Ya estoy de vuelta en Los Angeles. Ha sido un viaje corto, de apenas 5 días hasta Palm Springs, pero parece que hayan pasado al menos dos semanas… ¡no hemos parado! Aunque lo habéis visto en mis fotos y Stories os contaré todo con más calma por aquí y en le vídeo que estoy preparando.

En Sri Lanka no fuimos de excursión todos los días ya que también queríamos aprovechar para descansar y disfrutar de nuestro bonito hotel. Ya sabéis que una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer es pasear por la playa y mirad qué hamaca tan chula para poder echarte siestas infinitas sin ruido, sin móvil, sólo con el sonido de las olas… mi momento favorito del día sin duda. Es muy necesario saber sacar tiempo como sea para “trabajar” en nosotros mismos. En valorar lo que tenemos, en disfrutar de los pequeños momentos, en saber dónde queremos llegar o qué queremos conseguir, en cuidarnos y mimarnos… deberíamos hacer esto más a menudo. Al final tú mismo eres la única persona con la que vas a tener que vivir toda tu vida, de la que no te puedes alejar ni separar. Aprender a quererse y valorarse más es algo muy importante, al menos desde mi punto de vista, para que las cosas sigan saliendo bien. No digo que no haya que cuidar a los demás, pero primero deberíamos centrarnos en lo que queremos y nos hace felices antes de intentar hacer felices a otros. Y esto, chicos, no es egoísmo. Es la ley número uno de “amar al prójimo como a ti mismo”, pues que no se nos olvide ese “uno mismo”.

Y cómo me ha dado este año por los bikinis con braguita de “abuela” eh, haha. Este me encantó porque es en verde militar y me gusta los cordones y detalles dorados que tiene. Es muy selvático y por lo tanto perfecto para este entorno.

Os dejo con el vídeo que he conseguido por fin terminar de editar ayer y subirlo a mi canal. Dura más, como me habéis pedido, y he intentado explicaros y enseñaros lo mejor que he podido todo lo que hemos hecho. ¡Espero que os guste!

I’m back in Los Angeles again. It was a short trip, just 5 days in Palm Springs, but it seems to have passed like 2 weeks… we have not stopped! Although you have seen many things on my pics and Stories I will tell you everything more calmly here and in the video that I am preparing for you.

In Sri Lanka we did not hike every day as we also wanted to have time to rest and enjoy our beautiful hotel. You know that one of the things I like to do is to walk barefoot along the beach and look at this super cool hammock, I did take infinite naps there without any noise, without mobile phone, only with the sound of the waves… my favorite moment of the day without any doubt. It is very necessary to know how to take time to “work” on ourselves. In valuing what we have, in enjoying the small moments and things in life, in knowing where we want to go and what we want to get, in taking care of ourselves first. We should do all this more often. In the end, you are the only person with whom you will have to live your whole life, from which you can not go away or separate. Learning to love oneself and to value oneself more is something very important, at least from my point of view, so that things continue to keep on working well. I do not say that we do not have to take care of others, but first we should focus on what we want and what makes us happy before focusing on others happiness. And this, guys, is not selfishness. It is the number one law in life of  “loving others as yourself,” let’s do not forget that “self.”

And this year I’m loving “grandmother” style bikinis, hahaha. This one I loved it because it is in military green and I like the laces and golden details that it has on the sides. It is very “jungle” so it is perfect for this environment.

¡Buenos días de Lunes familia!

Sigo por territorio americano y la verdad es que se me está pasando el tiempo volando… y más con Maja y Carlos que no paramos de hacer cosas.

Este es otro de los hoteles en los que estuve en la zona de Beberly Hills, el hotel Hilton, y seguro que os resultan familiares estas fotos porque ha salido en mil películas. Me encanta la gran piscina que tiene y la combinación de la decoración en blanco y negro, por eso opté por ponerme un look a juego. Me pasé horas sentada en esos sofás trabajando y leyendo con mi hermana. Además está muy bien ubicado y muy cerca de localizaciones importantes que son de obligatoria visita.

