¿Cuál es el secreto de una sonrisa perfecta?

Aparte de estar felices por dentro y eso compartirlo con los demás, exteriorizarlo, también existen otros productos que nos ayudan a lucir una sonrisa perfecta y bonita.

Siempre me preguntáis que por qué tengo los dientes tan blancos y es porque la verdad es que yo no tomo café, ni fumo, ni suelo comer alimentos que me dañen el esmalte de los dientes. Para mi que no paro de hablar y de reírme la mayoría de mis días es muy importante tener una boca limpia y cuidada. Por eso aparte de todo esto también uso los mejores productos que me ayudan en mi higiene diaria bucal. Ya utilizaba la pasta dentífrica de Colgate antes de participar en esta bonita acción con ellos pero ahora con la nueva pasta Colgate Max White Expert White la verdad es que noto mis dientes aún más limpios y blanquitos. ¡Hasta me lancé a hacer el ‘payaso’ con mi nueva nariz! He he he.

A vosotros, ¿qué es lo que os alegra el día u os hace feliz en vuestra vida? Porque ahí está la clave para mantener una actitud positiva siempre ante todo.

Recordad que debido a mi agenda de esta semana hoy estaré dos veces en el canal. A las 18h en El Hub comentando los mejores estilismos de los Premios Emmy y luego por la noche a las 23:30h con una nueva cover que os encantará.

What is the secret of a perfect smile?

Apart from being happy inside and share it with others, I externalize, there are other products that help us to look perfect and with a beautiful smile.

You always ask me why I have so white teeth and the truth is that because I do not drink coffee or smoke and I don’st eat food that can damage my tooth appearance. To me, that I can not stop talking and laughing most of my days, is very important to have a clean teeth and a perfect smile. So besides all this I also use the best products to help me in my daily oral hygiene. I already used Colgate toothpaste before participating in this nice action with them but now with the new Colgate Max White Expert White paste the truth is that I have noticed even more that my teeth are cleaner and whiter. I even played at the event with my ‘clown’ new nose! He he he.

But what about you, what is it that that make you happy in your life? Because that is the key to keep a positive attitude always to life. Good vibes only!

Remember that because of my schedule of this week I will be twice today on the TV channel. At 18h at El Hub discussing the best outfits of the Emmy Awards and then this night at 23: 30h with a new cover that you will love.

Sin duda si me dicen con qué otro color me gusta combinar mis prendas en negro mi respuesta sería clara: blanco o camel.

El camel es uno de esos colores que al igual que el negro yo uso indistintamente en verano o en invierno. Por eso cuando vi esta chaqueta en la tienda de mi amiga Carla le dije literalmente: ¡la necesito, es YO total! hahaha.

Como por el día gracias al sol seguimos disfrutando de buenas temperaturas no hace falta abrigarse demasiado, así que opté por ponerme simplemente un jersey blanco de lana debajo. Llevo mis jeans negros con cortes y para seguir con los tonos marrones y negros escogí mis slippers favoritas con estampado de leopardo, un maxi bolso y un pañuelo a juego con las slippers.

Me encanta disfrutar y aprovechar los fines de semana dando paseos por el Retiro, ya sabéis que tengo la suerte de vivir al lado así que por eso muchas veces veis que las fotos las tomo en zonas del parque.

Y comenzamos nueva semana con mucha energía y no os olvidéis de la sonrisa eh? ¡Es fundamental y además es gratis!

I can surely admit that if you ask me with what color I like to combine my black clothes my answer would be clear: white or camel.

The camel is one of those colors that I like to wear with black and I use it either in summer or winter season. So when I saw this jacket in the store of my friend Carla I literally said to her: I need it! Is sooo ME! hahaha.

During the day we keep having perfect sunny days so I continue enjoying good weather. This weekend I decided to just get a white wool sweater underneath the camel jacket. I was also wearing my black ripped jeans and to continue with the brown and black tones I chose my favorite leopard print slippers, a maxi bag and a scarf matching the slippers.

I really love to enjoy the weekend strolling around Retiro’s park. You already know that I’m so lucky to live next to this famous park so that’s why many times you see the photos taken over there,  I like all the nice areas of the park.

And let’s start a new energy with butt energy but don’t forget to “wear” always a smile on your fave, people will thank you, and they are free!

¡Buenos días!

¿Cómo va vuestro fin de semana? Yo he decido hacer una escapada con mis amigas porque me espera una semana dura y con operación de por medio… pero no os preocupéis que no es nada grave.

Hacía tiempo que no actualizaba la sección It Boy porque soy muy exigente con el contenido y por fin al asistir a la semana de la moda para ellos he podido realizar estas fotos de las propuestas que más me han gustado para la temporada Primavera/Verano 2015.

