Rosa Clará Bridal 2016

Buenos días de nuevo desde la ciudad condal.

Ya se termina la semana de la moda de las novias y qué mejor forma para celebrarlo que con este shooting tan especial y bonito que realicé el martes en la azotea del Hotel Claris de Barcelona donde me he hospedado con este espectacular vestido de Rosa Clará de su colección TWO.

Escogí este diseño por varios motivos. A mi me gusta el color gris perla porque me parece un tono elegante y diferente, no es el típico color que se lleva habitualmente. La pedrería del vestido lo hace aún más sofisticado mientras que los flecos de abajo largos de abalorios le dan mucho movimiento y un aire más juvenil. El escote en pico también es un detalle que me gustó cuando me lo probé porque este tipo de escotes favorecen el moreno (que yo justo venía de Valencia ya sabéis) y además son también un punto femenino, un punto sexy.

Como complementos escogí un bolso pequeño tipo bandolera en color champán, mis tacones color nude para no quitar protagonismo al vestido y mi nuevo reloj brazalete en tonos negros y plateados.

El desfile como visteis en mis redes sociales fue impresionante y Rosa Clará consiguió una vez mas sorprendernos a todos con vestidos de princesa como los llamo yo repletos de encajes con pequeña pedrería, tul, transparencias, faldas plisadas, gasas, sedas, etc. Líneas sencillas y muy elegantes.

Por último y no por ello menos importante dar un enorme GRACIAS a este pedazo de fotógrafo que me encanta cada vez que vengo a Barcelona trabajar con él porque es un auténtico profesional como podéis ver en las fotos. Francisco Fonteyne.

Good morning again from Barcelona city.

End of the week of fashion brides new collections and what a better way to celebrate it than with this special and beautiful shooting I had on Tuesday on the roof top of the Hotel Claris in Barcelona where I stayed with this spectacular dress from TWO collection of the top designer Rosa Clará.

I chose this design for many reasons. I like the pearl gray color because I think it is a different tone and very elegant, is not the typical color we use to wear. The dress rhinestones makes it even more sophisticated while the fringes beaded long below gave a lot of movement and a more youthful touch to the styling. The V-neck is a detail that I liked when I tried it because this kind of necklines are perfect for the tanned skin (I just came from Valencia as you already know) and they are also a female and sexy thing.

As complements I chose a small bag shoulder style in champagne color, my nude red soles to give all the attention to dress and my new watch bracelet in black and silver.

The bridal show as you saw on my social networks was wonderful and Rosa Clará managed once again to surprise everyone with these kind of princess dresses for the brides (as I call them) full of small rhinestones, lace, tulle, transparencies, pleated skirts, chiffon, silk, etc. Simple and elegant lines.

Last but not least important I really want to give a huge thanks to this super top photographer who I love every time I come to Barcelona to see and to work with. He is a true professional as you can see in the pictures. Francisco Fonteyne.

How to style a striped shirt

Último post de mi viaje a Valencia.

No podía terminar el viaje sin un look más arreglado y formal. Esta camisa me la habéis visto en varias fotos y vídeos de mis redes sociales pero todavía no habíamos realizado ningún shooting con ella… hasta hoy. Aparte de que me encantan las rayas, creo que al llevar azul y blanco es muy fácil de combinar con todo tipo de prendas: desde shorts en cualquier color a pantalones largos o de campana como los míos de hoy, jeans, incluso con unos jeans negros rotos puede dar un juego muy casual. Pronto os la enseñaré con otras opciones.

Decidí atarme un jersey azul marino de cashmere a la cintura porque por las noches las temperaturas bajaban ligeramente. Opté por mis pantalones de campana blancos para ir adaptándome poco a poco a esta nueva tendencia que ya os conté que me encanta que esté de vuelta porque demuestra una vez más que la moda es cíclica. Como calzado para no arrastrar el pantalón escogí mis sandalias abiertas o ‘mules‘ negras con dos tiras. Sencillas y cómodas para caminar un rato largo… Un bolso en estampado ‘damier‘ junto con mi reloj de acero y dorado de esfera azul marino y mi colgante de corazón de plata y oro rosa fueron mis accesorios.

