¿Cómo ha ido vuestro finde? Yo desde luego no lo he podido aprovechar más: he salido a cenar, he salido de fiesta y a bailar, he trabajado y por supuesto me he ido de turismo como habéis visto en mis vídeos y redes sociales… Me encanta que me cunda tanto el tiempo porque así empiezo una nueva semana cargada de energía.
Y comenzamos con el que va a ser seguramente mi look favorito porque me encanta la combinación sencilla de colores y sobre todo el punto elegante que aportan los tacones.
Color nude. Así he querido titular el post de hoy para centrar todo el protagonismo en este color. Ya sabéis que en la sencillez está la clave y que no tenemos que ir sobrecargados para ir más guapos… Basta con sentirnos cómodos y bien con lo que llevamos puesto. Por eso yo, que soy adicta a los pantalones de pitillo y más a este modelo Jamie por el que no paráis de preguntarme y que tengo en todos los colores y modelos, decidí combinar el color nude con negro para no quitarle el protagonismo que quería darle. Llevo jeans rotos y camiseta negra básica. Los complementos de nuevo en este color: mis zapatos favoritos “suelas rojas” y mi bolso bicolor.
Os recuerdo que en un par de horitas (a las 12h) estaré en directo en la radio Onda Madrid, ¡os espero a todos!

Morning guys!
What about your weekend? I really couldn’t have done more things: I went to dinner with my friends, I went to partying and dancing, I worked a little bit and of course I’ve gone like a tourist around Madrid as you saw on my videos and social networks yesterday… I liked it so much to do all these things because this way I begin a new week full of positive energy.
And we begin this new week with a look that will surely be my favourite outfit of this week because I love the simple mix of colours and especially the elegant touch provided by the amazing heels.
Nude color. I wanted to headline today’s post with that words to focus all the attention on this color. You know that simplicity is the key and that instead of going overloaded to fell handsome we just need to feel comfortable and good about what we wear. You already know that I’m addicted to skinny jeans and more to this Jamie model which many of you have asked me about a thousand times and I have it in all colors and models, so I decided to combine the nude color with black to keep on highlighting this soft pink touch. I’m wearing a pair of ripped jeans and a basic black tee. The accessories also on the top color for today: my favorite “red soles” heels and my color blocked shoulder bag.

No se vosotros, pero yo cuando estoy fuera de viaje tantos días la semana que vuelvo es un no parar de trabajo, reuniones y eventos. Y claro, esta no iba a ser menos.
La verdad es que cuando me compré mis adoradas sandalias de tachuelas que llevo hoy nunca me imaginé que serían tan cómodas incluso para mi día a día. Ya sabéis que tengo muchos tacones pero estos me parecen comodísimos para diario por varios motivos. El tacón es de 10cm. en vez de 12cm. Van abiertos por la parte de atrás por lo que no aprietan tanto y además van atados al tobillo por lo que sujetan más el pie. Claro todo unido al diseño de tachuelas y negro charol con piel en beige… En definitiva, son mis zapatos favoritos por todo esto.
Los combiné esta vez con un lookcasual que conseguí con los vaqueros de pitillo rotos pero con un toque más arreglado que le daba la camisa oversize blanca. Ya conocéis también mi pasión por la ropa ancha así que escogí un maxi jersey en beige para los momentos de más frío del día. Llevo mi bolso tipo saco a juego con el resto del estilismo y otro de mis complementos clave: un sombrero hoy de cuadros beige y azul marino.
Tengo ahora un desayuno muy especial a las 11am así que os enseñaré fotos en un ratito.

I don’t know if it happens the same to you, but when I’m out of Spain traveling around many days when I come back is a non-stop work, meetings and events. And of course, these days have been like that, but I enjoy it!
The truth is that when I bought my beloved studded sandals that I’m wearing today I never imagined they would be so comfortable even for my day a day. You know that I have many different heels but these seem so comfy for my everyday for many reasons. The heel is 10cm. instead of 12cm. They are open at the back so that they do not tighten up your feet and furthermore they are close to the ankle so the foot is more grabbed. Clearly all this together bound to the cool design with all those studs and the black patent leather with beige leather make them without doubt my fav shoes, I do love them!
