Lunes significa nueva propuesta de look para esas ocasiones más especiales que tenemos estos meses.

Hoy os traigo este mono en azul klein con un hombro descubierto ya que me parece que tanto el color como este tipo de prendas están en plena tendencia. A este tono también se le conoce como ‘azul real’ y pienso que combina perfectamente con mujeres tanto morenas como rubias, es un color neutro en este sentido. El detalle de llevar un hombro descubierto también es algo que me gustó porque queda muy sexy sin llegar a enseñar nada y además nos permite jugar con el pelo haciéndonos un recogido o un peinado hacia el lado contrario como por ejemplo el moño que tanto os gustó que me hice para la boda de mi amiga Blanca y que podéis recordar AQUÍ.

Como ya sabéis que soy muy poco de sobrecargar los estilismos y de llevar muchas joyas escogí un cinturón negro elástico para la cintura, un clutch plateado de pedrería que pienso usar para días más casual con shorts y camisetas, es comodísimo para salir en verano por las noches porque me caben justo el móvil, las llaves y algo de dinero y así no tengo que ir con un maxi bolso. Además al ser plata y con piedras de diferentes tonos es muy fácil de combinar así que pronto me lo veréis con otras opciones… Y por último escogí mis salones de glitter imitando estampado de leopardo. Me gustan porque aunque sea un tacón de 12cm debe ser que ya me he acostumbrado a ellos y no me molestan además de que siempre un zapato sin plataforma estiliza más la figura y queda más elegante.

Una vez más volvimos a escoger el céntrico y moderno Hotel Only You de Madrid que como veis tiene salones como este en los que realizar fotos tan bonitas como las de hoy. Os recomiendo pasar aunque sea a tomar algo a su bar para que lo conozcáis porque estoy segura de que os encantará.

PD: El color de labios burdeos oscuro es el DIVA de MAC, que luego siempre me lo preguntáis hehe.

Monday means new proposal of look to wear to those special occasions/dates that we are having these summer months.

Today I show you this jumpsuit in klein blue one-shoulder off because I think that both the color and the design are very trendy this season. This color is also known as ‘Royal blue’ and I think that it combines perfectly with both brown and blonde women, it is a neutral color to wear. The detail of the one shoulder off is also something that I liked because it is very sexy without actually having to show anything and allows us to play with our hair making an updo or a cool hairstyle to the opposite side such as the bow that I showed you last week that I was wearing for the wedding of my friend Blanca and that you can remember HERE.

As you know I don’t use to wear a lot of jewels when dressing, I prefer to go as simple as posible, so I chose a black elastic belt at the waist, a silver clutch of rhinestones that I’m actually going to use a lot of days with other looks such as with shorts and shirts, skirts, etc. It is extremely comfortable to carry on at these summer nights just because I can take my phone, keys and some pocket money and this way I can avoid going with a maxi bag. In addition to this being silver and with stones of different colors it is very easy to combine with other kind of clothes so soon you will see me wearing it with other options… And finally as shoes I chose my glitter heels making leopard print. I like them because even they are 12cm heel it must be that I’m used to wear them but to me they are comfy and I have always thought that a heel without platform stylized more our body and is more elegant.

Once again we returned to this central and modern hotel in the middle of the city, Only You Hotel of Madrid. As you can see it has many living rooms like this one where you can take such a beautiful pictures like today’s. I recommend you to stop even just to have a drink at their bar for you to know it because I’m sure you will love the place.

PS: The lipstick color in dark burgundy is DIVA from MAC, for those of you who will always ask me about, hehe.

¡Buenos días de Sábado!

En la sección de chico de hoy, It Boy, quiero hablaros de la tienda de moda que mi amigo, fotógrafo y blogger también José Cabral, tiene en Lisboa. ¿Lo mejor de todo? Que también se puede comprar online aquí: J.LISBON.

Como él mismo me ha explicado esta tienda es básicamente su proyecto más importante ya que es donde tiene las marcas que más le han inspirado todos estos años a la hora de vestir y de tomar sus fotos de moda y además él escoge personalmente cada prenda que se vende.

