La verdad es que en Madrid contamos con miles de edificios y monumentos que poder visitar y sobre todo donde poder sacar fotos tan bonitas como las del post de hoy (y no lo digo precisamente por mi look sino por el entorno). Yo tengo la suerte de vivir cerca de muchos de estos sitios de obligada visita en la capital y hoy le ha tocado el turno a la Biblioteca Nacional. ¿Habéis estado alguna vez vosotros?

Habré pasado por delante miles de veces y no fue hasta hace unas semanas cuando me quedé mirando fijamente esta escalinata y pensé que era un entorno perfecto para un shooting. Por eso me paseé por las escaleras de nuestra antigua Biblioteca (haciendo un poco el tonto como veis en algunas fotos hehe) con mi nueva chaqueta larga de cashmere, una camiseta blanca básica y unos jeans negros cortados. Como complementos me puse un cinturón de leopardo con hebillas doradas que ¿os gusta más por fuera o por dentro?; mis gafas de sol tamaño XL; un par de brazaletes negros y dorados y mi reloj de piel marrón con maxi esfera blanca y dorada. Como no puede ser de otra forma esta semana volví a escoger mis sandalias de tachuelas en negro y nude. Os aseguro que son comodisimas a la hora de caminar durante horas (en respuesta a todas las que me lo habéis preguntado en mis redes sociales).

Os espero esta tarde a los que podáis y queráis pasar a conocerme como embajadora del pop up 1001 Atmosphera en la calle General Pardiñas 50.

The truth is that here in Madrid we have thousands of buildings and monuments to visit and especially where you can take pictures as nice as mine on today’s post (and I don’t mean just by my look but by the environment). I’m so lucky to live near many of these sites to visit in the capital os Spain and today it is the turn of the National Library. Have you ever been there?

I probably have past a thousand times and it was not until a few weeks ago when I stopped and looked at the steps and I thought it was a perfect setting for a shooting. So yesterday I walked up and down the stairs of our old library (being a little silly sometimes as you can see in some pics hehe) with my new cashmere long jacket, a basic white T-shirt and my black ripped jeans. As complements I was wearing a leopard belt with golden buckles ¿how do you like it more outside or inside the tee?; my XL sunglasses; a pair of black and gold bracelets and my brown leather watch with white dial and gold details. And of course I chose once again (and for the third time in this week I know) my new studded sandals in black and nude colors. I swear you that they are very comfortable when walking during hours (in response to all of you that have asked me about it on my social networks).

And this afternoon I will wait for all of you that can or want to meet me as the new ambassador of 1001 Atmosphera pop up at 50 General Pardiñas Street.

¡Todo al negro!

Una vez más vuelvo a escoger el color negro para una noche más elegante. Para mi es y será siempre mi color favorito a la hora de vestir para una ocasión más arreglada.

Cuando vi por primera vez este vestido de cuero de manga corta y de largo por encima de la rodilla sabía que le iba a dar mucho uso. Aparte de que me gusta mucho el cuero y más para invierno, pienso que este diseño lo voy a poder llevar tanto a ocasiones más especiales como en el post de hoy como en mi día a día con un zapato plano o unas botas para dar un toque más roquero.

Por encima opté por una chaqueta de tweed negra con detalles de cuero a juego con el vestido. Este es el toque más elegante del look. De nuevo hoy vuelvo a enseñaros mis nuevos zapatos de tachuelas que me he puesto creo que casi todos los días de esta semana (lo siento pero tendré que sacarles rentabilidad ¿no? he he). Como accesorios escogí mi mini clutch en color oro/plata envejecido, un anillo con piedra XL y una diadema con perlas y piedras bordadas de diferentes tamaños.

Para terminar podéis ver que el único toque de color del outfit está en mis labios y en mis uñas. Los labios sabéis que no suelo pintármelos pero esta vez me decanté por este nuevo color rojo de Giorgio Armani que la verdad es que pienso que favorece mucho, y más cuando vamos de negro completamente como yo hoy, ¿os gusta mi elección? Y paras las uñas suelo ser más clásica y tradicional y siempre escojo el mismo color en el centro al que voy, My Little Momó de la calle Lagasca: o el burdeos que llevo hoy o un tono más rojo.

