Lunes, 25 de Julio, día de Santiago, patrón de España. Fiesta en Madrid así que ¡a disfrutar todos del día libre!

Yo volví anoche a la capital de pasar un finde perfecto en Alicante, y ya estoy haciendo las maletas para salir ahora mismo hacia la Costa Brava, donde pasaré toda la semana. ¡Todas vuestras recomendaciones serán bienvenidas! hehe.

Parece que las ocasiones importantes y especiales nunca acaban llegando… ¡pero sí! siempre llegan. Mi amiga Blanca, ya se ha casado, en una boda preciosa en San Juan. Iba guapísima como muchos de vosotros habréis visto en mi Snapchat y desde luego no dejaron de sorprendernos tanto ella como Ernesto a lo largo de toda la ceremonia… pero os cuento más detalles en el post de mañana.

Este es uno de los hoteles más bonitos de la zona y os lo recomiendo 100% si vais por aquí. Es el Hotel Alicante Golf y está situado a 5 minutos de la playa y en medio de un campo de golf precioso como podéis ver en estas fotos y en las que ya he compartido en mis redes sociales.

Lo que más me gusta de mi trabajo aparte de viajar, como os he dicho mil veces ya, sois vosotros. Me encanta estar en la playa y ver cómo os acercáis a saludarme y a conocerme un poco más. Este vestido es de Anita, una chica encantadora que ha creado su propia marca y que tiene piezas como esta que encajan completamente con mi estilo. Ella y su novio Andrés se acercaron a saludarme y a traerme algunas cositas y de verdad que son una pareja encantadora, incluso tomamos el aperitivo juntos, hehe. Me encanta poneros cara y charlar un rato con vosotros, así que ¡gracias por todo!

Y ya “cierro el chiringuito” y las maletas y me voy de viaje.

Monday, July 25, day of Santiago, saint patron of Spain. Holiday in Madrid so hope you all are enjoying the free day!

I came back last night to the capital after having spent a perfect weekend in Alicante. Now I’m packing again to go now to the Costa Brava, where I will spend all the week. Any recommendations are welcome! hehe.

It seems that any important and special occasion never comes… but yeah! they always ends up. My friend Blanca, has already been married in a beautiful wedding in San Juan, last Saturday. She was super beautiful as many of you have seen on my Snapchat and both of them hadn’t stop surprising us, she and Ernesto, throughout the entire ceremony… but I will tell you all the details on tomorrow’s post.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the area and I recommend it 100% if you go around here. It is the Alicante Golf Hotel, located 5 minutes from the beach and in the middle of a beautiful golf course as you can see in these pictures and in the others I shared with you on my social networks.

What I like about my job apart from traveling, as I have already aid a thousand times, are all of you. I love being on the beach and seeing how you come to me to know me a little bit more in person. This dress is Anita’s, a lovely girl who has created her own brand and she has pieces like this that are absolutely my style. She and her boyfriend Andrés came to greet me and to bring me some things and they really are a lovely couple, we even had a appetizer together, hehe. I love to meet you in person and have a chat with you, so thanks for everything guys!

And now I’m closing the computer and my suitcases and I will travel to Costa Brava.

Cala Bassa

Otro de los sitios más típicos de Ibiza para pasar un bonito día de playa es el club Cala Bassa.

Me encanta su localización en frente del mar y los restaurantes que tiene para poder degustar comida de todo tipo. Desde los mejores cocktails y mojitos, hasta arroces, sushi, comida típica española… Si pasáis por la isla pitiusa os recomiendo que paséis por este club de playa si tenéis la ocasión.

Me gustó este vestido porque el print efecto lavado en tonos azules y blancos es perfecto para este tipo de localización. Además es muy cómodo y fresquito para un día de playa.

El post de hoy es más cortito porque son las 7 de la mañana, tengo que llevar el coche al taller y luego coger el tren hacia Alicante. El sábado tengo la boda de una de mis mejores amigas, Blanca, y estoy casi más nerviosa que ella, ¡estoy deseando verla vestida de novia!