Hoy tengo un día largo en Barcelona… Me voy un rato a la playa antes de una comida muy especial, un desfile, un par de reuniones, un evento de calzado y una cena. Además al final vuelvo a Madrid mañana por la noche para aprovechar allí el finde de trabajo, ¡que tenemos muchas sorpresas pendientes que os queremos poder contar cuanto antes!

Last post on my trip to Valencia.

I could not finish this travel without showing you a more elegant and formal look. I’m wearing this striped shirt that you already have seen me in many pictures and videos on my social networks but not yet in any shooting for the blog… until today. Besides I love the stripes, I think that this combination of colors, blue and white, is very easy to combine with all kinds of clothes, from shorts in any color to pants or flared pants like mine today, jeans, and even with some black ripped jeans you can get a very casual and trendy styling. Soon I’ll show you other options.

I decided to tie at my waist a navy blue cashmere sweater because at night temperatures dropped slightly. I chose my white flared pants once again to go slowly adapting myself to this new trend that I told you that I really like to have it back because it proves once again that fashion is cyclical. To don’t drag the pants I chose my open sandals or ‘mules’ in black with two strips. Simple and comfortable to walk a long time… A shoulder bag with ‘damier’ print, my steel and gold watch with navy blue sphere and my heart necklace in silver and pink gold were my accessories.

And I have a long a busy day today in Barcelona… I’m going to the beach for a couple of hours before a special meal, a bridal show, a couple of meetings, a footwear opening and a dinner. Furthermore finally I will return to Madrid tomorrow night to spend there the weekend working, we have many outstanding surprises that we just can’t wait to show you, so stay tuned!

Beauty day by Avène

¡Buenos días desde Barcelona!

Aunque os fui contando y enseñando algunos imágenes y vídeos la semana pasada en mis redes sociales en el divertido evento que vivimos en el Hotel Claris de la ciudad condal gracias a Avène, hoy por fin os traigo más fotos y os cuento todo con más detalle.

Nada más llegar nos recibieron con buen desayuno en el penthouse del Hotel Claris (en el centro de la ciudad) para que todas las bloggers y youtubers tuviésemos un rato para ir conociéndonos. A continuación pasamos a una de las salas que habían habilitado especialmente para esta ocasión y comenzó nuestro “beauty day” con Avène.

Lo primero que tuvimos que hacer es vestirnos acordes para la ocasión: nos ‘enroscamos’ nuestras toallas a la cabeza y nos pusimos nuestros albornoces. Todas muy guapas para posar juntas en la foto de grupo, ¡me encanta! ¿y a vosotros?

Si os soy sincera dos de las cosas que más me sorprendieron del evento fueron el tema de la ‘mágica’ eficacia del agua termal y la clase de spa facial. Son dos cosas que desconocía totalmente y me sorprendieron muy gratamente. ¿Sabéis que muchas personas que tienen problemas en la piel y que visitan la central termal de Avène en Francia en menos de 3 semanas obtienen resultados inigualables en su piel? Esto es un dato muy importante en el cuidado de las pieles sensibles principalmente pero para todos los demás es igual de importante como tratamiento preventivo.

Por otra parte, después de desmaquillarnos con estos fabulosos productos para pieles sensibles (ya sabéis que yo no me pongo nada en la cara que no me inspire una confianza 100%), comenzamos la clase de spa facial. ¿Qué es esto? Pensé yo. Después de 45 minutos con las magníficas profesoras del Studio Australia Barcelona realizando los ejercicios que visteis en algunos de mis vídeos, os puedo asegurar que ¡se nota! Simplemente con una sesión de esta estimulación facial ves como tu piel queda más tersa y luminosa. Y os digo que funciona porque lo hicimos primero en una mitad de la cara para contrastar los resultados.

Por último y antes de terminar con un delicioso y sano brunch, la mejor nutricionista del Instituto de Benito nos habló de cómo comer de una forma más saludable. Este tema me interesa mucho porque sabéis que no tengo tiempo casi nunca para cocinar, pero hay alimentos que son fáciles de encontrar y simplemente tomando pequeñas raciones al día podemos cubrir las necesidades de vitamina C y otros nutrientes que nuestra piel necesita.