All in blacks!

Once again I choose the black color for a more elegant night out. To me it is and always will be my favorite color to dress when the occasion is more special like today’s.

When I first saw this black leather dress with short sleeves and long above the knee I knew it was going to be one of my top clothes for this season. Apart from that I really like leather for winter time, I think that this design is perfect to wear for both: special occasions like a party nigh out or in my day a day with flat shoes or booties to give a rocker touch.

Above I opted for a black tweed jacket with leather details matching the dress. This is the most stylish touch of the complete look. Once again today I show you my new shoes with studs which I think I have worn almost every day this week (sorry but I have to amortize them, don’t you think so? he he). As accessories I picked my mini clutch in antique gold/silver a ring with an XL stone and a headband embroidered with pearls and stones of different sizes.

Finally you can see that the only touch of color of the outfit is on my lips and on my nails. I don’t use to wear color on my lips but this time I opted for this new Giorgio Armani red that I really think that highlight a lot my lips, especially when we go completely in black as I do today, do you like my choice? And on my nails I tend to be more classic and traditional and I always choose the same color in the center where I go, My Little Momo in Lagasca Street: I wear burgundy like today or a redder tone.

¡Buenos días a todos!

Tenía tantas ganas de enseñaros mi nueva bici que me tiene completamente enamorada que no he podido esperar hasta mañana. La he recibido esta semana pero no fue hasta el viernes por la tarde cuando pude sacar un hueco y bajar al Retiro a estrenarla, ¡me encanta! ¿y a vosotros?

He escogido personalmente los colores (color crema con asiento de cuero marrón oscuro) porque creo que son los que más combinan con mi estilo. Casualmente es la misma bici y el mismo diseño que Olivia Palermo saca este mes en la portada de la revista Traveler, y eso me gusta aún más porque sabéis que me encanta su estilo y clase. He añadido algunos detalles a la bici como la cesta de mimbre delantera para poder llevar el bolso o lo que necesite y las luz delantera y trasera para alumbrar el camino por las noches.

Para un paseo en bici escogí unos pantalones verdes con bolsillos estilo militar, con una camiseta blanca básica y una gabardina verde oscuro por encima. Mis sneakers doradas eran el calzado más apropiado para este paseo. Como accesorios llevo mis colgantes de monedas antiguas que me compré este verano en mi viaje a Cuba, un cinturón con estampado de serpiente y mi nuevo reloj de metal dorado con detalles en azul pastel.

Para terminar este post quiero mandar desde aquí un beso a mi súper seguidor Marcos que me vio en el Retiro y se acercó corriendo a saludarme, ¡me alegro mucho de haberte conocido por fin en persona! Y a un grupo de chicas jóvenes que se acercaron también. No me dijisteis vuestros nombres pero mil gracias por acercaros a saludarme y por seguir mi blog, ¡estas cosas me hacen muy muy feliz!

Morning people!

I was so excited to finally show you my new bike which I absolutely love that I could not wait until tomorrow. I’ve received it this week but it wasn’t until Friday afternoon when I was able to take a ride on it and I go to Retiro’s park to release it, I absolutely love it! Don’t you?

I have personally chosen the colors (cream color with dark brown leather seat) because I think they match with my style, very classy. Casually is the same bike and the same design and colors that Olivia Palermo shows this month on the cover of the Traveler magazine, so I like it even more because you know that I love her style and class. I added some details to the bike such as a front wicker basket to carry the bag or whatever I need and the front and rear light to light the way at night.

For a bike ride I chose a green military style pants with pockets, with a basic white shirt and a dark green trench coat above. My golden sneakers were the most appropriate footwear for this walk. As accessories I was wearing my old coins that I bought this summer on my trip to Cuba, a snake print belt and my new golden metal watch with soft blue details.

To end this post I want to send from here a big kiss to my super follower Marcos that saw me this day and came running to greet me, I’m very glad to have met you in person finally! And a group of young girls also approached. You didn’t tell me your names but thanks for get close to meet me and thank you so much for like and follow my blog, these things make me very very happy, you guys really made my day!

T.G.I.F.! (Thank You God Is Friday!)