Con esta nueva iniciativa crea él mismo nuevas referencias estéticas basadas en el ‘easy going’ y en un cómodo y moderno ‘street style’. De esta forma busca que los clientes puedan descubrir cada producto en el entorno y contexto visual en el que se llevará esa prenda. Por eso las fotos son muy cuidadas ya que no son modelos reales (aunque lo parecen, son guapísimos hehe) sino que son amigos suyos cada uno con un estilo muy marcado y diferente como podéis ver. Desde mi punto de vista esta es la clave de su firma, que tiene gran variedad, para todos los gustos.

Espero que os guste esta propuesta de hoy donde es el propio Jose el que prepara todos los ‘stylings’, y viste y fotografía a la gente de su entorno para ir creando así la imagen que quiere para su propia tienda.

Good morning Saturday!

New post up on my section for him, It Boy. Today I want to talk about the fashion store of my friend, profesional photographer and also blogger José Cabral, that he has in Lisbon, Portugal. The good thing? That you can buy it all online here: J. LISBON.

As he has explained to me this store is basically his most important project because it is where he shows us all his inspiration through all these years working in the fashion industry. He has been dressing and taking photos of cool people for his blog and now he has translate that into this store where he personally chooses each clothe that it is sold.

With this new initiative he creates his own new fashion references based on the ‘easy going’ and on a comfortable outfits, like a modern ‘street style’. Thus seeking customers to discover each product in the environment and visual context in which the garment will be. So the pictures are well maintained and they are not real models (though they seem, are gorgeous hehe) but who are his friends each with a very distinct and different style as you can see.To me this is the key: here yo can find any cloth whatever your style is, so that’s the good point.

I hope you like today’s new proposal for you guys. My friend Jose himself prepares all the ‘stylings’, clothes and he take all these amazing pics of people around him to create the image he wants to share for his own store.

Stripes & denim

Viernes… Quiero terminar esta semana con otro look de entretiempo ya que parece que vamos a tener un fin de semana como estos últimos días aquí en Madrid: pasado por agua.

Llevo mis pantalones favoritos, hoy en negro, que sabéis que tengo en todos los colores. Es difícil encontrar vaqueros que nos sienten bien, al menos para mi porque o me quedan grandes y me hacen bolsas, o se dan pronto de si… por eso cuando encuentro unos que me gustan me los compro en varios modelos. Como ya sabéis que soy fan de las rayas para cualquier época del año hoy he escogido mi camiseta de rayas blancas y negras de manga larga y me he puesto un chaleco vaquero oversize encima. Mis zapatillas de cordones a juego con los colores de la camiseta al igual que mi reloj con esfera XL. Llevo un bolso de piel negro tipo bandolera con cadena dorada y un anillo dorado.

¿Qué planes tenéis para el fin de semana? Yo esta noche voy a ver la obra de mi amiga Esmeralda Moya en el Teatro Alfil: ¿Te elegiría otra vez? Que me muero de ganas de verla porque tiene pinta de ser muy buena. Estad atentos a mis redes sociales donde os contaré todos los detalles.

Friday again… and I want to finish this week with another look for this crazy weather as it seems to be these last few days at least here in Madrid… and it seems that the weekend will be the same: cloudy and rainy.

I chose my favorite ripped jeans this time in black that you know I have them in all colors. I don’t know if this happens to you but to me it’s hard to find a pair of jeans that suits me well because sometimes they are bigger or not so skinny as I like them, or they soon become bigger after washing… so when I find one model that I really like I buy them in some other models. As you know I am a big fan of stripes for any season so today I picked my t-shirt in black and white stripes long-sleeved and I have combined it with a denim oversize vest over. My laces sneakers matching the colors of the shirt like my leather watch with XL dial. I’m also wearing a black leather shoulder bag with gold chain and a gold ring.

What are your plans for the weekend? Tonight I’m going to see the new play of my friend Esmeralda Moya in the Alfil Theatre in Madrid: Would I choose you again? I’m dying to see it because it seems to be very funny. Stay tuned to my social networks where I will show you all the details.

Casual but trendy

Probablemente este sea mi look favorito de la semana. No hay nada del estilismo completo que no me guste y la verda es que la combinación de cada una de las prendas me parece que dan como resultado un outfit muy casual pero muy moderno a la vez.