Estas fotos en concreto son del desfile de Altona Doc. Como veis apuestan por los colores muy vivos, la mezcla de estampados, los contrastes hippies y veraniegos de los collares hawaianos de flores combinados con un estilo más hip hop del pañuelo en la cabeza. Los trajes se llevan tanto largos como cortos y está claro que el estampado de cuadros es el protagonista mezclado con prendas deportivas. La clave está en la mezcla como ya he dicho muchas veces en mis posts.

Y desde luego menudos modelos nos hemos encontrado este año en la pasarela, yo no se si es que el año pasado no me fijé bien pero desde luego no hay ninguno feo eh? hehehe.

Morning people!

How is going your weekend? I decided to make a quick trip with my friends because I will have a very busy week and even with an operation on tuesday… but don’t worry because it’s nothing serious.

I hadn’t update the It Boy section of my blog because I’m very picky about the content and finally I attend the fashion week for him so I could take these pictures of the proposals that I really liked for Spring/Summer 2015 season.

These photos are from Altona Doc brand and they bet on bright colors, mixing prints, hippies and summer contrasts with the hawaiian flower necklaces combined with more hip hop style with the headscarf. You also can see both: long and short colorful suits and it is clear that the checkered pattern is the protagonist mixed with sportswear. The key is in the mix as I have said many times in my posts.

And of course we have found all these handsome models on the catwalk this year, I do not know if the last year I did not notice it but this year there are no one ugly eh? hehehe.

Llega tarde, ¡pero llega! En el videoshopping de esta semana os muestro un complemento muy veraniego y que opino que puede cambiar cualquier look: los pañuelos. Como siempre os traigo varias opciones tanto para las más clásicas como para las que os atrevéis con detalles y estampados más llamativos. Aparte tener un precio muy asequible, ¿no creéis que llevar un pañuelo por los hombros o al cuello puede hacer que cualquier outfit se vea completamente diferente? Yo en esta ocasión escogí varios estilismos sencillos y creo que con este complemento conseguí ese toque veraniego y de color que andaba buscando.

Maybe too late, but it’s here! In this week videoshopping I show you a very summer complement that I think that can change any look: scarfs. As always I bring you some options for both kinds the classic ones and for the others that dare with more details and colorful prints. Besides having a very affordable price, don’t you think that wearing a scarf around the shoulders or the neck can make any outfit looks completely different? This time I chose a pair of simple outfits and I think this accessory got that summer color and touch that I was looking for.

¡Buenos días!

Otro día más de trabajo en Londres. Hoy os dejo algunas fotos de mi mañana de ayer donde saqué unas horas libres para ir de compras y pasear por Picadilly.Como podéis ver me encontré de todo: desde artistas callejeros (este artista estaba pintando el cuadro idéntico a la calle) hasta unos street dancers que nos sorprendieron bailando la canción de Gangnam Style en medio de Picadilly.

Las fotos que veis con varios looks diferentes son en la exclusiva zona de Personal Shopping de la tienda Topshop de Oxford Circus. Allí, Michelle y Lauren que son las estilistas que siempre me atienden, me enseñan las prendas que consideran que más pueden combinar con mi estilo y te llevan todo lo que necesitas, te sientes como una auténtica “pretty woman” hehehe. ¿Qué os parecen los looks que me escogieron? No me compré todo pero alguna cosa se vino conmigo

Para otro día tan largo volví a optar por la comodidad ante todo, y más sabiendo que tenía que ir en metro y por la calle de un sitio a otro. Me abrigué bien con calcetines de lana y mis leggings de cuero negros. Unos oxfords, una gabardina rosa palo y un colorido pañuelo de leopardo como complementos. Debajo mi nueva chaqueta de lana estilo Chanel que he encontré en una tienda de Notting Hill y que ya no me quito, ¡me encanta! Mi bolso tipo shopping bag es mi compañero de viaje en estos días por Londres.

Morning people!

Another day working in London. Today I show you some pics of my yesterday morning when I went for a little bite  shopping around Picadilly. It’s really amazing how you can find since street artists (this guy was painting the exactly street) to street dancers that surprised us dancing Gangnam Style son in Picadilly square.

The photos you see below with different looks are  at the exclusive Personal Shopping area in Topshop Oxford of Circus. There, Michelle and Lauren are the stylists who always attend to me , suggesting me what clothes can be combined with my style and they bring you everything you need, you feel like a real “pretty woman” hehehe . What do you think about the looks they chose me? I didn’t buy everything but some pieces came with me

For another walking day as I chose a very comfy outfit, as I had to take the subway and go from one place to another. I harbored me well with wool socks and my black leather leggings. My black oxfords, a soft pink trench and a colorful  leopard scarf were my complements. Under, my new Chanel style wool jacket that I found in a shop in Notting Hill, I love it! My shopping bag style bag is my best traveling company for these days in London.

