Llevaba tiempo queriendo ir a probar las últimas máquinas para hacer deporte que ya están instaladas en los mejores gimnasios de Madrid y por fin esta semana saqué tiempo para un entrenamiento de 1 hora. Gracias a mi estupendo profesor Marcos pude comprobar tanto cómo se utilizan, como las ventajas respecto a otras y además descubrir los nuevos diseños y accesorios. La firma Technogym es líder a nivel mundial en el mundo del fitness y wellness. La cinta de correr (Run Personal), la máquina de step (Syncro Forma) o la de bici ya las conocéis pero estas llevan incluídas televisión, wifi y otras aplicaciones de última generación. Pero os quiero hablar de las máquinas más nuevas para mí. La de las cuerdas se llama Kinesis y ha sido diseñada por Antonio Citterio y existe en dos modelos: con o sin espalderas. Estas máquinas te permiten hacer ejercicio con prácticamente todos los músculos del cuerpo: desde los brazos a las piernas y espalda. Parecen graciosas las posturas pero os aseguro que me costaron hehe. Por último y para hacer estiramientos o ejercicios más de tipo pilates están las wellness ball que son estas pelotas gigantes que además son muy recomendables para tener una corregir la postura a la hora de trabajar así que se utilizan como ball chair.

I’ve been waiting to go try the latest machines for sport that are already installed in the best gyms in Madrid and this week I finally had time for an hour of workout. Thanks to my wonderful teacher Marcos I was able to try both things: how these machines are used and the advantages over others, and I also discover new designs and accessories. The firm Technogym is a leader all over the world in fitness and wellness. The treadmill (Run Crew) , step machine (Syncro Form) or bike machine are like the normal ones that you already know but these include television, wifi and other next-generation applications. But I want to talk about the newest machines for me. The string is called Kinesis and has been designed by Antonio Citterio and exists in two versions: with or without trellis . These machines allow you to exercise every muscle in the body, from arms to legs and back. Positions seem funny but I can assure you that it costs me a little hehe . Finally and more stretching or pilates type exercises are the ball wellness. These giant balls that are also highly recommended to have a correct posture when working so they are also used as ball chair.