Empezando de arriba hacia abajo el detalle de la gorra es el toque más casual e informal del look. Es mi nueva gorra y como sabéis yo soy más de sombreros que de gorras… hasta ahora. Esta gorra sin duda se va a convertir en mi complemento favorito sobre todo para esos días en los que queremos camuflarnos un poco, o llevamos el pelo sucio o nos queremos proteger del sol de una manera más moderna, ¡es perfecta!

A juego con la gorra escogí una camiseta gris del mismo tono con unos jeans blancos ajustados. Como estos días parece que las temperaturas suben y bajan a sus anchas he escogido esta cazadora vaquera estilo boyfriend que también es de mis últimas adquisiciones. Me encantó porque me parece muy útil para mis viajes, para el día a día, … para todo. ¿Qué os parece la mezcla con el look de hoy? Como calzado llevo mis sandalias mules negras y como único accesorio un reloj de metal con esfera blanca y números romanos.

Y hoy va a ser un día muy largo porque ya sabéis que desde ahora todos los jueves grabo un programa de moda. Podéis verlo todos en la televisión. En el programa yo presento la sección de moda junto con mi compi Flora. La cadena se llama Non Stop People, el programa El Hub y se emite desde ayer mismo en el canal 23 de Movistar TV. Además también se emite en EEUU y América Latina. ¡No os lo perdáis porque quiero vuestros comentarios y críticas!

This is probably my favorite look of the week. There is nothing like a complete styling that I like and in fact is the combination of each one of the pieces seems to result perfect matching in a very casual but at the same time very trendy outfit.

Starting up from head to toe the detail of the cap is the most casual and informal touch of the look. It’s my new cap and as you already know I’m more used to wear hats… until now. This cap will certainly become my favorite accessory especially for those days when you want to go a little more camouflage, wearing dirty hair or just for the days when we want to protect ourselves from the sun in a more modern way, it’s perfect!

Matching this cool cap I chose a gray shirt in the same color and my skinny white jeans. These days it seems that temperatures rise and fall like crazy so I have chosen this boyfriend style denim jacket which is also one of my latest acquisitions. I loved it because I find it very useful for my trips, for my day to day… for everything. What do you think about today’s mix? As shoes I’m wearing my black sandals (mules) and as unique accessory my metal watch with white dial and roman numbers.

And today it’s going to be a long day because you know that from last Thursday I’m also working on fashion TV program. You can see it all on television since yesterday. In the program I’m hosting the fashion section with my lovely mate Flora. The chain is called Non Stop People, the program is “El Hub” and it is emitted from yesterday on the 23rd Channel at Movistar TV. It will be shown also in USA and Latin America. My CKJ Diary: grunge

Miércoles significa nueva historia sobre la colaboración que he hecho con Calvin Klein para enseñaros los tres looks que más me gustan de su nueva colección para Otoño/Invierno 2016.

Tengo que reconocer que el de hoy puede ser probablemente el que más me gusta tanto por el escenario que escogimos como por todos los detalles en si.

El background es una zona abandonada de Madrid llena de grafitis y con paredes de ladrillo, me encantó esta localización porque creo que encaja perfectamente con el estilismo. Eso sí, llevar esta ropa de invierno en pleno verano con casi 40 grados… ¡os aseguro que no fue nada fácil! haha.

Y cómo me gustan las prendas, sobre todo las faldas y shorts, con detalles de cuero eh… La verdad es que pienso que nos lo podemos poner para casi cualquier ocasión e ir perfectos. Por ejemplo yo hoy llevo esta falda que combina neopreno y cuero. Quería que este look tuviese un claro aire grunge por eso escogí mis zapatillas blancas con plataforma. Arriba llevo una camiseta sencilla en gris jaspeado con letras estampadas más oscuras. Y como accesorio sabéis que me encanta jugar con los jerseys. Siempre me preguntáis sobre cómo posar en las fotos… Pues lo más importante es sentirse cómodo con lo que uno lleva puesto pero también con la persona que realiza las fotos. Pero directamente después está el tema de los accesorios. Para que las manos no queden como ‘muertas’ y no sepamos qué hacer con ellas yo siempre juego con complementos como en este caso este este jersey en gris perla de cashmere o el bolso negro que combina dos tipos de piel y que se va a convertir en un must en mi armario para este invierno.

Wednesday means new history of my last collaboration with Calvin Klein Jeans to show you the three looks that I like most about their new Fall/Winter 2016 collection.