Lo que suele pasar aquí es que los días se levantan medio nublados pero poco a poco el sol va saliendo por lo que por la mañana se puede ir con una chaquetita pero sobre las 12 ya hace bastante calor y es mejor ir con manga corta.

Sobre las 6:30-7 de la mañana ya todo el mundo está en pie y luego se van a dormir antes… y aunque me ha costado adaptarme a este gran cambio horario (ya sabéis que yo en Madrid no me meto en la cama antes de la 1 de la noche nunca), al final estoy consiguiendo descansar mejor así que voy a intentar mantenerlo cuando vuelva… que ya sabemos que “a quien madruga, Dios le ayuda”, hehe.

Y me voy despidiendo ya de vosotros hasta mañana porque hoy y mañana tengo varias reuniones y shootings que os iré contando como siempre en mi Stories antes de viajar a Palm Spring el miércoles.

Good morning family!

I’m still living my American dream and the truth is that time flies… and more with Maja and Carlos because we do not stop doing things.

This is another of the hotels that I was collaborating with in the area of Beverly Hills, the Hilton, and I am pretty sure that some of pics are familiar to you because it has appear in a thousand movies. I love the huge pool they have and the combination of black and white of the decoration, so I decided to get a look matching it. I have spent hours sitting in these comfy sofas working and reading with my sister. It is also very well located and close to many must visit important locations.

What usually happens here is that the days start cloudy but gradually the sun comes out so in the morning you can go with a jacket but about 12h it’s already hot and it is better to go with short sleeves.

Around 6:30-7h am everyone weak up here and then they go to sleep earlier than in Europe… and I’m slowly trying to adapt myself to this schedule (you know I never go to bed in Madrid before 1am at night), because in the end I think it is better to rest more and to do more things then during the day… because we all know that “God helps those who rise early”, hehe.

And I say goodbye to you for today because I’m going now and tomorrow morning to some important meetings and shootings that I’ll show you as always on my Stories before traveling to Palm Springs on Wednesday. Can’t wait to discover that area!

¡Buenos días!

¡Qué triste me levanto hoy porque es mi último día en este paraíso… vuelvo mañana a Madrid porque el Sábado tengo la boda de uno de mis mejores amigos desde siempre, Rober, y me mata si me la pierdo… hahaha. Pero ¿os imagináis despertaros cada día en esta casa, con esta piscina justo en frente del mar? Esto de verdad que no tiene precio… me he pasado horas aquí sentada meditando sobre mi vida, todo lo que me ha pasado, lo que quiero hacer en el futuro, etc… mirando las olas ir y venir…

Pero he disfrutado muchísimo de esta isla y de la gente griega en general, así que pienso volver muy pronto.

Este es mi look favorito de la semana sobre todo por el top. Me enamoré de él desde que lo vi y tuve que esperar varias semanas a que recibiesen mi talla. Es en azul clarito con bordados en blanco y lo he combinado con jeans blancos y alpargatas marrones. Si si, me ha dado fuerte este año con las alpargatas pero es que son tan cómodas y fresquitas…

Nos vamos corriendo a descubrir otra playa desierta de Mykonos, os lo enseñaré todo en Snapchat como cada día.

Good Morning babes!

How sad I am today because it is my last day in this paradise… I will come back to Madrid tomorrow because on Saturday I have the wedding of one of my best friends since many years ago, Rober, and he will kill me if I lose it… hahaha. But can you imagine to weak up every day in this house with the pool right in front of the sea? This is really priceless… I have spent hours sitting here meditating about my life, everything that has happened to me, what I will do in the near future, etc… watching the waves come and go…

But I have enjoyed this island and the Greek people in general, so I will come back very soon for sure.

This is my favorite look of the week especially for the top. I fell in love with it since I saw it for the first time and I had to wait some weeks until they received my size. It is in light blue and embroidered it white, so I have combined it with white short jeans and brown espadrilles. Yes yes, I’m loving espadrilles this summer because they are so comfortable, cool and chilly…

We’re going now to discover another beach of Mykonos, I’ll show everything on Snapchat like I do every day.

