Una de las mejores cosas que tengo en la vida son mis amigos, no podría vivir sin ellos… y esto es algo que no se gana o se compra, se trabaja día a día. La felicidad de mis momentos con ellos no tiene precio, y además es gratis.

Esta fue la última escapada de 4 días que hice a Marbella, donde sabéis que también tengo una casita, pero me apetecía “dejarme mimar” en el Hotel Amare Beach. Fui con mi amigo Carlitos (@carlosarnelas) y Laura (@lulandco) pasó a visitarnos algunos días. Como podéis ver el hotel, en primera línea de playa, es espectacular con una preciosa piscina, zona de chill out, beach club, terracita con vistas al mar para comer, … Además en el vídeo podéis ver también cómo era nuestra espectacular habitación y lo mal que me lo paso siempre con Carlos… hahaha.

Aunque mañana os enseñaré otro de los looks más “alternativos” que he llevado nunca, hoy quería enseñaros este mono de la marca australiana con la que llevo colaborando desde hace unos meses y que me encanta todo lo que tienen y se que a vosotras chicas también. Es un mono corto ancho con varios volantes y troquelado en color blanco. Lo combiné con mi bolso dorado en tamaño mini y los slingback bicolor que son los zapatos con tacón más cómodos que tengo.

¡Por cierto! Aunque los que me seguís desde hace tiempo seguro que ya lo sabéis, pero no hay nada que me guste más que caminar descalza por la playa… me da paz, tranquilidad, es mi momento para pensar, relajarme, desconectar del mundo… ¡me encanta!

One of the best things I have in my life are my friends, I could not live without them… and this is something that you can not win or buy, you have to work on it day by day. The happiness of my moments with them is priceless, and it is also free.

This was a 4 days trip that I did to Marbella, where you know I also have a small house, but I wanted to take care of myself at Amare Marbella Beach Club Hotel. I went with my friend Carlitos (@carlosarnelas) and Laura (@lulandco) came to visit us some days. As you can see the hotel, just  in front of the beach, is spectacular with a beautiful pool, chill out area, beach club, terrace with sea views to have breakfast lunch or dinner… Also in the video you can see what our spectacular room was like and how bad I always spend my days with Carlos… hahaha.

Although tomorrow I will show you another of the most “alternative” looks I have ever worn, today I wanted to show you this playsuit from the australian brand with which I have been collaborating since a few months ago and that I love everything, I know you like them all too girls. It is a short playsuit with some ruffles and white color. I combined it with my mini size golden bag and the color blocked slingback which are the most comfortable heel shoes I do have.

By the way! Although those who follow me for a long time surely know this, but there is nothing that I like more than walking barefoot at the beach… it gives me peace, calm, it is my time to think, relax, disconnect from the world… I do love it!

Disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas de la vida, de lo que el mundo nos regala gratuitamente cada día. Esas cosas y momentos que no tienen precio y que no sabemos valorar muchas veces. Este ha sido uno de mis propósitos de este año y estoy muy decidida a cumplirlo, creo que ya lo estoy haciendo en muchos aspectos y me veo más madura y feliz con mis últimas decisiones.

Sentarte enfrente del mar a disfrutar simplemente de las vistas. Ver cómo el sol va cayendo pasando por toda una gama preciosa de colores cálidos (amarillo, anaranjado, rosado, morado, azulado…) hasta dar paso a la luna que llega con fuerza y elegancia. Esto es un milagro de la vida que ocurre día tras día y estoy segura de que vosotros como yo no nos paramos a pensarlo y a disfrutarlo nunca.

Vivimos a mil por hora, yo la primera. Todos corriendo de un lado a otro, llegando tarde, y conectados casi 24h a las redes sociales, a mails, llamadas, mensajes… Esto está bien porque estamos en el mundo 3.0 y es lo que toca, es nuestro trabajo. Pero creo que tenemos que saber de vez en cuando decir basta y dejar todo de lado un rato para poder disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas porque os aseguro que muchas veces estos momentos de calma y de paz te ayudan a ver todo desde otra perspectiva y pueden cambiar nuestras vidas para siempre…

Para mi es muy importante irme a dormir cada día con la conciencia tranquila y en paz.

