Domingo… y me pilláis en mi cocina con las manos en la masa.

Hoy os traigo una de las recetas favoritas de mi mami que solemos poner de aperitivo en casa porque es algo muy fresco, rápido y sano.

Os cuento todos los ingredientes necesarios y los pasos en el vídeo de hoy. ¡Espero que os guste!

Y mañana vuelta al trabajo que parar variar yo no tengo puente… así que los que lo tengáis espero que lo disfrutéis y los demás ¡a tope como yo!

Sunday … and one more time I spent the whole morning in the kitchen, not so bad! haha.

Ya sabéis que soy una fanática tanto de la comida asiática como de su cultura… pues en el video post de hoy os enseño a cómo hacer sushi en vuestra casa con unos sencillos pasos y gracias a la nueva línea de comida Vitasia que llega a LIDL desde 1 de Agosto y que viene directa desde Japón. ¡Me encanta!

En esta cajita viene ya de todo: desde el arroz especial para elaborar el mejor sushi japonés hasta sésamo de varios tipos, las algas, palillos de colores e incluso palillos especiales para niños o gente a la que le cueste más aprender a comer con ellos. Evidentemente sin contar todos los tipos de salsas japonesas incluyendo la salsa teriyaki que pronto os enseñaré con otro plato.

La verdad es que no es todo tan fácil como parece… como veréis en el vídeo hay que tener cuidado con los ingredientes y para mi lo más complicado es… ¡enrollar la pieza de sushi! Para ser mi primera vez en casa no me ha quedado tan mal, ¿no? haha.

You already know that I’m a very fan of both the Asian food and its culture… so in today’s video post today I will show how to make sushi in your home with a few simple steps and thanks to the new line of Japanese food that has lunch Vitasia for LIDL supermarket and that you can find from August 1 coming directly from Japan. I love it!

This cute box comes with everything that we will need to elaborate this kind of food: from the special rice to produce the best Japanese sushi to some kind of sesame, seaweed, colorful sticks and even special sticks for kids or people that don’t know well how to learn to eat with them. Obviously they are included all types of sauces including Japanese teriyaki sauce that soon I will show with you another dish.

The truth is that’s not so easy as it seems… as you can see in the video we must be careful with the ingredients and for me the most difficult thing is to roll the piece of sushi… But I think that for my first time at home I have not done it so bad, right? haha.