I do admit that today’s outfit can probably be my favorite one for both: the landscape we chose and all the details of the look.

The background is an abandoned area of Madrid full of graffiti and brick walls, I loved this kind of location and furthermore for this style because I think it fits perfectly with the grunge styling. Of course you should know that wearing next winter clothes in the middle of the summer with nearly 40 degrees… I assure you that it is not an easy work! haha.

You already know how much I love the clothes, especially skirts and shorts, with leather details. The truth is that I think we can wear leather for almost any occasion and go perfectly dressed up. For example, today I’m wearing this skirt combining neoprene and leather. I liked so much this look for the grunge style it has and that’s why I chose my white sneakers with platform. On top I’m wearing a simple gray shirt with embossed lettering darker. And as an accessory you know that I love playing with jerseys. You always ask me about how to pose in the pics… So the most important thing of course is to feel comfortable with what you are wearing, but also with the person shooting the pictures. But directly after that the key is in the accessories. So that our arms and hands don’t make strange things, it is a good option to always play with accessories as here I’m doing with this pearl gray cashmere jersey or my black shoulder bag that combines two types of leather that surely will become a must in my wardrobe for the next season.

Floral prints

Con la llegada de las altas temperaturas y de los días tan soleados llegan también infinidad de estampados de flores diferentes… hoy os quiero enseñar este mono de flores en tonos verdes y azules ya que este tipo de prendas son mis favoritas para esta época por su comodidad.

Me gusta pensar poco lo que me pongo cada día y no tener que pasarme horas escogiendo con qué lo combino, parte de arriba, de abajo, etc. así que por eso cada vez me estoy volviendo más fan de los playsuits ya que simplemente te los pones con un bolso y zapatos y listo. Este me gustó aparte de por su estampado tan veraniego por el diseño: es atado al cuello con escote de corazón para hacer una forma más bonita en la zona del pecho y además lleva una capa más por delante a modo de falda. ¿Qué os parece a vosotros? Como calzado escogí mis sandalias bicolor abiertas por delante y atadas al tobillo en nude y negro. Llevo mi bolso color maquillaje con cadena dorada y un reloj negro de piel como complementos. Ya sabéis, cuanto más sencilla, mejor.

Y quiero terminar este post haciendo una pequeña reflexión. Como habréis visto en mis redes sociales un amigo nuestro se ha ido ayer… estamos bastante afectados sobre todo porque nadie se lo esperaba. Así que vuelvo a repetir que este blog, mis redes, todo mi trabajo que hago con mucho esfuerzo es algo LIBRE. Os podéis meter libremente, o no, y comentar claro, no quiero que solo se comente para bien, yo siempre leo y estoy abierta a comentarios constructivos, pero cuando pasan cosas serias como las de ayer no. Por favor, no se a qué vamos a llegar como solía decir él: ¿por qué esta mal visto que uno se quiera a si mismo, que se vea guapo, que piense que ha hecho algo realmente bien, etc? Basta ya de criticar por criticar y seamos un poco más humanos por favor… La vida tiene muchas cosas buenas por las que luchar y Dios nos puso aquí para “amarnos los unos a los otros” no para destruirnos ni criticarnos así que es lo que hacemos a diario con gente que ni conocemos…

With the arrival of the high temperatures and these sunny days they also come so many prints of different kind of flowers… so today I want to show you this floral playsuit in green and blue colors as this style of clothing are becoming my favorite for this season for the comfy they are.

I like to think and to dress up every morning as quick as posible. I just hate spending hours in front of the mirror choosing how I can combine something, the top, bottom, shoes, etc. so that’s why I’m getting more fan of playsuits simply because you wear them easily with bag and shoes and just go. I liked this special one apart from its nice print also for it design: it is tied around the neck with sweetheart neckline to make more beautiful the chest area and also it has like a little skirt at the front to hide the pants. What do you think about it? I chose my color blocked sandals open at the front and tied to the ankle in nude and black colors. I’m also wearing my makeup color bag with gold chain and my black leather watch as complements. You know, the simpler the better.