I have combined them this time with a casual look that I got with my ripped skinny jeans but with a touch more elegant that gave my white oversize shirt. And also you know my passion for baggy and big clothes so I chose a beige maxi jersey for the cooler moments of the day. I chose also my sack style bag matching the rest of the styling and one of my fav accessories: a checkered hat today in beige and navy blue.
And I have a special breakfast now at 11am so I will show you some pics in a few hours.
¿Qué es el amor? Dícese de una afección profunda y tierna por otra persona.
Pero yo pienso que hay muchos tipos de amor… se puede querer a una persona, a un animal o incluso a un objeto o algo con valor, ¿por qué no? No me gusta la gente que se rige por unas ‘normas sociales’ escritas no se muy bien dónde y que deciden siempre hacer lo deben en vez de lo que creen o lo que les sale… pero bueno, esta es sólo mi opinión ya sabéis. Lo que si os puedo decir es que yo AMO lo que hago. Amo mi trabajo y me gusta más cada día sobre todo sabiendo que todos los que me escribís tanto pública como privadamente me apoyáis tanto. También amo mi casa, mi coche, mi familia, mis amigos y mi vida en general, soy consciente de que soy una persona muy afortunada y muchas veces no nos damos cuenta de esto y vivimos en un mundo paralelo… es bueno de vez en cuando bajar los pies a la tierra y ser consciente de todo esto.
Y después de este parrafazo que viene por el print de mi nueva camiseta de rayas blancas y negras (sabéis que me encantan las prendas con mensajes claros y bonitos), comentemos cómo la he combinado. El blanco y negro es mi combinación favorita de colores como os he contado mil veces así que he optado por recurrir a ella con unos jeans ajustados en gris oscuro con cortes en las rodillas, una blazer tipo chanel encima y mis zapatillas blancas y negras a juego con mi bolso y mi nueva funda de iPhone que ya habréis visto también en mis redes sociales.
Antes de despedirme tengo que reconoceros que aunque soy adicta a pocas cosas una de ellas son los helados, ¡me rechiflan! y si son de stracciatella aún más… hehe.
Me voy corriendo a comenzar mi primera clase de padel, ¡por fin algo de deporte en mi vida! (otra cosa a tachar de mi lista de propósitos para 2015… ¡a este paso lo cumplo todos! hehe).

What’s love? It is said that is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
But I think there are many different kinds of love… you can love a person, an animal or even an object or something of real value for you, why not? I do not like people who follow some ‘social norms’ written where? And they always decide to do what they should do instead of what they really believe or what comes without expecting it… but hey, this is just my opinion and I just wanted to tell you this. What I really can say is that I do LOVE what I do. I do love my job and I enjoy every day especially knowing that all of you who write me both publicly and privately support me so much, I’m so thankful for all your messages. I also love my house, my car, my family, my friends and my life in general, I’m aware that I’m a very lucky person and often happens that we do not realize this and live in a parallel and unreal world… So it is good occasionally come back to earth land and realise all this.
And after this super reflection let’s talk about today’s look and my new striped t-shirt in black and white (you know that I like so much clothes with clear and good vibes messages). The black and white mix you already know that is my favorite mix of colors as I have told you a thousand times so I’ve chosen to combine my new tee with some ripped skinny jeans in dark gray, my chanel style crop blazer over and my white and black sneakers matching my bag and my new iPhone case that also you should have seen on my social networks.
And before saying you all goodbye until tomorrow I must admit that even when I’m not an addict person I do recognise that I really love ice creams… and if it’s stracciatella flavour even more! hehe.
I’m going right now to my first paddle class… finally some sport in my life! (another thing to cross out on my 2015 bucket list… yeah! It seems that I’m gonna accomplish all of them! hehe).
Lucir moreno… eso es lo que quería estos días de vuelta a la capital aprovechando que he estado en la playa de Dubai y Doha.
Y ¿qué mejor forma de lucir el morenito que con el color blanco verdad? Por eso para un lunes completito de reuniones, trabajo y para qué engañarnos también con un rato para el ocio, escogí este lookcasual pero con complementos que lo hacen más arreglado.
