Hoy es un día muy largo pero importante para mi. En mi empresa de comunicación hemos organizado un evento muy divertido para uno de nuestros clientes, por eso comienzo el día desde bien pronto pero con mucha energía.
Y para estos días que seguimos sin saber si hace calor o frío he escogido esta vez unas bermudas. Ya sabéis que cada año me compro y rescato las que más me gustan porque me parecen una prenda elegante tanto para el día como para la noche. Por eso he combinado estas en color maquillaje con un crop top blanco de canapé y una camisa azul marino por encima. Las cuñas son otra de mis adquisiciones de rebajas y desde luego no me las quito estos días porque las llevo desde con vaqueros hasta con faldas, vestidos o shorts como hoy. ¡Son comodísimas! La cuña no es muy alta y al no llevar tacón la base es más ancha y se camina con más equilibrio.

Today is a long but very important day to me. In my communication agency we have organized a communication a funny and cool event for one of our clients, so I started working from very early today but with a lot of energy.
And these days we still don’t know if it’s hot or cold (this crazy weather…) so this time I have chosen one of my bermudas. You know that I buy every year and rescue from my closet the ones I like most because I really think they are so stylish for both day and night. So I combined these make up color bermuda with a white crop top and a blue marine shirt above. Wedges are another of my purchases from sales and I’m wearing them almost everyday because they match everything: from jeans to skirts, dresses or shorts as today. They are so comfortable! The wedge is not too high and not wearing heel is better and more steady for walking.

Cómo me gusta añadir tanto a mi armario como a mis looks diarios prendas que sean originales y diferentes… Este verano me ha dado por la tendencia asiática. Si hace poco me veíais con un kaftán de flecos negro hoy os enseño este kimono de flores que me parece una prenda muy veraniega y combinable para casi cualquier situación.
La palabra kimono viene de Japón donde literalmente significa “cosa para vestir”. Aunque desde la antigüedad se ha utilizado por este área como prenda de vestir tanto para mujeres y hombres como para niños hemos visto una clara evolución en los diseños y una progresiva introducción en el mundo de la moda y en las nuevas colecciones.
Yo he escogido este en particular en blanco con flores porque me recuerda mucho a esta corriente asiática. Lo he combinado con prendas a juego con los colores del estampado: unos jeans rotos en verde caqui, unas cuñas en rosa palo y este clutch que es lo último en bolsos con estampado de naturaleza que ya le habréis podido ver a Ariadne Artiles o a su hermana Aída por ejemplo.

I always like to add to my closet some clothes that are original and different… This summer I’ve been following the Asian trend. If you recently saw me wearing a black fringed kaftan today I show you this floral kimono that seems like a very cool and combinable complement for almost any situation.
The word “kimono” comes from Japan which literally means “thing to wear.” Although it has been used in this area as the cloth to wear for men, women and children we have seen a clear evolution in the designs and the progressive introduction into the world of fashion and into the new collections.
I chose this particular one in white with pink flowers that reminds me of this Asian culture. I’ve combined it with clothes to match its print colors: a ripped pair of jeans in khaki green, soft pink wedges and this clutch which is the ultimate in cool prints bags with nature scene that you maybe have seen Ariadne Artiles or her sister Aida wearing it for example.

Me gustaría comenzar el post de hoy aclarando un tema que creo que hay algunas personas que no saben o que no tienen claro. Yo comencé este blog porque me encanta la moda y mostraros varias cosas: los looks y combinaciones de ropa que hago, mi forma de entender la moda, la gente que conozco, las firmas que descubro y con las que colaboro, las ciudades que visito, los restaurantes en los que como, pero sobre todo por “conoceros” virtualmente y cada vez que puedo hablar con vosotros (por las redes sociales más que por aquí). Pero yo, como supongo que vosotros, tengo vida aparte de esto. Es decir, me cuesta mucho esfuerzo mantener mi blog con mi trabajo en mi agencia de publicidad, muchas horas y no descanso ni los fines de semana, pero lo hago porque las dos cosas son mis pasiones. Os cuento todo esto porque en mi post de ayer de la colaboración que realicé con Nivea os decía a las 10 de la mañana que en ese link os daban muestras gratuitas. A las 16h volví a subir una foto contándolo y al parecer ya no lo daban pero evidentemente yo estaba en la oficina trabajando y no había comprobado si lo daban ya o se habían agotado. No es mentir, no es intentar conseguir seguidores (todavía no entiendo muy bien qué seguidores voy a conseguir por decir que os dan una muestra gratis de Nivea en su web) ni es maldad. Es simplemente algo que cuando publiqué el post si funcionaba y pensé en vosotros para que también lo probaseis. No se qué maldad puede haber en eso cuando yo ya tengo mis botes pero en fin…
Y vamos a lo nuestro que es analizar el look de hoy. Como me encantan las sneakers plateadas que me compré en mi último viaje a Milán (ya las he conseguido en doradas también hehe) me gusta buscar opciones que cuadren dentro de mi estilo con las que poder combinarlas. En esta ocasión me apetecía un outfit fresco pero con mucha luz, por eso escogí esta falda plisada blanca y una camisa vaquera sin mangas atada en la cintura a modo crop top. Opté por otro de mis maxi bolsos para poder llevar todo lo que necesito a diario. Accesorios simples y no llamativos: anillos finitos, reloj negro, y colgante con “m” de Marta.

