PFW, day 7

¡VIERNES!

De nuevo finde y yo me voy otra vez de viaje, esta vez a la costa española, a la playita, ¡a Valencia!

Me encanta Valencia, sus playas, mis amigos de allí… así que antes de volverme la semana que viene a los Angeles quería pasarme por allí el finde para descansar y también para asistir mañana al concierto de Taburete. ¿Quién viene?

Anoche estuve con mis amigas en el evento que organizó Pull&Bear en la tienda principal de Madrid con motivo de la presentación de la nueva colección de ropa diseñada por Marc Márquez… ¡y vaya momentazo! No sabía que se iba a acercar tanta gente y tampoco sabía que tenía tantos seguidores tan fieles. ¡Me encantó conoceros a todos! Espero ir viendo las fotos que hicimos en vuestras redes sociales.

Os quería enseñar hoy el último look que escogí para la fría semana de la moda de París. Muchas veces ya sabéis que viajamos con amigos que nos hacen fotos, aunque la mayoría de las bloggers llevan a su novio u hermano. Yo siempre suelo viajar con amigos que me parece más divertido y si no me encuentro a amigos fotógrafos con Asaf, que me hace siempre fotos tan bonitas como estas.

Escogí un conjunto de top y falda negros con encaje y flecos y calcetines rotos con mis zapatos negros de tachuelas. El toque de color lo conseguí con el bolso en tonos azules y rosas.

El lunes os sigo contando más cositas de mi último viaje.

FRIDAY, FRIYAY!

Weekend again and I’m traveling this time to the Spanish coast, to the beach, to Valencia!

I love Valencia, its beaches, my friends there… so before returning next week to Los Angeles I wanted to stop by the weekend there to relax and also to go to Taburete’s concert tomorrow. Who is coming?

Last night I was with my friends at the event that organized Pull & Bear at the flag ship store in Madrid for the presentation of the new collection of clothes designed by Marc Márquez… what a crazy and fun moment! I did not know that so many people were going to come and I did not know that I had so many lovely followers… I loved meeting you all! I hope to see the photos we took on your social networks soon.

I wanted to show you today the last look I chose for the cold Paris Fashion Week. Many times you know that we travel with friends who take us pictures, although most of the bloggers travel with their boyfriends or brothers. I usually travel with friends because I find more fun and if I do not I use to meet my photographer friends like Asaf, who always takes me amazing pictures as these beautiful ones.

I chose a combination of black top and skirt with lace and fringes and socks with holes with my black studded heels. The touch of color came with my snake print bag in blue and pink.

On Monday I will keep on telling you more things about my last trip.

LFW, day 1

Arranca una vez más la semana de la moda de Londres, que coincide en fechas con la de Madrid y por varios motivos y eventos que he tenido aquí he decidido no perdérmela en esta ocasión.

Aunque os estoy contando todo a través de mi Stories por aquí siempre puedo expresarme mejor y sobre todo con más calma.

Los primeros días como ya os dije el otro día me he alojado en el Hotel Mondrian de Londres pero ahora para los desfiles me he traslado a casa de un amigo ya que está más céntrica y puedo moverme mejor por la ciudad. El viernes asistí a varios desfiles y presentaciones, entre otros, al desfile de Teatum Jones.

Con tanto viaje es cierto que muchas veces te sientes solo, como lejos de casa y en tierra de nadie, pero la verdad es que yo estoy teniendo mucha mucha suerte con toda la gente que me voy encontrando en mi camino. Aunque aquí en Londres tengo a mis amigas y también bloggers Whitney y Maja, he conocido a personas increíbles que se que van a estar tiempo a mi lado como es el caso de Moeez. Él es el pedazo de artista que me está haciendo todas las fotos estos días aquí en Londres pero no sólo es un fotógrafo, ya es un gran amigo para mí. Al final cuando convives con una persona tantas horas al día lo mejor es llevarse bien y que haya complicidad para que los resultados sean buenos aunque para mí lo más importante es la relación tan especial que hemos creado. ¡Gracias por todo Moe!

Este look que os enseño hoy es el primero que he llevado para los desfiles de la ciudad británica. Me encanta que se vuelva a llevar el terciopelo o velvet este año. Llevo pantalones midi tipo chandal en terciopelo rosa clarito con mis zapatos favoritos de este invierno, los de cordones de terciopelo burdeos. Al tener el pantalón los detalles laterales en dorado escogí este crop top en lentejuelas doradas a juego.