¡Por cierto! Estoy muy contenta de anunciaros que por fin me he creado una cuenta de Periscope. Ayer hice mi primera conexión en directo con todos vosotros y me encantó ver cómo muchos ya me conocíais, y responder a vuestras preguntas de una forma más directa, y, en definitiva, que veáis realmente como soy. Me parece una idea muy buena para poder conocernos más así que ¿qué os parece si hacemos una conexión de estas de vez en cuando para que pueda resolveros todas vuestras dudas y preguntas más rápida y directamente?

To enjoy the little things in life, what the world gives us for free every day. Those things and moments that are priceless and we do not really know to value them many times. This has been one of my goals this year and I am very determined to fulfill it, I think I’m already doing it in many ways and I am more mature and happy with my latest life decisions.

Just being seated in front of the sea, enjoying the views. Seeing how the sun goes down through a whole range of beautiful warm colors (yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue…) to give way to a perfect moon that comes with strength and elegance. This is a miracle of life that happens every day and I’m sure that you, like me, do not stop one moment to think about it and we never enjoy it.

We all have super crazy lives, me the first one. Running from one place to another, arriving late and almost 24h connected to social networks, mails, calls, messages… This is fine because we are in the  3.0 century and it is our work ok. But I think we need to know from time to time to say enough and leave everything aside to enjoy the little things because I assure you that many times these moments of calm and peace help you to see things from another point of view and they may change our lives forever…

To me is very very important to go to sleep everyday with a clear mind, in peace. 

By the way! I am very happy to announce that I have finally created an account Periscope. Yesterday I made my first live connection with you all and I loved seeing how many already had some knowledge me, and answer your questions in a more direct way, and ultimately, that you see really how I am. I think a very good idea to know more so what do you think if we make a connection of these from time to time so you can resolveros all your doubts and questions quickly and directly?

Cuanto mayor me hago, más creo en Dios, más fuerte es mi fé en Él y Él más me lo demuestra. Y esto me alegra y me hace inmensamente feliz.

No puedo entender por muchas vueltas que le he dado y por mucha gente con la que lo he comentado la que se ha liado por subir una foto enseñandoos el look que llevaba hoy, apoyada en un tablón de madera pintando de rojo. Aunque no os negaré que no lo suponía. Lo sabía perfectamente pero no pienso nunca más ocultar o intentar cambiar por personas que ni me conocen ni se lo merecen.

Después de esto y de todos los mensajes que he recibido tanto públicos como privados me he dado cuenta de que muchas veces me cohiben este tipo de comentarios a seguir siendo como soy, y he decidido no permitirlo más. Soy una persona educada, que respeta a los demás. He sido delegada siempre por eso se mediar entre las personas y además no creo que haga ningún mal ni ofenda a nadie por hacerme una simple foto en un trozo de plaza de toros que he visto bonita sólo por el colorido, muy apropiado con mi estilo campestre.

El que quiera sacar 5 o 6 pies al gato que lo haga, pero por favor, lejos de aquí. Me sorprende que las pocas veces que ha pasado algo de esto, en contra de toda predicción de perder seguidores, los he ganado. ¿Y sabéis por qué creo que es? Porque la mayoría veis en mi día a día que no tengo maldad, que trabajo sin parar 24/7, que os contesto a todo siempre que puedo, que soy alegre y respeto a todos… Pero lo que no voy a permitir son faltas de educación. Y mucho menos viniendo de personas que defienden a los animales por encima de las personas, y que, en casos que además tengo de gente muy cercana a mi defienden el propio ¿¿¿¿aborto???? Madre mía, defender el matar a un bebé ,que sería una persona que podría llegar a hacer cosas maravillosas en la vida (que no es que yo esté a favor o en contra, simplemente creo que hay que analizar cada situación individualmente y ver si la madre corre riesgo o no), y sin embargo ¿ser tan hipócrita de ponerse así por una simple foto en un muro? Esta gente no merece más mi respeto, lo siento. Ante situaciones drásticas, soluciones drásticas. ¿Y estos son los que hablan de coherencia? Ha.