I would like to start today’s post clarifying an issue that I think there are some people who do not know or they haven’t clear. I created this blog because I love many things around fashion world and I really enjoy showing you the looks and combinations of clothing that I do, how I understand this fashion world, the people I meet, the new brands that I discover and collaborate with, the cities I visit, the restaurants I like, but mostly for “meeting you” virtually and every time I talk to you (through my social networks more than here). But as you can imagine I have life apart from this. I mean, I can hardly keep my blog with my actual work in my advertising agency, I spend too many hours and no rest even on weekends, but I do the effort because both are my passions. I tell you all this because in yesterday’s post about my collaboration with Nivea I said at 10 am that through that link you can have free samples of the new Nivea body lotion. At 16h I shared a new pic telling it again but obviously from my office, I was working and had no time to check again if the promotion was still available. Not lying, not trying to get new followers (still I don’t understand why fans will follow me only for saying that the can get a free sample of Nivea at it website) not evil. It’s just something that when I published the post it worked and I thought of you so you can try them too. I mean I already have my own products at home…
And now let’s talk about what interest us, today’s look. As I’m totally in love with my silver sneakers that I bought in my last trip to Milan (and I also got in golden he he) I found options that fit with my style but that can also combine with them. This time I wanted a cool but bright outfit, so I chose this white pleated skirt and sleeveless denim shirt with a tieat the waist kind of crop top style. I chose one of my maxi bags again to carry everything I need for my day a day. Simple and not flashy accessories: thin rings, black vintage watch, and my “m” of Marta necklace.
What do you think about combining this kind of chic pleated skirt with a denim shirt and sneakers?
Ropa deportiva pero muy chic en el videoshopping de esta semana. Ya que una de las últimas tendencias es salir con ropa de deporte a la calle incluso vestir con ellas a diario hoy os traigo mi propuesta con ese toque más lady. Esta falda de vuelo es estilo deportiva pero mirad la infinidad de combinaciones que se puede conseguir con ella: con unos tacones y una camisa para salir a cenar, con una camiseta llamativa para un look más casual o incluso con un crop top para diario. También quise combinar el crop top por otra parte con unos shorts vaqueros. El caso es que se pueden llevar o juntas o separadas combinadas con otras prendas y sientan igual de bien.

Sportswear but very chic is the main idea in this week videoshopping. You surely know that one of the latest trends is to go out with sportswear even for the day a day so today I show you my proposal with my lady touch as always. This black skirt looks sporty style but you can wear it with endless combinations as in example: with heels and a white shirt for a night out, with a fluor shirt for a casual day or even with a crop top for everyday looks. I also wanted to combine the crop top with denim shorts as I show you on the video. Anyway you can combine them together or separately with other clothes and they will suit you perfect.
El miércoles pasado como algunos ya visteis en mis redes sociales tuve la suerte de volver a formar parte de la presentación de los nuevos productos de Nivea. En este caso se trata desde mi punto de vista de un 2 en 1. Por una parte yo utilizaba gel de cuerpo durante ducha y crema de cuerpo después de la ducha pues ahora con las nuevas lociones de cuerpo que se aplican mientras nos bañamos la piel ya sale suave e hidratada y así es mucho más eficiente.
En esta ocasión esta presentación tuvo lugar en un conocido centro de belleza de Madrid, Mi Calle de Nueva York, donde además de conocer y probar los nuevos olores (cacao y miel) pude disfrutar de los tratamientos que más me gustan: manicura, pedicura y masaje. Como os digo esta nueva línea la han realizado en dos aromas: a cacao que como veis en los siguientes esquemas os ayudará a relajaros a final del día o a miel que yo lo utilizo para empezar mis días con energía y buen humor, ¡que buena falta nos hace a todos!

