Último post de mi último viaje a Italia… Y es que nadie debería irse de Milán sin antes visitar su espectacular catedral: el Duomo.
Siempre que paso por esta ciudad italiana tengo que parar aunque sea sólo unos minutos para disfrutar de la maravillosa estructura de esta catedral gótica que es una de las más grandes del mundo. Puede albergar hasta 40.000 personas, ¡increíble!.
Es tan importante que de hecho es el propio centro de la ciudad, el núcleo alrededor del cual se construyeron el resto de calles.
Para un día de turismo y fotos escogí como siempre la opción más cómoda y sencilla de mi maleta: unos vaqueros ajustados, una camiseta, una cazadora vaquera estilo boyfriend por encima y mis nuevas zapatillas rosas de espejo que me encantan para este invierno.
Como os comenté ayer en algunas de mis redes sociales tengo buenas noticias y sorpresas para vosotros esta semana, así que ¡estad atentos!
Y ahora a disfrutar lo que queda del finde, el Domingo es mi día favorito…

Latest post on the blog about my last trip to Italy… And nobody should leave Milan without visiting its spectacular cathedral: Il Duomo.
Whenever I visit this Italian city I have to stop even just for a few minutes to enjoy the wonderful structure of this Gothic cathedral which actually is one of the bigges in the world. It can accommodate up to 40,000 people, amazing!
In fact it is very important for the city that is the real center, around which the rest of streets were built many years ago.
For a day of tourism and photos as always I chose the simplest and most comfy outfit of my suitcase: a pair of skinny jeans, a message T-shirt, a denim jacket boyfriend style over and my new pink sneakers that I really love for this winter.
As I told you yesterday through some of my social networks I have some good news and surprises for you this week, so stay tuned!

Cómo no podía ser de otra manera la MFW está llena de presentaciones de colecciones y desfiles donde modelos, bloggers, influencers y prensa visten sus mejores galas y ropa más cool para dejarse ver por la ciudad.
Yo en concreto el Sábado pasé a descubrir la propuesta de Jimmy Choo para el próximo verano y como os conté a través de mi Snapchat me enamoré de algunos modelos que he añadido ya a mi lista de deseos… hehehe.
Para el día escogí un look sencillo pero con toques arreglados. Llevaba unos jeans de tiro alto con una camiseta beige con estrellas de glitter, unas sandalias con tachuelas y mi nuevo bolso en beige.
Para el desfile que tuvimos por la tarde y cena de la noche escogí algo más serio pero con un punto divertido: llevaba unos pantalones midi de cuero negros, sandalias de plataforma de ante y una blazer de estampado tropical con capa y sin mangas. El desfile de Elisabetta Franchi fue todo un éxito como yo misma comenté para la cadena HD Fashion de Milán, que me entrevistaron al terminar el show. Si es que como podéis ver yo con un micro en la mano ¡estoy en mi salsa! hahaha.
Por la noche fuimos a cenar al que probablemente es el mejor restaurante de Milán: Giannino. Aparte de que es frecuentemente visitado por todas las celebrities internacionales, Lorenzo, el dueño, (que aparece en las fotos más abajo conmigo) te hace siempre sentir como en casa, ¡grazie mille Lorenzo!
Esta en concreto fue una noche muy divertida y especial porque éramos un grupo muy simpático de amigos y después de esta exquisita cena fuimos todos a Biblos, otra de las discotecas que no podéis dejar de visitar en esta ciudad junto con Armani y Cavalli.
Quiero dar las gracias desde aquí a mi súper amigo Juan Marrero por ser aparte de amigo el mejor organizador que conozco, ¡ole ole Juanito!
Y desde luego que las cosas siempre suceden cuando menos las esperamos…
En fin, mañana por fin os contaré todos los detalles de la fiesta de Vogue China.
Nos vemos de nuevo esta noche a las 23:30h en Movistar Plus, que con tanto viaje prefiero avisaros del cambio de mis secciones en el canal.

Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016.
How could it be otherwise MFW is full of presentations of the new collections and fashion shows where models, bloggers, influencers and press people wear their best and cool clothes to be seen around the town.
I specifically went on Saturday to discover the proposal of Jimmy Choo for the next summer and as I told you through my snapchat I fell so in love with some models that I already have added to my wish list… hehe.
For the day I chose a simple look but with lady touches. I wore a high-waisted jeans with a beige shirt with glitter stars, my studded sandals in black and nude colors and my new shoulder bag in beige.
For the fashion show we had in the afternoon and the evening dinner I chose something more serious but with a funny point: I chose a midi black leather pants, my suede platform sandals and my tropical print blazer with sleeveless and coat. Elisabetta Franchi show was a complete success as I explained to HD Fashion chain of Milan, who interviewed me after the show. As you can see whenever I’m with a microphone in my hand I feel just happy! hahaha.
At night we went to dinner at what is probably the best restaurant in Milan: Giannino. Besides is frequently visited by all international celebrities, Lorenzo, the owner, (shown in the photos below with me) always makes you feel like at home, Lorenzo grazie mille!
This in particular was a very fun and special night because we were a very nice group of friends altogether and after this delicious dinner we all went to Byblos, one of the clubs that you can not miss in this city like also Armani and Cavalli clubs.
I want to thank also from here my bestie Juan Marrero. Apart from being a super good friend of mine he is the best manager ever, thank you baby!
And of course things always happen when you least expect them…
Anyway, tomorrow I will tell you all the details about the cool Vogue China’s Party.

Pues ya estoy ‘en route’ de nuevo… ¿Próxima parada? ¡Milán!
Con motivo de la Fashion Week de la ciudad italiana en un par de horas vuelvo a coger mis maletas para pasar unos días en el país de la bota. Me apetece mucho porque os van a encantar todos los eventos y desfiles que tengo preparados para enseñaros todos los detalles y además porque Milán (para aquellos que aún no hayáis tenido la ocasión de visitar la ciudad) es precioso, así que os enseñaré a través de mis redes sociales como siempre todo lo que hagamos.
Al parecer el tiempo no nos va a acompañar mucho como ayer en Madrid que ya tuvimos temperaturas otoñales. Me preguntasteis muchos a cerca del chaleco verde militar que llevaba puesto… pues aquí lo tenéis. Los chalecos son otro de los complementos a los que les podemos sacar mucho partido en Otoño llevando un jersey debajo como el que llevo yo hoy por ejemplo en blanco. Lo combiné con unos jeans vaqueros rotos y mis zapatillas con plataforma y estampado militar. Una vez más opté por llevar sombrero, hoy de cuadros, mi accesorio favorito de la temporada.
Me voy a terminar la maleta y nos vemos en Milán chicos.

Well, I’m ‘en route’ again… Next stop? Milan!
In this occasion I’m traveling to Milan for the Fashion Week of the Italian city. In a few hours I’ll be leaving Madrid for the next few coming days to visit once again the country of the boot. I’m excited because I love all the events and fashion shows that they have prepared to us and I will show you all the details as always. Milan (for those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to visit the city) is beautiful, so I’ll show through my social networks as usual everything we do, al always, so you can enjoy it with me, hehe.
Apparently the weather is not going to we so warm as it happened yesterday in Madrid, where we already had autumn temperatures. You asked me a lot about the military green vest that I was wearing… well here it is. Vests are another must-have that can change totally our fall looks. I was wearing this one with a white jersey under. I combined it with a pair of ripped jeans and my platform sneakers with military print. Once again I chose to wear a hat, a checkered one, my favorite accessory for this season.
Now I’m gonna finish my suitcase and see you in Milan guys.
Aparte de estar felices por dentro y eso compartirlo con los demás, exteriorizarlo, también existen otros productos que nos ayudan a lucir una sonrisa perfecta y bonita.
Siempre me preguntáis que por qué tengo los dientes tan blancos y es porque la verdad es que yo no tomo café, ni fumo, ni suelo comer alimentos que me dañen el esmalte de los dientes. Para mi que no paro de hablar y de reírme la mayoría de mis días es muy importante tener una boca limpia y cuidada. Por eso aparte de todo esto también uso los mejores productos que me ayudan en mi higiene diaria bucal. Ya utilizaba la pasta dentífrica de Colgate antes de participar en esta bonita acción con ellos pero ahora con la nueva pasta Colgate Max White Expert White la verdad es que noto mis dientes aún más limpios y blanquitos. ¡Hasta me lancé a hacer el ‘payaso’ con mi nueva nariz! He he he.
A vosotros, ¿qué es lo que os alegra el día u os hace feliz en vuestra vida? Porque ahí está la clave para mantener una actitud positiva siempre ante todo.
Recordad que debido a mi agenda de esta semana hoy estaré dos veces en el canal. A las 18h en El Hub comentando los mejores estilismos de los Premios Emmy y luego por la noche a las 23:30h con una nueva cover que os encantará.

