Descubrir rincones como estos es de lo que más me gusta de Andalucía…

Llevo toda mi vida veraneando en el sur enamorada de sus playas, sus ciudades llenas de historia, su gente, su comida… y cómo no, enamorada de pequeños pueblecitos andaluces de casitas de pescadores blancas y con escaleras de este tipo, llenos de flores de colores. ¡Me encanta este escenario para hacer mis fotos y enseñaros mis looks!

Sin duda este es uno de mis posts favoritos… Tanto por el lugar como por el outfit.

E igual de enamorada me quedé cuando vi este vestido completamente de mi estilo. Es de largo por debajo de la rodilla y manga tres cuartos y muy elegante por el estampado de lunares en negro y marrón. Pero lo que terminó de convencerme fue el precioso escote de espalda que una vez más confirma lo que os he dicho en otras ocasiones: más vale insinuar que enseñar. Me parece un escote y un vestido muy femenino e incluso sexy, ¿y a vosotros?

Y como buenas vacaciones que me estoy pegando, no se ni en qué día vivo y por eso anoche puse Viernes en la foto que compartí con vosotros con mis amigos… pero era Jueves si, eso son los efectos del verano hehe.

Discovering new amazing places like this spotted one is what I like most in Andalucía (south of Spain)…

I’ve been all my life having holidays here in the south and I’m in love with its beaches, its cities full of history, its people, its food… and of course, in love with small Andalusian villages of fishermen houses and white walls with stairs like these, full of colorful flowers. I love this spot to show you my daily pictures and my looks!

This is one of my favourite post without any doubt… for the background and for the look.

And I absolutely felt in love too when I saw this dress that is completely my style. It is below the knee and three-quarter sleeves and super elegant with the polka dot print in black and brown. But what finally convinced me was the beautiful neckline back that once again confirms what I have said in many other occasions: to insinuate is better than to show. I think that this neckline and the full dress is very feminine and even sexy, don’t you think so?

And yes… oops!! Last night I shared with you a pic with some of my friends here saying Friday night… yes, today is Friday, yesterday was Thursday, these are the effects of the summer and holidays and not really knowing in which day do we live… hehehe.

¡Buenos días familia!

Hoy comienzo el día muy muy contenta porque… ¡ya somos 200.000 en Instagram!

La familia va creciendo, quién me lo iba a decir, y quiero daros las gracias a todos los que formáis parte de ella porque sin vosotros ya sabéis que nada sería posible, así que ¡GRACIAS CHICOS!

Hoy os quiero enseñar mi nuevo bolso personalizado con mis iniciales, M.C., de Tintoretto, que además se han convertido en una seña de identidad para mí porque es como firmo cada post. Me gusta mucho que haya marcas que te permitan personalizar de estas forma nuestros productos porque así sí que realmente se convierten en únicos. Yo he escogido este bolso tipo clutch en tono azul marino con bordados en rosa y verde porque me pareció la mejor opción para combinar con mi ropa de verano. En este caso con unos shorts vaqueros y un crop top rosa.

Un día más decidí hacer las fotos en el malecón, frente al mar, porque es una localización que me encanta y me transmite paz y armonía… cosa que no encuentro en Madrid sin playa y con un ritmo de locos hehe.

Good morning family!

Today I have started the day very very happy because… we are already 200,000 on Instagram!

The family is growing up and I still can’t believe that all this happen, so I want to thank you all for being an important part of it because without you of course nothing would be possible, so THANK YOU GUYS!

Today I want to show you my new personalized bag with my initials, M.C., from Tintoretto, that it is also my sign in every post. I really like that there are brands that allow you to customize these kind of products because that way they really become unique. I have selected this kind of clutch in navy blue color embroidered with pink and green details because it seemed the best option to me matching my summer clothes. In this case I have combined it with denim shorts and a pink crop top.

One more day I have decided to do the photos on the sea walk, just in front of the sea, because it is a location that I love and it gives me peace and harmony… As I don’t have beach in Madrid and a my life there is absolutely crazy and non stop hehe.

Por más que lo intento no consigo desconectar del todo estos días…

Es muy necesario para la mente tener unos días de relax al año y creo que todos lo necesitamos. Pero me gusta enseñaros todo lo que llevo porque luego me preguntáis en las redes sociales, así que intento sacar un momento cada día para hacer alguna foto y que veáis mis looks veraniegos.

Este peto vaquero creo que ha sido un must have que seguro que la mayoría tenéis. Yo me lo pongo con un crop top blanco debajo y el bikini para bajar a la playa. ¡Por cierto! Me he traído también mis pañuelos bandana para protegerme del sol y quedan genial atados en el pelo como lo llevo yo hoy o con un lazo y con coleta.

Y por aquí hace un buen calor calor calor… ¡así que me voy a bañar!