Empezaba diciendo lo de Dios porque si, voy a misa cada domingo, o eso intento. Y ayer comentaba el cura en la homilía casualmente (¿casualidad? no creo), que hay personas que les gusta el lío, el rollo, el hablar sin saber y el no creer hasta ver. Yo respeto a todo el mundo pero personalmente no me gusta rodearme de gente así. Los que creemos en Dios no nos creemos mejores personas no, como habéis dicho algunos, pero si damos amor, mucho amor, sin esperar nada a cambio. Porque fue lo que hizo Dios con su hijo Jesús y luego el propio Jesús por nosotros. Darlo todo e incluso morir por nosotros. Sin conocernos, cuando además todos le criticaban y hasta sus discípulos le traicionaron, pero él no ser rindió no, siguió adelante luchando por lo que creía justo y ahora es el guía de millones de personas en todo el mundo que creen sin necesidad de ver, que creen en el sentir,en lo que se mueve por dentro, que es en lo que yo creo.

Y termino este post diciendo que NO soy taurina. Tampoco me considero anti-taurina porque no me gustan los extremos en la vida, pero soy una persona muy sensible a todo lo “malo” que pasa a mi alrededor y es verdad que me da mucha pena ver sufrir a un animal. Pero y si fuese taurina, ¿qué? ¿De verdad se deja de seguir a una persona que sólo enseña looks de moda, belleza o viajes por eso? ¿Ese es el poco respeto que nos tenemos los unos a los otros? Además, dicho esto, la mayoría de la gente anti-taurina seguro que ni se ha informado o preocupado en hablar con la gente del sector, con un ganadero, o un torero, y contrastar información con ellos acerca del tema; cosa que yo si he hecho. Si no existiese la tauromaquia los toros no existirían tampoco y ¿sabéis por qué? Porque la carne de toro no es tan buena y no se saca tanta cantidad de cada uno como de una ternera o de un cerdo. Así que no seria rentable tener a estos pobres animales y entonces desaparecerían. ¿No nos importa que miles de cerdos o pollos vivan sus años de vida comiendo hormonas en un metro cuadrado? Eso es sufrir también, y no 5 minutos sino toda una vida. Y eso también me da pena. En fin, ya dejo aquí el tema y no pienso contestar a ningún comentario despectivo más. En mis redes sociales he intentado que reine la armonía y el buen rollo así que os pido que nos dejéis tranquilos porque somos muy felices así, todos juntos y sin sacar siempre punta de todo, y más cuando no la hay.

A los que me habéis mandado tantos comentarios, mails, directos, etc. de apoyo y cariño deciros que sois los mejores de verdad. Y no por apoyarme, que muchos teníais opiniones contrarias a la mía, pero por respetarme y ver el verdadero motivo de estas fotos que no era otro que enseñaros un nuevo look con un fondo bonito y colorido. Y tenéis razón, desgraciadamente estas cosas me ayudan a hacerme más fuerte a la vez que me hacen perder la esperanza en la buena fe de la raza humana, y aunque me dan pena pero me hacen tener más ganas de seguir por gente que si me respeta y valora como hacéis la mayoría. The older I get, the more I believe in God, the stronger my faith in God is and the more He shows me that He is by my side every day. And this makes me happy and makes me stronger yes.

I can not understand what happened yesterday just by sharing a picture, a simple photo showing you what I was wearing as my look of the day, with a red painted wall behind, because this is what it is. Although I will not deny that I didn’t expected this. I knew it perfectly but I will not hide anymore or try to change myself for people who do not know me and don’t deserve it either.

After this and all the messages that I have received public and private I’ve noticed that I really need them to realise who I am, I needed you to remind me who I am and to keep on doing it all well. Then I decided to stop this, stop. I am an educated person who respect others, always. I have always been the class leader and mediate between people and if you think that I will feel bad just for sharing with you a simple pic of my “Outfit Of The Day” yesterday on an empty bullring, you are completely wrong. 

Whoever who want to think so ok, but please, far away from here. I am surprised that the few times something like this happened, against all prediction of losing followers, I’ve won instead. And do you want to know why? Because all of you follow me in my daily life and you know that I’m not a bad person. I work non-stop 24/7, I always try to answer to all your comments and mails whenever I can, I’m a happy girl who respect others… But what I will not allow are faults of respect to me or to my followers. And even less coming from people who defend animals over people, because in addition to this I have cases of people very close to me that defend abortion???? OMG. how can this be posible? To defend to kill a little baby and be against bullfighting? A baby, a human that could be a person who could do wonderful things in life (I am not saying that I’m for or against, I just think we have to analyze each situation individually and see if the mother is at risk or not). Can we be so hypocritical then to make all this “war” for a simple picture on a wall? These people do not deserve my respect anymore, I’m sorry. To drastic situations, drastic solutions. And these are the ones that talk to me about coherency? Funny. 