Last Wednesday, as some of you already saw on my social networks, I was so happy to host once again the presentation of the new Nivea products. This time it is from my point of view a 2 in 1 product. Firstly when I take a shower I use shower gel for the body and body cream after the shower but now with the new body lotions that you apply while the bath your skin will be soft and hydrated the whole day and this is much more efficient.
This time the presentation took place in a popular beauty center of Madrid, My Street of New York, where in addition to try and test the new Nivea fragrances (cacao and honey) I could enjoy the treatments that I like most: manicure, pedicure and massage. Como este fin de semana he podido tener un poco más de tiempo “libre” he aprovechado para poder enseñaros otro de mis looks de estos días. Ya que parece que no se terminan de ir las nubes y no llegan las altas temperaturas me parece una buena opción para salir por la noche combinar unos shorts con algún jersey fino, camisa o sudadera cool.
La verdad es que no he tenido tiempo de ir a las rebajas hasta el viernes… estoy tan liada entre semana que me ha sido imposible. Y no se si es por haber llegado tarde o porque no iba con “ojos de comprar” pero tampoco encontré mucha cosa… Una de las cosas que me compré porque creo que las voy a poder combinar bastante bien y además me encanta el diseño son estas sandalias en negro y mostaza. ¿Qué os parecen a vosotras? Entonces tuve que buscar algo a juego para salir por la noche. La combinación era bastante sencilla. Escogí unos shorts negros con ondas en el borde y botones dorados y mi jersey con escote en la espalda en color mostaza. Me parece un outfit sencillo pero con una mezcla de colores muy elegante. Como accesorios mi mini bolso bandolera mostaza a juego, mi brazalete dorado y mi anillo de labios rojos.

This weekend I’ve had a little more “free” time for me so I’ve taken these pics to show you another of my looks from these days. As it seems that is not going to end the cloudy days and the high temperatures doesn’t arrive at all I though it was a good choice for a night out some black shorts combined with a thin sweater, shirt or cool sweatshirt.
The truth is that I haven’t had time to go to sales until Friday… I’ve been so busy that it has been impossible before. And I don’t know if it’s for being late or because I wasn’t wearing my “shopping eyes” but I didn’t find many things… One of my purchases was these super cool sandals that I bought because I believe that I will be able to combine them quite well and I also love the design of these black and mustard snake print sandals. Do you like them? Then I had to find something to suit them for a night out. The combination was quite simple. I chose a pair of black shorts with ripples on the edge and gold buttons and my mustard color backless jersey. It seems a simple outfit but the mix is so elegant. As complements my mini shoulder bag matching the mustard color, my gold bracelet and my red lips ring.

Y yo por fin he encontrado unos shorts blancos que me sienten bien… Llevaba buscándolos desde hace tiempo pero no daba con unos que me gustasen tanto de diseño como de forma hasta que encontré estos y por cierto bastante baratos. Yo opino que un short blanco en verano nos puede servir para todo: para salir por la noche con una camisa/top arreglado, para ir a la playa con una camiseta más playera o simplemente para ir a tomar algo o pasear como yo en el look de hoy. Los combiné con una camiseta gris jaspeada con mensaje en blanco y mis sandalias del año pasado en plata que no sólo me gustan por el diseño tipo zapato de baile sino por lo cómodas que son al llevar tacón ancho y de altura media. El toque de color lo aportaron tanto el bolso hippie con monedas en plata y estampado étnico como el reloj blanco con esfera con detalles en colores pastel.

Friday and the sun comes out again, yihaaa!
And I’ve finally found some white shorts that suits me good… I’ve been looking for them but anyone was with the design and size I wanted until I found these and very cheap by the way. I think that white shorts is also a must for summer because we can use them to go out at night with a shirt/top, to go to the beach with a t-shirt or just to go for a drink or stroll as I show you on today’s look. I combined them with a mottled gray tee with white message and my silver sandals from last year that I don’t only like the type of dance shoe design but they are also comfortable to wear because of the wood heel and medium height. The touch of color came with the hippie bag with silver coins and ethnic multicolor print and my white maxi watch with pastel color details.
3 de Julio. Me levanto de la cama y un frío de muerte, ¿esto qué es? Qué pena que no estemos pudiendo aprovechar mucho este año días de calor y sol infinito…
Bueno, ayer cuando todavía no se había nublado y después de mi súper día (sumado a haber sido host en el evento de los nuevos geles de ducha de Nivea y haber acudido a la presentación del nuevo móvil de LG que ya pienso usar a diario) tuve un ratito para escaparme y preparar el post de hoy.
Llevo dos cosas que me han gustado esta temporada: una camiseta con print de piñas que sabéis que son lo último en tendencias esta temporada. En Zara por ejemplo hay una funda para el móvil que además se cuelga tipo bolso que es muy original. Por otra parte el color caqui sabéis que me encanta desde que aparecieron en el mercado las maxi gabardinas (yo ya tengo 3 o 4 modelos madre mía). Por eso cuando vi este peto corto en este color me pareció una prenda que iba a amortizar bastante esta temporada. Lo combiné todo con mis slippers de leopardo para jugar con la mezcla de distintos estampados que sabéis que tiendo mucho a ello y mi clutch de lentejuelas en tonos dorados y verde agua que dio el toque más hippie. Las gafas de sol, un colgante a juego con el clutch y mis nuevos anillos finitos (de hojas, tornillo, …) fueron mis complementos.
Y aunque ya sabéis que no soy nada de pintarme los labios ayer como me los pinté de rojo para uno de los eventos ya los llevé así todo el día. ¿Qué os parece os gustan o mejor simplemente con un poco de cacao como los llevo habitualmente? Yo pienso que de vez en cuando no está mal aportar ese toque de color y más en verano porque hace resaltar aún más el moreno de la cara…

