¡Buenos días familia!

¿Cómo habéis pasado el finde? Yo la verdad es que no he parado como habréis visto, y como estoy acostumbrada, pero he sacado también momentos para cuidarme, como el que os cuento hoy.

Si hay una reina de los “potingues” para la cara, esa soy yo. Siempre pruebo mil cremas, remedios caseros, … de todo lo que piense que me puede funcionar o ir bien para la piel. Por eso cuando me escribieron para sumarme al reto de 10 días de Demak’up que comienza hoy conmigo y esta mascarilla casera, tuve que aceptarlo porque me siento muy identificada. Además según los últimos estudios más del 85% de las mujeres usamos soluciones caseras para el rostro… ¡me encanta!

Con la ayuda de mi madre, como siempre, y de mi amigo Carlitos, me puse manos a la obra el sábado por la tarde.

Esta mascarilla como os digo es casera y se hace en menos de un minuto. Sólo necesitamos dos fresas (las demás os las podéis comer como hice yo hehe), una cucharada de miel y un yogur. Batimos las fresas y a continuación echamos el resto de productos. Luego aplicamos el líquido directamente sobre la cara. Yo la dejé actuar unos 10 minutos y luego la retiré con los discos de algodón que llevo usando años, que son los Expert Oval con textura de panel de abeja de Demak’up. Para mí son los únicos que consiguen quitarme la “capa de maquillaje” con la que llego cada día a casa… sobre todo los días que tengo grabaciones porque te maquillan y te remaquillan todo el rato…

Tanto Carlos como yo (sí sí, él también la probó conmigo), sentimos la cara en el acto mucho más suave y lisa, había desaparecido la suciedad acumulada y notamos la piel de nuestro rostro más brillante. A mí me encanta probar estas cosas que además se hacen así de fácilmente y rápido en casa.

Good morning family!

How have you spent the weekend? The truth is that I have not stopped as you have seen through my medias, as I’m used to, but I have also had some time for me, as I tell you today.

If there is a queen of the “potions” for the face, that’s me. I really like and enjoy trying a thousand creams, home remedies,… everything I think that can work or go well for my skin. So when I they contacted me to join the Demak’up challenge of 10 days starting today with me and this homemade mask, I had to accept it because I feel very identified. In addition to this and according to the latest studies more than 85% of women use homemade solutions for the face care… I love it!

With the help of my mother, as always, and my dear friend Carlos, we started working on the Saturday afternoon.

This mask as I say is homemade and it takes less than a minute to prepare. We only need two strawberries (the other you can eat them like I did hehe), a spoon of honey and a yogurt. Cream the strawberries and then add the remaining products. Then apply the liquid directly on your face. I let it work for about 10 minutes and then I removed it with the cleaning contain that I’ve been using for years, which are oval and grid, from Demak’up. For me they are the only ones that help me every day when I arrive home to really clean completely my face after all the make up they put me… especially the days that I have to film or record something because they put make up on me over and over again…

Both Carlos and I (yes yes, he also tried it), feel our face much softer and smoother at the moment, it disappeared the accumulated dirt and we noticed our skin super bright. I love trying these kind of homemade solutions and even more being so easily and quickly to prepare.

¡Hola a todos!

Por fin puedo contaros y enseñaros todos los detalles acerca del vídeo que grabé con Vitalínea en verano… ¡qué ganas tenía!

Con esta aparatosa cámara atada a mi cintura nos recorrimos las calles de Madrid una tarde de verano.

Ya sabéis que antes de participar en una acción o colaborar con cualquier marca me gusta primero informarme de en qué consistirá y valorar si tiene algo que ver conmigo o no… Porque si no me siento identificada con el producto o la campaña yo no trabajo cómoda.

Desde luego esto no es lo que me pasó en este caso porque en cuanto los chicos me propusieron esta acción dije que SI rotundamente por varios motivos que os cuento a continuación.

El vídeo iba a consistir en que me hacían una serie de preguntas para saber más de mi, y vosotros también, y eso ¡me encanta! Todo lo que me sirva o ayude a que me conozcáis mejor, ¡bienvenido sea!

Además tiene un guiño especial a las mujeres y más en un mes tan delicado y especial como este para todas las que han sufrido o sufren cáncer de mama. Esto va también por ellas, por todas las luchadoras, por las que sonríen a la vida pase lo que pase, por las que ven la botella medio llena siempre (se que me repito con esto pero es importante que interioricemos esto cada día hasta que nos salga de forma innata).

Por otra parte me gustó mucho la parte de “cuidarnos pero sin excesos, sentirnos guapas”. Vuelvo al tema que os comento casi a diario: chicas, si no nos queremos y valoramos nosotras primero, ¿quién lo hará entonces? Por lo tanto a mimarnos y a darnos un caprichito de vez en cuando… y si es barato como el chocolate ¡mejor que mejor! hehe.

En fin, que esta propuesta encajaba perfectamente con mi perfil, con mi estilo de vida, con mis principios… y que ya no me enrollo más para que podáis disfrutar del vídeo.

Morning everyone!

Finally I can show you all the details about the video I recorded with Vitalinea this last summer… It was sooo funny! 

With this bulky camera at my waist we spent a whole summer afternoon walking around the streets of Madrid. 

You know that before taking part in an action or work with any brand I like first to get well informed of what it will be and evaluate if it has anything to do with me or not … Because if I do not feel identified with the product or campaign then I will not work comfortable and the results will not be the best ones.

Of course this is not what happened to me in this case because when the guys from Vitalinea proposed me this action I said YES! for many reasons that I explain to you below.

The video was about making me some different questions to discover more about me, and I thought that you were going yo love this because you always ask me to know more about me and my day a day. Everything that I can use for you to know me more, I always try to do it! 

It also has a wonderful women meaning and on such a sensitive and special month as this, thinking about all women around the world who has suffered or are suffering from breast cancer, they are a super fighters! This also goes for them, for all fighters, they always smile at life no matter what happens, always see the half full bottle (I know I repeat this many times but it is important to internalize this every day until we innately have it inside our minds).

On the other hand I really liked the part of “be careful but without excess, feel beautiful”. I return to the subject I commented almost daily: girls, if you do not want yourself first and value yourself first, then who will? We need to love and valorate ourselves every day and have some whims from time to time… and if it’s cheap like chocolate, even better! hehe.

In conclusion, this proposal matches perfectly with me, my lifestyle and my values. And now I let you enjoy the videoa and waiting for your comments.

¡Buenos días de Domingo!

Debido a las múltiples peticiones para que haga más y más vídeos de youtube he decidido abrir una nueva sección de “Cocina”, ¿qué os parece? En ella os iré colgando cuando vaya pudiendo las recetas que más me gusta cocinar en casa. ¡Ñam ñam!

Así que ayer me puse manos a la obra como ya os conté en las redes sociales y en este vídeo os explico todos los pasos a seguir para que hagáis un bizcocho de yogur en vuestra casa. Tomad nota porque es muy rápido, sencillo y ¡está buenísimo!

Morning Sunday!

Due to all your requests to do more and more videos for my youtube channel I have decided to create a new section of “It Girl Marta Cooking”, what do you think about it? In this section I will show you when my favourite recipes that I like to cook at home. Yummy!

So yesterday as I told you on my social networks I started with one of my fav cakes. In this video I explain to you all the steps to make a yogurt cake in your house. Take note because it is very fast, simple and it is very tasty!
