Comienzo nueva semana aunque la verdad es que no se si lo hago con mucha fuerza o no… porque he trabajado como sabréis tanto el Sábado como el Domingo y sólo de pensar en todo lo que me queda por hacer estos días en Madrid antes de irme a Nueva York el Jueves… ¡me mareo! hahaha.

Hoy os enseño otro look de los que más me pedís que es para ir a trabajar. Las tiendas están llenas este año de vestidos de colores básicos y con cortes sencillos como este de canalé negro que llevo yo hoy. Seguro que todas tenemos un LBD (Little Black Dress) que nos lo podemos poner con un mocasín o bailarinas y vamos tan monas a la ofi. Como no voy a poder llevarme estar chaquetitas de lana a mi viaje ya que allí hace aún mucho más frío que aquí, he aprovechado estos días para ponérmelas. Esta de estampado y estilo étnico sabéis que es mi favorita por el toque burdeos que tiene que me permite jugar con accesorios en los mismos tonos, en este caso el pañuelo y el bolso. Las slippers son las que me compré en mi último viaje a NY y son de ante con forma de gatito, me gustan porque son muy originales y en accesorios siempre busco destacar justo en eso, en diseño diferente.

I start a new week although I really do not know if I do it with too much energy or not… because as you would know I worked the whole weekend, Saturday and Sunday, and if I just stop and think about all that I have to do these days in Madrid before going to New York on Thursday… I’m scared! hahaha.

Today I show you another look that you use to ask me about, is to go to work. The shops are full this year with basic dresses and simple designs like this one that I’m wearing today. I’m sure that you all have a LBD (Little Black Dress) that you can wear with blucher or flats and you will get a  cute outfit to go to your office. As I will not be able to bring with me my wool cardigans to my coming trip because there is even colder than here, I’ve decided these days to wear them. This ethnic style one is my favourite because of the burgundy that allows me to play with accessories in the same colors, in this case the scarf and my fav bag. The slippers are what I bought on my last trip to NY and are with a kitty face, I like them because they are very original and when talking about accessories I always try to wear different design to highlight my outfit.

Entiendo que soy una “suertuda” porque generalmente no me cuesta nada levantarme por las mañanas. De hecho lo suelo hacer unos minutos antes de que suene el despertador.

Además, aunque no me gusta que me hablen durante los primeros minutos porque me gusta estar tranquila y en calma valorando interiormente el día que me espera, me levanto casi siempre feliz y alegre, y mucho más estos días con el solazo y las altas temperaturas que estamos teniendo en Madrid.

Como os he dicho mil veces pienso que la vida es una cuestión de actitud. Si nos levantamos pensando “qué día tan bonito, hoy va a ser un gran día” seguramente lo será. Pues esto, que parece sencillo pero que no lo es y que yo llevo practicando ya algunos meses, es lo que os recomiendo hacer cada mañana.

El Retiro me gusta aparte de por ser un parque precioso también porque en él te puedes encontrar gente de todo tipo y haciendo todo tipo de cosas. ¿Una de las cosas que más me gusta a mi? La gente que baila. Hay muchos grupos de personas siempre bailando y ensayando canciones y yo muchas veces me uno a ellos a mi ritmo como pasó ayer en este shooting que realizamos en el parque.

Llevo un LBD (Little Black Dress) con dos mangas atadas en la cintura que sabéis que es la última tendencia y encima me puse mi nueva blazer blanca que estaba deseando estrenar. Botines de piel negros con hebilla para romper la elegancia del resto de prendas y mi nuevo bolso negro de piel con detalles dorados que por fin os enseño en un look.

Y aquí os dejo con mi primer “prueba” de vídeo con mi nueva cámara GoPro Hero 4 Silver, ¡espero ir mejorando! hehe.

I understand that I am a “lucky” woman because it usually does not cost me a big effort to wake up in the mornings. In fact I usually do it a few minutes before the alarm sounds.

Also, although I do not like to talk during the first few minutes of the day because I like to be quiet and calm valuing internally my daily agenda, I use to get up happy and cheerful, and more these days with the sun and high temperatures that we are having in Madrid.