What is the secret of a perfect smile?
Apart from being happy inside and share it with others, I externalize, there are other products that help us to look perfect and with a beautiful smile.
You always ask me why I have so white teeth and the truth is that because I do not drink coffee or smoke and I don’st eat food that can damage my tooth appearance. To me, that I can not stop talking and laughing most of my days, is very important to have a clean teeth and a perfect smile. So besides all this I also use the best products to help me in my daily oral hygiene. I already used Colgate toothpaste before participating in this nice action with them but now with the new Colgate Max White Expert White paste the truth is that I have noticed even more that my teeth are cleaner and whiter. I even played at the event with my ‘clown’ new nose! He he he.
But what about you, what is it that that make you happy in your life? Because that is the key to keep a positive attitude always to life. Good vibes only!
Remember that because of my schedule of this week I will be twice today on the TV channel. At 18h at El Hub discussing the best outfits of the Emmy Awards and then this night at 23: 30h with a new cover that you will love.
Se sigue notando el cambio de estación y sobre todo hoy que en concreto en Madrid rondamos los 16 grados… ¡adios verano!
Pero como os he dicho muchas veces el Otoño y la Primavera son mis estaciones favoritas. Tanto por el tiempo que no hace ni mucho frío ni mucho calor como por la ropa, que tenemos mil opciones y combinaciones.
Pues hoy continúo con la lista que inauguramos el lunes de “Fall Must-Haves” para la nueva temporada con los petos o monos. Hace varios años que han vuelto al mercado de la moda pero este año ya los he visto de todas las formas y diseños: desde los típicos de tela vaquera como el que llevo yo hoy hasta de pana o seda y además de pantalón o tipo falda midi. ¿Qué os parecen a vosotros?
Uno de mis favoritos es este negro vaquero que he combinado con un crop top de rayas blancas y negras y mis nuevas zapatillas deportivas blancas con detalles en negro a juego. El toque diferente y otoñal lo conseguí con mi nuevo bolso bandolera de piel en color camel, por cierto muy a juego con el entorno de la foto hehe.
Esta tarde os cuelgo la entrevista y fotos que tuve la suerte de hacerle ayer al guapo actor Alex Hafner y nos vemos mañana con más novedades.

We already can feel the change of season and especially today in particular in Madrid, as we have around 16 degrees… bye bye summer!
But as I have said many times the fall and spring are my favorite seasons. The weather is not very cold or very hot and about clothes we have a thousand options and combinations, like it!
Well today I continue with the list that we created on Monday, “Fall Must-Haves” for the new season with these kind of jumpsuits or coveralls. Since some years ago they have been introduce into the fashion world but this year I have seen all kind of shapes and designs: from the typical denim ones like the one I’m wearing today or silk fabric to pants or midi skirt style. What do you think about them?
One of my favorites is this black denim overall which I have combined with a crop top with black and white stripes and my new white sneakers with black details matching. The autumnal touch comes with my new leather shoulder bag in camel color, also matching perfectly the background of the picture hehe.
This afternoon I will publish the interview and the pictures that I did yesterday afternoon to the handsome Spanish actor Alex Hafner and see you tomorrow with more news guys.
Me resisto todavía a dar un cambio radical en mi ropa y en mi armario, por eso intento seguir combinando prendas y colores veraniegos con otros complementos más abrigados.
Hoy llevo unos jeans blancos con rotos en el borde que se pueden utilizar para este entretiempo. Como parte de arriba escogí mi body negro de manga larga con tiras y encima una cazadora vaquera con parches que aportaba el toque más roquero y moderno del look. Los zapatos tricolor a juego son mis favoritos de tacón, hehe, ¿os gustan a vosotros?
Y ya se que cada vez sois más los que me veis en el canal de TV, ¡qué ilusión! Me encanta que os gusten los programas y mi aparición en ellos.
Hoy es mi día “libre” de grabaciones así que estoy aprovechando para hacer las mil cosas que no me da tiempo habitualmente y además para tener algunas reuniones importantes que pronto os podré contar los resultados.

