¡Buenos días desde Los Angeles! (aquí son las 10am).

Por fin me he despertado al otro lado del mundo; eso sí, a las 7am y eso que me acosté a la 1:30… por lo tanto hoy voy a seguir un poco zombie.

Menudo vuelo… he llegado a pensar que tengo un serio problema con los aviones, haha. Una chica se dio un golpe en la rodilla y tuvieron que retrasar el vuelo casi 2h porque no encontraban su maleta para sacarla del avión. Después durante el vuelo me puse bastante mala. No me gusta comer en los aviones porque me sienta mal el color y no andar o moverme porque ya sabéis que soy muy activa, por lo tanto me sentó mal una de las ensaladas que nos dieron y me mareé bastante con nauseas y sudores… Y pensar que estás en un trozo de metal a X km de altura y que no puedes salir de ahí la verdad es que no ayuda hahaha.

No quiero entrar en este tema otra vez pero me da pena que la gente no entienda por qué hablo en inglés en las fotos de mi Instagram. Los que me seguís desde el principio sabéis que el blog lo hice a doble columna español/inglés precisamente para poder llegar a otra gente con el idioma más universal. Por eso tengo muchos seguidores extranjeros tanto en el blog como en las redes sociales. Dicho esto, la nueva función de traducir de Instagram me parece una herramienta fantástica para poder traducir cualquier cosa que leamos al idioma que queramos en el acto. Por lo tanto, ¿por qué siempre tanto lío y crítica con esto? Me entristece de verdad sobre todo por todo el esfuerzo que realizo yo a diario para vosotros pero bueno…

Y termino el post de hoy contandoos qué tal me ha ido el tratamiento de cara que me hice en Tacha Beauty antes de venirme. Es un tratamiento de 1h que incluye las mejores máquinas de tratamientos de piel como la punta de diamante, el láser para las manchas y poros, un peeling o un tratamiento con oxígeno. Creo que es súper completo y yo me noto la cara más lisa y luminosa que es justo lo que estaba buscando, unificar el tono de mi piel, así que sí os lo recomiendo.

Good morning from Los Angeles! (Here it is 10 am).

Finally I have woken up on other side of the world; Yes, I woke up today at 7am and I went to bed at 1:30… so today I’m going to be a little zombie yeah.

What a flight… I’ve realised that I have a serious problem with airplanes, haha. A girl struck her knee and they had to delay the flight almost 2h because they could not find her suitcase to get it out the plane. Then during the flight I got pretty bad. I do not like to eat in the airplanes so much because I feel bad and stress as I can not walk or move because you know that I am very active. Therefore while I was eating one of the salads they gave us I got quite sick with nausea and dizzy… And thinking that you are in a piece of metal at X km high and that you can not get out of there the truth is that it doesn’t help you at all hahaha. Panic! 

I do not want to get into this subject again but I feel sorry that people do not understand why I speak/write in English on my photos on my medias. Those who follow me from the very beginning know that when I created the blog I started it in double column English/Spanish precisely to be able to reach out other people with the most universal language. That’s why I have many foreign followers both on the website and on my social networks. Said that, the new translator on Instagram seems a fantastic tool to be able to translate anything we read to the language we want in that moment. So, why there’s always such a big deal with this? It really makes me feel sad especially for all the effort and work that I do every day for you…

And I want to finish today’s post talking to you about my last face treatment that I did at Tacha Beauty before coming here. It is an hour treatment that includes the best skin treatment machines such as diamond tip, laser for stains and pores, a deep peeling and a treatment with oxygen. I think it is very complete and I feel my skin face smoothest and most luminous than ever. That is just what I was looking for, unify the tone of my skin. So I do recommend it to you too.

¡Buenos días desde Londres!

Aterricé aquí anoche como muchos seguro que visteis en mis redes sociales… ¡y además en cabina! Todo un privilegio poder disfrutar ahí de un aterrizaje tan bonito y perfecto.

Aunque ya os lo he comentado otras veces, una de las cosas por la que doy gracias cada día a Dios es por tener un trabajo que me hace inmensamente feliz. Por todo. Por vosotros. Por la gente que voy conociendo y que se van sumando al “tren de mi vida”. Porque me lo paso genial haciendo lo que más me gusta del mundo y creo que eso es algo que se nota por lo que muchos me decís tanto en mis fotos como en mis vídeos. Porque me encanta poder compartir con todos vosotros mi día a día y mi forma de ver la moda y mi personal estilo de vida. Porque me encantan vuestros mensajes diarios y ver que de un modo u otro os ayudo en algunos temas y os alegro los días… ¡me siento muy agradecida a la vida por todo esto!

Hay muchas personas a las que les molesta esto… todavía no acabo de entender bien por qué pero es así. Pero yo no voy a cambiar mi forma de ser,  mi forma de actuar y de pensar, por ellos. Ni por ellos ni por nadie. Todos somos libres de actuar como queramos y a mí me encanta cómo soy porque pienso que la gente positiva y alegre es mucho más feliz. Y esto no tiene edad señores. ¿Qué tiene que ver tener 30 años o 50 con ser alegres y ver la botella medio llena? Nada. Lo importante es irse a dormir cada noche felices y con la conciencia tranquila.

Así que mi consejo del día es que siempre seáis vosotros mismos sabiendo que estáis haciendo las cosas de la forma correcta. Que disfrutéis de cada momento de esta bonita vida. Como hago yo un día más en estas fotos que me hizo mi amigo Borjis (que sale conmigo en la última foto). Mirad qué fácil es hacerme sonreír saltando por un parque y jugando con las hojas… que nunca perdamos al niño que llevamos dentro y que siempre nos juntemos con gente que nos sume.

Mañana más y mejor.

Good morning from London people!

I landed here last night as many of you wold have sawn on my social networks… and inside the cabin! What a privilege to enjoy a perfect and beautiful landing there. 

Although I have told you this before, one of the things that I thank God for is to have a job that makes me immensely happy. For everything. For you. For the people that I meet every day and that are joining “the train of my life”. To have a great time doing what I like most in the world and I think that’s something that is noticed as many of you say in my photos and in my videos. Because I love being able to share with you all my day a day and my way of seeing fashion and my personal lifestyle. Because I love your daily messages and see that in one way or another I help you on some issues. Because I’m glad to make your days more happy… I feel very very grateful to life for all these things!

There are many people who are upset by this… I still do not quite understand why, but it is true.  But I will not change my way of being, my way of acting and thinking, for them. Not for them or for anyone. We are all free to act as we think and I love how I am because I think positive and cheerful people are so much happier. And this is not something that only young people have to practice. Happiness has no age. You can act and think like this even if you are 20 years old or 50. The important thing is to go to sleep every night happy and with a clear mind.

So my advice of the day for you is to always be yourselves knowing that you are doing things the right way. You all are unique. May you enjoy every moment of this beautiful life. As I do one day more in these photos that my friend Borja  took me (he is with me in the last photo). Look how easy it is to make me smile by jumping through a park and playing with the Autumn leaves… we should never lose the child inside us and we always should surround ourselves with people who add us good things, good vibes only.