Despertarme un nuevo día en este paraíso…

Estas son la piscina y las vistas que tiene la villa en la que nos estamos quedando. Me tiro horas sentada en estas rocas mirando el mar… ya sabéis que es una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer cuando tengo tiempo porque me da mucha paz interior y calma.

Sigo con otro look en tonos azules que es lo que me había planteado para este viaje para ir a juego con la isla. Hoy llevo un body de estampado étnico en tonos azules, blancos y verdes. Este no es tan ajustado como otros por lo que sí se puede adaptar más a cualquier cuerpo. Y por fin he estrenado mis shorts plateados que sabéis que tengo desde hace varios meses. Me pareció la ocasión perfecta hacerlo con mis nuevas bailarinas también plateadas con estrellas.

Y ayer por la tarde fuimos a uno de los restaurantes más conocidos de la isla, Alemagou, desde donde pudimos disfrutar de una preciosa puesta de sol y unos exquisitos cocktails y cena. Os lo recomiendo si tenéis pensado pasar por aquí.

Nueva sesión de fitness + yoga ahora, que son las 7:30 de la mañana, así que me despido ya por hoy chicos. Recordad que os voy contando todo en directo en mi Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

To wake up one more day in this beautiful island…

These are the pool and the views that we have in our villa where we are staying. I’m spending hours sitting here in these rocks looking at the sea… you know it’s one of the things that I like to do when I have time because it gives me a lot of inner peace and calm.

And here you have another look in blue tones which is what I wanted to do for this trip to match the island colours. Today I’m wearing a ethnic print body in blue, white and green tones. This is not as tight as others so it can adapts more to any body. Do you like it? And I finally released my silver shorts that you know that I bought some months ago. I found the perfect opportunity to do it with my new silver flats too with little stars in red and blue.

And yesterday afternoon we went to one of the most famous restaurants on the island, Alemagou, where we could enjoy a beautiful sunset and exquisite cocktails and dinner. I recommend it to you if you have planned to stop by the island.

Menuda nochecita la de ayer… y me refiero al famoso “Debate” que hemos vivido en España entre los cuatro representantes de los cuatro partidos más importantes del país.

Se que no puedo o no debo dar mi opinión en este tipo de temas, igual que en los deportivos, etc. pero sinceramente sólo quiero decir una cosa desde mi propio punto de vista y desde lo que yo misma vivo cada día. Yo, Marta Carriedo, autónoma, que intento sacar adelante una empresa yo SOLA, de verdad si me suben los impuestos más me voy de este país… porque os digo que llevo mucho tiempo intentando contratar a alguien que me ayude para aliviar un poco mi carga de trabajo y poder centrarme en proyectos que me hacen ilusión y que creo que os encantarían… y todavía sigo sin poder hacerlos realidad. Creo que no se puede ni subir más los impuestos a la gente que no puede pagarlos igual que no estoy de acuerdo en dar un “sueldo gratuito” a la gente que no trabaje porque lo único que se fomentará con eso es que más gente sin empleo. Porque, ¿quién querría trabajar si el Estado te da un salario gratis? No quiero un gobierno corrupto pero tampoco quiero que me traten como idiota o me vendan imposibles. Quiero un gobierno transparente, justo y realista.

Dada mi opinión chicos, os pido que seáis sensatos a la hora de votar porque no está sólo en juego nuestro futuro sino el de nuestros hijos y el del país en general.

Y ahora viene la parte divertida hehe. ¡Este es de mis looks favoritos de pisci/playa! Me encantan los crop tops y si son de crochet mucho mejor. El tejido crochet sabéis que es la última moda y sobre todo en tops, shorts y bikinis para la playa. Yo me estoy haciendo ya una buena colección que os he ido enseñando y lo seguiré haciendo en mi siguiente viaje, y este lo he cambiando con mis shorts vintage y mis nuevas alpargatas que por cierto, ¡qué cómodas son! A mi me recuerdan a los trajes de pastora haha y me encanta que se hayan vuelto a poner de moda.