Another of the most typical places in Ibiza to spend a nice day at the beach is Cala Bassa’s club.

I love its location just in front of the sea and the restaurants they have to taste food of all kinds. From the best cocktails and mojitos until rice, sushi, typical Spanish food… If you pass by the island I recommend you to spend one day in this beach club if you have the chance.

I liked this dress because the washed effect print in blue and white is perfect for this kind of location. It is also very comfortable and cool for a day at the beach.

Today’s post is more short because now it’s 7am and I have to bring the car to the garage and then take the train to Alicante. On Saturday afternoon I have the wedding of one of my best friends, Blanca, and I’m almost more nervous than her, I can not wait to see her in her wedding dress!

Beautiful sunset

¡Hola hola familia!

Perdón por haber estado desconectada Lunes y Martes, pero de verdad lo necesitaba.

Como sabéis he estado unos días en Murcia, en Cartagena, visitando varias de las playas más bonitas de España. Yo veraneaba en La Manga cuando era bebé, y aunque no tengo recuerdo de esos años, pero me ha encantado volver y sobre todo disfrutar de la gente y los rincones tan bonitos que he visitado.

Como me habéis preguntado mucho por las zonas que he visitado, os quiero recomendar algunas. La playa de Cabo de Palos es muy bonita, de mis favoritas, y nosotros comimos en el chiringuito de la playa un día y otro en el restaurante de debajo del faro. También estuve en Collado’s Beach que es un club de playa muy chulo en La Manga y que algunos me recomendasteis. Otro día nos acercamos a ver a unos amigos a las playas de Mazarrón, y también me encanto el puerto, los miradores y os recomiendo tomaros un helado o batido en el faro con vistas a toda la costa y puerto. ¡Precioso!

Las fotos de hoy son en el que yo creo que es uno de los sitios más espectaculares de Ibiza para ver la puesta de sol: Hostal La Torre, en San Antonio. Está al borde de un acantilado y yo hice mil fotos preciosas aquí en las mesitas que tienen y al borde del mar.

Y menudo día “raro raro” que hace hoy en Madrid… nublado a punto de llover y han bajado las temperaturas… pero bueno, seguimos a tope como siempre.

Hello hello family!

Sorry for being off Monday and Tuesday, but I really needed it.

As you know I’ve been a few days in Murcia, Cartagena, visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain with my friends. I used to spend the summer in La Manga when I was a baby, and although I have no memories about those years, I loved to be back and especially to enjoy the people and all the beautiful places I have visited.

As many of you have asked me about the places I have gone, I want to recommend you some of them. The beach of Cabo de Palos is very nice, maybe my favorite, and we ate at the beach bar one day and another at the restaurant below the lighthouse. I was also in Collado’s Beach which is a very cool beach club in La Manga and some of you recommend it to me. Another day we went to visit some other friends in Mazarrón, and I also loved the harbor, and I recommend you to go for an ice cream or smoothie at the lighthouse overlooking the coast and sea port with all the boats… Beautiful!

These pictures were taken in which I think is one of the most spectacular places in Ibiza to enjoy the sunset: Hostal La Torre, in San Antonio. It is on the edge of a cliff and I took a thousand amazing pics here at the tables they have and at the edge of the sea.

And what a day strange day today in Madrid… It is cloudy and about to rain and temperatures have dropped… but it’s ok, let’s do it anyway!

Girls in Ibiza

Esta sí que es una de las súper ventajas de mi trabajo: que te lleven un finde a trabajar a una isla como Ibiza, con unas compis y amigas de lo más divertidas y con una marca tan chula como Yamamay. ¿Dónde hay que firmar? Hehehe.

Pues aquí os dejo algunas fotos de los shootings que hicimos para la marca y de los divertidos momentos que pasé con mis amigas y también bloggers María Pombo y Miriam Pérez. Como veis al final lo natural es lo que más vale, por lo que los shootings fueron divertidos y llenos de risas y buen royo. Además Alberto el súper fotógrafo que nos acompañó todo el finde lo hizo todo aún más fácil. Así sí que da gusto trabajar.