And I want to finish today’s post with a little own reflection. As you have seen on my social networks our friend Luis has gone yesterday… we are still in shock especially because nobody expected it. So I repeat one more time that this blog is my work, I’m so happy doing it every day , and I do it with a lot of effort, but is something FREE. I mean, you can read ir or not, and comment of course, I do not want to comment only good things, I always try to read all your comments and I am open to constructive feedback, but when serious things happen like yesterday, no. Please, we need to change this now! Like what he used to say to us: why they criticize us when you like yourself, when you think that you look handsome one day, when we think we have done something really well, etc? Enough to criticize only for criticizing and be a little bit more human please… Life has many good things to fight for and God put us here to “love each other” not to destroy or criticize between us that’s what we do every day with people who we do not even know…

Barcelona wedding

¡Buenos días!

De nuevo Lunes y comenzamos nueva semana yo con las pilas muy cargadas por el fin de semana de relax, diversión y desconexión que he pasado en Barcelona.

Como la mayoría sabréis llegué a Barcelona el viernes por la mañana para asistir a un par de reuniones y luego pasé el día en el lounge del Hotel donde me hospedaba, Hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar en frente del mar. Es uno de los hoteles que más me gustan de Barcelona sobre todo en esta época del año porque ya habéis visto su zona de piscina y al estar frente al mar hace que tenga aún mejores vistas. Esta zona de piscina y chill out pertenece además a Puro Beach por lo que está cuidado hasta el último detalle.

Pero el motivo principal de mi viaje a Barcelona era la boda de una gran amiga mía y mejor aún persona, mi tocaya Marti! (más conocida como romper86 en Youtube o Marta Riumbau en las redes sociales). Nos hicimos muy amigas hace ya varios años al trabajar en el mismo sector y desde entonces no ha habido problemas en que vivamos en distintas ciudades: hablamos todas las semanas y nos vemos siempre que podemos. Por eso estoy muy muy feliz por ella porque no ha podido encontrar a mejor compañero de vida que a Borja, también ya buen amigo mío, que la adora y juntos van a comenzar otra nueva etapa aún más felices si cabe. ¡Mil gracias por todo chicos!

Os cuento algunos detalles de la boda que me habéis preguntando… La ceremonia religiosa se celebró en la Parroquia Santa María Reina y luego nos trasladamos todos a la final Bell Recó. El lugar era de ensueño desde luego. El vestido y complementos de Marta eran de Teresa Helbig, estaba impresionantemente guapa con un diseño muy sencillo de manga larga y escote de espalda y lo más importante: una larga cola y velo. La primera canción que bailaron los novios fue “Thinking out loud” de Edd Sheeran, una de mis canciones favoritas así que yo con los pelos de punta viendo el baile que nos prepararon los novios.

Y para terminar hablemos del look que escogí. Después de todo el revuelo que se ha montando respecto a mi vestido me gustaría decir varias cosas. Lo primero es que Marta es mi amiga y ya sabía cómo era el vestido. Además es rosa, no blanco o beige o blanco roto. Es rosa y el rosa clarito es un color perfectamente aceptable en cualquier boda. Y lo escogí largo aunque ya sabéis que no soy muy de ir de largo a las bodas pero en esta en concreto así se indicaba y así iban todas las invitadas. Es ajustado y lleva un forro de raso con una capa de encaje desde el cuello hasta los pies. Como calzado para las fotos volví a recurrir a mis salones color nude de aguja pero para la boda al ser un terreno más complicado me puse mis sandalias abiertas en el mismo tono pero con tacón más ancho y algo de plataforma para no arrastrar tanto el vestido. Como clutch el mismo que el fin de semana pasado en tonos dorados y ninguna joya, que sabéis que soy muy sencilla.

El peinado por el que también me habéis preguntado bastante me lo hice en el Salón Anna Riu en la calle Valencia 306. Anna tiene la suerte de tener a un equipazo que desde el primer momento me ayudaron y asesoraron para conseguir el resultado final que me visteis en las fotos. Llevo una trenza de raíz en la derecha que termina en la izquierda con el pelo suelto con ligeras ondas al aire. ¡Me encantó!

En estas llevo el pelo mojado porque el shooting lo hicimos en el hotel al no tener más tiempo el día de la boda.

Para terminar quiero darle las gracias a mi querida Mónica, del blog Mes Voyages a Paris que me hizo estas fabulosas fotos y con la que me lo pasé genial en la boda. ¡Besitos a Alberto y a ti mi amor!