What a night yesterday … and I mean about the “Debate” we have lived in Spain with the four representatives of the four major parties in the country.

I know I can not or I should not give my opinion on this kind of issues, like in sports, etc. but honestly I just want to say one thing from my own point of view and from what I personally live every day. Me, Marta Carriedo, autonomous, I try to get ahead a new company by myself, really if they increase me taxes more I will leave this country… because I have been trying to hire someone to help me to relieve some of my daily work to can focus on new projects that I really would like to do… and I still can not realise them because I really can’t. I think you can not set higher taxes to people who can not pay them just as I do not agree to give a “free salary” to people who do not work because then more people will be freely unemployed. Because who would want to work if they receive a free salary? I do not want a corrupt government but I do not want them to treat me like an idiot or sell me impossible things. I want a transparent, correct and realistic government. 

Given my opinion guys, please, think it well before voting because it is not only our future what we are talking about, it’s also our children’s and the nation’s in general.

And now comes the fun part hehe. This is my favorite looks of pool/beach! I love so much crop tops and crochet even more. You know that crochet fabric is the latest fashion and trend and specially in tops, shorts and bikinis for the beach. I am collecting many crochet pieces that I have been showing you and I will continue doing also on my next trip, and this time I have combined this new crochet top with my vintage shorts and my new bicolor espadrilles which by the way, they are very comfortable! They remind me to ​​shepherdess costumes and I love that they have returned to be fashion.

¡Hola a todos desde BANGKOK!

Después de un vuelo de 3h a Londres, de esperar 5h en el aeropuerto de Heathrow a que saliese nuestro siguiente vuelo y de volar 13h hasta Bangkok… ¡por fin llegamos a Tailandia!

Lo primero que quiero contaros es que estoy alucinando con la gente: son todos tan serviciales, amables, alegres, … te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y eso me encanta, ver a personas felices que disfrutan de la vida aún con lo poco que tienen… Esto es lo que me lleva de nuevo a pensar y valorar la tremenda suerte que tenemos muy muy pocos en este mundo, y me encanta aprender de personas así. Aprender a disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas que la vida nos da en nuestro día a día que al final son las que importan y que muchas veces no las valoramos… Ojalá aprendiésemos más de gente así, es algo admirable.

En Bangkok estamos alojadas en uno de los mejores hoteles de la ciudad: Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. Pero que nadie salte ya con eso del dinero… porque aquí la vida es muy muy barata, sobre todo para los que venimos de fuera, así que es muy fácil y barato encontrar alojamiento en cualquier hotel. Estamos en la planta 26 en una suite preciosa con unas vistas maravillosas al resto de la ciudad. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas muy bien situado y con grandes facilidades de desplazamiento a los lugares más importantes a visitar aquí.

Después de un viaje tan largo y además llegando a las 9am hora local, os podéis imaginar lo que hicimos todo el día: disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel, de la piscina y de un típico masaje tailandés antes de irnos a dormir.

Mañana os cuento nuestra primera aventura en Bangkok que ha sido súper bonita y divertida. Estoy muy muy feliz y espero que todos vosotros también lo estéis y que nos contagiemos esta felicidad, ¡porque la vida con una sonrisa se vive mucho mejor!

Hoy nos vamos a visitar otros templos, a Ayutthaya y a montar en elefante, ¡qué ganas tengo de enseñaros más fotos y vídeos! Me encanta que os estén gustando tanto porque la verdad es que voy como una loca con 3 cámaras (Gopro, Canon y el móvil, hahaha).

Hello everyone from BANGKOK!

After a 3h flight to London, then 5h waiting at Heathrow Airport for our next flight connection and 13h of another flight… we finally arrived to, Bangkok, in Thailand!

The first thing I need to tell you is that it’s really amazing people here: they are all so helpful, friendly, cheerful… they help you in everything they can and I love that, seeing happy people who enjoy life even with the little things they have… this is what makes me think about my life, to think and value all the things in my life, how lucky we are (we are very few if we talk about the whole world), and I love to learn from people like these. Learn to enjoy the little things that life gives us in our daily lives that in the end are the ones that matter and I think that very often we do not value them… I wish more of us were like these people, it’s something admirable.