Para celebrar que ya es viernes de nuevo y que por fin llega el fin de semana (aunque parece que en Madrid va a ser pasado por agua), vuelvo a recurrir a mi prenda favorita a la hora de vestir: los jeans. No exagero si os digo que tengo unos 30 modelos: con cortes, sin cortes, de pitillo, de campana, estilo boyfriend, … soy fanática de ellos lo admito, pero considero que te los puedes poner con una camisa o una parte de arriba arreglada y una blazer con tacones e ir elegante o con una camiseta y zapatillas e ir de lo más trendy.

En esta ocasión he optado por este modelo oscuro que me personalicé yo misma. Como parte de arriba llevo una camiseta azul marino con motas blancas, me recuerda un poco a la tendencia espacial que he visto ya en algunas tiendas. Para abrigarme por las mañanas y a última hora del día me llevé mi jersey oversize gris perla que ya me habéis visto también en ESTE POST y se está convirtiendo en un must para mi día a día. Y el otoño es de mis épocas favoritas junto con la primavera porque aparte de no hacer ni demasiado frío ni demasiado calor, podemos jugar con complementos como los sombreros (este que llevo hoy en blanco y negro es de mis últimas adquisiciones y me encanta que hayan combinado estos dos colores aparentemente imposibles). También me gusta esta estación porque todavía podemos ir sin calcetines y para completar el outfit de hoy escogí mis salones de estampado de serpiente en azul marino y negro. Ya sabéis que no soy muy de complementos así que llevo un bolso negro con cadena dorada y una pulsera negra con charm de la Mano de Fátima con cristales de Swarovski.

T.G.I.F.! (Thank You God Is Friday!)

To celebrate that it’s Friday again and finally comes the weekend (although it seems that in Madrid is going to be a rainy weekend), I choose once again my favorite cloth to wear: a pair of jeans. I don’t exaggerate when I say that I have around 30 different models: ripped jeans, basic jeans, skinny, flared jeans, boyfriend style … I do admit that I’m a big fan of them because I think that you can combine jeans in many different ways: with a shirt or cool top and a blazer over and heels to go more dressy or with a shirt and sneakers to go more trendy.

This time I opted for this dark pattern that I customize by myself. On top I wear a navy blue shirt with white dots which reminds me a little of the space trend that I’ve seen in some stores for this season. To wrap myself in the morning and late in the afternoon I took my oversize jersey in pearl gray color that you have also seen me in THIS POST and is becoming a must to me in my day a day. And Fall is my favorite season with Spring because besides it’s never too cold or too hot, we can play with accessories like hats (this that I’m wearing today in black and white is my latest acquisition and I love that it combines these two apparently impossible colors). I like this season because we can still go without socks so to complete today’s outfit I chose my snake print stilettos in navy blue and black. You know I don’t use to wear many accessories so I today I just wear a black bag with gold chain and a black bracelet with charm of the Hand of Fatima with Swarovski crystals.

Hunter hunted!

¡Cazador cazado! No se me ha ocurrido un mejor título para el post de hoy ya que parece que va llegando el otoño y yo estoy ya sacando la artillería pesada de mi armario… Además de que define bastante bien las prendas que llevo, llevar la camiseta con el mítico personaje de Disney Bambi hace que no pueda evitar recordar cómo lloraba de pequeña cuando los cazadores de la película mataban a su madre… Estoy segura de que a muchos de vosotros os pasa lo mismo, ¡yo lo pasaba fatal con esta peli!

Hoy he rescatado mis botas de agua y mi gabardina XL. Como las temperaturas todavía no han bajado drásticamente y estamos aún en Septiembre tampoco quería ir tan abrigada, por eso escogí combinar mis botas de agua en color verde oliva y mi gabardina gris extra larga (que es una de mis prendas favoritas para este tiempo) con unos shorts vaqueros y mi nueva camiseta de Bambi. Ya sabéis que me encantan las camisetas con mensajes y esta no lo puede decir más claro: “Live Simply. Dream Big. Be Grateful. Give Love. Laugh Lots.” (Vivid sencillamente. Soñad a lo grande. Sed agradecidos. Dad amor. Reid mucho). Estas 5 sencillas y cortas frases resumen casi a la perfección lo que todos deberíamos hacer a diario. Para completar el look otoñal opté por ponerme mi sombrero marrón con plumas siguiendo el estilo “cazador” del estilismo. Hunter hunted! I haven’t thought of a better title for today’s post since it seems that autumn is already coming and I’m getting the ‘heavy artillery’ out of my closet… Besides that defines pretty well the clothes I wear, wearing this cool t-shirt with the legendary Disney character Bambi makes me to remember how I cried when hunters of this cartoon movie killed his mother… I’m sure many of you felt the same way, didn’t you? I really had a hard time watching this film!