Conclusión: que nos tenemos que cuidar más la piel porque es nuestro espejo al exterior y porque cada vez existen más factores externos que nos agreden. Para ello necesitamos tanto buenas cremas y tratamientos como cuidarnos por dentro con una buena alimentación.

Y no me despedir sin dar las gracias a todo el equipo de Pequeñas Grandes Cosas por organizar este evento y al resto de personas que hicieron que fuese un día de diez, como a Francisco el fotógrafo, los chicos de audio y todos los ponentes incluido el presidente de Avène, ¡que no es fácil aguantar a un grupo así de chicas todo el día enganchadas al móvil! hehe.

Morning from Barcelona guys!

Last week I was telling and showing you some pics and funny videos through my social networks in the amazing event that we had at the Claris Hotel in Barcelona thanks to Avène, but now finally I show you more professional photos and I will tell you everything in detail.

Just when we arrived they were waiting for us with a good breakfast in the penthouse of the Claris Hotel (in the center of the city) for all bloggers and you tubers having some time to get to know each other. Just after that we came into one of the living rooms that they had especially prepared for the occasion and it began our “beauty day” with Avène.

The first thing we had to do is to dress up according to the occasion: we wrapped our towels to the head and we put on our bathrobes. All of us so pretty and sexy to pose together in a group photo, I love it! Don’t you?

To be honest two of the things that most surprised me of this event were the truth about the ‘magic’ effectiveness of thermal water and the new concept of facial spa. They are two completely unknown things to me and I was very pleasantly surprised. Do you know that many people who have skin problems and visiting the Avène thermal waters plant in France in less than three weeks obtained outstanding results in their skin? This is a very important step in the care of sensitive skin but also for the rest of us is so important as a preventive treatment.

Moreover, after removing our make up with these great products for sensitive skin (you know that I do not put anything on my face if I don’t trust it 100%), we started the spa facial class. What is this? I thought. After 45 minutes with the wonderful teachers of Studio Australia Barcelona doing the exercises you saw in some of my videos, I can assure you that it really works! With this facial stimulation you can see that your skin becomes smoother and brighter. And I say it works because we did first in half of the face to compare the results.

Finally and before finishing with a delicious and healthy brunch, the best nutritionist from Benito’s Institute told us about how to eat in a healthier way. This class also got my attention because you know that I have no time to cook, but there are foods and some ingredients that are easy to find and just taking small portions a day we can cover the needs of vitamin C and other nutrients that our skin needs.

In conclusion: we have to take care of our skin because it is our mirror outside and the image that see the others of us and it is so important because each day are more and more external factors that attack our skin. For this we need both good and care creams and treatments but also be need to feel good inside with good nutrition.

And I don’t want to finish this post without thanking the whole team of Pequeñas Grandes Cosas for organizing this super event and the other people who made that this day were wonderful.The top photographer Francisco, the audio guys and of course Avène’s president, it is not so easy to keep on talking with a group of ladies always taking pics and videos! hehehe.

Malvarrosa Beach

¡Por fin un post desde la playita!

Qué ganas tenía de sacar mis bikinis, shorts, crop tops, alpargatas… y sobre todo las cremas de sol y tumbarme cual lagarto en la arena… hahaha.

Para un soleado y caluroso día de playa escogí este cómodo y colorido look con tonos muy primaverales y estampados florales y étnicos. Llevo un crop top de tirantes con flores en turquesa y salmón, unos shorts vintage y unas alpargatas bicolor con punta de piel. El clutch de estampado étnico es de mis últimas adquisiciones y dentro llevo todo lo que necesito para un día de playa: cremas, peine, cascos de música, … Como veis no se necesita mucho para ir de lo más cool incluso a la playa. Por supuesto ya sabéis que para mi un sombrero es imprescindible para los momentos de mayor calor.

Ahora mismos son las 8am y estoy saliendo de casa porque mi tren a Barcelona sale en una hora… ¡qué sueño!

Finally a post from the beach, oh yeah!

I’ve been waiting all these months to bring out all my bikinis, shorts, crop tops, sandals… and of course all my sun creams with high protection to can lie on the sand like a lizard… hahaha.