In Bangkok we are staying in one of the best hotels in town: Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. But even being a 5 stars hotel it is very cheap so I recommend it to you for sure, because life here is very very cheap, especially for those who come from outside. In general here it is very easy and cheap to find accommodation so to me is better to be in a high quality hotel like this one to can enjoy more activities and of course the sun. We are on the 26th floor in a lovely suite with wonderful views to the city. This hotel is very well located and with great travel facilities to the most important places to visit here.

After such a long journey and also arriving at 9am local time, you can imagine what we did all day: enjoy the hotel’s facilities such as the pool, the amazing Thai food  and a typical Thai massage before going to bed.

Tomorrow I will tell you everything about our first adventure in Bangkok which has been super nice and fun. I am very very happy and I hope you all are too. It is not so complicated to smile at life, to be friendly with others, don’t you think so? I live much better now!

Now we are going to visit other temples, to Ayutthaya, and going to elephant riding, can’t wait to show you more pics and videos! I like so much that you are loving all my pics and videos, because the truth is that I’m going crazy the whole day with 3 cameras! (Gopro, Canon and my phone, hahaha).

¡Buenos días!

De nuevo Lunes y comenzamos nueva semana yo con las pilas muy cargadas por el fin de semana de relax, diversión y desconexión que he pasado en Barcelona.

Como la mayoría sabréis llegué a Barcelona el viernes por la mañana para asistir a un par de reuniones y luego pasé el día en el lounge del Hotel donde me hospedaba, Hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar en frente del mar. Es uno de los hoteles que más me gustan de Barcelona sobre todo en esta época del año porque ya habéis visto su zona de piscina y al estar frente al mar hace que tenga aún mejores vistas. Esta zona de piscina y chill out pertenece además a Puro Beach por lo que está cuidado hasta el último detalle.

Pero el motivo principal de mi viaje a Barcelona era la boda de una gran amiga mía y mejor aún persona, mi tocaya Marti! (más conocida como romper86 en Youtube o Marta Riumbau en las redes sociales). Nos hicimos muy amigas hace ya varios años al trabajar en el mismo sector y desde entonces no ha habido problemas en que vivamos en distintas ciudades: hablamos todas las semanas y nos vemos siempre que podemos. Por eso estoy muy muy feliz por ella porque no ha podido encontrar a mejor compañero de vida que a Borja, también ya buen amigo mío, que la adora y juntos van a comenzar otra nueva etapa aún más felices si cabe. ¡Mil gracias por todo chicos!

Os cuento algunos detalles de la boda que me habéis preguntando… La ceremonia religiosa se celebró en la Parroquia Santa María Reina y luego nos trasladamos todos a la final Bell Recó. El lugar era de ensueño desde luego. El vestido y complementos de Marta eran de Teresa Helbig, estaba impresionantemente guapa con un diseño muy sencillo de manga larga y escote de espalda y lo más importante: una larga cola y velo. La primera canción que bailaron los novios fue “Thinking out loud” de Edd Sheeran, una de mis canciones favoritas así que yo con los pelos de punta viendo el baile que nos prepararon los novios.

Y para terminar hablemos del look que escogí. Después de todo el revuelo que se ha montando respecto a mi vestido me gustaría decir varias cosas. Lo primero es que Marta es mi amiga y ya sabía cómo era el vestido. Además es rosa, no blanco o beige o blanco roto. Es rosa y el rosa clarito es un color perfectamente aceptable en cualquier boda. Y lo escogí largo aunque ya sabéis que no soy muy de ir de largo a las bodas pero en esta en concreto así se indicaba y así iban todas las invitadas. Es ajustado y lleva un forro de raso con una capa de encaje desde el cuello hasta los pies. Como calzado para las fotos volví a recurrir a mis salones color nude de aguja pero para la boda al ser un terreno más complicado me puse mis sandalias abiertas en el mismo tono pero con tacón más ancho y algo de plataforma para no arrastrar tanto el vestido. Como clutch el mismo que el fin de semana pasado en tonos dorados y ninguna joya, que sabéis que soy muy sencilla.