Today I’ve rescued from my wardrobe my wells (water booties) and my XL raincoat. As temperatures have not yet dropped dramatically ’cause we are still in September and I personally don’t want to dress so warm yet, I chose to wear my rainy boots in olive green color and my extra long trench in gray (which in fact is one of my favs for this season) with a pair of denim shorts and my new Bambi tee. You know that I love t-shirts with messages and this one can’t say it more clearly: “Live Simply. Dream Big. Be Grateful. Give Love. Laugh Lots.”. These 5 simple and short sentences perfectly explain what we all should do every day with our own lives. Se nubla… sale el sol… así llevamos ya unas semanas en Madrid y al final no sabemos cómo salir a la calle. Por eso una de mis mejores alternativas es salir con algo que me sirva para este entretiempo.

La opción que os enseño hoy es una de mis favoritas porque las prendas oversize sabéis que son un must en mi armario al igual que la ropa larga o XL. Hoy he decidido combinar una falda en color gris petróleo de un tejido muy suave que mezcla algodón y seda con un jersey gris perla oversize. Para continuar con la sencillez del look opté por ponerme debajo una camiseta blanca básica. Las sneakers dieron el toque más deportivo y al ser plateadas iban a juego con mi pequeño clutch en tono plata envejecida y mis joyas de plata también. Siguiendo la tendencia XL del outfit escogí mis maxi gafas de sol para los momentos de mayor luz.

Clouds coming… the sun shining… These last few weeks we are having in Madrid a crazy weather and at the end we don’t really know how to go dress. So one of my best options is to go with something I can use for this ‘meanwhile’ days.

The option that I show you today is one of my favorites because you know that oversize clothes are a must in my closet, the same as XL clothing. Today I decided to wear a long skirt in oil gray color of a very soft cotton and silk mixed fabric and a pearl gray color oversize jersey. To continue with the simplicity of the look I chose to wear a basic white t-shirt underneath. The silver sneakers gave the most sporty touch and they matched perfectly with my little clutch in antique silver tone and my also silver jewelry (tag, rings and infinite bracelets). Following the XL trend o the outfit I chose my maxi sunglasses for the moments when the sun came out.

Rock ‘n’ Rolla

Desde luego los lunes, cuando se ha salido de la ciudad o entorno laboral, tienen otro sabor. Este fin de semana he conseguido escaparme apenas 48h a la playa para desconectar un poco del ritmo frenético que llevo a diario y la verdad es que me ha venido bastante bien.

El sábado algunos veríais en mis redes sociales que hasta pude bajar a la playa a tomar el sol porque el tiempo acompañó hasta por la tarde… Ayer domingo empeoró un poco pero al ser un clima costero nunca es tan frío como en el interior, por eso aproveché para salir a dar el último paseo por la orilla del mar antes de regresar a la capital.

Desde que me llegaron estas modernas botas negras de charol (os recomiendo que os hagáis con unas ya porque son un must ara este invierno) había pensado infinidad de posibles combinaciones pero todavía no había tenido la ocasión de estrenarlas… hasta ayer. Me las llevé por si finalmente podía ponérmelas porque el tiempo lo permitiese y la opción que escogí como primer look para llevarlas fue con este vestido de flores en gris y blanco. Me puse unos calcetines cortos grises debajo a juego. Los toques más roqueros los conseguí con la cazadora negra de cuero y el cinturón negro con hebilla y de talles en plata. Opté por unas maxi gafas y unas pulseras y anillos en plata.

¿Qué opináis de este look otoñal mezclando el estilo lady del vestido con el toque roquero del cuero y las botas?