As I have said a thousand times I think that life is a matter of attitude. If we wake up like thinking “what a beautiful day! Today is going to be a great day” surely it will be. This seems simple but actually it is not and I’ve already been practicing it since some months ago and this is what I recommend you to do each morning.

I do like so much El Retiro’s apart from being a beautiful park in the centre of the city also because you can find all kinds of people and doing all kinds of things. Do you want to know one of my favourites? People dancing. There are many groups of people always dancing and preparing song playbacks and sometimes I join them at my own rhythm as it happened yesterday afternoon during in this shooting we did in the park.

To stroll around the park I was wearing a LBD (Little Black Dress) with two sleeves tied at the waist that you know which is the latest trend and my new white blazer over. My black leather booties with buckle broke the elegance touch of the rest of the outfit and my new black leather bag with gold details that I finally show you in a look.

And here you have my first video with my new camera Go Pro Hero 4 Silver, I like it and it’s very hight image quality! I hope to get to used it better and better hehe.

Noviembre. El pobre parece un mes que llega sin pena ni gloria, porque va después de Octubre donde ya nos hemos acostumbrado a nuestro ritmo de trabajo después de las vacaciones y llega justo antes de Diciembre donde esperamos las ansiadas Navidades…

Pero a mi me gusta Noviembre. Es un mes más si, pero yo intento disfrutar cada momento, cada día, cada semana, cada mes de mi vida… al máximo. No solía ser así antes. Y no hablo de hace años, sino de un pasado no muy lejano. Pero hace un tiempo ya que estoy trabajando internamente ciertas facetas de mi personalidad y de mi forma de ver la vida que creo que no eran las correctas.

Bien es cierto que muchas veces necesitamos el apoyo de quien más nos conoce para dar el paso, para arriesgar y pensar que vamos a ganar; o de gente que nos rodea y está con nosotros día a día (no necesariamente nuestros amigos de siempre) para abrir los ojos en algunos aspectos, y al final os digo que se abren.

Yo ahora os aseguro soy mucho más feliz e intento sacar la parte positiva a todo lo que me pasa. Es verdad que en el momento en que nos pasa algo “menos bueno” (porque las cosas verdaderamente malas, las tragedias, no nos pasan a nosotros, no olvidemos lo afortunados que somos), es difícil cambiar de mentalidad instantáneamente, pero es cuestión de practicarlo en serio. Al final son enseñanzas, cruces como hace poco decía mi cura en la homilía, que tenemos que afrontar y llevar lo mejor posible y que nos ayudan siempre a crecer y a hacernos más fuertes. Nada es tan malo como para que dejemos de querernos y de pensar en nosotros mismos porque ya sabéis que si no lo hacemos nosotros, ¿quien lo hará?

Es bonito el amor, pero personalmente no creo que sea para siempre. Nada es para siempre. Se puede ser muy feliz con pareja, pero también sin ella. Por eso desde que decidí vivir el momento, el día a día, sin preocuparme en qué pasará o dónde estaré mañana, soy mucho más feliz, y también vivo y duermo más tranquila. No es tarea fácil como os digo, pero ya sabéis que todo con esfuerzo y constancia se consigue. La vida es cuestión de actitud; podría decir que más de un 90% es cómo afrontamos nosotros los problemas.

Para terminar y cambiando de tercio os dejo mi look de comienzo de Noviembre con un estilo muy colegial: vestido negro básico con blucher con plataforma. El toque de los calcetines es también un detalle muy otoñal. Maxi cazadora vaquera por encima para romper con el total black.

Buen Lunes a todos, a los que estéis de puente y a los que para bien o para mal trabajéis como yo. En mi caso para bien porque me encanta mi trabajo.

November. This poor month seems to be a month that comes unnoticed, because it goes after October where we have already get used to our daily working routine after the holidays and it also comes just before December where we expect the awaited Christmas time with our families and beloved people…

But I like November. It is a ‘common’ month ok, but I try to enjoy every moment, every day, every week, every month in my life… the most. I didn’t use to be like this before. And I’m not talking about many years ago, but about my recent past. But from some months ago to nowadays I’m working internally in certain facets of my personality and my way of life that I think were not the correct ones.