El peinado por el que también me habéis preguntado bastante me lo hice en el Salón Anna Riu en la calle Valencia 306. Anna tiene la suerte de tener a un equipazo que desde el primer momento me ayudaron y asesoraron para conseguir el resultado final que me visteis en las fotos. Llevo una trenza de raíz en la derecha que termina en la izquierda con el pelo suelto con ligeras ondas al aire. ¡Me encantó!

En estas llevo el pelo mojado porque el shooting lo hicimos en el hotel al no tener más tiempo el día de la boda.

Para terminar quiero darle las gracias a mi querida Mónica, del blog Mes Voyages a Paris que me hizo estas fabulosas fotos y con la que me lo pasé genial en la boda. ¡Besitos a Alberto y a ti mi amor!

Morning guys!

Monday again and we have started a new week full of energy thanks to this weekend of relax, fun and disconnection  that we have lived in Barcelona.

As many of you will know we arrived in Barcelona on Friday morning to attend some meetings and then we spent the rest of the day in the lounge of the hotel where we was staying, Hilton Diagonal Mar Hotel just in front of the sea. It is one of the hotels that I like most in Barcelona especially at this time of the year because you have seen their pool area  and lounge and being just with the sea in front gives it even better views. The pool area and chill out also belongs to Puro Beach company so they take care of every single detail for you to feel as much comfortable as posible.

But the main reason for my trip to Barcelona was the wedding of a very close friend of mine and even better person, my namesake Marti! (Better known as romper86 on Youtube and Riumbau Marta on the social networks). We became very good friends some years ago as we work in the same fashion industry and since then there have been no problems about living in different cities, we talk almost every week and we see each other whenever we can. So I’m really very happy for her because she couldn’t have found a better life partner than Borja. He is also a good friend of mine, who adores her and together they will begin a new life even happier if possible. Thanks for everything guys, I really had a wonderful day, I love you!

Now I want to tell you some details of the wedding that you have asked me about… The religious ceremony was held in Parroquia Santa María Reina and then we moved for the celebration to Bell Reco place. The place was heavenly indeed, like from a fairy tale. The dress and accessories that  Marta were wearing were from Teresa Helbig, she was so so beautiful with a very simple design with long sleeves and neckline back and most importantly, a long train and veil. The first song they danced together was “Thinking Out Loud” of Edd Sheeran, one of my favorite songs too so you can imagine my feelings listening to it and seeing these guys dancing the cool dance they prepared for us…

And finally let’s talk about the look I chose. After all the comments and all kind of reactions about my dress I want to say some things. First of all is that Marta is my friend and she knew how was my dress. Also I’d like to say that it is pink, not white or beige or dark white. It is pink and soft pink is a perfectly acceptable color in any wedding. And I chose long even when you know I’m not use to wear long dresses to any event or to go to the weddings but this specifically said that, so all the women invited to the wedding were wearing long dresses. It’s tight and it wears a satin lining with a layer of lace from neck to toe. As heels for the pics I chose my red soles in nude color but for the wedding as it was a more complicated terrain I got my peep toes sandals in the same tone but with heels wider and some platform not keep off the dress. As clutch I was wearing the same of the last weekend in gold and no jewels, you know that I am very simple and don’t use to wear anything either earrings, bracelets or necklaces.

The hairstyle which also you have asked me about I did it at the Anna Riu Saloon at 306 Valencia Street. I do admit that I had a great team that from the first moment as all the team helped and advised me to get the final result you saw on my pics. I was wearing a braid on the right side that ended on the left side with the hair with light waves in the air. I loved it!

I have these wet hair on these pics because we did the shooting at the hotel the day before as we didn’t have time the wedding day.

Finally I want to thankful my dear Monica, author of the blog Mes Voyages a Paris, that made me these great photos and with which I had a super funny day at the wedding. Many kisses to Alberto and to you my love!