Me voy de viaje de nuevo esta vez a pasar el finde a Cartagena con unos amigos. ¿Alguien por allí?

This is for sure one of the super benefits of my work: to spend the weekend to work in an amazing island like Ibiza, with cool mates and friends and having fun with a youthful brand like Yamamay. Where do I have to sign? Hehehe.

Well, here are some pictures of the shootings we did for the brand and the fun times I spent with my friends and also bloggers María Pombo and Miriam Pérez. As you can see in the end the more natural the better, so the shootings were fun and full of laughs and good vibes. Besides, our super photographer Alberto who accompanied us during all the weekend he did everything even easier. So yes, it is a pleasure to work like this.

Hello Ibiza!

¡Menudo finde divertido que hemos pasado en Ibiza!

Gracias a la firma de ropa de baño Yamamay, nos fuimos Miriam Pérez, María Pombo y yo, con nuestros respectivos acompañantes a disfrutar de un fin de semana perfecto en la isla pitiusa para realizar un shooting para la marca.

Como sabéis mi amigo Carlitos vino conmigo y hemos pasado unos días llenos de risas, sol, buena comida y sobre todo muy buen royo.

Estas fotos las hice el día que llegamos en nuestro hotel, enfrente del mar. Me encanta este vestido rosa palo, vaporoso, con cinturón de pedrería en la cintura. Aproveché los detalles plata de las piedras para combinarlo con mis sandalias plateadas también.

Y hoy Iba a publicar un post muy especial hablando de nuevo del magnesio y lo bien que me está viniendo a mí pero finalmente lo haré mañana.

What a fun weekend we’ve spent in Ibiza!

Thanks to the swimwear Yamamay, Miriam Perez, Maria Pombo, and I went with our respective mates to enjoy a perfect weekend on the Spanish island for a shooting for the brand.

As you know my friend Carlitos came with me and we spent a few days full of laughs, sun and sunbathe, good food and above all very good vibes.

I took these photos the day we arrived at our hotel, just in front of the sea. I really love this dress in pale pink, vaporous, with studded belt at the waist. I took the details with silver stones to combine it with my silver sandals too.

And today I was supposed to publish today a special post talking again about magnesium and how good it is for our body, but we have had some problems so I will do it tomorrow.

Black Monday

Lunes negro… pero solamente porque voy de negro y a veces me quedo sin ideas para los títulos de los posts hehe.

Me parece mentira la de veces que nos empeñamos en algo que sabemos que no puede ser… que tropecemos una, y dos, y mil veces en la misma piedra antes de tomar una decisión definitiva… que demos oportunidades a gente que no se las merece cuando hay mil personas que luchan por tener al menos una. En serio, ¿qué nos pasa?

Pero de pronto llega un día en el que reaccionas. En el que Dios te dice: “tú, ¡espabila que la vida son dos días y estás perdiendo el tiempo!”. Y ese día es el mejor… y siempre llega, siempre. Entonces y sólo entonces, es cuando más liberados son sentimos. Y nos crecemos si. Al menos yo. Nos venimos arriba, nos sentimos enormes y creemos que podemos con todo. Porque por fin podemos dar carpetazo a una etapa, a una relación, a un trabajo… a lo que sea que fuese que no nos hacía lo felices que nos merecíamos y nos arriesgamos a cambiar de dirección. Una dirección nueva y seguramente más correcta que la anterior. Otra oportunidad para explorar campos diferentes, conocer a nuevas personas y volver a ser felices, que es lo que nos merecemos.

Me encanta comenzar así de positiva y llena de energía mi semana. ¿Y queréis saber una cosa? Creo que el yoga me está ayudando mucho. Sabéis que no practico ningún deporte porque no paro y no tengo casi tiempo, pero estoy intentado sacar algunas horas semanales para practicarlo, y me encanta, porque me está cambiando tanto por fuera como por dentro.

Chicos, no se cuantos de vosotros os leéis este post completo o si sólo veis las fotos, pero por favor tened siempre en mente que nosotros mismos somos lo mejor que tenemos en nuestra vida. Somos lo más importante. Primero tenemos que querernos a nosotros mismos para luego ya aprender a querer a los demás.