I have began this post talking about God because you know that I try to go to the church every Sunday. And yesterday casually the priest commented on the homily (coincidence? don’t think so), that there are people who like the mess, roll, talking without knowing and not believing until seeing. I respect everyone but personally I do not like to surround myself with people like that. Those who believe in God don’t need to be better people I know, as someone said, but  we do LOVE, we love each other, without expecting anything in return. Because it was what God did with his son Jesus and then Jesus himself did for us. To give everything until to die for us. Even when his own disciples and friends betrayed him, but he never gave up no, he kept on fighting for what he believed and now he is the guide of millions of people around the world who believe without seeing, who believe in feelings, what moves inside us, that’s what I think.

I end this post by saying that I DO NOT support bullfighting. But I don’t consider myself anti-bullfighting because I hate the extremes in life. I’m a very sensitive person and all the “bad” things that happen around me make me suffer, to human or animals. But said this, many of these anti-bullfighting people never worried to talk with people in the sector, a farmer, or a bullfighter, and contrast information with them about the issue, they just follow the medias and we all know that many times they are wrong. If there is no bullfighting, bulls would not exist and do you know why? Because bull meat is not as good as veal or pig’s. So it would be unprofitable to these poor animals so then they will disappear. Why don’t we care about thousands of pigs or chickens that daily live eating hormone in a square meter? That’s suffering too, and not just five minutes but a lifetime. And that makes me very sad too. Anyway, I stop here the issue because I thing is already enough and I will not answer any disrespectful comment. On my social network I’ve always tried to make reign harmony and good feelings so I ask you to let us in peace because we are very happy all together without critizice everything, especially when there is nothing bad to say.

To those who have sent me many comments, mails, direct messages, etc. supporting me and sending me all your love, you are really the best. And not for supporting me, because you have many opinions different to mine, but to respect and see the real reason of these photos that was simply to show a new look with a nice and colourful background. And you are right, unfortunately these things help me to become stronger while making me lose hope in the good faith of the human. I’m sorry but I don’t want these kind of “bad” people to follow me as they don’t value my daily non stop work. To the rest of you THANKS one more time.

¡Por fin un post desde la playita!

Qué ganas tenía de sacar mis bikinis, shorts, crop tops, alpargatas… y sobre todo las cremas de sol y tumbarme cual lagarto en la arena… hahaha.

Para un soleado y caluroso día de playa escogí este cómodo y colorido look con tonos muy primaverales y estampados florales y étnicos. Llevo un crop top de tirantes con flores en turquesa y salmón, unos shorts vintage y unas alpargatas bicolor con punta de piel. El clutch de estampado étnico es de mis últimas adquisiciones y dentro llevo todo lo que necesito para un día de playa: cremas, peine, cascos de música, … Como veis no se necesita mucho para ir de lo más cool incluso a la playa. Por supuesto ya sabéis que para mi un sombrero es imprescindible para los momentos de mayor calor.

Ahora mismos son las 8am y estoy saliendo de casa porque mi tren a Barcelona sale en una hora… ¡qué sueño!

Finally a post from the beach, oh yeah!

I’ve been waiting all these months to bring out all my bikinis, shorts, crop tops, sandals… and of course all my sun creams with high protection to can lie on the sand like a lizard… hahaha.

For a sunny day at the beach I chose this comfortable and colorful look with very spring colors and mixing floral and ethnic prints. I’m wearing a crop top top with flowers in turquoise and salmon colors, a vintage shorts and a color blocked espadrilles with leather toe. The ethnic print clutch is one of my latest acquisitions and I’m wearing inside  everything that I need for a day at the beach: all my creams, my comb, headphones… As you can see is not so difficult to go cool and trendy even to the beach. Of course a hat is always a must to fight against the sun. 

Now it’s 8am and I’m leaving home right now because my train to Barcelona leaves in an hour… sooo tired!

¡Buenos días, hoy ya desde Madrid!

Y es que llevo desde las 7 de la mañana trabajando porque el jet lag quiere hacer de las suyas hoy…

Pensaba que después de la experiencia que os conté el otro día desde el edificio más alto del mundo, el Burj Khalifa, poco más había en Dubai que me pudiese sorprender tanto… bueno, pues estaba equivocada (así somos los humanos). Gracias a la agencia de mi querido amigo Jacobo, Middle East Experience, que se dedica a organizar todo tipo de excursiones y visitas en Middle East, he podido disfrutar y tachar de mi lista de “Cosas que hacer a lo largo de mi vida” el pasar un día en el desierto.

