Viernes 18 de Marzo y ya sí que sí… ¡ME VOY A TAILANDIA!

Estoy muy contenta con este viaje porque llevo años queriendo hacerlo y por fin ha llegado el momento chicos, ¡aún no me lo creo!

He estado mucho tiempo valorando la idea de quedarme por España para celebrar mi 30 cumpleaños con mi familia y amigos más cercanos, pero precisamente han sido ellos los que me han incitado a cumplir otro de mis sueños. Se que voy a vivir una experiencia única y además va a ser muy divertida porque voy con mi amiga Isa y las dos tenemos una forma de ver y actuar en la vida muy similar, así que espero que estéis atentos a mis redes sociales donde os iré contando y enseñando todo lo que pueda, ¡qué ganas!

Vamos a estar 5 días en Bangkok y 4 días en Koh Samui. No podemos visitar más ciudades porque la verdad es que 8 o 9 días (que son 11 en total de viaje) tampoco dan para mucho más, pero seguro que volveré para visitar otras zonas.

El vuelo va a ser muy largo y creo que ya sabéis que no soy gran fan de los aviones… De hecho, no me gusta nada volar hahaha. Hacemos escala en Londres para coger un vuelo de 13 horas hasta Bangkok, eso sí que no se cómo lo voy a llevar, ¡espero no atacar al avión entero! hahaha.

Y me despido de Madrid con este outfit con una de mis nuevas chaquetas favoritas para la primavera: esta azul celeste tipo vaquera pero con corte y detalles de esmoquin, ¡me encanta! Cómo no mi primera opción ha sido combinarla con un look en negro. ¡Espero que os guste!

Friday, 18th of March and now it’s time to… TRAVEL TO THAILAND!

I am very happy and so excite with this trip because I’ve been wanting to go there all my life it and I have finally achieve it, I still can not believe it!

I have been thinking so much about the idea of ​​staying in Spain to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family and closest friends, but they just told me to fulfil another one of my dreams. I know I will live a unique experience and it’s gonna be very funny too because I’m going with my friend Isa and we both have a way of seeing and acting in life very similar, so I hope you stay tuned to my social networks where I will tell you and show you everything we will do, can’t wait!

We will be 5 days in Bangkok and 4 days in Koh Samui. We can not visit more cities because the truth is that 8 or 9 days (which actually are 11 days in total travel) don’t allow you to visit anything else, but I’m pretty sure that I will return to visit other areas.

The flight will be very sooo long and I think you know I’m not a big fan of airplanes… In fact, I do not like flying hahaha. We stopover in London to catch a 13 hours flight to Bangkok, I hope no not get in panic and disturb all the plane, hahaha.

And to say goodbye to Madrid I show you this outfit with one of my new favorite blazers for Spring: this light blue denim style one with tuxedo design, I love it! Of course my first choice to wear it has been combined with a total black look. Hope you like it!

¿Quién nos iba a decir que vestiríamos en nuestro día a día con chaquetas de smoking y con un look tan moderno y roquero como este, verdad?

Pues eso os enseño en el look de hoy. Llevo una chaqueta de smoking en raso azul marino con cuellos en cuero negros. Otra combinación que nunca pensamos, ¿o no? Negro con azul marino… pues yo viendo los resultados del outfit de hoy creo que me encanta cómo combinan. Debajo llevo una camiseta básica gris, ya sabéis por lo del “menos es más”, y unos leggings de cuero negros de hace varios años. Como calzado escogí unos de mis botines favoritos de este año: negros de ante con plataforma de goma. No te resbalas con ellos y además la plataforma de delante hace que sean comodísimos. Este tipo de calzado es un ‘must’ esta temporada.

Y os cuento que he comenzado otra nueva sección en Non Stop People donde cada martes os haré una pregunta sobre cómo vestir para determinado momento o evento. Si me mandáis vuestras fotos a través de Twitter mencionándome @Marta_Carriedo y con el #LookCelebrityNSP os sacaré en directo en la sección y alguno de vosotros podrá venir algún día a presentarla conmigo. ¿Qué os parece la idea? ¡Espero que participéis aunque sea para poder sacaros en imágenes! Que es con vuestra familia, no con amigos o para ir de fiesta… ¡Estoy deseando ver vuestros looks que ya he visto algunos que me habéis enviado!

Would you ever have thought that we will wear in our daily looks smoking jackets with such a modern and rocker look  like this?

So this is what I show you on today’s look. I’m wearing a smoking jacket in satin navy blue with black leather edges. Black with navy blue… A strange combination that we never thought, right? But looking at the results of the outfit I think I like how they match together. Under I’m wearing a basic gray t-shirt, you know that “less is more”, and a black leather leggings from some years ago. As shoes I chose one of my favourite bootie froms this year: black suede with rubber platform. They are perfect for the rainy days and also the front platform makes them very comfy. This kind of footwear are really a ‘must’ this season.

And now I want to tell you that I have started a new section to the TV channel where I work: Non Stop People. Every Tuesday night I will make you a question about how to dress for a specific moment or event. If you send me your photos via twitter tagging me @Marta_Carriedo and #LookCelebrityNSP I will show your pics live on this section and one of you may someday can come with me to present the show.