For a sunny day at the beach I chose this comfortable and colorful look with very spring colors and mixing floral and ethnic prints. I’m wearing a crop top top with flowers in turquoise and salmon colors, a vintage shorts and a color blocked espadrilles with leather toe. The ethnic print clutch is one of my latest acquisitions and I’m wearing inside everything that I need for a day at the beach: all my creams, my comb, headphones… As you can see is not so difficult to go cool and trendy even to the beach. Of course a hat is always a must to fight against the sun.

Now it’s 8am and I’m leaving home right now because my train to Barcelona leaves in an hour… sooo tired!

Long weekend in Vlc

Aunque es verdad que me paso la vida viajando por trabajo pero también con momentos de ocio, necesitaba tener también un par de días para mi sola, para desconectar y frenar un poco el ritmo de vida que llevo a diario… (aunque de las redes sociales como veis no he desconectado mucho haha). Por eso decidí irme este puente a Valencia a disfrutar de la playa y del buen tiempo.

Hemos tenido bastante suerte comparado con otras zonas de España porque nos ha hecho un tiempo de lujo: solazo por el día en la playa y mínimas por la noche de 25 grados… de ahí los looks tan veraniegos que os voy a enseñar estos días. A estas alturas ya todos conoceréis a mi amiga india Abbi, ¡es un amor de niña! Se vuelve a su país dentro de poco ya y yo le voy a echar mucho de menos…

Llevaba tiempo queriendo estrenar mi maxi chaqueta de lana para primavera. Ya sabéis que me encantan las chaquetas de este tipo y me habéis visto varias en invierno. Esta es por debajo de la rodilla, tipo chanel y los colores turquesa y blanco me parecen los perfectos para este entretiempo. La he combinado con una camiseta blanca de tirantes y unos shorts vaqueros. Al ser una chaqueta larga quise ponerme algo de tacón para no parecer más “bajita” y opté por estas sandalias tricolor y mis maxi gafas moradas. ¿Qué os parece esta propuesta para una tarde primaveral?

Mañana vuelvo a Barcelona toda la semana por más trabajo así que imaginaros el día que tengo hoy… ¡vamos a ello!

It is true that I spend many time of my life traveling for work and some times also leisure, but I needed a couple of days to myself, to disconnect and calm down from my daily life… (although from the social networking as you have seen I have not disconnected at all haha). So I decided to go this long weekend to Valencia to enjoy the beach and the good weather.

We have been quite lucky compared to other cities in Spain because we have enjoyed so good temperatures: super sunny days at the beach and minimum 25 degrees at night… yaaay! So I will be showing you all my looks along these coming days. By now you all know my Indian friend Abbi, she is really cute! She will soon come back to her country and I will miss her so much…

I have been waiting to release my maxi fleece jacket for this Spring season. You know that I love these kind of jackets for any season, I have some you other options in Winter time. This is below the knee, chanel style and in turquoise and white colors, it seems perfect for this halftime, don’t you think so? I have combined it with a white tank top and jean shorts. As I was wearing this long jacket I wanted to put on some heels to don’t feel so “small” so I opted for these tricolor sandals and my maxi purple sunnies. What do you think about this proposal for a spring afternoon?

Tomorrow I will be back in Barcelona for all the week for more work so imagine the full agenda that I have today… let’s do this!

Compañero de la vida… amante… amigo especial… el caso es que en eso se han convertido mis nuevos ‘suelas rojas’ tricolor de los cuales llevo enamorada desde hace meses cuando los vi por primera vez.

Combina justo dos de los tres colores que yo más suelo llevar a diario: blanco y negro. Pero el color rojo le da ese toque más llamativo y especial y como sabéis que me encanta llevar los labios rojos o algún accesorio en este tono… pues son los zapatos perfectos para mi.

Como primer look he querido dar un toque evidentemente elegante pero moderno. Así que he escogido unos shorts de cuero negros de cuello alto con lazada. Una camiseta blanca básica como parte de arriba con mi chaqueta roja de cola que ya sabéis que tengo también en negro. Como veis son muy socorridas para mi día a día. Y como ‘bolso’ mi nueva funda de iPhone tipo bolso Boy de Chanel, ¡me encanta!