No os perdáis está noche en mi Snapchat la divertida fiesta a la que acudiré con mi amiga Maja, que está pasando estos días en Madrid conmigo.

Black Monday… but only because I’m dressing all in black and sometimes I just can’t imagine a better title for the posts hehe.

I can not believe the times that we spend on something that we know that will never work… we fall once, twice, and a thousand times with the same stone before making our final decision… we give opportunities to people who do not deserve it while there are thousands of persons struggling to have at least one. Seriously, what’s wrong with us?

But suddenly there comes a day when we finally react. When God says: “hey you! Life is too short to waist your time on this!”. And that day is the best… and it always comes, sooner or later but it comes. Then and only then, it is when we feel more liberated. And we feel unstoppable again. At least me. We believe in ourselves again and we can do anything. Because we can finally end that relationship, job… or whatever it was that wasn’t making us happy and we take a chance to change the direction of our lives again. A new and probably more correct way than before. Another opportunity to explore different fields, meet new people and be happy again, which is exactly what we deserve.

I love to start my days so positive and full of energy as I do today. And you want to know something? I think that yoga is helping me a lot. You know that I do not practise any sport because I do not stop and I have almost no time, but I’m trying to get some hours every week to practice yoga and I love it, because it is changing my life outside and inside.

Guys, I do not know how many of you read this post till the end or only see the pictures, but please always keep in mind that we, ourselves, are the best we have in our lives. We are the most important person. First we have to love ourselves and then we can learn how to love others. Never forget this.

Como os decía ayer, una de las cosas que más me gusta de mi estilo de vida son los viajes. Me encanta viajar para descubrir nuevos sitios y sobre todo para encontrarme con gente por el camino.

Aquí en Barcelona suelo encontrarme con grandes amigas, como Rebeca (@atrendylife) y siempre nos los pasamos genial juntas. Siempre me preguntáis por las fotos del blog, que ya sabéis que me las hace mi madre siempre que estoy en Madrid. Por eso cuando me voy de viaje selecciono bien quién se viene conmigo porque todas estamos ya acostumbradas a un estilo en concreto. Pero con Rebeca, como ya nos las hemos hecho otras veces, nos tenemos el punto cogido y mirad qué fotos tan bonitas me ha hecho en la 080 ayer.

Hicimos un pequeño parón entre desfile y desfile para ir a comer y para aprovechar la luz de después de comer para hacer las fotos de nuestros respectivos looks. Me gustan las rayas, ya lo sabéis, por eso me encantó este vestido de estilo marinero en cuanto lo vi. Además los cuellos tipo barco están en plena tendencia y a mi me parecen muy sexies, no se a vosotros. Dejan el escote al descubierto pero sin que se vea nada.

Lo combiné con mis sandalias marrones que son comodísimas para los días que tengo que estar tantas horas de pie y caminando y mi clutch beige con cadena dorada.

Nunca suelo llevar joyas, que me lo preguntáis mucho. Me acaban incomodando la verdad, sólo las llevo en ocasiones especiales, y pendientes nunca. Eso sí que me molesta. Soy el “anti-mujer” hahaha. Sólo me gusta llevar reloj y nada más.

Nuevo día en Barcelona y hoy me toca relajarme en la playita, ¡qué bien!

As I told you yesterday, one of the things that I like most about my lifestyle is to travel. I love traveling to discover new places and especially to meet new people along my way.

Here in Barcelona I often meet great friends, like Rebecca (@atrendylife) and we always have a great time together. You always ask me about my photos of the blog, you already know that my mother takes almost all of them whenever I’m in Madrid. So when I’m traveling I choose well who comes with me because we are all used to a particular style. But with Rebeca, as we have done it many other times, we know perfectly how we want the and see how pretty pictures she took me yesterday at 080 Barcelona.

We did a small break between show and show to hace lunch and to take advantage of the light after lunch to take the pictures for our respective blogs. I like stripes, you know it, so I loved this dress sailor style since the first time I saw it. Besides, boat necks are super trendy and I think they’re very sexy, don’t you? They leave a clear neckline but without showing anything.

