¡Buenos días, Lunes!

Malibu es otro de los lugares que visité la semana pasada con mi hermana (que ya está de vuelta en España por su trabajo, qué pena).

Es como la zona más rica, donde viven muchos famosos y celebrities, entre otros Alessandra Ambrosio o las Kardashian que viven en la urbanización “Calabasas”.

Ya sabéis que me encanta ser sincera siempre con vosotros, así que he de decir que esta playa es la prolongación de la playa de Santa Mónica, y de hecho es bastante más estrecha en esta zona. Evidentemente es un lugar de obligatoria visita pero es muy difícil acceder a la playa ya que sólo tienen acceso casas privadas o restaurantes y hoteles privados. Hay zonas abiertas al público pero son muy pequeñas y no hay nada alrededor.

Nosotras decidimos pasear por el muelle que esto sí que me encantó, y conocer los puestecitos orgánicos que había. Es una gozada sentarse en estos bancos a mirar el mar, realmente estoy mucho más tranquila, feliz y relajada estos días… Creo que estoy ganando días de vida hehe.

Para comer escogimos el restaurante Carbon beach club que estaba en primera línea de playa y que seguramente ya habéis visto en mis fotos y vídeos. Impresionante la verdad, poder comer frente al mar casi en el agua literalmente con vistas a este bonito pier.

Para este día escogí un look muy cómodo y casual, de mi estilo, con leggings negros, camiseta blanca, camisa oversize de rayas por encima y mis nuevos botines negros de charol con pequeñas tachuelas que me encantan por lo cómodos que son, muy modernos y además porque combinan con todo. Son de la marca Deichmann que es uno de mis últimos descubrimientos ya que los zapatos son comodísimos y además a un precio muy asequible.

Algo que me encanta de los americanos es la intensidad y emoción con la que viven todo. ¡Son muy “yo”! hehe, por eso por todas partes se ven ya los adornos de Halloween y las calabazas naranjas que estoy deseando enseñaros en una granja que voy a visitar.

¡Feliz semana a todos! Y recordad la enseñanza para esta semana de la fantástica misa a la que acudí ayer en Santa Mónica: nunca tires la toalla y no llames una vez a la puerta, ¡llama mil! hasta que te abran…

Morning, Monday!

Malibu is one of the places that I also visited last week with my sister (now she has already come back to work in Spain,  so sad for that).

This is the richest area, where many famous and celebrities live there, such as Alessandra Ambrosio or the Kardashians, they live in “Calabasas” neighbourhood.

You know that I always want to be honest with you, so I have to say that this beach is an extension of Santa Monica beach, and is in fact quite small in this area. Obviously it is a must visit place but it is very difficult to access the beach and only private homes or restaurants and hotels they have direct access to the beach. It is a small one open to the public but there is nothing around… so to me it’s better Santa Monica. 

We decided to walk along the pier that really impressed me, and we discovered the new organic lifestyle that they have here. It is a dream come true to sit on these benches and just look at the sea, I’m really much calm down, happy and relaxed these days here… I think I’m winning days of life hehe.

We chose to eat at Carbon beach club restaurant by the seaside and you probably already have seen it on my photos and videos. Impressive to can eat sitting in front of the sea with this beautiful pier in the background.

To this day I chose a very comfortable casual look, very my style, with black leggings, white t-shirt, oversize striped shirt over and my new black patent leather booties with small silver studs that I love because they are really trendy, comfortable and I can combine them with all. I love this new brand, Deichmann, as all the shoes are super comfy and super cheap. 

Something I love about America is the intensity and emotion that they live everything. They are very “me”! hehe. For example the other day at the Stadium was amazing the great support to the Dodgers. Now they are already getting ready for Halloween with all these pumpkins and decoration all around, and I can’t wait to show you a pumpkins farm that I’m going to visit this coming days. 

So happy week everyone! And remember the lesson for this week that they gave me yesterday at the amazing mass in Santa Monica: never give up and do not call once to the door, call a thousand times! until they open it…

¡Buenos días, Lunes!

Al igual que hay trenes que pasan mil veces y otros con menor asiduidad, también hay trenes que sólo pasan una vez en la vida… Estos últimos trenes suelen ser los más importantes ya que pueden cambiar nuestra vida y nuestro destino para siempre, pero no son tan fáciles de reconocer.

Ya sabéis que me encanta contaros mis reflexiones y mis propias experiencias personales cada día. Y hoy toca hablar de estos trenes y qué mejor forma de hacerlo que en estas botinas vías abandonadas en Madrid. Se encuentran en la zona de Delicias y Embajadores, que muchos me habéis preguntado por la zona.

Y volvemos a lo de siempre: “quien no arriesga, no gana”. En la vida tomamos decisiones a diario: desde retrasar el despertador 5 minutos más hasta dónde vamos a comer, qué nos vamos a poner, si mandamos el mail de esta o aquella manera… Y muchas veces estamos tan encerrados en nuestra rutina que nos perdemos las cosas importantes de la vida y que podrían cambiar nuestro futuro. Me refiero a oportunidades laborales nuevas: si quieres hacerlo, ¡hazlo y persigue tus sueños! Me refiero al amor: si te gusta de verdad, ¿por qué no intentarlo para no quedarte para siempre con el “y si…”? Me refiero a cambios: coger este tren sin saber el destino final pero pensando que es el tren que te llevará a cumplir y vivir tus sueños…

Sólo tenemos esta vida así que yo pienso que es mucho mejor vivirla ilusionados y exprimiéndola al máximo y sin perder ninguna oportunidad que el destino quiera darnos.

Después de mi intensa reflexión de hoy os cuento que nunca pensé que me volvería fan de los vestidos estilo Kardashian, pero heme aquí con uno de ellos en burdeos, que tengo también en otros colores. Además sabéis que soy fan incondicional de llevar deportivas y estas con detalles en el mismo tono son el calzado perfecto.

Good morning, Monday!

 There are trains that pass through a thousand times and others less frequently, but athere are trains that only pass  once in a lifetime too… These last trains are often the most important because they can change our lives and our destiny forever, but they are not so easy to recognize.

You know that I love to share with you my thoughts and my own personal experiences every day. And today I want to talk about these trains and what better way to do it than in these abandoned railroad in Madrid. They are in the area between ​​Delicias and Embajadores, because many of you have asked me about. 

And back again to the quote: “no risk, no glory”. In life we ​​take decisions every day: from delaying the clock 5 minutes more when wearing up, what we’re going to wear, if we send the mail this or that that way… And we are often so wrapped up in our daily routine that we lose the important things in life that could change our future. I mean new job opportunities: if you want to do it, just do it and follow your dreams! I mean love: if you like him/her, why not try? To not stay forever with the “what if …”? I mean changes: take the train without knowing the final destination but thinking that this is the train that will take you to live and pursue your dreams…

We only have this life (You Only Live Once), so I think it’s much better to live it happily and enjoying to the maximum every moment without losing any opportunity that our destiny wants to give us.

After my today’s intense reflection I tell you now that I never thought that I would be a fan of the Kardashian’s style dresses, but here I am with one of them in burgundy, which I also have in other colors. Besides you know I’m fan of wearing sneakers too, I’m wearing these ones in the same tone so they are the perfect footwear for the tight dress.