Morning guys!

Monday again and we have started a new week full of energy thanks to this weekend of relax, fun and disconnection that we have lived in Barcelona.

As many of you will know we arrived in Barcelona on Friday morning to attend some meetings and then we spent the rest of the day in the lounge of the hotel where we was staying, Hilton Diagonal Mar Hotel just in front of the sea. It is one of the hotels that I like most in Barcelona especially at this time of the year because you have seen their pool area and lounge and being just with the sea in front gives it even better views. The pool area and chill out also belongs to Puro Beach company so they take care of every single detail for you to feel as much comfortable as posible.

But the main reason for my trip to Barcelona was the wedding of a very close friend of mine and even better person, my namesake Marti! (Better known as romper86 on Youtube and Riumbau Marta on the social networks). We became very good friends some years ago as we work in the same fashion industry and since then there have been no problems about living in different cities, we talk almost every week and we see each other whenever we can. So I’m really very happy for her because she couldn’t have found a better life partner than Borja. He is also a good friend of mine, who adores her and together they will begin a new life even happier if possible. Thanks for everything guys, I really had a wonderful day, I love you!

Now I want to tell you some details of the wedding that you have asked me about… The religious ceremony was held in Parroquia Santa María Reina and then we moved for the celebration to Bell Reco place. The place was heavenly indeed, like from a fairy tale. The dress and accessories that Marta were wearing were from Teresa Helbig, she was so so beautiful with a very simple design with long sleeves and neckline back and most importantly, a long train and veil. The first song they danced together was “Thinking Out Loud” of Edd Sheeran, one of my favorite songs too so you can imagine my feelings listening to it and seeing these guys dancing the cool dance they prepared for us…

And finally let’s talk about the look I chose. After all the comments and all kind of reactions about my dress I want to say some things. First of all is that Marta is my friend and she knew how was my dress. Also I’d like to say that it is pink, not white or beige or dark white. It is pink and soft pink is a perfectly acceptable color in any wedding. And I chose long even when you know I’m not use to wear long dresses to any event or to go to the weddings but this specifically said that, so all the women invited to the wedding were wearing long dresses. It’s tight and it wears a satin lining with a layer of lace from neck to toe. As heels for the pics I chose my red soles in nude color but for the wedding as it was a more complicated terrain I got my peep toes sandals in the same tone but with heels wider and some platform not keep off the dress. As clutch I was wearing the same of the last weekend in gold and no jewels, you know that I am very simple and don’t use to wear anything either earrings, bracelets or necklaces.

The hairstyle which also you have asked me about I did it at the Anna Riu Saloon at 306 Valencia Street. I do admit that I had a great team that from the first moment as all the team helped and advised me to get the final result you saw on my pics. I was wearing a braid on the right side that ended on the left side with the hair with light waves in the air. I loved it!

I have these wet hair on these pics because we did the shooting at the hotel the day before as we didn’t have time the wedding day.

Finally I want to thankful my dear Monica, author of the blog Mes Voyages a Paris, that made me these great photos and with which I had a super funny day at the wedding. Many kisses to Alberto and to you my love!

¡Buenos días!

No he querido hablaros aquí acerca del nuevo tratamiento que me estoy haciendo en la cara porque ya sabéis que me gusta siempre probarlo todo bien antes para mostraros siempre resultados reales comprobados por mi misma.

Así que después de 3 sesiones ya os puedo contar todos los beneficios que estoy consiguiendo gracias a mi tratamiento con la máquina Exilis en el centro Salud y Belleza La Moraleja.

Es muy fácil llegar ya que se encuentra en la mítica Plaza de la Fuente donde están todos los restaurantes y además se puede aparcar tanto al aire libre como dentro del parking.

Pero os voy a contar lo interesante aunque creo que en el vídeo Olaya y yo os contamos todo con más detalles y veis también en qué consiste cada sesión porque os muestro cómo me lo hacen a mi misma.