I combined it with my brown sandals that are very comfortable for the days that I have to be so many hours standing and walking around and my beige clutch with golden chain.

I usually never wear jewellery, you ask me a lot about this. The truth is that I like to wear nothing, I wear only jewels for the special occasions, and never earrings. That really bothers me. I am like the “anti-woman” hahaha. I just like to wear a watch and nothing else.

New day in Barcelona and today is relax time at the beach, yuhuu!

¡Buenos días desde Barcelona!

Llegué ayer por la mañana a la ciudad condal para asistir a los desfiles de la 080, y arrancó bastante bien sobre todo porque me hace mucha ilusión poder encontrarme con todas mis amigas y compis de aquí.

Ayer en concreto asistí al desfile de Sita Murt a las 21h que me encantó porque su propuesta para el verano que viene es muy fresca y joven con prendas midi (pantalones y faldas), escotes preciosos de espalda y tejidos étnicos y vaporosos.

Para el primer día de desfiles escogí un vestido en color hueso para resaltar mi moreno hehe. Es un diseño muy clásico que combina mis colores favoritos, por eso escogí mis slingback en bicolor crema y negro y luego accesorios en negro con detalles dorados: clutch, gafas de sol y reloj.

Estoy alojándome junto a otras bloggers en el Hotel Catalonia Plaza que está en Plaza de España, una zona muy céntrica de la ciudad y que además nos pilla muy cerca de la pasarela.

Me voy a ver qué se cuece en los desfiles de hoy y nos vemos esta noche en Non Stop People para que os cuente más cositas en directo de los desfiles de hoy. Recordad, desde las 22h en el dial 23 de Movistar Plus.

Good morning from Barcelona!

I arrived yesterday morning to Barcelona to attend 080 fashion shows and they started quite well especially because I am very happy and excited to meet all my friends and mates from here.

Yesterday in particular I attended Sita Murt fashion show at 21h which I loved because its proposal for the next summer is very fresh and young with midi clothes (trousers and skirts), precious back necklines and ethnic and silk prints and fabrics.

For the first day of this week I chose a dress in off-white to highlight my tanned skin hehe. It is a very classic design that combines my favorite colors, so I chose my bicolour slingback shoes in cream and black and then accessories in black with gold accents: clutch, sunglasses and watch.

I’m staying with other bloggers at Hotel Catalonia Plaza which is located at Plaza de España, a central area of the city that it is also near to the shows.

I’m going now to see what is happening today there and see you tonight at Non Stop People channel where I will tell you more details about todays shows. Remember, from 22h at the 23rd dial of Movistar Plus.

Mykonos, day 6

Arrancamos nueva semana y de nuevo vuelvo a irme de viaje mañana. Esta vez me voy a Barcelona hasta el viernes por la noche para asistir y enseñaros algunos de los desfiles de la pasarela 080 y para tener algunas reuniones de trabajo allí. Os iré contando pronto más noticias.

Me considero una persona muy alegre y positiva. Muchas veces me dejo llevar por situaciones o personas negativas que la verdad es que me agotan… De hecho los estudios ya demuestran y afirman que sí, que rodearse de gente negativa, envidiosa, mentirosa, etc. te acaba quitando tu propia buena energía. Pero siempre intento volver a recuperar cuanto antes mi mentalidad positiva y seguir adelante. Muchas veces me pasa, no se si también a vosotros, que me enfrasco en algo y le doy vueltas y vueltas… aunque sepa que no tiene solución. El caso es que pienso que en la vida no se deberían tener ideas fijas, las cosas pueden ir cambiando según van cambiando también los acontecimientos. Por eso, yo personalmente, me empeño en hacer que algunas personas vean las cosas desde otro punto de vista porque pienso que les iría mejor, pero al final hacer esto es un error. Podemos dar nuestra opinión sí, pero al final es uno mismo el que decide si cambiar o no. Si el cambio será a mejor o no. Si hay algo o alguien que se lo merece o no.