Respecto a la parte del ocio os comento que estuve anoche viendo la nueva película de la saga Divergente: Insurgente. Me había gustado mucho la primera y la verdad es que esta no me decepcionó. Es de acción como a mi me gustan y te mantiene intrigado hasta el final. ¿Vosotros ya la habéis visto?
Llevo vaqueros rotos de cuello alto con una camiseta blanca básica con escote de pico debajo. La blazer estilo crop con estampado étnico en tonos rosas y blancos y mis tacones favoritos “suelas rojas” en color nude son los accesorios que dieron ese toque más elegante al estilismo. Opté por unas pulseras brazalete con frases alegres siguiendo los colores de la chaqueta y mi nuevo colgante de corazón con llave que ya habréis visto en mis redes sociales. Mi bolso estilo vintage con cadena dorada termina de completar mi propuesta de hoy. ¿Qué os parece esta combinación de colores y estilos? Tenemos que empezar ya a sacar del armario colores más llamativos y primaverales ¿no?

I just wanted to show my tanned skin… that’s what I wanted these days back into the capital so I did it taking advantage of these last day that I have enjoyed some beach days in Dubai and Doha.
And what better way to show off our tan than with the white color, don’t you think so? So for a fully Monday of meetings, hard work and also of course some free time, I chose this casual look but with accessories that make it more elegant.
Talking about the entertainment part that I’ve just commented last night I went to the cinema to watch the new movie of the Divergent saga: Insurgent. I had liked so much the first one and the truth is that this one did not disappoint me. It is an action film as I like and keeps you intrigued until the end. Do you guys and have already seen it?
And talking now about my look I’m wearing a pair of ripped jeans high waisted with a basic white shirt with V-neck underneath. The crop style blazer over with ethnic print in pinks and white colors and my favorite “red soles” heels in nude color were the accessories that gave the most elegant touch to the styling. I opted for some of my bracelets with bright colors following the style of the jacket and with happy quotes and my new heart necklace with a small key (the one of my heart maybe? hahaha) that I’m pretty sure that yo’d have already seen on my social networks. My vintage style bag with golden chain ends to complete my today’s proposal. What do you think about this combination of colors and styles? We must start now getting out of our closet more colourful clothes for the spring season, don’t you think so?
Mi primera vez en una carrera de motos y además no ha sido una carrera cualquiera sino Moto GP en Doha, no está mal ¿no? hehe.
Gracias a mi amigo Pablito que me encontré casualmente en mi Hotel Hilton de Doha pude asistir al circuito de Losail donde dieron comienzo las primeras carreras de la temporada. Pablo forma parte del equipo de Valentino Rossi que por cierto fue el ganador, imaginaros la emoción y tensión que vivimos durante los 40 minutos que duró la carrera. Como podéis ver en las fotos tuvimos la suerte de verlas además muy de cerca, más concretamente desde boxes, por eso en las fotos y vídeos casi no se me escucha porque las teníamos al lado pasando en cada vuelta.
Si os soy sincera no pensaba que me iba a gustar y ‘enganchar’ tanto. Si si, esos sonidos tan fuertes de los tubos de escape, la velocidad, el ambiente… son un subidón de adrenalina para todos, no solo para los pilotos que las van conduciendo.
De nuevo volví a escoger un look lo más cómodo posible dentro de la limitada ropa que me he traído a este viaje sin tener en cuenta que viviría todo esto claro… Llevo jeans ajustados con una camiseta básica blanca de tirantes y camisa vaquera por encima. Mi inseparable bolso tipo saco de este viaje y mis bailarinas bicolor fueron mis complementos.
Y hoy deberíamos ir al desierto a una excursión que ya teníamos programada pero ha llegado una tormenta de arena y no se puede salir a la calle, sólo a sitios cerrados… así que esperemos poder hacerla mañana.

My first time in a moto race and furthermore it has been a Moto GP race in Doha, the top race in the world, not so bad for a first time, hehe.