El fin de semana pasado pasé una de las noches más divertidas junto a mis amigas gracias al Hotel Hilton de Madrid.

Con motivo del Día de la Mujer Trabajadora este prestigioso Hotel de Madrid decidió organizar una Pijama Party por todo lo alto conmigo como madrina del evento y con 8 amigas más.

Quiero hacer un inciso para desde aquí felicitar a todas las súper mujeres, las que trabajan y las que por uno u otro motivo ahora mismo no lo hacen pero lo habrán hecho en sus vidas. Gracias por haber contribuido a esta esperada igualdad con los hombres en el mercado laboral y en la sociedad en general.

Nada más llegar tuvimos dos clases muy diferentes que yo al menos no había probado hasta ahora: pilates en el agua y surf. Aunque yo creo que todas aprobamos por los pelos me he enganchado bastante y voy a seguir practicándolo… ya os contaré qué tal los resultados.

Después los estupendos profesores nos deleitaron con una exhibición impresionante en la piscina, con pétalos de rosas incluidos en el agua.

A continuación disfrutamos de una exquisita cena en la suite presidencial del Hotel (como podéis ver en las fotos y visteis en mis redes sociales no faltaba de nada) que acomodaron especialmente para nosotras, para que pudiésemos dormir todas juntas. Todas con pijamas de Vicky Bargallo a juego. Lo que pasó más tarde… mejor me lo reservo hehe, imaginaros a 8 mujeres solas en una habitación un viernes por la noche…

A la mañana siguiente gracias a Benefit tuvimos una tutorial de cómo maquillarnos para nuestro día a día. Me encantan todos los productos de esta firma, ya sabéis que los uso a diario porque siempre me lo preguntáis, y después de un lujoso desayuno nos fuimos todas muy guapas y renovadas a disfrutar de nuestro sábado.

Gracias al Hotel Hilton de Madrid, a Benefit y a mis súper amigas por haberme hecho disfrutar tanto de una noche tan especial.

Las weekend, on Friday, I spent one of the most funny nights with my closest friends thanks to Hilton Hotel in Madrid.

To celebrate the Working Women’s Day this prestigious Hotel of Madrid decided to organize a Pyjama Party cool event with me as ambassador of the event and with 8 friends of mine more.

First of all I want to congratulate all women in every country who work and also those that for one reason or another do not do it now but what I’m sure that they have done it in their lives. Thanks for contributing to this expected equality between men and women in the market but also in the society in general.

Continuing with the Party when we arrived we had two very different classes I at least had not tried before: pilates over the water and surf. Although I believe that all of us passed by a whisker I will continue practicing because I really enjoyed this sports… I’ll tell you how things will go.

After the great classes, the teachers delighted us with an impressive show at the pool with rose petals included in the water.

Then we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the presidential suite of the hotel (as you can see in the pictures and I told you on my social networks we had everything we wanted) that accommodated the room especially for us, so we could sleep all together. All of us dresses with Vicky Bargallo pijamas, so nice! What happened later… you can imagine, 8 women alone in a room on a Friday night… hehehe.

Next morning thanks to Benefit cosmetics we had a tutorial on how to make-up for our day to day. I love all the products of this brand, you know it because I tell you daily whenever you ask me about something, and after a delicious breakfast we were all very beautiful and renovated to enjoy our Saturday.

I want to thank specially to Hotel Hilton in Madrid, to Benefit cosmetics and to my super fiends for that cool night, I enjoyed it so much!

¡Buenos días!