Yo voy a seguir tan alegre y feliz como solía ser de pequeña y este viaje me ha ayudado mucho a volver a recuperar esto. Y es muy importante afrontar la vida y el día a día desde un punto de vista positivo porque os puedo asegurar de que aparte de que se hace todo más llevadero, también es bueno para nuestra propia salud y nuestra propia conciencia.

En las fotos del final salgo con Ally, otra de las mágicas personas que ahora forma parte de mi vida.

Os dejo con este look con mono blanco con flores bordadas y con lazada atada en la espalda. Lo combiné con mis sandalias marrones de tacón ancho para salir a cenar la última noche que pasé en Mykonos.

Let’s start a new week and again I will leave Madrid tomorrow. This time I’m going to Barcelona until Friday evening to attend and show you some of the fashion shows of the 080 fashion week and I have also some meetings there. I’ll tell you more news soon.

I consider myself a very cheerful and positive person. I often use to feel bad then negative situations or people that I trust break me down but actually the latest studies already say that yes, if we surround ourselves with negative persons, envious, liars, etc. they just will remove your own good energy. But I always try to regain my positive mindset as soon as possible and move on. Many times it happens to me that I think about the same thing or situation again and again… although I know that it has no solution. Anyway, I think that life should not have fixed ideas, things may change as life is also changing. So I personally always try to make some people see things from another point of view because I think they would be so much happier, but eventually I think this is a mistake. We can give our opinion yes, but in the end is the person who decides to change er or not to change. If the change is for the better or not. If there is something or someone who deserves it or not.

I will continue as cheerful and happy as I use to be since I was born and this trip to Greece has really helped me to regain this energy. It is very important to face life and everyday life from a positive view because I can assure you that apart from that everything becomes more bearable, it is also good for our own health and our own conscience.

Viernes… y aquí estoy en el aeropuerto de Roma escribiendo este post para terminar la semana.

Me lo he pasado genial con toda la gente del equipo de Somapnevma Retreats y desde luego os lo recomiendo si estáis buscando unas vacaciones relajadas y a la vez saludables.

Estas fotos son en otro de los beach clubs de la isla. Se llama Nammos y como veis es de un estilo muy hippie a la par que chic.

Comimos una deliciosa comida en las hamacas tomando el sol y como siempre aproveché para hacerme fotos y enseñaros lo que llevaba puesto para un día de playa, y también aproveché para hacer un poco el tonto con las chicas.

El momento más divertido del día fue con Miki, la profe de yoga amiga mía de la que os hablé en esta semana, cuando intentaba ayudarme a hacer una postura de yoga haciendo el pino puente y yo ¡no podía! Y a la vez no podía dejar de reirme… hahaha. Después salgo con el resto de chicas del grupo para que las conozcáis. Stef, Nanda, Miki, Ally, Cidney… ¡estoy enamorada de todas ellas y espero que nos volvamos a ver muy pronto! Vuelvo con una energía buenísima a Madrid y con una mentalidad aún más pura y renovada. Esta escapada me ha venido genial para recargar las pilas y volver con mi alegría y energía positiva de siempre.

Friday again… and I’m just sitting here at Rome’s airport writing this post to finish the week.

I have enjoyed a lot this trip with all the team from Somapnevma Retreats and of course I recommend it to you if you are looking for a relaxing holidays but healthy at the same time.

These pictures are in one of the beach clubs of the island. It is called Nammos and as you can see is a very hippie and chic style at the same time.

We ate a delicious meal in the hammocks sunbathing and as always I took the opportunity to have a shooting there to show you what I was wearing for a beach day, and also I took funny pictures with the girls.

The funniest moment of the day was with Miki, the yoga teacher and now friend of mine which I spoke about this week, when she was trying to help me to do a yoga pose by the bridge pine and I could not! And while I could not stop laughing either… hahaha. Then we did all together the tree pose. Stef, Nanda, Miki, Ally, Cidney… I’m in love with all of them and I hope we meet again soon! I’m coming back to Madrid with a very good energy and with an even purer and renewed mind. This break has been great for me to recharge my energy and come back even happier and my usual positive energy.