July the 3rd. I wake up and a cold day again, what is this? Too bad that this year we’re not able to wear real summer clothes and we miss those endless hot sunny days…
Well, yesterday when it was still good weather and after my super day (apart from being host in the event of the new Nivea shower gel and have going to the presentation of new LG mobile that now I use daily) I had a little time to prepare today’s post.
Today I’m wearing two things that I have liked this season: a T-shirt with pineapples print that you know that are the latest trend for this season. In Zara for example there is a mobile case kinda shoulder bag that is very original. Moreover you already know that I love khaki color since it appeared for the first time on the new collections with the maxi trenches (I already have 3 or 4 different models, omg!). So when I saw this playsuit in this color I thought it was going to be a must for my summer days. I combined all my look with my leopard slippers to play with the mixture of different prints that you know that I like to do usually and my sequined clutch in gold and green water color that gave the hippie touch. Sunglasses, a necklace matching the clutch and my new thin rings (leaves, screw, …) were my accessories.
And although you know that I don’t use to paint my lips yesterday as I painted them in red to one of the events and so to all day. Do you like it or you prefer only with some gloss as I usually wear? I think that sometimes is cool to give that touch of color and more in summer because we are tanned and they highlight the face…
Como ya sabéis el blanco y negro nunca fallan. Hoy he vuelto a escoger esta mezcla de colores para mi outfit.
Me gusta el verano por poder salir a la calle sin maquillar. Lo único que llevo es algo de rímel y brillo de labios y así la piel se ve mucho más natural. Como el b&w es mi combinación favorita hoy he optado por un sencillo crop top negro combinado con una mini falda blanca con detalles de encaje que aportaba un estilo muy hippie al look. Las sandalias de lazos las he sacado hace poco del armario para por fin sacarles rentabilidad (las compré en invierno y todavía no he podido usarlas mucho).
Siento no poder extenderme más hoy pero tengo un día muy completito que podréis ir viendo en mis redes sociales.

As you know the black and white mix never fail. Today I returned to this mixture of colors to my outfit.
I like the summer to can go out without makeup and feel more natural and “free”. All I wear is some rimmel and lip gloss. As the b&w is my favorite combination of colors today I opted for a simple black crop top with a white mini skirt with lace details which provided the hippie touch to the look. My black ties sandals that I have recently taken out of my closet to finally can wear them (bought them in winter and I have not been able to use them a lot yet).
Sorry for the few words today but I have a very complete day that you can follow through my social networks.
El azul eléctrico es un color más bien de hace pocos años pero que ha ido ganando protagonismo en las últimas colecciones. No es de mis colores favoritos pero cuando me encuentro un estampado como el de hoy que lo lleva combinado con otros tonos de azul la verdad es que me parece muy original.
Hoy llevo esta camisa de seda con mangas de mariposa con un llamativo estampado mezclando figuras geométricas y palmeras. Los botones dorados y el corte crop top también son detalles que me gustaron cuando la vi. Decidí combinarla con unos shorts vaqueros porque son comodísimos para verano y además así seguía con el estilo monocromático del azul. Las sandalias negras con lazos iban a juego con el bolso negro de tachuelas doradas y de colores. Como accesorios sólo me puse mis anillos finos que aunque modernos son muy discretos como a mi me gusta.
¿Qué os parece este color a vosotros? Yo estoy planteándome ya hasta atreverme con el color de uñas que ya me he comprado hehe.

Electric blue is a color that is getting more and more famous since a few years ago and that we can fin in all the latest collections. Even is not my favorite color when I find a print like this that I’m wearing today it in combination with other shades of blue the truth is that I find very original.
Today I wear this silk shirt with butterfly sleeves with a striking geometric print mixed with palm paints. The gold buttons and the crop top cut style are also details that I liked when I saw it. I decided to combine it with my denim shorts for summer because they are super comfortable and also because I continued with the monochrome trend of blue color. Black sandals with ties matching the black bag gold studs and colors. As accessories I only wore my thin rings that are very cool but discreet at the same time and as I like.
What do you think about this electric color? I’m thinking of doing my manicure with this color that I’ve already bought hehe.