I still refuse to give a radical change on my clothes and on my closet, so I try to continue combining clothes and summer colors with more warm ones.
Today I’m wearing white jeans with broken on the edge that can be used for this halftime. On top my black body long-sleeved with strips and a denim jacket with patches over which gave the most rocker and modern touch to the outfit. The tricolor red soles (heels) matching the colors of the look are my favorite ones, hehe, do you like them too?
And I know that every time are more of you who see me on the TV channel, I’m so excited! I love you like the shows and my collaborations there.
So today is my “free” day of recordings so I’m taking the opportunity to do a thousand things that I usually do not have time to and also to have some important meetings that soon I will tell you everything.
Comienzo nueva semana y he decidido crear una nueva ‘lista’ para el invierno titulada FMH que es la abreviatura de ‘Fall Must-Haves’ o lo que es lo mismo, piezas imprescindibles en nuestro armario para este Otoño. ¿Qué os parece?
Lo hago porque me habéis comentado varias veces que os cuente cuales son o serán las prendas clave para la nueva temporada y qué mejor forma que contároslo que aquí en el blog explicando y enseñándoos cada día una de ellas.
Aprovechando los últimos días de altas temperaturas quiero comenzar con las bailarinas atadas. Desde que la diseñadora Isabel Marant sacase las suyas al mercado, planas de piel y con cordones finos también de piel, el resto de firmas del mundo de la moda han creado sus propios diseños. A mi me ha costado encontrar unas que me gustase porque no me veo con una punta muy afilada y también quería unas con algo de tacón, así que finalmente me he decantado por estas bailarinas de antelina negras atadas con cordón negro, punta redonda y tacón medio que son exactamente las que buscaba. Hoy las he combinado con una falda negra vaquera abrochada delate y una camiseta blanca de canalé. Aunque no suelo llevar joyas pensé que este collar de estilo étnico le daría un toque más moderno al look.

Let’s start a new week and I have decided to create a new ‘list’ entitled FMH for this coming Autumn which is short for ‘Fall Must-Haves’ or what is the same, essential pieces in our wardrobe for this fall. What do you think about it?
I do it because you have asked me many times to tell you which are or which will be the must-haves items for the new season and what a better way to do it than showing you it here on the blog explaining every piece and with a different look every day one.
Taking advantage of the last days of high temperatures I would like to begin this new section with these cross-tied flats. Since the designer Isabel Marant launched their own ones, flat leather with fur strands too, the rest of the brands in the fashion world have created their own designs. To me it took me time to find ones that I like because I do not like a very sharp toecap and I wanted ones with some heel, so I finally opted for these dancers of black suede tied with black lace, round to the toe and medium heel, exactly what I was looking for. Today I have combined them with a denim buttoned black skirt and a white ribbed shirt. Although I do not usually wear jewelry I thought this necklace ethnic style give it a more modern touch to the outfit.
What do you think about this kind of cross-tied flats? Do you already have yours?
Tercer día en Israel. Quedamos como cada día a las 7am en el lobby del hotel. Esta vez nos alojamos en el Hotel Grand Court Jerusalem.
Visitamos la ciudad de Jerusalem por dentro. Núcleo central de varias religiones, entre ellas la mía. Desde que he conocido esta ciudad os puedo asegurar que de todas las que he visitado en mi vida es la que más me ha gustado, mi favorita del mundo. No sólo por este tema de la religión que se que muchos os emocionasteis conmigo al ver algunos de los vídeos, sobre todo los de dentro del sepulcro de Jesús, sino también por cómo está construida con piedras exclusivamente de allí, toda la historia que tiene, lo que significa para tanta gente, sus calles, los colores… ¡Me encantó!
Como os comento recorrimos las calles hasta llegar a la iglesia central donde fue crucificado Nuestro Señor Jesucristo y enterrado hasta que resucitó al tercer día. Es impresionante ver todo tan bien conservado y también a todos los creyentes, emocionados, creo que ha sido de las experiencias más bonitas de mi vida y desde luego la más importante.
Después nos dirigimos a Ciudad Santa, donde paramos en el Muro de las Lamentaciones y además dejé un deseo entre sus paredes antes de subir a un bonito mirador para contemplar todo desde las alturas.
Para visitar esta zona hay que ir con los hombros y las piernas cubiertos (o falda/vestido por debajo de la rodilla). Os recomiendo que si vais en temporada de verano os llevéis un sombrero y gafas de sol porque hace bastante calor. Yo escogí unos pantalones blancos, mi camiseta diseñada por mi con frase “EHFAR” (que podéis comprar AQUÍ) y un caftán por encima para cubrir mis hombros.
Aquí pasamos todo el día así que yo hice algunas compritas y luego volví a la Iglesia a bendecir todo para traerlo a casa. Lo más típico son los colgantes o pulseras con la mano de Hamsa que es para protegernos o la estrella de David que también tiene significado para los católicos. Además en El Muro de las Lamentaciones te atan unas pulseras rojas (yo llevo una que compré) y tienes que pedir un deseo y dejarla hasta que se caiga.
Este día fue para mí el más especial de todo el viaje y probablemente de mi vida. Por eso me hace mucha ilusión haberlo compartido con vosotros.