Esta máquina está suponiendo una revolución en Estados Unidos ya que desde la primera sesión os aseguro que se notan los resultados. Una amiga mía vino el último día conmigo y se hizo su primera sesión y también lo puede corroborar. Como os decía lo alucinante de esta máquina es que simplemente con un cabezal que se calienta al pasar por nuestra piel se nos activa el colágeno de la misma en el acto. ¿Y para qué queremos reactivar nuestro colágeno? Pues la gente mayor para reducir las arrugas que les han ido saliendo con el paso del tiempo… ¡pero los jóvenes para evitarlas! Estos días he leído algún comentario de que yo no lo necesitaba… pero os aseguro que si porque simplemente con la forma que tenemos de mover los músculos de nuestra cara al hablar o al expresarnos se nos han ido formando arruguitas que si se tratan a tiempo pueden no ir a más. Así que yo soy de las que piensa que ¡más vale prevenir que curar!

Además quiero agradecer a las chicas del centro su apoyo y confianza en mi ya que les pedí por favor un precio muy especial para toda la gente que fuese de mi parte porque estas sesiones sino son un poco desorbitadas… Y en este centro las tendréis por 50€ cada una. Tenéis toda la información necesaria y contacto del Centro AQUÍ así que espero que los que os decidáis a probarlo me contéis los buenos resultados que obtenéis como yo.

Morning guys!

I did not want to speak here on the blog about the new therapy I’m doing on my own face because you know that I always like to try everything well before showing you real results verified by myself.

So after 3 sessions now I can tell you all the benefits I am discovering through my treatment with the Exilis machine at the beauty center Salud y Belleza La Moraleja.

It is very easy to arrive here because it is located in the famous Fountain Square where all the restaurants are and also you can park both outdoors or inside the parking.

But let’s talk about the interesting thing even I think that on the video Olaya and I explain everything perfectly to you in more detail and also you can see what each session is about because I show you how I do it myself.

This machine is already a revolution in the United States because since the first session I assure you that the results are noticeable. A friend of mine came last day with me and she also had its first session and she can corroborate it too. As I said, this machine is amazing because simply with a head that is heated as it passes through our skin it activates the collagen of our skin instantly. And why do we want and need to revive our collagen? Old people want to reactivate it in order to reduce their wrinkles that have gone out along the time… but young people need it just to avoid them! These last days I read a comment that ‘I did not need it yet’… but I do guys! Because the way we move the muscles of our face when speaking or expressing ourselves we are creating wrinkles that if we treat on time they can not go further. So I am one of those who thinks that prevention is better than cure!

I also want to thank the girls of the center for their support and trust in me so I asked them to please make a special price for all the people who go there for me because otherwise these sessions are a little bit expensive… And in this center you will have them for 50€ each one! Dreaming of plumeti

Menudo jueves que llevo… y ahora son más de las 11 de la noche y aquí estoy escribiendo el post de mañana.

Como os he comentado en mis redes sociales he estado grabando una producción muy especial esta tarde (desde las 16h) que os enseñaré la semana que viene y a lo largo de las próximas semanas en varios capítulos… espero que os guste porque hemos trabajado mucho en ella.

Y aprovechando el bonito peinado y maquillaje que me ha hecho una vez más mi querida Anabel en Moncho Moreno y también esta fabulosa última localización de vías de tren pues al final del día he querido dedicar uno minutos más a preparar este post para hoy.

Que me encanta el color blanco y sobre todo el encaje, plumeti, etc. es algo que todos sabemos. Por eso hacía tiempo que quería combinar esta camisa que me encanta pero al ser tan transparente no había encontrado el momento hasta ahora. Hoy la llevo con unos shorts de cuero negros y mis nuevas sandalias doradas con tacón medio y tipo cangrejeras, ¿qué os parecen? A mi me gustan porque así puedo ir con algo de tacón en verano en mi día a día sin cansarme, desde luego son bastante cómodas. Llevo un bolso bandolera combinando piel y pelo negro. Como accesorios llevo un maxi reloj de piel negro con esfera blanca y mi colgante de corazón de plata con mini llave en oro rosa.

Y por fin fin de semana y yo mañana tengo la boda de mis queridos amigos Blanca y Álvaro. Desde aquí les deseo todo lo mejor en esta nueva etapa y os iré contando todo en mis redes sociales.

Thursday… what a busy day! It’s already 11 at night and I’m still sitting here writing tomorrow’s post… I’m sooo tired!

As I have mentioned you before on my social networks I’ve been filming and shooting a very special production this afternoon (from 16h) that I will show you next week and over the coming weeks in some chapters on the blog… I hope you like it because we have worked so hard on it.

