Free Yoga with Vanesa Lorenzo

Ayer por la mañana Oysho realizó una sesión muy especial de Free Yoga de la mano de la guapa modelo y diseñadora Vanesa Lorenzo y de su profesional profesora personal Xuan. Nada más llegar nos dieron la camiseta para poder realizar más cómodamente los ejercicios, que como veis en las fotos no se me dieron tan mal como pensaba inicialmente hehe. No sabéis lo importante que es de vez en cuando desconectar del nivel de estrés al que vivimos sometidos y de nuestro ritmo de vida diarios sólo por una hora para poder centrarnos en nosotros mismos, en nuestro cuerpo y en nuestra mente. Os aseguro que funciona y te hace comenzar el día de una forma mucho más positiva y llena de energía.

Como siempre yo pensando en vosotros me volví a enganchar al micro para poder hacerle una pequeña entrevista a Vanesa y que me contase sus secretos para mantenerse en perfecto estado tanto por fuera como por dentro y por supuesto para que me hablase acerca de su firma de ropa que a mi personalmente me parece que tiene mucho potencial y es muy ecléctica como ella misma la define.

Yesterday morning Oysho held another special session of Free Yoga handed by the beautiful top model and designer Vanesa Lorenzo and his professional yoga teacher Xuan. When we arrived they gave us the shirt to make the exercises more comfortably, and as you can see in the pics I wasn’t as bad at all as I initially thought hehe. We have to realize how important it is occasionally disconnected from the high level of stress that we suffer every day and try to find peace within ourselves just for an hour, connecting with our bodies and our minds. I swear you that it works and makes you start the day in a much more positive and energetic way.

As always I though of you and I engaged to my micro to do a short interview to Vanesa Lorenzo about her secrets for staying in perfect condition both outside and inside and of course to talk about her new clothing collection for this summer which I personally think that has great potential and is very eclectic as she defines it.

Summer colors on the hand!

¡Qué poco he tardado en traeros estos relojes desde Lusstra! hehehe como se que os gustaron mucho cuando los saqué en el blog aquí podéis conseguir el color que más os guste y además más barato que en la web, ¡aprovechad esta oferta temporal!

Aparte de los colores tan llamativos y diseño tan original y veraniego que tienen, son de un acero rosado resistente al agua y sumergible varias atmósferas; es decir, que si quieres no hace falta que te lo quites ni en la playa. También cuentan con segundero, cronómetro y día del mes, ¡lo tienen todo! Yo escogí el blanco porque pensé que sería el más combinable con mi ropa pero como veis en el vídeo os propongo muchas alternativas para los otros colores… ¿Cuál es vuestro favorito?

I chose white because I thought it would be best combined with my clothes but as you see in the video I propose many alternatives for other colors … Which one is your fav?

¡Buenos días!

¿Cómo ha ido vuestro fin de semana? Yo he estado de viaje con mis amigos y he conseguido desconectar: sol, bbq y hasta concierto en directo (los que me seguís en las redes sociales habréis visto las fotos). Pero ya es lunes y voy de reunión en reunión sin parar…

Para este fin de semana de relax escogí mi peto vaquero combinado con una camisa de lino en blanco roto debajo (me gustan los detalles de encaje del cuello y los botones en dorado envejecido). Las zapatillas son siempre una buena opción para los días en el campo, y un bolso bandolera pequeño en beige para llevar lo necesario y tener las manos libres. Hacía tiempo que no me ponía mis gafas reflectantes en azul y montura transparente y opté por ellas para combinarlas con el estampado vaquero. El reloj blanco y mi botella de cristal en rosa fueron mis complementos imprescindibles para completar el outfit.

What about your weekend? I’ve gone in a quick trip with my friends and I really could disconnect: sun, bbq and even a live concert! (those of you who follow me on my social networks have seen the pics). But now as every monday I’m running from meeting to meeting non stop…

For this relaxing weekend I chose my denim overall combined with a linen shirt in beige color (I like the lace detail in the collar and the vintage gold buttons). The sneakers are always a good choice for days in the field, and a small shoulder bag in beige too to keep the most necessary and go with my hands free. It’s been a long time since I don’t wear my blue reflectant glasses which I combined with the blue denim print. My white watch and my glass bottle in soft pink were my essential accessories to complete the outfit.

¡Hola chicos!