It is true that often we need the support of our family to make a big change, to make that step, to risk and think that we will win; or the support of those around us in our day a day, true friends (not necessary from all our lives) that help us to open your eyes in some ways, and in the end I tell you that you will open them.

I can assure you that now I am so much happier and I try to take the positive side of everything that happens to me. It is true that when something “less good” happens (and I say between quotation marks because the really bad things, tragedies, do not happen to us, not forget how lucky we are), it’s hard to change your mind instantly, but seriously, it is a matter of practice. In the end life teaches us, gives us crosses as recently said my priest in his homily, that we have to face and bring the best part of it and that always will help us to grow up and become stronger. Nothing is so bad and nothing should make us stop loving ourselves  and think about ourselves because you know that if we do not do it, who will?

Love is nice, I agree, but I personally do not think it is forever. Nothing is forever. You can be very happy with your couple, but also without it. So since I decided to live the moment, to enjoy my day a day, without worrying about what will happen or where I’ll be tomorrow, I am so much happier, and I live and sleep more peaceful. It is not easy as I say, but you know that everything with effort and perseverance is achieved. Life is a matter of attitude; I could say that almost a 90% is how we face our daily problems. 

To finish the post and after this long reflection here you have my look to start November. It’s a very collegial style: basic black dress (LBD) with platform blucher also in black. The touch of the short socks is a very autumnal detail too. An oversize denim jacket over to break the total black mood.

Good Monday to everyone, to those of you that are enjoying your long weekend and to those which for better or worse have to work like me. In my case for good because I love my job.

¿Quién piensa que el negro no es un color divertido? Es más serio que otros es cierto, pero a mi me divierte mucho ir de negro y combinarlo con cualquier otro color, porque aunque es el color más neutral que existe justo por esto se lleva bien con todos los demás.

Además creo que todo depende de la prenda que llevemos. Hoy llevo este vestido negro atado al cuello con escote en forma de lágrima en el pecho que me encanta por la falda de vuelo, que le da mucho movimiento. Encima escogí mi nueva chaqueta en blanco roto con borlas que es perfecta para estos meses y como calzado mis sandalias negras con tachuelas. Los accesorios siguiendo la línea de dorado y beige fueron mi bolso bandolera, mi nuevo reloj completamente negro con detalles dorados y un brazalete y anillo a juego con un diseño en forma de T que me encanta.

Y ya estamos a mitad de semana y a las puerta de un puente, ¿qué vais a hacer vosotros? Yo todavía estoy valorando varias opciones… ya os contaré cuando lo decida.

Who thinks that black is not a funny color? It is more serious than others, that is true, but to me is so funny to wear black and combine it with any other color, because it is the most neutral color that exists and you can wear it with any other one, that’s a good point. So it all depends on the accessories you choose! 

Plus I think that it all depends on the design of the cloth that we are wearing. Today I’m wearing this little black dress tied at the neck with tear-shaped neckline chest, that I mostly love for the full skirt, giving a lot of movement. I chose also my new jacket in soft beige over which is perfect for these months and my black studded sandals as heels. The accessories were in the same line with gold and beige details such as my new and favourite leather shoulder bag, my new total black watch with gold accents and a bracelet matching the ring with T-shaped design that I really love.

And we already are at midweek and waiting for this coming long weekend, what are you going to do? I’m still thinking between some options… I’ll tell you when I decide one.

¿Qué nos ponemos para una ocasión especial y que además nos pueda servir luego para otros eventos, no que lo dejemos ya en el armario para siempre?

Pues yo apostaría por un vestido negro. Es algo que siempre nos vamos a poder poner, no va a parecer que repetimos y además nunca pasará de moda.