There are Mondays… and Mondays. Whenever I have the opportunity to escape from the city the weekend, Mondays really have another taste. This weekend I wentto the beach just for 48 hours to disconnect a bit from the busy days I’ve had and the truth is that it has been pretty good to me and I’m full of energy today.

On Saturday (as surely some of you saw on my social networks) I could go to the beach to sunbathe some hours because the weather was good until the afternoon… On Sunday the weather got worst but being a coastal climate is never as cold as inside the country, so I took the opportunity to go for a last walk by the sea before coming back to the capital, Madrid.

Since I bought these modern black leather boots (I recommend you to choose ones because they are a must this winter in any wardrobe) I have thought infinity of possible combinations with them, but I had not yet had the chance to wear them for the firsr time… until yesterday. I brought them with me to finally could wear them because if weather allowed me I’d do it. The option I chose as the first look with these booties was this floral dress in gray and white. I wore gray also socks underneath matching the cloth. The most rocker touch came with the black leather jacket and the black leather belt with silver buckle and details. I also chose my maxi glasses and some silver bracelets and thin rings.

Lady in boyfriend jeans

Jueves 18 de Septiembre. Una vez más la revista más internacional organiza la noche de la moda en varias de las ciudades más destacadas del mundo: Vogue Fashion Night Out (VFNO). Las calles del centro de Madrid se cortan y todas las tiendas despliegan sus alfombras a la calle para ofrecer cocktails y descuentos a todo el que quiera pasarse.

Aún no he decidido bien qué me pondré esta noche pero el look de hoy sería una buena opción (lo digo para aquellas que vayáis a pasaros y no sepáis aún qué poneos). Sabéis que me encantan los boyfriend jeans y tengo varios modelos, más oscuros y claritos. Este es de los que más me gusta porque los cortes no son muy grandes y porque me gusta el color más clarito. Esta vez he querido añadir mi toque lady con unos stilettos de print de serpiente azules y una camisa blanca con detalles de botones con pedrería. El cinturón negro da ese estilo cowboy que tanto se llevará esta nueva temporada. El bolso de lentejuelas con forma de búho es el accesorio más original y como joyas llevo mis dos pulseras de plata del infinito y mi nuevo reloj Pepito con la mano de Fátima.

Thursday, 18 September. Once again one of the most international magazines organizes a fashion night in some of the most prominent cities around the world: Vogue Fashion Night Out (VFNO). The streets of the center of Madrid are closed to the traffic and all the shops display their rugs outside to offer cocktails and discounts to anyone who wants to stroll around.

I have not decided yet what I’ll be wearing tonight but today’s look would be a good choice (I mean that it’s a good option for those of you that go to this fashion night). You already know that I love boyfriend jeans and I have some models, darker and in light blue color. This is the one I like most because the courts are not very big and because I like the lighter color and they fit me so well at the waist. This time I wanted to add my lady touch and I did it with a blue snake print stilettos and a white shirt with button details with rhinestones. The black belt gave the cowboy style that will rock hard this new season. The sequined bag with owl form is the most original accessory and as jewelry I took my two silver bracelets with the infinite and my new Pepito watch with the Fatima’s hand.

A shirt or a dress?!

¡¡Buenos días #itfamily !!

Ayer fue el último día de la fashion week en Madrid y yo pude asistir a los desfiles de Hanibal Laguna y Dolores Cortés. Hanibal continúa en su línea de telas vaporosas que insinúan el cuerpo de la mujer y diseños con colores pastel. Dolores Cortés apuesta por bikinis y bañadores coloridos mezclados con cuero y formas asimétricas. Mañana publicaré un post especial contando mi día del domingo cuando asistí a los desfiles de Rabaneda y Duyos y la entrevista que pude realizar a este último justo antes de comenzar el desfile.

Cuando vi esta camiseta/vestido por primera vez no supe cómo ponérmela. Al principio pensé que quizá era demasiado atrevido llevarla sin shorts o pantalones debajo pero este fin de semana me decidí a hacerlo porque las aperturas laterales no se abren tanto como parece a la hora de caminar. Como es un color azul marengo y el sombrero es bicolor en negro y azul marino, escogí mis botines negros para seguir en la misma línea de colores. ¿Complementos? Un mini bolso negro con cadena dorada, unas gafas de sol negras y mi colección de brazaletes de colores con diferentes charms fueron mis accesorios.