I have tried to disconnect from everything these days… but I really can’t.

It is very necessary for the mind to have a few relaxing days once a year and I think we all need it. But I like to show you everything I wear during my summer time because then you ask me on my social networks about it, so I try to have a moment every day to take some pics and to show you my summer outfits.

This dungarees I think it has been a must have for sure, and I’m pretty sure that many of you have it. I combine it with a crop top in white below and then the bikini to go to the beach. By the way! I have also brought my bandanas handkerchiefs to protect my head from the sun and they look so nice tied in the hair as I wear it today or with a bow and a ponytail.

And here is super super hot… so I’m going to swing at the sea now!

Follow your dreams

Persigue tus sueños… siempre. Que nada ni nadie te corte las alas o te frene en ello porque lo único que harán es impedir que seas feliz.

Ya os he dicho en numerosas ocasiones lo que me gusta encontrar ropa con frases positivas y motivadoras.

Esta camiseta me encantó cuando la vi porque aparte de ser un básico desde ahora para mi armario por su color rosa palo combinable prácticamente con todo, las frases motivadoras que lleva escritas me alegran también el día. La combiné con shorts negros y mis nuevas sandalias negras con tachuelas que me encantan por lo cómodas que son. Realmente se cumple eso de cuanto más sencillos, mejor, ¿no creéis?

Este es el paseo marítimo de “La Buti”, donde veraneo cuando tengo tiempo libre desde hace años. Me encanta sentarme aquí, en el malecón, a observar el mar porque como os dije hace poco parece que mis problemas se hacen más pequeños y que me centro en lo que realmente importa: en lo que quiero conseguir y cómo hacerlo. Ya sabéis que no soy una persona nada estática y que me gusta cambiar las cosas siempre que puedo. Por eso cuando me preguntáis que dónde acabaré o qué haré el año que viene o en un tiempo es que realmente no lo se… Lo único que sé es que seguro seguro que haré algo que me haga feliz.

Espero que vosotros también estéis disfrutando de vuestro verano y tengáis más tiempo para pensar en estas cosas ya que solo tenemos esta vida para poder demostrarnos a nosotros mismos lo que valemos y para ser felices. Ese es mi objetivo cada día.

Follow your dreams… always. Don’t let anything or anyone to “cut” your wings or to stop you because all they will get is to make you unhappy.

I have already said to you many times how much I like to find clothes with positive and motivational quotes.

I loved this t-shirt when I saw it for the first time because apart from being a basic now in my closet for its soft pink color combinable with almost anything, also the motivational quotes make my day. I combined it with my black shorts and my new black sandals with studs that I love because they are so comfortable. Actually it is true that the simpler, the better, don’t you think so?

This is the sea walk of “La Buti” where I use to spend my holidays when I have free time since many years ago. I love sitting here just in front of the sea, to watch the waves because as I said recently it seems that my problems become smaller and I focus on what really matters: what I want to achieve and how. You know I’m not a static person and I like to change things whenever I can. So when you ask me to where or what I will do next year or in some years I really don’t know… All I know is that I will be doing something that makes me happy for sure.

I hope that you all are enjoying your summer holidays too and may have more time to think about these things because we have only this life to prove to ourselves that yes we can, and to be happy. That’s my goal every day.

Si no se soluciona pasando de página… ¡cambiemos de libro!

Con esta frase tan real y oportuna me despedí anoche en mis redes sociales.

Y es que uno de mis defectos es la moral. Sí sí, últimamente lo considero más un defecto que una virtud. No entiendo bien por qué tengo que anclarme a determinadas personas o situaciones esperando simplemente que entiendan que lo que ha pasado está mal. Que no se juega con la gente, con los sentimientos, con el trabajo, que no se debe hacer daño a nadie deliberadamente… que tenemos que ser legales y buenas personas. Y no me doy cuenta de que hay cosas y personas que son y serán así, no cambian ni evolucionan, por mucho que aparentemente lo parezca.

Pero yo y mi maldita moral nos empeñamos en hacerles ver lo contrario y he aquí el gran error. He aprendido que esto es perder el tiempo. Es como la pescadilla que se muerde la cola. Yo tengo muchos defectos, pero tenía muchos más hace unos años. Hasta que entendí que la vida es evolución e intenté mejorar en aquello que pensé que era bueno y constructivo para mí.

Por eso chicos, si no podemos más ante una situación o persona porque ya lo hemos intentado todo, lo mejor que podemos hacer es cuidadosamente “cerrar el libro y cambiar a otro”. ¡Será por libros!

Y como os decía también ayer cómo me gusta el blanco en verano y más con el color tan bonito que voy cogiendo hehe. Este vestido lo tengo desde hace un par de meses pero no quería estrenarlo hasta que me viese morenita como ahora. Y el bolso por el que me habéis preguntado es de mis últimas adquisiciones sí, ¡me encanta! Sirve tanto para diario porque da un toque elegante a cualquier look como para salir de fiesta o ir a una boda.