Y ya sabéis que no soy muy de hacerme peinados raros… pero las fashion weeks y sobre todo la de Londres lo merecen. Así que me hicieron en The Apartment, (el lugar donde nos reunimos las bloggers y donde nos tiramos el día entero básicamente haciéndonos de todo, ya os conté en qué consiste AQUÍ), este peinado de trenza de abajo hacia arriba con moño alto y deshecho. ¿Os gusta? Lo que más me gusta a mí es que se pueda ver mi tatuaje de Aries hehe.

Mañana os seguiré contando y enseñando más detalles del resto de días.

It has started one more time London Fashion Week, which coincides in dates with Madrid Fashion Week and for different reasons and events that I have had here I decided to skip Madrid’s this time.

Although I am telling you all through my Stories here I can always express and explain myself better and above all more calmly (as I’m always running from one place to another during the day).

The first few days as I already told you the other day I have stayed at the Mondrian London Hotel but now I have moved to a friend’s house as it is located more central and I can move better and easily around the city and to the fashion shows. On Friday I attended some shows and presentations, like for example Teatum Jones fashion show, amazing new collection by the way.

With so much travels almost every week it is true that sometimes you feel alone, so far from home and in anyone’s land, but the truth is that I’m being very very lucky with all the people that I’m finding on my way. While here in London I have my friends and bloggers Whitney and Maja, I have met incredible people who will be by my side for years, I know it, as is the case of Moeez. He is the great artist who is taking me all these amazing photos these days here in London but is not only a photographer, it’s a great friend for me now. In the end when you live with a person so many hours a day is best to have a special complicity for the best results but for me the most important thing is to have that special relationship that we have created. Thank you for all Moe!

This look that I show you today is the first one I’ve worn for the London Fashion Week. I love so much that velvet is back and trendy this year more than ever. I was wearing a midi tracksuit pants in baby pink velvet combined with my favorite shoes this winter, my lace burgundy velvet heels. According to the side gold details of the trousers I chose this sequinned crop top matching them.

And you know I don’t really like to make strange things with my hair… but the fashion weeks and especially London deserve it. So I did in The Apartment, (the place where we meet all the bloggers and where we spend the whole day basically making everything, all our stuff, and I told you what is it about HERE) this inside up braid with high top knot a bit messy. Do you like it? What I like most is that you can see my Aries tattoo hehe.

We love blue

Con el vertiginoso ritmo de vida que llevo la verdad es que no he tenido tiempo de asistir a todos los desfiles que me hubiese gustado de la @MFSHOW_MEN; o mejor dicho, la semana de la moda para ellos.

Bajo el hashtag #WeLoveBLue, Mirto presentaba su colección para el verano que viene haciendo justo referencia a este color: el azul. Camisas, camisetas, trajes, ropa interior, ropa de playa… todo gira en torno al azul en todas sus tonalidades. Siguen apostando por las rayas y el estilo marinero (que a mi personalmente me encanta) y los estampados florales y se arriesgan con pareos masculinos. ¡No sólo nosotras tenemos que estar guapas en la playa!

Los trajes a medida en tonos azules como el azul eléctrico o el marengo, pasando por el azul cielo me parecen un acierto para el verano ya que vosotros que tenéis que ir de traje todo el año por lo menos introduzcamos colores más veraniegos y divertidos en estos meses del año, ¿no?

Por último me gustaría destacar algo que llevo haciendo toda mi vida y os lo cuento prácticamente desde que empecé mi blog: mezclar estampados. Muchos son reacios a mezclar diferentes prints a la hora de vestir pero desde luego yo soy de las que piensa que “en la moda todo vale” siempre que te sientas a gusto con lo que llevas. Mirto combina flores con cuadros, diferentes estampados florales, rayas y flores… ¿y a que no queda mal el resultado?

Due to the fast rhythm of life that I’m living the last months the truth is that I have not had enough time to attend all the shows that I’d wish to for the @MFSHOW_MEN; or better, the fashion week for him.

Under the hashtag #WeLoveBLue, Mirto presented their collection for next summer just making reference to this color: blue. Shirts, suits, underwear, beachwear… everything around the blue color in all shades. They continue to highlight the stripes and sailor style (which I personally love) and floral prints and they introduce sarongs for the beach for him. Not only woman have to be beautiful at the beach!

The perfect suits in blues like electric blue or charcoal, through the blue sky ones, seem to me a perfect color for the summer as you guys who have to wear suits all year at least introduce more summer and fun colors in these months of the year, don’t you want to?

Finally I would like to highlight something I’ve been doing all my life and I tell you practically since I started my blog: mixing prints. Many of you don’t agree mixing different prints when dressing but certainly I am one of those who thinks that “in fashion anything goes” as long as you feel comfortable with what you are wearing. Mirto mix flowers with checkered suits, different floral prints, stripes and flowers again… and the result is not bad, don’t you think so?