Este es uno de los looks que me he guardado bajo la manga hasta que la plataforma americana Lookbook lo ha publicado y ya puedo yo también compartirlo con vosotros. He colaborado con ellos en este post tan especial con motivo del Día de la Madre porque para mi es un día muy importante en el año ya que mi madre se merece todo y más <3

Llevo una camisa bicolor azul celeste con puños y cuello en blanco. Como parte de abajo escogí mi falda negra tipo lencera con detalles de encaje en el borde. Mis sandalias mules para aportaron la nota más “sexy” y menos arreglada al outfit. Clutch negro con tachuelas de colores para dar el toque más colorido. ¿Y cómo os gusta más la camisa por dentro o por fuera?

I’m wearing a color-blocked shirt in blue and white cuffs and collar. I chose my black skirt with lace details on the edge. My mule sandals brought the “sexy” and casual touch to the outfit. My black clutch with colorful studs gave some color to this bicolor look. And how do you like it most, with the shirt inside or outside?

¡Buenos días a todos!

Lo siento muchíiiisimo por haberos “abandonado ayer sin post… pero os prometo que fue porque no paré en todo el día con nuevos proyectos que en breve os contaré y miles de nuevas ideas y sorteos para vosotros.

Para un día tan largo y caluroso de reuniones como el que tuve opté por ir cómoda pero elegante. En verano el blanco siempre es un acierto, y aunque ya voy perdiendo color (que espero recuperar pronto hehe) opté por ponerme mis pantalones blancos. Arriba uno de los colores top de esta temporada: baby blue. Esta camisa la compré en Londres y se ha convertido en una de mis favoritas porque el diseño estilo cowboy de los flecos de la parte delantera me parecen muy trendy. Como calzado opté por mis bailarinas bicolor y las combiné con mi bolso acolchado con cadena. Mis gafas de sol negras y mi reloj blanco a juego con el look fueron mis complementos.

I’m sooo sorry for no posting yesterday but I really had a crazy business day… But I promise you that soon I will tell you everything about my new projects and new fashion ideas and giveaway for you.

For such a long, hot day as yesterday’s I opted for a comfy but stylish outfit. In summer white color is always a hit, and although I’m losing my tan (hopefully I will recover it soon hehe) I chose my white jeans. On top one of the best color for this season: baby blue. This shirt that I bought in London has become one of my favs because the fringed design is cowboy style and to me it looks very trendy style. I was wearing my color-blocked flats and I combined them with my quilted chain bag. My black leather sunglasses and my white watch matching the look were my accessories.

¡Buenos días! Ya casi llega otra vez el finde y yo sigo con una semana de locos pero como siempre muy contenta y con energía positiva para poder contaros dentro de poco los nuevos proyectos que tengo entre manos…

Hoy os enseño un look muy primaveral por la blazer de flores que es lo más llamativo del estilismo. Debajo llevo mi nueva camiseta oversize con print de elefante que me gusta aparte de por el diseño porque al ser en black and white la voy a poder combinar mucho con mi ropa. Hoy he vuelto a optar por mis jeans cortados en esta ocasión con mis botines de hebillas en baby pink. Un clutch grande con cadena para poder llevar mis imprescindibles de cada día. Mis gafas de sol y mi reloj en rosa a juego con el outfit y el toque más healthy de la mano de mi botella morada que llevo a todas partes para mantenerme hidratada y sana. ¿Os gustaría conseguir una botella como la mía?…

Today I’m wearing a spring floral blazer which is the main star of the look. Underneath I chose my new oversize t-shirt with elephant print that besides I like the design also I think that the color-blocked (in black and white) will combine with many of my clothes. Today I returned again to my ripped jeans this time combined with my baby pink booties with buckles. A large clutch with golden chain to bring with me all my essentials for the day a day. My black sunglasses and my watch in pink to match the outfit and the more healthy touch comes with my purple bottle that I carry everywhere to stay hydrated and healthy. Boston bag

Esta semana os traigo en mi videoshopping el Boston Bag que siempre hemos soñado tener… pero a un precio más económico. He escogido estos dos modelos en azul y naranja porque me parecieron los más combinables con nuestra ropa de verano pero también creo que aportarían color a nuestros estilismos en invierno.

Aparte de ser grandes para que nos quepa todo lo que llevamos en nuestro día a día, tienen varios compartimentos tanto por fuera como por dentro para llevar las cosas que queremos tener más a mano (como el móvil, las llaves o la cartera). Están fabricados en 3 colores y en piel y ante. Yo os propongo varios looks para combinarlos pero ya sabéis que lo mejor es que vosotras mismas los probéis en vuestra casa con vuestra ropa y echéis a volar vuestra imaginación hehe.

This week I bring you in my new videoshopping the Boston Bag that we’ve always dreamed of… but at a lower price hehe. I have chosen these two models in blue and orange because I think that are the most combinable ones with our summer clothes but I also believe that they will give a color touch to our winter outfits.

