26 de Octubre, domingo. Día especial porque comienza el nuevo horario y hemos podido dormir una hora más… o salir de fiesta una hora más he he he.

En el videoshopping de esta semana os dejo una entrevista a Ángela, dueña de la firma Cotton Crown, que nos explica cómo consigue este efecto washed en todas sus prendas y os enseño las que más me gustan a mi de la nueva colección. Las tachuelas, prints de banderas, camisetas oversize  y un algodón 100% son las claves del éxito de esta marca. En el vídeo os doy algunas ideas de cómo combinarlas aunque yo opino que son un must para cualquier momento del día.

October 26, Sunday. It’s a special day because it begins the new winter schedule and we have slept one more hour… or partying an extra hour he he he.

In this week videoshopping I show you an interview with Ángela, the owner of the brand ‘Cotton Crown’, which explains perfectly how she get this washed effect on all her clothes and I show you the pieces that I like most about this new collection. Studs, flag prints, oversized shirts and 100% cotton are the keys of the success of this brand. In the video I give some ideas and tips of how to combine them but I think they are a must for any look of our day a day.

¡Buenos días!

Cómo me gusta que ya esté aquí la primavera y que podamos sacar la ropa de verano del armario. Hoy es el turno de los shorts (aunque con las piernas tan blancas que tengo he de decir que soy toda una valiente). Me apetecía estrenar ya mis nuevos shorts étnicos que he combinado con mi camiseta de flamencos formando un corazón.  Es una camiseta muy básica que creo que la voy a poder llevar con muchas de mis prendas. Ambas prendas son de la web de venta de ropa Girissima. No se si la conocíais antes, yo si, y estoy muy contenta de haber empezado a colaborar con ellos porque la ropa es de muy buena calidad y no es lo típico que te encuentras en otras tiendas. Pero sigamos con el look. Para dar un toque más casual me he puesto una cazadora vaquera encima. Mis sandalias en naranja, negro y beige fueron el calzado escogido porque no son muy altas y me sujetan bien el pie. Mis inseparables gafas de sol y un bolso en forma de saco con mezcla de piel y estampado floral fueron mis complementos. Como accesorio llamativo mi reloj digital en azul truquesa contrastando con el tono azul del print del pantalón.

¿Qué opináis de introducir ya los shorts en nuestra vestimenta diaria? ¿Demasiado pronto?

Morning people!

I really love spring and wearing summer clothes and spring colors. Today is the turn of the shorts (yes, I know that my legs aren’t ready yet for this but I just needed it hehe). 

I wanted to wear for the first time my new ethnic print shorts and I have combined them with my flamingo t-shirt with heart form. It’s a very simple and basic tee so I think I will be able to combine it with many of my clothes. Both clothes are from the fashion online store Girissima which I’ve started to collaborate with. Do you already know it? I like almost all their products because they are high quality and they aren’t products that you can find in other stores. Well, let’s continue describing the look. To give the casual touch I’ve put a denim jacket on top. My sandals in orange, black and beige were my choice because they are not very high heel and hey  hold my foot well. My beloved leather sunglasses and a bag with a mixture of leather and floral print were my accessories. My digital clock in baby blue color was the most colorful accessory matching the blue details from the ethnic print of the shorts.

What do you think about wearing shorts right now, is it too early?

¡Cómo me gusta que por fin salga el sol para quedarse y que saquemos del armario (o lo renovemos) con colores vivos y llamativos!Aprovechando estos estupendos días he vuelto a ponerme mi abrigo amarillo con detalles en dorado que es uno de mis favoritos para esta primavera. Hoy lo he combinado con unos jeans ajustados con vuelta abajo y una camiseta de colores con un estampado muy gracioso: un gato con plumas de indio hehehe. Como ya sabéis que los domingos son en general mi día de ir más “arreglada” lo conseguí poniéndome mis tacones con lazo en color mostaza. Mi bolso azul marino de terciopelo y mi nuevo reloj Digitona en baby blue fueron mis complementos.

¿Qué os parece esta combinación de colores vivos?

How much I love that finally the sun shines these days and we have to get out of our closet (or renew) with bright and glow colors!

For these wonderful days I have again been put on my yellow coat with gold details which is one of my favs for this spring. Today I combined it with skinny jeans a colorful T-shirt back with a funny pattern: a cat with Indian feathers hehehe. As you already know Sundays are usually my day to go more “well dressed” so I put on my mustard colored heels to get that elegant touch. My navy blue velvet bag and my new baby blue Digitona watch were my accessories.