And taking advantage of the nice hairstyle and makeup that made me once again my dear Anabel at Moncho Moreno’s and having this amazing last location with this fabulous train tracks I wanted to dedicate one minutes at the end of our working day taking the last pics to prepare this post for you.

I love the white and especially the lace, plumeti, etc. details, it is something we all know. So I have been waiting to combine this shirt that I really like but being so transparent I had not found the moment until now. Today I’m wearing it with my black leather shorts and my new gold sandals with medium heel and crabeater style, what do you think about them? I like them because I can go with some heel for the summer in my day a day without getting tired, and of course they are also very comfortable. I chose a shoulder bag combining black leather and fur. As accessories I’m wearing a black leather watch with white XL dial and my silver heart necklace with a mini key in pink gold.

And last day of the working week! I’m so excited because I have tomorrow the big wedding of my dear friends Álvaro and Blanca. From here I wish you all the best in this new life guys and I’ll tell you all the details through my social networks.

Young soul

Alma joven… como una chica de 20 años me siento. Me gusta que por mucho que vayan pasando los años cada día dedique el mismo tiempo, energía y alegría a mi trabajo que el primer día. Y lo mejor de todo es que intento sentirme joven y ser alegre y divertida no sólo en el trabajo sino en todos los ámbitos de mi vida… Mucho mejor verlo todo con una sonrisa no? Y al fin y al cabo dicen que reír alarga la vida… hehe.

Me habéis pedido que introduzca más estampados y colores llamativos en mis looks diarios, pero la verdad es que cuando más cómoda y ‘yo misma’ me siento es cuando llevo ropa sencilla de colores básicos… peeero hoy os quiero enseñar mi nueva falda de flores que aunque son pequeñitas y en colores claritos ¡ya es un paso!

La falda se abrocha con pequeños botones delante y tiene cintura elástica. Llevo un top cortito a juego con el tono rosa de los detalles de la falda y encima un jersey gris de cashmere para los momentos más fríos del día. Al llevar este jersey escogí mis zapatillas de cordones en el mismo color. Como veis un simple jersey nos da siempre mucho juego con cualquier look porque lo podemos llevar puesto consiguiendo un estilo oversize o atado a la cintura para un toque más casual.

Ya sabéis que es imprescindible para el día a día de una mujer llevar un bolso grande donde quepan todas las cosas que necesitamos, aunque muchas de ellas ni las necesitemos… hehe. Como accesorios escogí mi nuevo reloj plateado de esfera blanca y combiné dos pequeños anillos con corazones en plata y oro rosa.

Y ahora me voy al médico a ver qué me dicen de mis cervicales, que me duelen bastante desde hace unas semanas y luego tengo una larga tarde de grabación y shooting que os mostraré la semana que viene el resultado, ¡os va a encantar!

Young soul… like I was a 20 year old teenager, that’s how I feel. I like that even the years pass by I do spend every day the same time, energy and happiness doing my work as for the first time. And the best of all is that I try to feel young and be happy not only at work but in all the moments of my life… I think it is much better to see everything with a smile, don’t you think so? And after all it is said that the more you laugh the more you will live… hehe.

You have asked me many times to introduce new printed clothes and bright colors in my daily looks, but the truth is that I really feel more comfortable and ‘myself’ when I wear simple clothes of basic colors… Buuut today I want to show you my new floral skirt although flowers are tiny and in soft colors, but step by step!

The skirt has small buttons at the front and elastic waist. I chose a short topin soft pink matching the small details of the skirt. Over I’m wearing a gray cashmere sweater for the cooler moments of the day. By wearing this jersey I chose my also dark grey sneakers. You can see how simple it is to wear a jersey, it always will give to you too many options with any look. We can wear it as an oversize cloth or tied at the waist for a more casual style.

You know that is essential for the daily life of a woman to wear a big bag to put inside all the things we need daily, although many of those we do not really need them… hehe. As accessories I chose my new silver watch with white dial and I combined two small rings with hearts in silver and rose gold.

And now I’m going to the doctor to see what happen with my neck, it hurts me a little bit since few weeks ago and then I have a long afternoon of filming and shooting a new project that I will show you probably next week, you’ll love it!
