather was not much hot I chose a very look, as it is my style: a new collection white shirt combined with my ripped slim fit jeans in black. Above an oversize blazer in black and white and my also new oxfords for this winter. Every year I use to buy new oxfords kinda these ones because in the end they are what I wear daily. A maxi bag and a watch were my only accessories.

And now let’s enjoy this sunny saturday in Madrid because it might be one of the last ones. I’m going to a bbq! and you?

New hair style!

Buenos días… aunque no es un día muy alegre para mi porque ayer falleció mi abuela materna, en realidad y mal que me pese la vida sigue así que he decidido finalmente publicar este post donde evidentemente las fotos fueron tomadas antes de que sucediese la tragedia.

Es el primer post con mi nuevo corte de pelo. Me decidí porque en verano me gusta llevarlo más corto para poder movérmelo mucho y que no me de calor, lo veo con más movimiento que llevándolo liso largo.

El color principal del look es el nude o maquillaje que siempre me ha parecido un tono muy elegante y fácil de combinar en verano. Aunque ya he perdido todo mi moreno me arriesgué a combinar una camisa color nude con detalles de encaje en los bordes con unos shorts de encaje también en blanco. Encima una de mis chaquetas favoritas que me regalaron el año pasado por mi cumpleaños en tonos también rosa palo y negro. Utilicé esta mezcla de la chaqueta para optar por mis bailarinas color-blocked en blanco y negro con detalles plateados. El bolso también en color nude con pequeñas tachuelas lo he rescatado de mi armario y es de hace varias temporadas. Mis gafas de sol con cristal reflectante y un reloj estilo vintage fueron mis accesorios.

Good morning… Even it’s not a very happy day for me because my maternal grandmother died yesterday, I realized that life continues so I decided to publish this post where the pics were obviously taken before the tragedy happened.

It’s the first post with my new haircut. I think that in summer time is a good moment to wear it as short as posible because it has more movement than wearing it all long.

The main color of today’s look is the nude color (or makeup) that has always seemed to me a very elegant and easy to combine in this season. Although I have lost all my tan I combined a nude color shirt with lace details at the edges with my white lace shorts. Above one of my favorite jackets that I got last year for my birthday also in soft pink and black. I used this mixture to choose my color-blocked flats in black and white with silver accents. The bag also in nude color with small studs that I rescued from my closet and it’s quite old. My sunglasses with reflective glass and a vintage style watch were my accessories.

Naughty dog!

¡Buenos días a todos!

Hoy os quiero dejar las fotos más divertidas de este fin de semana con este pequeño buldog francés que nos dejaron para cuidar el finde. Se llama Elvis, ¿no es una monada? Y como ya sabéis que los rindes están para “descansar” (aunque no todos los consigamos hehe) pues le paseamos todo lo que pudimos…

Hoy han vuelto a subir las temperaturas pero la semana pasada y el fin de semana se han mantenido todavía altas en la capital y más para ser el mes de Mayo. Por eso combiné mi camisa de volantes en baby blue con una blazer de flores en tonos pastel. Debajo unos jeans claritos efecto lavados para el verano. Un maxi bolso para llevar todo lo necesario para una tarde de paseo. ¿Y qué os parecen mis nuevas gafas de sol con cristales reflectantes? Tengo varios modelos que me iréis viendo estos días, me encantan aparte de por su diseño porque el cristal es del máximo nivel de calidad para gafas de diario (nivel 4). Y opté también por complementos llamativos y veraniegos como este reloj Digitona en azul y estos colgantes de piñas de nácar combinando en plata y oro que no me pienso quitar, ¡me encantan las piñas!

Today I want to show you the funniest pics of this weekend with this little French bulldog who we had to care for a couple of days. His name is Elvis, isn’t it cute? And as you know that weekends are for ” relax” (although not all of us can do it hehe) we strolled around with him every day.

Today the weather in Madrid is better but during the last week and weekend the temperatures were so low to be in May. So I combined my baby blue shirt with a floral blazer in pastel colors. A pair of washed light jeans for summer. A maxi bag to carry everything I needed for an afternoon stroll. And what do you think about my new sunglasses with reflective glass? I have many models that I will show you these days, I love them because apart from its cool design the glass is the highest level of quality for daily eyewear (level 4) . And also I chose my Digitona blue watch and these pineapple necklaces combining silver and gold that I will wear for sure almost everyday , I love pineapples!

Working girl

Parece que el mal tiempo no termina de irse…

Por eso en mi outfit de ayer para un largo día de trabajo mezclé prendas más otoñales con complementos veraniegos.

Combiné unos jeans con una de mis camisas favoritas que me pongo tanto para ir a trabajar como para salir a tomar algo por lo fresca y cómoda que es. Se abrocha delante y se ata con un lazo en la cintura que le da un toque diferente. Como abrigo me puse esta blazer en verde militar con forro en rosa nude. El toque veraniego viene de la mano de las cuñas de piel marrones que son mi calzado más cómodo cuando se que tengo que andar bastante…
