Finally Friday again!

After a non stop and long working week already it is almost time to close the computer and pack agai … I’m traveling again tomorrow but inside Europe this time. I will tell you everything live as always through my Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

And about my last night Snapchats I’d like to say that I will prepare that video yes, I will not prepare for something bad but just because I need it and I think it is something you must now about this “lifestyle” and to see that not all in the pics and videos is always as perfect as it seems… It often seems that our “life” is super cool because we are all day traveling, eating out, they give us clothes and products every day… but behind all that there are much more work and “behind the scenes”, and very bad moments too. So I will not give names on the video but I will tell you some things that I personally have passed and I have lived because I feel the need to share them with you as I do with everything. You are a very important part of my life now. 

And today I show you a photo shooting of one of my daily work days. Taking advantage that I had a meeting in one of my favorite hotels at the city (Madrid), I also took my computer and my camera to shoot the look and to finish sending some documents and mails. As you can see, although we are in summer time, with a pair of black shorts and a white top we can get a perfect look to go to work.

Well, I’ll finish or better start packing now and I’ll try to record a new video of everything that I will bring to this new trip, to share the video with you this Sunday.

¡Hola a todos!

Por fin puedo contaros y enseñaros todos los detalles acerca del vídeo que grabé con Vitalínea en verano… ¡qué ganas tenía!

Con esta aparatosa cámara atada a mi cintura nos recorrimos las calles de Madrid una tarde de verano.

Ya sabéis que antes de participar en una acción o colaborar con cualquier marca me gusta primero informarme de en qué consistirá y valorar si tiene algo que ver conmigo o no… Porque si no me siento identificada con el producto o la campaña yo no trabajo cómoda.

Desde luego esto no es lo que me pasó en este caso porque en cuanto los chicos me propusieron esta acción dije que SI rotundamente por varios motivos que os cuento a continuación.

El vídeo iba a consistir en que me hacían una serie de preguntas para saber más de mi, y vosotros también, y eso ¡me encanta! Todo lo que me sirva o ayude a que me conozcáis mejor, ¡bienvenido sea!

Además tiene un guiño especial a las mujeres y más en un mes tan delicado y especial como este para todas las que han sufrido o sufren cáncer de mama. Esto va también por ellas, por todas las luchadoras, por las que sonríen a la vida pase lo que pase, por las que ven la botella medio llena siempre (se que me repito con esto pero es importante que interioricemos esto cada día hasta que nos salga de forma innata).

Por otra parte me gustó mucho la parte de “cuidarnos pero sin excesos, sentirnos guapas”. Vuelvo al tema que os comento casi a diario: chicas, si no nos queremos y valoramos nosotras primero, ¿quién lo hará entonces? Por lo tanto a mimarnos y a darnos un caprichito de vez en cuando… y si es barato como el chocolate ¡mejor que mejor! hehe.

En fin, que esta propuesta encajaba perfectamente con mi perfil, con mi estilo de vida, con mis principios… y que ya no me enrollo más para que podáis disfrutar del vídeo.

Morning everyone!

Finally I can show you all the details about the video I recorded with Vitalinea this last summer… It was sooo funny! 

With this bulky camera at my waist we spent a whole summer afternoon walking around the streets of Madrid. 

You know that before taking part in an action or work with any brand I like first to get well informed of what it will be and evaluate if it has anything to do with me or not … Because if I do not feel identified with the product or campaign then I will not work comfortable and the results will not be the best ones.

Of course this is not what happened to me in this case because when the guys from Vitalinea proposed me this action I said YES! for many reasons that I explain to you below.

The video was about making me some different questions to discover more about me, and I thought that you were going yo love this because you always ask me to know more about me and my day a day. Everything that I can use for you to know me more, I always try to do it! 

It also has a wonderful women meaning and on such a sensitive and special month as this, thinking about all women around the world who has suffered or are suffering from breast cancer, they are a super fighters! This also goes for them, for all fighters, they always smile at life no matter what happens, always see the half full bottle (I know I repeat this many times but it is important to internalize this every day until we innately have it inside our minds).