If you can’t get over it… just change your way!

With this true quote I said goodbye to you last night on my social networks.

And I do admit it: one of my faults is the ‘moral’. Yes, lately I consider it more a defect than a virtue. I do not understand why I have to stay around certain people or situations just waiting to make them understand that what happened is wrong. Not to play with people, with feelings, with work, you should not deliberately hurt anyone… we have to be legal and nice people. And I do not realize that there are things and people who are and will always be like this, that they won’t change or evolve as it seems apparently.

But me and my F****** moral always try to make them see how wrong they are… and this is the great mistake. I have learned that this is wasting time. It’s like the snake that bites its tail. I have many faults, but had many more a few years ago. Until I understood that life is evolution and I have tried to improve and be better on what I thought was good and constructive for myself.

So guys, if we have a situation or a person with which we’ve tried everything, the best we can do now is to carefully “close the book and start a new one”. There are a thousand good books!

And as I said yesterday I like to wear white clothes in summer time to highlight my tanned skin. This beautiful dress I have on my closet since a couple of months ago I did not want to wear it until I were as tanned as I am right now. And the bag for which you have asked me about is one of my latest acquisitions and yes, I love it! I can take it for my daily outfits because it gives an elegant touch to any look but also to go to a party or a wedding.

Blue blue

Azul azul… ¡como el mar!

Desde que soy peque me encanta el mar, la playa, sentirme como pez en el agua. Me gustaba tirarme horas y horas nadando, mirando a los pececillos y construyendo castillos de arena… ¡qué tiempos aquellos! haha.

Ahora me sigue encantando el mar pero de una forma algo diferente… Me gusta tomar el sol (como buena mujer madrileña sin playa en mi ciudad hehe) y uno de mis momentos favoritos del año es sentarme con mi silla en la playa enfrente de las olas y verlas ir y venir, y relajarme con la suave brisa. Simplemente respirar… y nada más. No existe nada más en este momento. ¡Eso sí que es un lujo para mí! Tengo la impresión de que al estar sentada ante la inmensidad del mar, al cual por cierto le tengo también bastante respeto, mis problemas se evaden o al menos se convierten en mucho más pequeños… Tenemos que aprender, aunque es difícil, a dar a cada persona y a cada situación su justa importancia. No todo es tan malo ni nadie es tan terrible. Es cierto que algunos somos más sensibles o dramáticos que otros, pero por eso son necesarios estos momentos para sentarnos con calma a valorar y reflexionar sobre la verdadera importancia de las cosas.

Como me encanta el mar y el color azul, estaba deseando llegar a mi casita para poder enseñaros este top a juego con el escenario. Es azul celeste de cuello barco con tirantes blancos y lo combiné con unos shorts blancos y unas bailarinas en nude para salir a pasear por el paseo marítimo que recorre la costa.

Hoy me siento mejor aunque creo que tendré que seguir sin poder bañarme…

Blue blue… like the sea!

Since I was small I love the sea, the beach, to feel like a fish into the water. I liked to spend hours and hours swimming, watching the small fishes and building sand castles… omg how much I miss those days! haha.

Now I still love the sea but in a different way… I like sunbathing (as a good Madrid woman without beach at the city hehe) and one of my favorite moments of the year is to sit here with my chair just in front of the beach and watch the waves come and go, and relax with the gentle breeze. Just to breathe in, breathe out, and anything else in this moment. That’s a real luxe for me! I have the feeling that when I’m sitting here in front of the immensity of the sea, which actually I also have enough respect, my problems disappear or at least become much smaller… We have to learn, although I know it is difficult, to give each person and each situation its importance. Not everything is so bad and nobody is so terrible. It is true that some of us are more sensitive or dramatic than others, but that’s the reason why we need these kind of moments to stay calm and reflect about the real importance of all the things.

As I love the sea and the blue color, I was looking forward to arrive to my home here to can show you this top matching the background It is light blue with boat neck and white braces and I combined it with white shorts and some nude flats to go for an evening walk along the coast.

Today I feel better but I think I can’t swim either… I will need to wait.

Que levante la mano quién está enganchado, como yo, ¡a Juego de Tronos!

Me quedé alucinada cuando descubrí este pueblecito medieval del siglo IX llamado Pals, por su parecido con Desembarco del Rey. Calles estrechas, suelo de adoquines, murallas, torreones, puentes, un castillo… paredes que si hablasen contarían mil historias alucinantes…

Siempre he tenido mucha imaginación. Creo que la gente que sueña despierta es mucho más creativa y lucha más por conseguir sus sueños, son más activos en este sentido. Por eso me encantó sentarme a observar este pueblo e inventar historias que podrían haber pasado entre sus murallas. Y es que soñar es gratis, ¿o no? Muchas veces nos encerramos tanto en nuestro ritmo de vida diario que nos olvidamos de lo más importante: vivir. Vivir, disfrutar de los pequeños momentos que son los que al final hacen que todo sea diferente. Como veis sigo con mi cambio de mentalidad y estoy aprendiendo a valorar estos momentos que sin implicar nada material, me hacen muy feliz.