Thanks to my dear friend Pablito who I met casually in my Hilton Hotel in Doha I could attend the Losail circuit where kicked off the first moto races of the season. Pablo is part of Valentino Rossi team which actually was the winner of the race, you can imagine the excitement and tension we experienced during the 40 minutes that lasted the race. As you can see in the pictures and video we were lucky to see them so closely, more specifically from the boxes, in the pictures and videos I hardly listen anything because they were passing really close to us, amazing time!
To be honest I did not think I was going to like it so much and ‘hooked’ like I did. Yeah, I can assure you that such as strong of exhaust sounds, speed, environment… are an adrenaline rush for everyone, not just for the pilots driving the motos.
Once again I chose a look as comfortable as possible within the limited clothes that I brought to this trip of course without knowing that I’d do all this… So I’m wearing a skinny jeans with a basic white top and a denim shirt over. My inseparable handbag sack style of this trip and my color blocked flats were my accessories.
And today we were suppose to go to the dessert but it has arrived a sand storm at the city and we are not alloved to be outside, so we can only be inside a building or a place… so hope that tomorrow the weather gets better and can do that outgoing to the dessert.
Este es el último post donde os cuento qué más sitios visitamos en Doha.
Uno de los lugares que más me gustó a mi personalmente es el zoco. Siempre que tengo ocasión cuando voy de viaje a este tipo de países me meto en ellos para conocer más de cerca su cultura, sus costumbres y sobre todo a su gente. En las primeras fotos y vídeo veis el Soul de Doha, muy tradicional con puestos de todo tipo: se venden desde alfombras y productos para el hogar hasta animales vivos de lo más variados (reconozco que las anguilas son las que más asco me dieron haha).
Algo que me ha sorprendido gratamente desde que llegué a Doha y ahora también en Dubai es que aunque hay bastante seguridad en el país nadie hace nada ‘malo’. Aquí no te roban o te intentan engañar al verte cara de turista. Esto es algo que me gusta mucho porque así puedes pasear y conocer las ciudades libremente sin tener que estar pendiente de si te robarán algo o no. En el zoco pro ejemplo los vigilantes van montados a caballo como veis en las fotos, algo muy típico en estos países.
De nuevo volví a elegir ropa cómoda que me cubriese los brazos pero que tampoco me hiciese morirme de calor. Este tipo de jerseys de estilo colegial sabéis que están en plena tendencia y yo he escogido este perforado en color blanco con detalles en azul marino como complemento indispensable para mi primavera. Llevo jeans ajustados y mis bailarinas bicolor que son la mejor opción para las largas caminatas de estos días. Mi bolso tipo saco (ya se que no me lo quito), y mis gafas de sol.

Morning again from Dubai!
This is the last post about what we did and visited in Doha.
One of the places that I liked most to visit was the souk. Whenever I have time when traveling around these countries I came to these areas, these amazing city markets where I can really learn more about their culture, customs and especially its people. In the first photos and video you can see the Souq of Doha, very traditional with stalls of all kinds: the sell from carpets and household products to live animals of any variety and kind (I recognize that eels were the most disgusting for me to see haha) .
Something that has pleasantly surprised me since I arrived in Doha and now in Dubai is that although there is enough security in the cities nobody does anything ‘bad’. Here they do not steal or try to fool the tourist just seeing you face. This is something that I like so much because you can walk and discover the cities feeling free and without having to be aware of if someone is going to steal something or not. In the pics you can see that inside the souk the security go in horses, very typical in these countries.
I chose once again a comfortable clothes that covered my arms but avoid me to die of the hard heat. This kind of college style jerseys you know that are very trendy and I have chosen this one in white with navy blue details as an indispensable complement on my wardrobe for my spring. I’m wearing a pair of skinny jeans and my color blocked flats which are the best choice for all those long walks these days. My shoulder bag of this trip (I know that I’m wearing it daily but I really love it!), and my sunnies for the day.
I’m leaving the hotel to keep on discovering this also amazing city: Dubai. Kisses!
Si, lo se lo se, es muuuy pronto, pero he querido dejaros este post publicado antes de irme al aeropuerto con destino Doha, ¡vacaciones!
Voy a pasar unos días por Asia ya que no había tenido hasta ahora la ocasión de ir a conocer ninguno de sus países. Vamos a estar concretamente en Doha y en Dubai disfrutando de las verdaderas temperaturas de primavera (entre 20 y 30 grados).