Ahora bien a la hora de elegir mis vestidos negros yo soy un poco especial. Me gustan básicos si, pero que tengan algún detalle que los haga especiales y diferentes… Y eso fue lo que me enamoró del que os enseño hoy. La espalda completamente descubierta (ya sabéis que siempre os digo que yo soy de las que prefiere insinuar a enseñar), con una cadena dorada recorriendo el borde que termina en dos hombreras doradas. ¡Me encanta, es perfecto! Además el largo por encima de la rodilla hace que nos lo podamos poner también para un cocktail o cena más importante. Yo lo he combinado con mis tacones negros de charol con tachuelas y mi bolso rojo con tachuelas y con cadena dorada también.

Para terminar el post de hoy quiero daros las gracias a todos por el gran recibimiento de mi tienda online. Me alegra mucho que os hayan gustado tanto las camisetas y ¡ya veréis los nuevos modelos! hehe. Y recordad como dice en la frase de las camis “todo pasa por algo”.

What can we wear for a special occasion and we can also use it for other events, and don’t let it be at the end of our closet forever?

Well, I’d bet for a black dress. It’s something we’ll always be able to wear, it is not going to seem that we are repeating the outfit and also a black dress is something that will always be fashionable and trendy.

Because of this when I choose a black dresses I’m a bit special. I like basics yes, but they must have some details that makes them special and different from others… And that’s what I love about this model that I show you today. Backless (you know I always say that I am one of those who prefers to insinuate more than showing), with a gold chain at the edge ending in two gold pads. I think is perfect! Besides the length above the knee makes us to can wear it also for a cocktail or dinner more important. I have combined it today with my black patent leather heels with studs and my studded red bag with golden chain too.

Buenos días.

Hoy me pongo más seria para comentaros un tema que me preocupa y me duele bastante, y como ya sabéis lo transparente que soy en todos los sentidos y los que me habéis conocido lo habéis comprobado, quería compartirlo también con el resto.

Tengo 29 años y peso 45kg. Si. Esto es así desde que tengo uso de razón e incluso antes. No recuerdo haber pesado ni más ni menos. Igual que hay personas que luchan por adelgazar o que tienen problemas de sobrepeso hay gente que comemos como todos los demás y no engordamos. Yo no diría suerte, diría constitución, pero que cada uno se cree su propia opinión siempre sin ofender a los demás, por favor. Basta ya de prejuzgar a los demás sin conocerles, en este caso a mi personalmente. Mi familia, amigos y gente que me rodea saben y ven lo que como, ni más ni menos que alguien normal. Y no, por ahora no practico ejercicio aunque quiero apuntarme a algo a partir de Septiembre. Pero vamos, pido ya de una vez un poco de respeto hacia mi, hacia mi cuerpo, porque es el que tengo y es así desde siempre, no por el mundo de la moda u otras chorradas de alimentación que tengo que leer prácticamente a diario. Creo que si de algo puedo presumir en la vida es de tener una personalidad fuerte y de no dejarle llevar por lo que digan los demás sino hacer lo que yo considero correcto. Los que no queráis seguirme sois libres para no hacerlo porque no quiero estar rodeada de gente que me critica sin conocerme. Y evidentemente a todos los demás que no dejáis de apoyarme cada día gracias por hacer que me levante y me acueste con una sonrisa, gracias por estar siempre ahí, sin vosotros nada tendría sentido y menos tal y como está el mundo hoy en día…

Dicho todo esto hoy os traigo la competencia del LBD (Little Black Dress) que por supuesto no podía ser otra que el LWD (Little White Dress). Porque si un LBD es imprescindible en cualquier armario para que nos saque de un apuro tanto a diario como en una cita más importante, ¿qué os parecen los LWD? Yo pienso que son un básico igual y que todas deberíamos tener algunos modelos en nuestro fondo de armario. El model que llevo hoy me encantó porque es cortito y a las que somos más bajitas nos estiliza más las piernas y además lleva ese toque moderno con las mangas largas de campana. Yo lo he combinado con mis sandalias negras de ante con plataforma que ya sabéis que me encantan y un clutch en dorado con pedrería de colores para dar el punto más veraniego y colorido.

Good Morning.

Today I get more serious to talk to you about an issue that concerns me directly and it hurts a lot, and as you know I always try to be a clear person in every way. The ones that have met me know it so well, and now I also want to share it with the rest of you guys.