Apenas a 45 minutos de la ciudad de Dubai se encuentra este inmenso desierto con las segundas dunas más altas de todo Emiratos Árabes. Gracias a nuestro súper guía Mohamed al que mando un saludo desde aquí, nos metimos de lleno en la historia de los nómadas que han vivido años y años viajando por el desierto aprendiendo de dónde sacar agua, en qué lado de las dunas asentarse, qué plantas eran venenosas y cuáles sanas para comer, etc. Os he colgado bastantes fotos y de verdad, ¡me ha costado mucho seleccionarlas! Quería poneros todas de cada momento pero bueno creo con estas y el vídeo es suficiente, ¿no? hehehe.

Subimos y bajamos las dunas en jeeps que son los coches más apropiados para este terreno. Luego montamos en quads bajo el calorazo de unos 30 grados al sol. Si si, por eso escogí llevar tirantes y shorts como buena turista que era. A continuación fuimos a ver la puesta de sol y al campamento base donde disfrutamos de un espectáculo divertidísimo como veis en el vídeo, cena exquisita y además montamos a camello bajo la luz de la luna. Esta sí que ha sido la experiencia más bonita que he vivido. Además me sirvió para desconectar por completo, cosa que rara vez consigo, al no haber wifi ni 3G ni nada por estar en medio del desierto, en medio de la nada. También os he dejado algunas de mis fotos favoritas del paisaje que tomé yo misma con algunos de los animales que nos encontramos y la puesta de sol. Realmente os recomiendo esta excursión si vivís allí o si tenéis la oportunidad de ir a esa zona dentro de poco.

Me voy a comenzar la semana de trabajo que tengo mil reuniones y trabajo pendiente.

Morning morning, today already from Madrid!

And because of the jet lag, that is really killing me today, I’m awake since 7a.m… 

I thought that after the experience that I told you last week from the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai hasn’t so much pretty things to show me that really could impress me like that… well, I was wrong another time (humans are like this). Through the agency of my dear friend Jacob, Middle East Experience, which is dedicated to organize all kinds of excursions and visits in Middle East, I could enjoy and cross off to my “Bucket List” (or “Things to do before dye”) to spend a day in the desert.

Just 45 minutes away from the city of Dubai is located this impressive desert with the second highest dunes of all Arab Emirates. Thanks to our super guide Mohamed who I want to thank once again for everything, we immersed ourselves in the history of nomads who have lived there years and years traveling through the desert learning where to get water, which side of the dunes is better to settle the camp, which plants were poisonous and which healthy for eating, etc. I know I’ve posted enough photos but the truth is that it took me so many time to select them! I wanted to show you all that we did but I think that with these ones and the video is enough, right? hehehe.

We went up and down the dunes in jeeps that are most appropriate car for this area. Then rode quads under a sunny day with about 30 degrees at the sun. Yeah, why I chose to wear a top and shorts as a good tourist I was. Then we went to see the sunset and the base camp where we also enjoyed a hilarious show as you can see on the video, an exquisite dinner at the camp and also we rode a camel under the moonlight. This really was the most beautiful experience I have lived until today. It also helped me to completely disconnect, which is rarely to me, because there were no wifi or 3G or anything as we were in the middle of the desert, in the middle of nowhere. I’ve also left some of my favorite landscape photos that I took myself with some of the animals we encountered and the amazing sunset. I really recommend you to do this tour if you live there or have the opportunity to go to that area one day.

Now I’m going to start this working week full of meetings and collaborations that I have pending.

¡Viernes por fin!

Y como ya hace sol en casi toda la península os traigo en el videoshopping de esta semana los mejores capazos para los días de verano… ¡que ya están a la vuelta de la esquina!

El año pasado ya os enseñé los modelos que se llevaron y este año os muestro sus nuevos diseños porque son incluso más modernos y llamativos. Todos están fabricados y pintados a mano en España y lo que me gusta es que me cabe de todo: la toalla, las cremas, mi libro, … ¡hasta el perrito! Además como siempre ya sabéis que podéis elegir el tamaño que más os guste y que vaya con vosotros y también el print y colores que combine más con vuestra ropa: estrella, sun, corazón, …