Ya va saliendo el sol por el anticiclón africano que llegará estos días a la Península y yo aprovecho los primeros rayos para volver a ponerme colores y estampados primaverales.Hoy he combinado mi abrigo amarillo limón con mi pantalón de cuello alto de cuadros blancos y negros. Debajo llevo una camiseta tipo crop shirt  en gris. Mis oxfords para los días de trabajo y de ir de un sitio para otro son siempre mi mejor opción. El toque más primaveral lo he conseguido con el pañuelo de flores y como ya sabéis que soy muy alegre y positiva hoy he salido a la calle con mis cascos oil slick de colores para llevar mi música a todas partes. Mi bolso tipo shopping bag es mi mejor aliado para meter mi agenda, gafas, ipad, ordenador y todo lo que necesito cada día de diario.

Finally the African anticyclone is approaching so I take advantage of it to wear spring colors. Today I’ve combined my lemon yellow coat with my b&w plaid high waisted trousers. Underneath I wear a gray t-shirt crop style. My oxfords for working days are always my best choice. The flower scarf provides the floral touch and as you know I’m a very happy and positive person today I hit the streets with my oil slick headphones to take my music everywhere. My shopping bag type bag is my best ally to keep my agenda, glasses, ipad, computer and all I need every weekday.

Como ya sabéis el mostaza es uno de mis colores favoritos para el invierno pero no sólo para nosotras. El look de hoy me gusta porque mezcla tanto este tono para ellos como toques más denim y casual.

Los pantalones mostaza junto con la cazadora vaquera son los claros protagonistas del look. Debajo lleva una camiseta básica azul marino y una sudadera color salmón para ir más abrigado contra el frío y dar otro toque de color. La bufanda en mostaza combina con los pantalones. Como calzado unas botas marrones de ante que están muy de moda esta temporada (sobre todo por fuera de los pantalones). Los complementos también son importantes para ellos así que con un reloj y un par de pulseras (no hace falta que sean de plata también pueden ser de cuero) podéis conseguir ese outfit más cool.

I like today’s outfit because it mixes mustard color with denim clothes making the look more casual.

Mustard pants with the denim jacket are the main characters of the look. A navy blue t-shirt underwear with a salmon sweatshirt to keep warm against cold. Mustard colored scarf combined with the pants. The suede booties over the pant are really on fashion this winter. Complements are important for him too so you can choose a watch with silver or even leather bracelets.

Londres. Viernes 6 de Diciembre. 18:30h. Primrose hill.

Esta fue la ubicación londinense donde escogí hacerle las fotos para la sección It Boy de mi blog a mi amigo Qudos el fin de semana pasado.Aunque como veis a las 6 de la tarde ya era completamente de noche os recomiendo que si no conocéis este parque vayáis cuando tengáis oportunidad porque tiene unas vistas fabulosas de todo Londres.

El estilismo de hoy es clásico pero claramente tiene componentes muy british. Empecemos como siempre por orden. Como prenda de abrigo lleva una trenca  gris como las que vemos en todas las tiendas esta temporada, un must have para vosotros desde mi punto de vista. Debajo una camiseta básica blanca con un jersey camel de lana gorda encima para ir a la última pero sin la seriedad que daría una camisa. Unos jeans negros slim fit como parte de abajo a juego con los detalles en negro de la trenca y de los zapatos. Como calzado los slippers con estampado étnico me parecen una apuesta muy moderna y opino que son un acierto. Es cierto que en Madrid estamos menos acostumbrados a ver a los hombres vistiendo con ellos pero a mi son una opción muy trendy y ya sabéis que hay que adaptarse un poco a las tendencias (cada uno dentro de sus límites). Como complementos simplemente lleva una bufanda en burdeos (toque que me encantó en mi color favorito para invierno) y un reloj negro básico a juego con el resto del look.

Primera noche en Londres. Lo único que me dio tiempo de hacer ayer cuando llegué fue a dar una vuelta por una de mis zonas favoritas tanto de tiendas como de bares: Hammersmith.Por supuesto parada obligatoria en “The Dove”, un restaurante muy típico y con mucho encanto al borde del río Támesis. Los árboles que adornan las paredes por dentro son de verdad. Tiene varias salas con chimeneas, grandes sofás y ahora en Navidad todo está aún más bonito con adornos navideños. Seguimos haciendo ruta de pubs y casitas típicas de aquí paseando por la orilla del río; eso sí, bien abrigados.

Hoy que parece que va a hacer sol (algo muy raro aquí) prometo hacer mejores fotos con luz de día y preparar muchas más cosas para mañana.