Muchas veces nos volvemos locos, especialmente las mujeres, comprando ropa que nos gusta pero que luego nos la ponemos dos veces y ya nos hemos cansado… Por eso a mi me gusta comprar ropa básica sin muchos estampados y de vez en cuando alguna que otra prenda de mayor calidad porque se que le voy a sacar más partido. Es el caso de este jersey de cashmere por el que tanto me habéis preguntado y que tengo en varios colores. Me ha costado un poco más caro que un jersey normal pero me encanta el tacto, el color, y se que es una prenda básica y sencilla que me voy a poner mucho. En el look de hoy lo he combinado con una camisa blanca estilo oversize con bolsillos en los lados, unos jeans vaqueros, mis sneakers en azul marino y blancas a juego y un abrigo en color blanco roto para combatir el frío de estos días. Y como ya habéis visto muchos de vosotros en mis redes sociales el bolso es mi auto-regalo por mi cumpleaños. La verdad es que lo quería desde hace tiempo pero estaba esperando una ocasión especial como esta para comprármelo, ¿os gusta?

I’ll spend this coming days in Asia as I didn’t have the opportunity to go to discover any of these countries before. We will be specifically in Doha and in Dubai enjoying the true spring temperatures (between 20 and 30 celsius degrees).
Many times we become crazy, especially women, when going shopping to buy clothes that we like but then we wear them twice and we are already bored to wear them… So I prefer to buy basic clothing without many prints and occasionally some other item of higher quality because you’ll use it more and longer. It is the case of this cashmere sweater that some of you asked me about and that I have in various colors. It was a little more expensive than a normal jersey but I love the touch, color, and as it is a basic and simple cloth I’m wearing it almost once a week. I have combined it on today’s with a white shirt oversize style with two pockets on the sides, skinny dark jeans, my sneakers in navy blue and white matching the rest of the outfit and a beige coat to fight agains these cold days. And as many of you have seen me on my social networks this shoulder bag is my self-present for my birthday. The truth is that I wanted it for a while but I was waiting for a special occasion like this to buy it, do you like it?
I know I know, it is very early, but I’m leaving home and going to the airport to take my flight to Doha, so I wanted to let this post published just for you. Now, holidays!
Por eso he vuelto a sacar de mi armario alguna que otra chaqueta de lana, mis botines y mis adorados sombreros.
Hoy llevo un look muy casual de los que me gusta llevar a diario. Camiseta beige con un perrito estampado, sabéis que me encanta llevar camisetas de este tipo que sean graciosas y alegres. Encima llevo una camisa vaquera para ir más abrigada y mi chaqueta de lana con bolsillos laterales en beige jaspeado. Debajo unos jeans rotos y mis botines azul marino a juego con mi complemento favorito: el sombrero. Ya sabéis que a diario como voy de un sitio a otro sin parar siempre suelo llevar un bolso grande donde me quepan todas mis cosas para las reuniones. Hoy llevo este shopping bag negro con asas de piel marrones.

It’s so cold these days at the city…
Because of that I had to bring out of my closet some wool jackets, booties and of course my beloved hats.
Today I’m wearing a casual and comfy look, one of those that I really like for my day a day. I’m wearing a beige tee wit a cute dog printed, a denim shirt over and my beige wool maxi jacket with pockets on the sides. Under I chose a pair of washed ripped jeans and my navy blue booties matching my fav complement: a hat. You already know that my weeks days are so crazy going from one place to another so I always need a big bag to carry on all the things that I will need for my meetings. Today I’m wearing this one in black with brown leather details.
Yesterday I told you on my social networks the 5 winners of the Benefit Roller Lash kit, congratulations to all of you! And the rest thank you for participating and don’t worry because there are too many other cool draws coming!
Buenos días… Estoy apunto de salir de mi casa hacia Lisboa donde estaré los próximos 4 días. Me apetece mucho este viaje porque extrañamente no he estado nunca en esta bonita ciudad portuguesa y me han hablado muy bien de ella así que voy dispuesta a conocer todo lo que pueda.