Aside from being big to carry everything we need in our day, they have many other compartments both outside and inside to bring the things we want to keep at hand (such as phone, keys or wallet). They are made in 3 colors and in leather and velvet. I propose you some looks but you know that the best way is to try them at home with your clothes and letting fly your imagination!

¿Cómo ha ido vuestro puente? ¿Y el día de la madre?

El mío ya sabéis que lo he pasado en Madrid y la verdad es que me ha cundido mucho, hasta he tenido tiempo de ir a visitar a mi familia de fuera y yo como siempre con la cámara a cuestas para enseñaros cada uno de mis looks. Este es el que escogí para un buen día de campo.

Una falda en blanco roto con detalles de encaje combinada con una camisa de flores estilo crop top y un chaleco vaquero encima para dar el toque más “campero”. Ya he rescatado del armario mis sandalias negras de tiras que aparte de ser comodísimas son muy modernas y combinan con prácticamente cualquier estilismo. Llevo un bolso color-blocked en azul navy y marrón, mis gafas negras de sol y un reloj negro. ¿Os gusta este look tan campestre?

How was your weekend? And the Mother’s Day here in Spain? Hope as wonderful as mine.

I spent the whole ‘long-weekend’ working in Madrid and have been very productive days. Of course I had time to visit my family and this is the look I chose for a sunny day at the countryside.

I wanted to wear for the first time my beloved beige skirt with lace details that I combined with a floral shirt crop top style and a denim short vest to give the casual touch. I’ve rescue from my wardrobe my black multi-strap flat sandals from last summer, and my complements where a color-blocked bag in camel and navy blue, a vintage kinda watch and my black leather sunglasses. What do you think about this outfit for a country day?

Black leather tracksuit pants

Este si que puedo decir que es uno de mis looks favoritos. No me baso sólo en la comodidad de los pantalones que sabéis que al llevar goma en la cintura y ser anchos son mucho más ligeros que unos más ajustados, también me gusta la combinación de colores del negro con el verde militar y detalles en blanco.

Hoy he combinado mis pantalones de cuero estilo chandal con una camisa oversize en verde militar con un crop top debajo con estampado étnico en blanco, negro y verde.

Para ir más arreglada a las reuniones me he puesto unos tacones negros con tachuelas plateadas a juego con las cremalleras del pantalón y hombreras de la camisa. Mis complementos en esta ocasión fueron: mi bolso bandolera cuadrado en black&white, mis gafas de sol de cuero negras y dos brazaletes-reloj a modo de pulsera que además me sirven para ver la hora.

¿Qué opináis de esta mezcla de pantalones de cuero con el color verde caqui y con stilettos?

I can say that this is one of my fav looks not only on the comfy track pants that you know that they have an elastic waistband for going not as slim as others but like the co also for the combination of colors: leather black with military green and white details.

Today I’ve combined my leather tracksuit pants with an oversize shirt in military green and a crop top underneath with ethnic print in white, black and green. As I had to go to some meetings I was wearing black heels with silver studs matching the zippers of the pants and shirt straps. My complements for this outfit were: square shoulder bag in my black & white, my black leather sunglasses and two watches-bracelets of a skull and a heart.

What do you think about this mix of leather tracksuit pants with that khaki green and stilettos?

Baseball jacket is back

Ya sabéis que me gusta combinar pantalones de vestir con ropa más moderna porque me gusta esa mezcla de estilos diferentes. Hoy he combinado mis pantalones beige de vestir (que son comodísimos por el cordón que llevan como cinturón) con un crop top negro. Encima y como toque más trendy me he puesto mi chaqueta beisbolera de flores del verano pasado. Cómo no sigo sin quitarme mis mules porque aparte de que me encanta cómo quedan con casi todos mis looks me resultan muy cómodas para llevarlas los días que tengo que ir más arregladas. Como accesorios un reloj estilo vintage y mi mini bolso negro.

PD: no llevo maquillaje aprovechando el color que ya he cogido pero ya empiezan a salirme esas temidas manchas solares conocidas como “pecas”…

You already know that I like to combine suits with more modern clothes because I like the mix of different styles. Today I’ve combined my beige suit pants (which are super comfy for the lace as a belt) with a black crop top. Above and to give the trendiest touch I put my floral baseball jacket from the last summer collection. And of course I opted for my mules because apart from that I love the I also like how they match with almost all my looks and they are very comfy for those long working days. As accessories my vintage style black clock and my black mini bag.

PS: I don’t wear makeup because I’m already tanned but they have starting to appear those awful sunspots known as “freckles”…