I am 29 years old and 45kg weight. Yes. I’m like this since I can not really remember when and even before. I do not remember nothing less or more. Just as there are people struggling to lose weight or are overweight there are also people who eat like me normally everyday and they do not get fat. I would not say lucky, I’d say constitution, but each one can have their own opinion always without offending others, please. It’s enough to prejudge others without meeting them, in this case I talk for me personally. My family, friends and people around me know and see what I eat, nothing less than a normal person. And no, I do not practice right now any exercise although I want to sign up for something in September, and of course I will let you know as I always do. But come on, I ask you for a little respect to me, to my body, because it is the one I have always had and I can’t change it, it has not been the fashion world or other problems with the food, that kind of comments that I have to read almost daily. I think that if I can say something in life completely sure about me it is to have a strong personality and create my own opinion always, not following what others say or do but always do what I consider right. Those who follow me and still think I have some food disorders you are free to stop following me please, because I do not want to be surrounded by people who criticize me without knowing me. And obviously to everyone of you who are supporting me every day from every country, every city, thanks for making me get up every morning with a big smile, thanks for always being there for me, without you nothing would make sense and less as in this world that we have created…

Ok, so apart from this today  I bring you the competition of the LBD (Little Black Dress) and of course it could not be other than the LWD (Little White Dress). Because if a LBD is a must have in any wardrobe so you can wear it for both daily and to a most important event, what do you think about LWD? I think they are a basic equal and that all of us should have some models in our wardrobe. Today’s model I liked it because is very short and for the ones that are more petite it stylized our legs more and also it has that modern touch with the flared sleeves. I have combined it with my black suede platform sandals that you know that I love and a clutch in gold with colored rhinestones to give the colorful summer touch.

Todas las mujeres debemos tener un LBD en nuestro armario… ¡o más de uno! Y sin duda este se va a convertir en uno de mis favoritos para esta primavera.

Es de una de las marcas que más me gusta de Los Ángeles donde su diseñadora, Anine, tiene un estilo muy moderno pero minimalista utilizando colores básicos como blanco, negro y gris. El vestido está compuesto por dos partes: la de arriba más transparente con media manga y detalles de encaje en los lados mientras que abajo la falda negra lleva forro y hace unas pequeñas ondas que le dan más movimiento al vestido y lo hacen más juvenil. Decidí combinarlo esta vez con mis botines de ante y mis gafas de sol negras de la misma firma, y un chaleco vaquero con flores bordadas por encima. Llevo bolso bandolera negro y reloj también negro para terminar con el total black look.

Y vamos ya a por el martes. Además os conoceré a algunos esta tarde, a los afortunados que habéis ganado el sorteo de SkinCeuticals para acompañarme hoy en la presentación de su nueva crema facial para el cuidado de la piel en el Hotel Palace. ¡Qué ganas!

All women should have a LBD in our closet… or more than one! And without doubt this is going to become one of my favorites for this spring.

It is from one of the brands that I like most form Los Angeles where her designer, Anine, has a very modern but minimalist style using basic colors like white, black and gray. The dress is composed by two parts: the transparent cloth on top with midi sleeves and lace details on the sides while the black skirt makes some small waves that give more movement to the dress and make it more youthful. I decided to combine it this time with my suede booties and my black leather sunnies both from the same brand, and over a denim vest with embroidered white little flowers. I’m also wearing my black shoulder bag with gold chain and my black watch to complete the total black look.

And we’re already on Tuesday. This afternoon I’ll meet some of you, the ones who have won the SkinCeuticals draw for joining me today at the launch of their new facial cream for skin care at the Hotel Palace in Madrid. Cann’t wait to meet you!

Buenos días.