Aunque no debería dar importancia a gente que no la tiene si me gustaría aclarar un tema. Me he hecho dos tatuajes como sabéis la mayoría si. En mi cuerpo, que es donde yo mando, y uno de ellos que ha sido el más polémico es el de mi muñeca derecha con mi logo ‘it girl’. Entiendo perfectamente que haya gente a la que no le guste y otros a los que les encante, pero lo que nunca voy a permitir son faltas de respeto hacia mi. Como siempre os he dicho yo os enseño todo lo que hago en mi vida porque es lo que me gusta y vosotros me seguís libremente, así que no entiendo insultar, si entiendo en cambio críticas constructivas. Y por último añadir que me he hecho mi logo porque es algo que definitivamente me ha cambiado para siempre. La mayoría de vosotros no os hacéis una idea de cuánto, pero así ha sido. He luchado mucho MUCHO por estar donde estoy y pienso seguir haciéndolo, y me ha parecido una forma muy bonita de recordar siempre esto. En las fotos podéis ver que lo llevo en la muñeca derecha porque soy zurda y llevo siempre el reloj en esta mano, así no me lo voy a ver todo el rato. Y para los que me habéis preguntado si duele os aseguro que iba muy muy nerviosa porque odio las agujas y no me dolió nada, ¡increíble pero cierto!
Dicho esto vamos a analizar el look de hoy, ¡porque menuda bajada de temperaturas! Ya sabéis que en cuanto bajan las temperaturas hay dos cosas que yo saco a relucir: los sombreros y el color burdeos. Hoy llevo mi sombrero burdeos con plumas aunque con mucha pena porque mirad que super color, peinado y corte me ha hecho mi estilista Anabel, ¡me encanta! Ya se que a vosotros os encantó ayer cuando lo visteis en mis redes sociales pero aquí tenéis fotos más profesionales. Llevo abrigo negro con detalles en cuero, camisa blanca para contrastar con mi chaqueta de lana favorita en burdeos por supuesto, mis jeans negros con cortes en las rodillas y mis blucher también en burdeos. Para seguir en la misma línea de colores escogí este bolso bandolera con estampado de serpiente en los laterales y mi nuevo reloj burdeos que a mi personalmente ¡me encanta!
Y termino el post deseandoos a todos un feliz día del Padre, felicitando a todos los súper papis del mundo y por supuesto muy especialmente al mío, que es ¡EL MEJOR DEL MUNDO! Te quiero Papi aunque no pueda estar contigo hoy pero sabes que pienso en ti…

Morning morning! I’m about to leave my home to Lisbon where I’ll be the next 4 days. I’m excited about this trip because strangely I’ve never been before in this beautiful Portuguese city and they have spoken very good about it so I’m willing to learn and discover everything I can.
Although I should not give importance to people who do not deserve it, I’d like to clarify something. 2 days ago I’ve done two tattoos on my body as many of you know for my social networks. As I’ve just said it is my body, not anyone’s, and one that has been the most polemic is my right wrist tattoo with my blog logo ‘it girl’. I fully understand that there are people who do not like to and others who love it, but I will never permit disrespect to me. As I’ve always said I I show you everything I do in my life, in my day a day, because it’s what I like and you follow me for free, you are free to unfollow whenever you want, so please no insults, I understand constructive criticism instead. And finally I want to add that I have done my logo because it is something that has definitely changed my life forever. Most of you just can’t imagine how much, but it has. I’ve fought too much to be where I am right now and I will continue doing it, and it seems to me a very nice way to always remember this. In today’s photos you can see that it’s in my right wrist because I’m left-handed and I always wear the watch on the other hand, so I won’t see it all the time. And for those of you who have asked me if it hurts I assure you that I was very very nervous at the beginning because I really hate needles and it didn’t hurt, anything, unbelievable but true!