Siento mucho haber estado un poco ausente los últimos cuatro días pero me ha resultado bastante complicado conseguir wifi sobre todo en Montecarlo porque no he parado casi en el hotel, pero desde hoy os voy a contar y enseñar toda la semana lo que he hecho estos días…

Comienzo por este look que fue uno de mis favoritos para salir a conocer Montecarlo por la tarde. Aunque se nubló el día las temperaturas se mantuvieron altas por lo que una chaqueta era más que suficiente. Escogí unos shorts negros con lunares blancos combinados con una camiseta blanca plisada por detrás y con un lazo como detalle. Opté por ponerme mi chal negro de flecos para darle un toque español al conjunto, ¿qué os parece? Además quiero contaros que como fiel adicta a las compras online (estoy segura que igual que muchas de vosotras porque no tenemos tiempo para mucho más) he descubierto The Must Have que te envían la ropa a domicilio de una forma súper rápida y muy personalizada. Yo por ejemplo lo he probado con este outfit de hoy y me encantó recibir mi The Must Box en casa. Para terminar de completar mi estilismo escogí mis bailarinas en bicolor en blanco y negro y el bolso a juego junto con mi reloj de piel negro.

Hablado un poco acerca de Montecarlo he de deciros que en general Mónaco me ha encantado. Era la primera vez que estaba y me ha parecido súper bonito por la cantidad de edificios con esculturas impresionantes y cada uno de un color diferente. Por supuesto también me ha sorprendido ver por sus calles el propio circuito de Fórmula 1 (sobre todo la curva en la que hizo su “famoso” adelantamiento Fernando Alonso), ya os enseñaré fotos de esto a lo largo de la semana. Aunque es un principado muy caro y los Ferraris y bolsos de Chanel cuanto menos parece que los regalan, la gente ha sido muy amable y me parece un lugar digno de visita al menos por todo lo que yo he podido conocer: el Casino, los restaurantes, el puerto, los barcos, el circuito de coches, el Palacio Real de la familia Grimaldi, … y por supuesto haberme encontrado a Carlota Cashiragui con su hijo y su perro para mi no tiene precio porque es encantadora y lo mismo dice la gente de allí de ella y su familia: “son muy cercanos y amables todos”.

Y con esto termino por hoy y me voy corriendo al aeropuerto de vuelta a Madrid, ¡que ya lo echo de menos eh!

Good morning!

Sorry for have been a little bit disconnected for the last four days but it was so difficult for me to get wifi in Montecarlo especially because I haven’t stopped at the hotel, but this week I will tell you what I’ve made these days…

I want to star with this look that was one of my favorites to stroll around Montecarlo in the afternoon. Although it was a cloudy day the temperatures were high so a jacket was more than enough. I chose these black shorts with white polka dots combined with a pleated white shirt with a bow detail on the back. I opted for wearing my black shawl fringe to give a Spanish touch to the whole look, do you like it? I also want to tell you that as a good shopaholic online (I’m sure like many of you that have no time for go shopping) I discovered The Must Have some weeks ago and they send to your home the clothes you choose in The Must Box, super quick and highly personalized. For example, I’ve tried it with this outfit the results. Well, to complete  my outfit I chose my color blocked flats in black and white matching with the bag and my black leather watch.

Talking about Montecarlo I must say that overall I loved Monaco. It was my first time there and it’s a super nice place full of buildings with impressive sculptures in many different colors. Of course also surprised me to see in the streets the Formula 1 circuit (especially the curve in which Fernando Alonso made his “famous” overtaking), and I will show pictures along this week. Although it’s seemed that the Ferraris and Chanel bags at least where giving away, people are  really friendly and I think it’s a place worth visiting at least all the places I went to: the Casino, the restaurants, the port with that boats, the racing circuit, the Royal Palace of the Grimaldi family,… and of course have met Carlota Cashiragui with her son and dog for me is priceless because she is so lovely and so it’s said by the people there about her and her family: “they are all very close and friendly.”

And now time to leave Turin and come back to Madrid again, I’ve missed it, I do admit it!

Y es que con motivo de una boda tuve la ocasión de pasar un fabuloso fin de semana en el Hotel La Caminera (Ciudad Real). Desde que llegamos a la habitación te das cuenta de que cuidan hasta el último detalle: zapatillas y albornoces (para la ducha y el spa), geles y cremas de la conocida firma joyera Tous, campo de golf, piscina con hamacas con parasol individual, … pero sobre todo PAZ, SILENCIO, TRANQUILIDAD… en definitiva, RELAX que es lo que yo buscaba saliendo del caos y el estrés de la capital.