¿Qué os parece este look más atrevido de lo normal?

Morning #itfamily !!

Yesterday was the last day of the fashion week in Madrid and I attended two fashion shows: Hanibal Laguna and Dolores Cortés. Hanibal continues on its line of vaporous clothes that suggest the female body with pastel colors and beautiful designs. Dolores Cortés’ bikinis for next summer season were colorful and mixed with leather and asymmetrical shapes. Tomorrow I will publish a special post telling you everything about my last Sunday when I attended Duyos and Rabaneda fashion show and I had the opportunity of interview Juan Duyos just minutes before jumping into the catwalk.

When I saw this shirt/dress for the first time I really didn’t know how to wear it: as a t-shirt or as a dress?. At first time I thought it might be too bold to not wearing it with a pair of shorts or jeans underneath but this weekend I decided to do it because the sides weren’t as opened as they seemed when walking. As it is gray-blue color I chose my color blocked hat in navy blue and black and I opted for my black booties in the same color line. Accessories? My mini black handbag with gold chain, a pair of black sunglasses and my collection of colorful bracelets with different charms. Do you like them?

Would you say that this look is more daring than others?

“IT” playsuit

¡Buenos días Lunes!

Menuda semana pasada y finde he tenido… pero estoy muy contenta de compartir con vosotros todos los momentos que he vivido y que os iré contando esta semana.

He titulado este post “el” mono de moda porque desde luego para mi lo es. Desde que la semana pasada los simpáticos encargados de Zara me ayudasen a buscar una prenda que ponerme para el estreno de la película a la que había sido invitada (Boyhood, os acordáis?) y me enseñaron este mono, ¡literalmente no me lo he quitado! Estoy segura de que más de uno se ha dado cuenta de que me lo puse también para la fiesta de Yo Dona (evidentemente cambiando los complementos) y os reconozco que también lo he utilizado con zapato plano este fin de semana. Creo que es una prenda que sirve para todo y ya estoy pensando en looks más abrigados para poder seguir poniéndomelo en invierno.

En esta ocasión opté por complementos sencillos pero muy elegantes. Tres pulseras bañadas en plata, oro y oro rosa con pequeñas piedras preciosas incrustadas y un colgante dorado con pequeñas perlas que me puse en la espalda fueron mis únicas joyas. El bolso es otra de mis últimas adquisiciones y no es tan pequeño como parece… me cabe todo lo que necesito cuando voy a una fiesta y además el color entre plata envejecida y oro me parece precioso. Además la pequeña cadenita y el tamaño cuadrado lo hacen diferente a cualquier otro que haya visto. Por último opté por mis sandalias de serpiente con cordones en tonos amarillos y negros que siguen siendo de mis compras top de este verano.

Morning Monday!

What a busy week the last one and a working weekend I’ve had… but I’m very happy to share with you all the moments I’ve lived and I’ll tell you everything these coming days.

I’ve titled this post “it” playsuit because to me it is the coolest playsuit for sure. Since last week the friendly managers of Zara helped me to find something to wear to the premiere of the film that I had been invited (Boyhood, do you remember?) and they show me this playsuit, I literally have wore it almost every day! I’m sure that more than one of you has realized that I wore it also to Yo Dona’s fashion week opening party (obviously changing the accessories) and I do admit that I have also used it this weekend with flat shoes (just in case one of you saw me hehe). I think it is a perfect cloth that fits us all and I’m already thinking of more looks to continue wearing it in winter time.

This time I chose simple but elegant accessories. Three silver, gold and rose gold little bracelets with small gemstones encrusted and a gold long necklace with small pearls that I wore on my back were my only jewelry. The bag is one of my latest acquisitions and is not as small as it seems… I can bring everything I need when I go to a party and also the color which is a mix between old silver and gold seems beautiful to me. Besides, the small chain and the square size make it different from any other bag that I’ve seen. Finally I opted for my snake sandals with laces in yellow and black colors which are still one of my top purchases of this summer.