And now let’s focus on today’s look because temperatures have drop of! You know that as soon as the weather is so low there are two things that I always bring up: hats and burgundy color. Today ‘m wearing my burgundy hat with feathers, although is a pity because of the beautiful hair that Anabel, my hair stylist, did to me: color (baby lights), cut and hairstyle, I just love it! I know that many of you loved it yesterday when you saw it on my social networks but here you have more professional photos. I’ also wearing my black coat with leather details, a white shirt to contrast with my favorite wool jacket in burgundy course, my black ripped skinny jeans and my knees Blucher also in burgundy. To continue with the same line I chose this shoulder bag with snake print on the sides and my new burgundy watch that I personally love it! (I’m wearing it today on my left hand because of the new tattoo on the right).
And I want to finish this post wishing you all a happy Father’s Day, congratulations to all those super daddies that always make our lives more easy and happy. Of course I want to congratulate my dad, to me HE IS THE BEST FATHER IN THE WORLD! I’m sorry for not spending today with you but you know that you are always on my thoughts…
¡Buenos días a todos! aunque yo aún con los ojos medio cerrados… ¡que sueño! apenas he dormido 5h porque ya sabéis que los domingos el programa termina tardísimo, pero ya es hora de arrancar el lunes, ¡allá vamos!
Y qué mejor forma de comenzarlo que como estoy segura que muchos de vosotros habréis hecho: haciendo algo de deporte ya sea en el gym o saliendo a correr o a dar un paseo. Para mi esos son los mejores momentos del día porque es donde realmente consigo desconectar, y suelo hacerlo por las tardes cuando por fin voy terminando mi día de mails, llamadas, reuniones, nuevas colaboraciones y sorteos para vosotros, shootings y vídeos…
Además no se vosotros pero a mi los lunes al ser el primer día de la semana me gusta comenzarlos de una forma más saludable que el resto comiendo más sano y haciendo algún ejercicio de este tipo.
En esta ocasión quise volver a sacar mi súper bici vintage para lucirla dando un paseo por el Retiro. La verdad es que cuanto más la saco y la uso más me gusta. Llevo una tendencia nueva que estoy segura de que ya habéis visto en las tiendas y que personalmente me gusta que se haya adaptado a nuestro día a día: la tendencia deportiva y el tejido de red se unen esta vez en esta camiseta blanca. Es una camiseta de rejilla con detalles deportivos en el borde del cuello. ¿Qué os parece? Yo la uso tanto para un día más casual como hoy como para ir arreglada a una cena con unos jeans ajustados, unos buenos tacones y una blazer por encima. La he combinado hoy con unos vaqueros oscuros, mis zapatillas azul marino y blancas a juego con el resto del look y una sudadera para última hora del día donde las temperaturas tienden a bajar unos grados. Llevo también mis gafas negras, mi nuevo reloj de armadura suiza que ya no me quito y mis casos de música para conseguir así evadirme al 100% con mis canciones favoritas y tener un rato para mi.

Hello everyone! although I’m still with my eyes closed… I’m really tired! I have slept only 5 hours because you know that the TV show on Sunday’s night ends very late, but it’s time to start the Monday with energy, so here we go!
And what better way to start a new week (as I’m sure that many of you have done) than doing some morning exercise either in the gym or going for a run or a morning walk. To me those are the best times of day because that’s where I really get off, and usually I do in the evenings when I’m finally done with my daily mails, calls, meetings, new collaborations and giveaways for you, shootings and videos…
Also I don’t know if you agree with me but to me Mondays are a ‘healthy day’. I like to start them in a healthier way eating healthy food and doing some exercise of this kind.
This time I wanted to get out once again my super vintage bike to stroll around Retiro’s Park. The truth is that the more I see and use it the more I like it, it’s really my fav! And I’m wearing a new trend that I’m sure you’ve already seen in some stores and I personally like because it has been adapted to our daily life: sporty trend and the net fabric are together this time in this white top. It is a net top with sporty elements over the neck. What do you think about it? Do you like it? I use it for both: for a casual day like today or even to go out for a dinner combined with skinny jeans, good heels and a blazer over. I’ve combined it today with a pair of dark jeans, my navy blue and white sneakers matching the rest of the look and a sweatshirt for later in the afternoon when temperatures tend to drop a few degrees. I also brought my black sunnies, my new swiss army watch that now I’m wearing almost every day and my trendy headphones to really have my 100% timeout with my favorite songs at the park.