On the other hand I really liked the part of “be careful but without excess, feel beautiful”. I return to the subject I commented almost daily: girls, if you do not want yourself first and value yourself first, then who will? We need to love and valorate ourselves every day and have some whims from time to time… and if it’s cheap like chocolate, even better! hehe.

In conclusion, this proposal matches perfectly with me, my lifestyle and my values. And now I let you enjoy the videoa and waiting for your comments.

Sin duda los vestidos en verano nos hacen sentir muy guapas aparte de ir más cómodas y fresquitas. Este es un modelo que tengo del año pasado y me gusta la mezcla de falda azul con mezcla de crop top unido en blanco y detalles de encaje. Esta fue mi opción para este domingo. Escogí mis blucher laminados en plata que hace tiempo que no me ponía y que considero que se pueden combinar perfectamente también en verano. Un clutch muy “pacifista” en beige y azul klein con el símbolo de la paz, gafas de sol hoy en rosa para dar un toque más lady al outfit y este collar de flores de arcilla (cada pétalo hecho a mano uno por uno) que no pudo combinar mejor con los colores de mi look. El reloj digital modelo Digitona en azul turquesa fue el complemento más sport.

Y a vosotras, ¿qué os parecen los vestidos de dos piezas?

PD: Mi batido de oreo y nutella es ya un indispensable en mi día a día… hehehe

Definitely summer dresses make us feel pretty and comfy in this season. This is a model that I have from last year and I like the mix of the blue skirt with the white crop top with lace details. This was my choice for this Sunday. I chose my silver blucher that I like to wear even in summer time. A “pacifist” in beige and klein blue clutch with the symbol of peace, a pair of pink unglasses today giving the more lady touch to the outfit and this flower necklace (each petal handmade one by one) that couldn’t match better with the colors of my look. The digital watch in turquoise (Digitona model) was the most sport accessory.

And you ladies, what do you think about two pieces dresses?

PS: My oreo with nutella milkshake is already a must in my day a day… hehehe

Pues tenía ganas ya de hablaros de una heladería que han abierto hace apenas un mes al lado de mi casa. Se llama La Romana, y tiene una larga tradición en el sector ya que en Italia es una heladería muy prestigiosa desde 1.947.
Sus helados son elaborados diariamente con leche biológica de las mejores ganaderías certificadas por lo que son súper cremosos y se deshacen en la boca. Además tienen una gama bastante amplia de sabores (a parte de unos especiales de fruta para diabéticos) y lo mejor de todo es que se pueden probar antes de pedirte el que más te guste.





Para los más peques tienen un “laboratorio” de creppes y masas para que se lo hagan a su propio gusto.

Os voy a contar cómo se desarrolló la fabulosa experiencia de Nestlé Gold. Primero nos citaron a los bloggers elegidos y a los medios a las 19 horas en el bar/restaurante Dans le noir-Barcelona. Empezamos con unos cocktails de distintos tipos de chocolate y zumos de frutas.

Sobre las 20:30 horas nos pidieron que dejásemos todos los objetos personales en unas taquillas y cogiésemos sólo la llave. Después nos colocaron en filas de 8 personas cada una para comenzar nuestra experiencia sensorial, que consistiría en asistir a una cena totalmente a oscuras donde desarrollamos nuestra imaginación y nuestro paladar para descubrir lo que comíamos, puesto que no lo podíamos ver.

Personalmente nunca había asistido a un restaurante en la oscuridad, y tengo que decir que repetiría ¡HOY MISMO! A parte del excelente trato de los camareros, que son personas discapacitadas y que aún así desempeñan su trabajo brillantemente, tengo que destacar que es increíble cómo puedes llegar a relacionarte con las personas dependiendo de si las puedes ver o no…

Nos fueron pasando comida sin decirnos ni uno solo de los ingredientes. Era muy divertido cuando le servían el plato al primero y empezaba a dar detalles del tipo “plato redondo” o “está caliente” jajaja. La composición de cada plato nos la explicaron a la salida, y esa parte la pondré en el siguiente post