No estoy muy contenta hoy porque como ya os comenté ayer a través de mis redes sociales el servidor de 1and1 ha vuelto a darme problemas debido al aumento de solicitudes de la página (lo que debería ser una buena noticia), así que he decidido cambiarme de compañía porque sinceramente no hay derecho a que pase esto 2 veces en un mes. Siento no haber podido publicar ayer, espero realmente que a partir de ahora no vuelva a pasar pero ya sabéis que esto no depende de mi, a veces las tecnologías fallan…

¿Qué es lo bueno de un LBD aparte de que nos sirva para cualquier momento del día? Que también nos lo podemos poner en cualquier momento del año: en verano con unas sandalias o bailarinas y en invierno con medias y botines para el día o con zapatos cerrados para la noche. Este modelo en concreto me gusta porque es amplio y tiene un pequeño babero en el escote con dos lazos a los lados, ¿os gusta a vosotros? Encima me puse mi blazer estilo crop de cuadros en blanco y negro que ya conocéis. Un bolso negro cruzado con cadena dorada y mis sandalias color block con tachuelas doradas fueron los complementos que escogí para este look que llevé a una cena especial pero que bien podría servir para un día más de trabajo. Aunque sabéis que no suelo llevar muchas joyas y que cuando lo hago me gusta que sean discretas y pequeñas, la seriedad del outfit me hizo escoger este collar de pinchos y brillantes en dorado. Al ser una cena volví a optar por “colorear” mis labios con mi nueva barra de labios roja que además es muy hidratante y el color me dura horas.

Morning everyone.

I’m not very happy today because as I told you yesterday through my social networks 1and1 server has returned to give me problems due to the increase of requests to the page (that would sounds good), so I decided to change the company because honestly it could not happen 2 times in a month. Sorry I could not post yesterday, I really hope that from now on it will not happen again but you know that this doesn’t depend on me, sometimes technology fails…

What kind of a LBD apart from serving us any time of day? Also we can put in any time of year: in summer with sandals or ballerinas and winter with tights and boots for day or overnight closed shoes. This particular model I like it because it is large and has a small bib at the neckline with two side ties, would you like to you? On top I wore my blazer style crop of tables you already know black and white. A black bag with gold chain and cross my color block sandals with gold studs were add-ons that I chose for this look I took a special dinner but might well serve for a day’s work. Although you know I do not wear much jewelry and when I do I like to be discreet and small, the seriousness of the outfit made ​​me pick this spiked collar and bright gold. When I returned to dinner opt for “coloring” my lips with my new red lipstick is also very moisturizing and the color lasts me hours.

Ya sabemos todos que los LBD son un must en cualquier armario. El problema está en encontrar uno que nos siente bien y eso ya no e s tarea tan fácil…

Por eso mi propuesta en el videoshopping de hoy es este Little Black Dress pero que no es ajustado en las zonas más “problemáticas” sino que es suelto tanto en el escote como en la cintura. Yo hoy lo llevo con un cinturón fino en la cintura para que me quedase más suelto, con un bolso maxi en negro y con unos tacones en azul marino con lazo negro. Como sabéis que soy muy sencilla y no soy muy de joyas he optado por ponerme simplemente un colgante y un reloj de pulsera.

So my proposal in today’s videoshopping is this Little Black Dress which doesn’t have the problem of other that are very slim, this model is width in both the neck and the waist. Today I wear it with a thin belt at the waist, a maxi bag in black and a navy blue heels with a black tie. As you know I’m very simple and I don’t use to wear jewelry so I just chose this little necklace and a bracelet watch.

¡Buenos días chicas!

No podía esperar más para enseñaros el nuevo vestido que han sacado a la venta hoy en Lusstra espero que os guste tanto como a mí Se que os encantan los LBD (little black dress) pero estoy segura de que no habéis encontrado muchos como este, porque a mí desde luego que me ha sorprendido. Tiene el largo perfecto, cremallera lateral para que nos quede más ajustado, pero lo mejor de todo es su espalda: escote hasta la cintura con estampado de flores de encaje que me parece que dan un toque elegante a la vez que muy femenino. Ya no es necesario llevar escotes delante (ya sabéis que a mi no me gustan) sino que con un simple escote detrás podemos conseguir el toque que buscamos. Como podéis ver en el vídeo del final yo lo combino tanto con botines para ir a trabajar como con taconazo y clutch para salir de fiesta.