Me voy al AVE con dirección Valencia. ¡Que disfrutéis del fin de semana!

Partners in crime… special friend… lover… the fact is that my new ‘red soles’ has become my new best friend as I’ve been waiting for them since I first saw them months ago and I absolutely felt in love.

They combine just two of the three colors that I usually wear more in my day a day: white and black. But the red color gives that special touch more trendy and as you know I love wearing red lips or an accessory in this tone… that’s the reason why they are perfect to me!

As the first option to show you I’ve chosen a look where I wanted to give an obviously elegant but also modern touch. So I chose a black leather shorts high waisted with lace at the waist. A basic white shirt on top with my red jacket over that you know I also have in black color. As you can see they are very useful for my day a day. And as ‘bag’ my new iPhone cover type Boy Chanel style, I do love it!

I’m going right now to take a train to Valencia. Enjoy your weekend guys!

First flats designed by me!

¡Ya están aquí! Después de meses y meses de mil bocetos, cambios en el orden de los estampados, de descartar patrones y empezarlos de cero, de seleccionar materiales de calidad… por fin os puedo enseñar el resultado final de mi debut como diseñadora de calzado. La verdad es que para ser la primera vez creo que he dejado el listón bastante alto ¿no? ¿Qué os parece esta bailarina que he diseñado en 3 estampados de animales diferentes?

Desde la primera vez que me senté a valorar esta colaboración con Manoletinos, y más concretamente con Ana y Javi que ya eran amigos míos anteriormente y que son encantadores, sabía que mi ‘primera vez’ iba a ser una bailarina. Por eso no puedo estar más contenta de haberles escogido y de que ellos me hayan escogido a mi como su primera colaboración con una blogger porque creo que ambas partes valoramos y admiramos el trabajo de la otra.

Aunque aquí veáis estas fotos tan espectaculares que nos tomó el súper fotógrafo Carlos Aranguren, no os creáis que fueron tan sencillas… Estuvimos más de 4h de shooting en medio del campo y no era precisamente uno de los días en que más calor hacía en Madrid… Yo con este vestido negro estaba congelada, eso se notaba en mi piel en algunas fotos y había que repetirlas. La postura sujetando al caballo, que por cierto el pobre animal se portó genial (me encantan los caballos de pequeña siempre iba a montar con mi familia), ¡no era nada fácil! Tenía que sujetarle a él por una parte y someter a Álvaro con mi pie por otra. Álvaro es este ‘modelazo’ que se ofreció a hacer el shooting de mi campaña conmigo. Y lo pongo entre comillas porque él no es modelo de profesión pero ¡quién lo diría porque lo hizo mejor que yo! hahaha. Le escogimos por el tema del vitíligo (que por cierto a mi me encanta tener algo que nos diferencie de los demás y que lo ensalcemos en vez de convertirlo en un complejo) para jugar con la idea que ha revolucionado medio mundo con la modelo negra que también tiene esta enfermedad de la piel: Winnie Harlow. Me encantó la idea de mezclar el vitíligo y las manchas de mi bailarina en un mismo marco para esta campaña.

¡Y no me enrollo más! Sólo deciros que ya tenéis las bailarinas disponibles en la página web de Manoletinos y que espero que os haya gustado mi primer diseño de calzado.

Woohooo! They are already here! After months and months of thousand sketches, changes in the order of the prints, distracting patterns and creating new ones, selecting high quality materials… finally I can show you the final result of my debut as shoe designer. To be honest I think that being the first time in my life I haven’t done it so badly, don’t you think so? What do you think about my new animal prints flats?

From the first time we sat down to value this collaboration with Manoletinos, specifically with Ana and Javi who were already my friends and they are so lovely, I knew my ‘first time’ needed to be a flat shoe. So I can not be happier for having make it with them and I’m so proud that they have chosen me as their first collaboration with a blogger because I think that both sides value and admire the work of the other.