Ya va saliendo el sol por el anticiclón africano que llegará estos días a la Península y yo aprovecho los primeros rayos para volver a ponerme colores y estampados primaverales.Hoy he combinado mi abrigo amarillo limón con mi pantalón de cuello alto de cuadros blancos y negros. Debajo llevo una camiseta tipo crop shirt  en gris. Mis oxfords para los días de trabajo y de ir de un sitio para otro son siempre mi mejor opción. El toque más primaveral lo he conseguido con el pañuelo de flores y como ya sabéis que soy muy alegre y positiva hoy he salido a la calle con mis cascos oil slick de colores para llevar mi música a todas partes. Mi bolso tipo shopping bag es mi mejor aliado para meter mi agenda, gafas, ipad, ordenador y todo lo que necesito cada día de diario.

Finally the African anticyclone is approaching so I take advantage of it to wear spring colors. Today I’ve combined my lemon yellow coat with my b&w plaid high waisted trousers. Underneath I wear a gray t-shirt crop style. My oxfords for working days are always my best choice. The flower scarf provides the floral touch and as you know I’m a very happy and positive person today I hit the streets with my oil slick headphones to take my music everywhere. My shopping bag type bag is my best ally to keep my agenda, glasses, ipad, computer and all I need every weekday.

Llevaba tiempo queriendo ir a probar las últimas máquinas para hacer deporte que ya están instaladas en los mejores gimnasios de Madrid y por fin esta semana saqué tiempo para un entrenamiento de 1 hora. Gracias a mi estupendo profesor Marcos pude comprobar tanto cómo se utilizan, como las ventajas respecto a otras y además descubrir los nuevos diseños y accesorios. La firma Technogym es líder a nivel mundial en el mundo del fitness y wellness. La cinta de correr (Run Personal), la máquina de step (Syncro Forma) o la de bici ya las conocéis pero estas llevan incluídas televisión, wifi y otras aplicaciones de última generación. Pero os quiero hablar de las máquinas más nuevas para mí. La de las cuerdas se llama Kinesis y ha sido diseñada por Antonio Citterio y existe en dos modelos: con o sin espalderas. Estas máquinas te permiten hacer ejercicio con prácticamente todos los músculos del cuerpo: desde los brazos a las piernas y espalda. Parecen graciosas las posturas pero os aseguro que me costaron hehe. Por último y para hacer estiramientos o ejercicios más de tipo pilates están las wellness ball que son estas pelotas gigantes que además son muy recomendables para tener una corregir la postura a la hora de trabajar así que se utilizan como ball chair.

I’ve been waiting to go try the latest machines for sport that are already installed in the best gyms in Madrid and this week I finally had time for an hour of workout. Thanks to my wonderful teacher Marcos I was able to try both things: how these machines are used and the advantages over others, and I also discover new designs and accessories. The firm Technogym is a leader all over the world in fitness and wellness. The treadmill (Run Crew) , step machine (Syncro Form) or bike machine are like the normal ones that you already know but these include television, wifi and other next-generation applications. But I want to talk about the newest machines for me. The string is called Kinesis and has been designed by Antonio Citterio and exists in two versions: with or without trellis . These machines allow you to exercise every muscle in the body, from arms to legs and back. Positions seem funny but I can assure you that it costs me a little hehe . Finally and more stretching or pilates type exercises are the ball wellness. These giant balls that are also highly recommended to have a correct posture when working so they are also used as ball chair.

Como ya sabéis el mostaza es uno de mis colores favoritos para el invierno pero no sólo para nosotras. El look de hoy me gusta porque mezcla tanto este tono para ellos como toques más denim y casual.

Los pantalones mostaza junto con la cazadora vaquera son los claros protagonistas del look. Debajo lleva una camiseta básica azul marino y una sudadera color salmón para ir más abrigado contra el frío y dar otro toque de color. La bufanda en mostaza combina con los pantalones. Como calzado unas botas marrones de ante que están muy de moda esta temporada (sobre todo por fuera de los pantalones). Los complementos también son importantes para ellos así que con un reloj y un par de pulseras (no hace falta que sean de plata también pueden ser de cuero) podéis conseguir ese outfit más cool.

As you already know mustard is one of my fav colors also for him.

I like today’s outfit because it mixes mustard color with denim clothes making the look more casual.

Mustard pants with the denim jacket are the main characters of the look. A navy blue t-shirt underwear with a salmon sweatshirt to keep warm against cold. Mustard colored scarf combined with the pants. The suede booties over the pant are really on fashion this winter. Complements are important for him too so you can choose a watch with silver or even leather bracelets.