Third day in Israel. We were like every day at 7am ready at the lobby of our hotel. This time we stayed at the Grand Court Hotel Jerusalem.
We visited the city of Jerusalem inside. It is the center of various religions, including mine. Since I’ve known this city I can assure you all (and I have visited many amazing cities in my life) that is the one I’ve liked most, my favorite in the world. Not only because this issue of the religion that many of you also thrilled with me seeing some of the videos I shared especially those inside the tomb of Jesus, but also for how it is built with stones exclusively from there, all the history that it has behind, what it means to so many people around the world, it streets, colors … loved it!
We walked these cute streets until the central church where Our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified and buried until he resurrected after the third day. It is impressive to see everything so well preserved and all believers, excited, I think it was the most beautiful experiences of my life and certainly the most important.
Then we headed to the Holy City, where we stopped at the Western Wall and also left a wish within its walls before arriving to a nice lookout point to see everything from above.
To visit this area you should dress with the shoulders and legs covered (or skirt/dress below the knee). I recommend you that if you go in summer time take a hat and sunglasses because it gets pretty hot. I chose white pants, my shirt designed by me with the sentence “EHFAR” (which you can buy HERE) and a caftan over to cover my shoulders.
Here we spent the whole day so I did some shopping and I returned to the church to bless everything to bring it home. The most typical things are the necklaces or bracelets with the Hamsa hand to protect yourselves or the Star of David that also has a meaning for Catholics. Also in the Western Wall they tie you a red bracelet (I have one that I bought) and you have to make a wish and leave it until it falls.
This day was for me the most special of the whole trip and probably of my life. So I’m very excited to have shared it with you guys.
¿Qué os parece a vosotros la tendencia de los tops y vestidos con los hombros estilo palabra de honor u “off the shoulder” en inglés?
La verdad es que yo al principio pensaba que me iba a sentir incómoda por si se me subía hacia arriba el elástico pero al final me he acostumbrado a este tipo de escotes y me gusta el resultado…
Para seguir luciendo morenito hoy os enseño este top blanco de batista perforada, bastante amplio y fresquito para estos calurosos días de verano y con el escote que comentamos. Aunque sabéis que no soy muy de llevar joyas pero este colgante de estilo étnico le da un toque muy hippie al estilismo. Debajo llevo mi falda vaquera negra con botones delante y como calzado unas sandalias negras con lazos que al ser de tacón ancho y no muy altas me permiten caminar cómodamente por más tiempo.
Y vamos ya a por el Miércoles que yo estoy ultimando todo lo que me voy a llevar el viernes de viaje, estudiando el guión de esta noche (os espero a las 23:30h en el dial 23 de Movistar Plus) y además preparando más looks e ideas para vosotros…

What do you think about one of the latest trends about off the shoulder style tops and dresses?
The truth is that at the very beginning I thought I would feel uncomfortable with the elastic at the edge but now I got used to this kind of necklines and I like the result combined with my clothes…
To keep on highlighting my tanned skin I’m wearing today this off the shoulder style perforated batiste top in white, so comfy design and cool for those hot summer days and the neckline we were talking about. Although you know I’m not a woman who wear many jewelry this ethnic style necklace gives it a very hippie touch to the styling. Below I wear my black denim skirt with buttons at the front and my black sandals with ties on top and as the heel is not very high they allow me to walk comfortably for longer.
And we’re already on Wednesday… I’m ending everything that I’m taking on Friday to Israel, studying tonight’s script (I will wait for you all tonight at 23:30h on the 23rd dial of Movistar Plus) and I’m also preparing more looks and ideas for you… Let’s do this!
Podría decir que el negro es mi color favorito desde siempre a la hora de vestir, pero seguido muy de cerca por el blanco, gris y verde militar.
Desde que hace ya unos años este color verde caqui se pusiera de moda sacado directamente de la vestimenta de los propios militares, de donde recibe este nombre, yo soy una fan incondicional del mismo para combinarlo con mi ropa a la hora de vestir. Como veis ya lo llevo hasta en el calzado…
Este mono es de mis favoritos, y se que os gustó también mucho a vosotros cuando lo visteis AQUÍ, por eso hoy os traigo otra opción por las calles de París. Lo he combinado como os digo con mis nuevas zapatillas con plataforma de estampado militar. ¿Qué os parece la idea?
Y ahora me voy a repasar una vez más mi guión de esta tarde para El Hub, una sección muy sexy tenemos hoy… y luego a terminar mi maleta porque me voy esta tarde de nuevo a Mallorca, ¡qué ganas!

I can say that black is my favorite color, it has always been when talking about dressing, but followed closely by white, gray and military green.
Since a few years ago this khaki green color was fashionable for dressing straight out of the military clothes, where it took its name, I am a number one fan of it to combine with my clothes when dressing. As you can see today I’m wearing it even on my shoes…