Here you have all these pictures so spectacular that were taken by the super photographer Carlos Aranguren, but they weren’t as simple as they seem… We spent more than 4 hours shooting in the countryside and it was not one of the days with high temperatures in Madrid… I was wearing this black dress and I was really frozen, it showed on my skin in some photos and we had to repeat them again and again. The position holding the horse, which by the way the poor animal make a great performance hehe (I do love horses, I always used to go to ride with my family when I was young), it was not as easy as it seems! I had to hold the horse with one hand and like ‘submit’ Alvaro with my foot on his chest. Talking about Alvaro, he is this ‘super model’ who offered to make this shooting for my shoe campaign. And I write it between quotes because it is not a model by profession but he actually did it better than me! hahaha. Thank you Álvaro. We chose the topic of vitiligo (by the way I want to say that I like having ‘something’ different from others and exalts it instead of turning it into a complex) to play with the idea that has revolutionized the fashion world with the black model that also has this skin disease: Winnie Harlow. I loved the idea of mixing the vitiligo spots with the spotted animal print of my flat in the same picture for this amazing campaign.

Easy to travel

Cambios en la agenda. Eventos que surgen y reuniones que se cancelan. Viajes de última hora. Siempre corriendo de un sitio para otro… ese es un poco mi día a día. Hoy me despierto en Barcelona en el bonito Hotel Claris 5* GL para asistir al especial evento sobre el cuidado de la piel que ha preparado la prestigiosa firma Avène.

Alguno de vosotros me podría decir con qué os sentiríais más cómodos a la hora de viajar que con unos pantalones tipo chandal pero bonitos (como estos hehe) y con una sudadera? Yo, aparte de haber introducido este tipo de looks en mi día a día como la mayoría sabéis y algunos criticáis (adaptarse o morir, y yo me adapto a lo que me gusta y encaja con mi estilo, no a todo lo que surge) también lo uso cuando realmente necesito ir cómoda y casual. Por eso para mi día de ayer y mi viaje a última hora a la ciudad condal escogí mis nuevos pantalones tipo chandal de estilo étnico con detalles en cuero que no me pueden gustar más y una sudadera negra con capucha y la cara de Kate Moss estampada. Todo de una de mis firmas parisina favorita. Unas All Star negras y mis gafas de sol a juego completaron el estilismo mientras que el toque de color lo conseguí con mi rojo de labios.

Changes in the agenda. Events that come over and other meetings that are canceled. Last minute travel. Always running from one place to another… that’s a bit of my day a day. Today I wake up in Barcelona in the lovely Hotel Claris 5* GL to attend the special event of skin care that has prepared the prestigious brand: Avène.

Can anyone tell me what a better to way to feel really comfortable when traveling than with a nice and trendy pair of tracksuit pants (like these hehe) and a sweatshirt? Me, besides having introduced them to many of my daily looks as most of you know and some of you don’t like (adapt or die, and I adapt myself to what I really like and fits my style, not everything that comes around of course) also I wear them when I really need to go comfortably and casual. So to me for yesterday and for my last minute trip to Barcelona I chose my new tracksuit pants ethnic style with leather details that I do like SOOO much! and a black hooded sweatshirt with Kate Moss’s face stamped. My black All Star and sneakers and my black leather sunnies completed the styling and the touch of colour came with my red lips.

Tomorrow I will tell you every single detail of today’s event but stay tuned to my social networks and snapchat because there I will be showing you everything live: @itgirlmarta.

New cabinet at the living room

¡Nuevo post de DECO (decoración) en el blog!

Hacía tiempo que no actualizaba esta sección y como siempre me estáis pidiendo que enseñe cómo tengo decorada mi casa hoy os quiero enseñar uno de mis salones donde he colocado mi nuevo armario/vitrina. Espero que os guste cómo he combinado todo aunque como os cuento en el vídeo creo que lo acabaré cambiando de sitio todo pronto… no me gustan las cosas estáticas o permanentes, me gusta estar en movimiento, en cambio, siempre, en todos los aspectos de mi vida.

El armario es de una nueva tienda que he descubierto de decoración que me encanta aparte de porque el estilo encaja perfectamente con el que llevo en mi casa también porque así salimos un poco de las típicas “comerciales” que al final todos conocemos. La tienda se llama Banak y de ahí son también muchas de las pequeñas cositas que he puesto dentro de la vitrina. El resto son de Zara Home y Casa.