Como ya os he dicho mil veces más vale arriesgarse y luego aprender las lecciones, que quedarnos de brazos cruzados dejando que el “y si” nos torture. Al menos así es como yo lo veo. Por eso os invito a que este verano viváis simplemente el momento, descubráis la belleza de las pequeñas cosas, hagáis lo que os apetezca sin pensar en qué pasará mañana y echéis a volar vuestra imaginación.

Me bajo a la playita…

Hands up the ones who, like me, love Game of Thrones! haha.

I was amazed when I discovered this medieval village called Pals from then ninth century, for its resemblance to King’s Landing. Small streets, cobblestone floors, stone walls, towers, bridges, a castle… walls that if they could speak they will tell us a thousand amazing stories…

I’ve always had a lot of imagination. I think people who daydreams is much more creative and more struggle to achieve their dreams, they are more active in this stage. So I loved sitting there to watch these small beautiful village and to invent stories that could have happened within its walls. Because to dream is free, right? Many times we locked ourselves in our daily rhythm of life that we forget the most important thing: to live. To live, to enjoy the little moments that are what ultimately make everything different. As you can see I still have my change of mind and I’m learning to appreciate these moments without involving any material thing, they make me very happy.

As I have said a thousand times it is better to risk and then to learn the lessons, than being forever with the “what if” in our mind. At least that’s what I think. So I invite you this summer to simply live the moment, to discover the beauty of the little things, to do what you feel like without thinking about what will happen in the future and please to turn on your imagination.

I’m going to the beach now…

Costa Brava

¡Hola Agosto!

Por fin primer post de mi semanita en la Costa Brava.

Lo siento chicos pero también a veces necesito desconectar un poco del blog, porque insisto en que no es NADA FÁCIL publicar 5 días a la semana, 5 looks diferentes, que son más de 20 al mes… y necesito tener algunos días para descansar hehe.

Como habréis visto he estado toda la semana conociendo lo que me ha dado tiempo de la bonita Costa Brava, gracia a la cadena Fergus que tiene varios hoteles en las mejores localizaciones.

Nuestra primera para fue en Playa D’Aro. Estuvimos en el Hotel Fergus Style Nautic Park SPA, justo en frente de un pequeño puerto y de una de las playas que más me gustó por lo grande que es. Es cierto que no me gusta mucho ir a playas pequeñas o a calas porque me siento más agobiada… soy más fan de playas grandes con arena clarita para poder caminar y perderme sin tener a nadie casi encima de mí.

Y este es de mis monos favoritos del verano sin dudad. Los colores, el diseño y el estampado étnico me parecen una combinación perfecta y tenía muchas ganas de enseñaros aquí más fotos para que lo podáis ver mejor.

¡Por cierto! Hoy ya me encuentro algo mejor de la faringitis que tengo… qué malos son los aires acondicionados y llevar todo el día el pelo mojado en verano eh… al final todo esto acaba pasando factura ya veis. Pero después de todo lo que me pusieron y me mandaron ayer en el hospital ya me voy recuperando.

Ya salgo de Madrid a Marbella así que nos vemos por allí.

Hello August!

Finally this is my first post after an amazing week at the Costa Brava (North West of Spain).

Sorry guys but sometimes I need to really disconnect from the blog, because I insist that it is not easy to publish five days a week, 5 different looks, which are more than 20 different looks/posts per month… and I need to have some days to rest hehe.

As you have seen I’ve been all week discovering the beautiful Costa Brava, thanks to Fergus chain that has several hotels in the best locations there.

Our first stop was at Playa D’Aro. We stayed at the Fergus Style SPA Nautic Park Hotel, right in front of a small port and one of the beaches that I liked most. It is true that I do not like going to small beaches or coves because I feel overwhelmed… I’m more fan of great and big beaches with soft and white sand to walk and get lost without anyone almost on top of me.

And this is my favorite summer playsuit without any doubt. The colors, the design and the ethnic print seem a perfect combination and I really wanted to show it to you here so you can see more photos of the details.

By the way! Today I’m feeling better of my pharyngitis… Thank you so much for all your lovely messages! How bad they are the air conditioners and to wear wet hair all day in summer time… in the end see what happens. But after all yesterday at the hospital they put me the right medicaments so I’m slowly recovering.

Now I’m leaving Madrid to spend August in Marbella so see you there!