Para un día de “manos a la obra” en casa escogí unos cómodos pantalones tipo chandal y una camiseta básica negra con mis sneakers blancas y negras.

New DECO post up on the blog!

I haven’t updated this section since many time ago and as you are always asking me to show you how I decorate my house today I want to show one of my living rooms where I have placed my new cabinet. I hope you like how I’ve combined everything but as I tell you in the video I think I’ll relocate everything again very soon… I do not like static or permanent things, I like to be in motion, however, always, in all aspects of my life.

This showcase is from a new store that I discovered a few weeks ago and I liked it because their style matches perfectly with mine and the style of my house but also because it is wonderful to discover new cool brands apart from the typical “commercial” ones that in the end we all know. The e-shop is called Banak and there are also many little things I’ve put inside the shelves. The rest of the deco is from Zara Home and Casa.

For a day of “hands-on” at home I chose a comfortable tracksuit pants in khaki green and a black basic tee with my white and black sneakers.

Business casual

Aunque bien es cierto que en algunos trabajos no dejan a las mujeres llevar jeans en la mayoría mientras no vayas con un pantalón extremadamente corto o roto si se pueden combinar con otras prendas para nuestro día a día.

Yo personalmente los días que tengo reuniones o eventos más importantes y serios me encanta llevar un pantalón negro (sin cortes esta vez), con una camiseta básica y una blazer por encima que aporte le toque más elegante y formal. Hoy he querido jugar con los cuadros de la chaqueta para ponerme una camiseta gris básica debajo y con el cuello de la misma en negro para elegir el resto de prendas en negro. Llevo unas sandalias bastante cómodas porque el tacón es ancho y bajito y son de mis favoritas para verano por el diseño con tiras y pequeños lazos que llevan delante. Cinturón negro de piel con detalles en plata, mi chapa personalizada con mi logo “it girl”, un reloj clásico de piel negra y un maxi bolso terminan de completar mi look de hoy. ¿Qué os parece esta propuesta moderna pero formal para uno de nuestros días de trabajo?

Ya os puedo contar alguna de las cositas que tenía entre manos… Como algunos habréis visto el fin de semana he diseñado mi primer zapato para la firma Manoletinos, ¡estoy muy contenta! A la hora de vestir me gusta ir muy sencilla sin mucho estampado o animal print porque siempre prefiero llevarlo en mis complementos para que quede más sutil y no tan agresivo. Es por esto que, como fiel amante del print animal, he diseñado una bailarina con tres tipos de estampados de animales: cebra, leopardo y vaca (pero en tonos marrones). Lo tenéis ya disponible en la web de Manoletinos así que espero que os gusten y que no os quedéis sin los vuestros.

En las próximas semanas os iré contando muchas más noticias… pero ahora ¡vamos a por el lunes!

Although it is true that in some jobs they do not allow women to wear jeans in most of them they do. Of course I can not be an extremely short or super ripped jean but if you combine a simple basic jean with other ‘elegant’ clothes you will have many other options for your working days.

These kind of days that I have most important and serious meetings or events I personally love to wear black trousers (not ripped for this occasion) with a basic tee and blazer over to give the more elegant and formal touch. Today I wanted to play with the checkered jacket to choose a basic gray tee matching and I took advantage of the black neck to wear other complements in black. I’m wearing a fairly comfortable sandals because the heel is wide and short, they are one of my favorites for summer because of its design with strips and small ties on top. A black leather belt with silver details, my personalized tag with my logo “it girl”, a classic watch in black leather and a maxi bag end up to complete my today’s look. What do you think about this modern but formal proposal for one of our workdays?

Finally I can tell you some of the good notices that we have been working on. As some of you have already seen on my medias this weekend I have designed my first shoe for Manoletinos brand, and I’m very happy about it! As you know I like to dress very simple without much stamping or animal print because I always prefer to wear that on my complements and accessories to make it more subtle and not so aggressive. That is why, as a faithful lover of the animal print, I designed a flat with three types of animal print: zebra, leopard and cow (but in brown tones). Now you have it available on the website of Manoletinos so I hope you like and do not forget to get yours!

In the few coming weeks I will be telling you many other good notices… but now let’s start this Monday!
