Crystal Palace, Retiro

¡Buenos días amigos!

Siempre me preguntáis por localizaciones bonitas donde ir a haceros fotos cuando visitáis Madrid o los que vivís aquí para conocer nuevos sitios… pues llevaba tiempo sin pasar por este precioso lugar a hacer un shooting y este finde lo hice mientras daba un paseo con unos amigos.

Este edifico de cristal es más conocido como el Palacio de Cristal del Retiro de Madrid. A mi me encanta por la luz que tiene y las enormes cristaleras que suben hasta el techo, que también es de cristal. Se encuentra en el centro del parque, al lado justo del estanque central de las barquitas. Además seguramente esta sea la mejor época para hacerse fotos y verlo en todo su esplendor porque mirad qué bonitas quedan las hojas otoñales de fondo en los árboles y el cielo tan azul que brillaba este día… Parece un lugar de cuento de hadas, ¿no os parece?

Aunque no tengo todo el tiempo que me gustaría para poder buscar localizaciones chulas para enseñároslas pero siempre que puedo y tengo un ratito lo hago, como esta vez. Me hizo mucha ilusión conoceros además a algunas allí este día.

Como look decidí esta vez mimetizarme con el entorno así que voy vestida de blanco y camel.

Good morning guys!

You always ask me about beautiful locations where to go to take nice pics when you visit Madrid or those who live here to discover new places… So it’s been a long time since I haven’t visited this amazing place to make a shooting and this weekend I did it while I was strolling around with a friends.

This glass building is best known as Crystal Palace” of Madrid, inside Retiro’s Park. What I like most is the light you have inside and the huge windows that rise to the ceiling, which is also crystal. It is located in the center of the park, right next to the central lake with the small boats. Also surely this is the best time to take pictures here and to see it in all its glory because look how beautiful are the autumn leaves at the background in the trees and the sky so blue shining this day… Oh, it’s such a charmed place, don’t you think so? Life from a fairytale.

Although I don’t have the time I’d like to look for cool locations to show you but whenever I can I like to do it for you like this time. I’m also happy to have met some of you there this day, you are so so nice, thank you.

And this time I decided to dress up like the location, so I was wearing white and camel clothes.

La Albufera, Valencia

¡Buenos días chicos!

Por fin vuelve a brillar el sol en la capital. A mi ya sabéis que el sol y los días soleados me dan siempre mucha más energía para mis días de trabajo, como que lo veo todo desde un punto de vista más positivo.

Como os comenté ayer no hemos parado este fin de semana en Valencia y hoy os dejo un nuevo video post donde os cuento cosas que seguro que no conocéis de La Albufera. ¿Sabíais que tenía una superficie de 30.000 hectáreas hace varios siglos y que actualmente el pantano sólo son unas 3.000? Este y muchos más detalles los veréis en el vídeo de hoy y en el del jueves.

Aunque lo escogí sin pensar muy bien en el entorno, mi look encaja perfectamente con los colores de los barcos en los que nos montamos para pasear por el lago. Llevo un vestido negro de manga larga y un chaleco de ante por encima, en color marrón, ya sabéis que es uno de los regalos de Reyes de mi hermana. Los botines a juego en ante marrón y negro fueron mi opción como calzado. Al poder disfrutar de unas temperaturas altas para ser invierno no nos hizo falta llevar nada más de abrigo aunque lo que no faltó fue el viento: ¡casi salimos volando! hehe. Desde luego fue una experiencia preciosa para mi por dos motivos: el primero es porque no conocía La Albufera, y creo que es un sitio de obligatoria visita; y el segundo porque en medio de tanta naturaleza y animales te das cuenta de todo lo que nos perdemos los que vivimos en ciudades enormes como Madrid…

Good morning guys!

Finally the sun shines again in the capital of Spain. To me you know that the sun and the sunny days always give me more energy for my daily work, it gives me many positive vibes.

As I mentioned yesterday we had a not stop weekend in Valencia and today I show you a new video post where I explain to you some things that I’m sure you don’t know about La Albufera. Did you know that it used to be an area of 30,000 hectares some centuries ago and now the swamp is only about 3,000? I tell you this and some other details today’s video and in the last one on Thursday.

Although I didn’t think so much my outfit according to the background, in the end my look matched perfectly with the colors of the boats that we took to stroll around the swamp, and the colors of the nature. I was wearing a little black dress (LBD) and a suede vest above, in brown, you know that is one of my sister’s last gifts. My suede boots in brown and black matching the rest of the outfit were my choice as footwear. Being able to enjoy a high winter temperatures to be in December we did not need to take anything more but as you can see in the video the wind was blowing so strong that we almost flight away! haha. Of course this was a beautiful experience for me for two reasons: first, because I had never been in La Albufera before and I think it is a must visit place of Spain; and second because in the middle of the nature and seeing all these animals you realize everything that we miss those who live in big cities like Madrid…

New Year from Paris! (part I)

Comenzamos con el primer post de mi viaje a París.

La verdad es que como os he dicho ya mil veces es de mis ciudades favoritas del mundo, si no la que más, en lo que a arquitectura y rincones preciosos para hacer fotos se refiere.

Reconozco que ya ‘por defecto’ en mi día a día, y mucho más aún cuando viajo a una ciudad en la que no vivo, voy siempre buscando lugares, edificios, parques, esquinas, restaurantes, cafeterías… sitios que tengan un encanto especial y diferente para hacerme fotos o vídeos ahí y después enseñároslos.

Aunque París es una ciudad muy fría en la que no se si podría conseguir vivir (porque yo soy muy friolera, ya conocéis mi adicción al calefactor haha), la verdad es que vayas por donde vayas te llaman siempre la atención sus esculturas, monumentos, arquitectura y restaurantes. Lo tiene todo. Así que siguiendo el orden de las fotos os voy a contar lo que visité el último día del año 2015, el 31 de Diciembre.

Mis amigas viven en frente del Hotel de Ville, por eso empezamos por ahí y por el ya mítico carrusel de caballitos. A continuación caminamos hasta el museo del Louvre donde cómo no (y como os expliqué en el vídeo) teníamos que hacernos foto obligatoria con la pirámide de cristal. Por último y antes de hacer las últimas compras del año en Galerias Lafayette, el centro comercial más importante de París, pasamos por la Place Vendome que está a 5 minutos del shopping center donde las luces, adornos y árboles de Navidad creaban un ambiente entrañable.

Como look escogí uno cómodo y abrigado para pasar el día caminando en una ciudad como esta: vaqueros gris oscuro, camiseta de rayas, botines y un abrigo de pelito para luchar contra el frío. El toque de color lo conseguí con mi bolso burdeos que es comodísimo cuando tengo que llevar varias cosas en mi día a día.

Hoy me espera otro día bastante largo de trabajo con dos programas de nuevo. Me podéis ver a las 18:30h en El Hub y a las 23:30h en Xtra. ¡Os espero a todos!

So here it is the first post of my last trip to Paris.

The truth is that, as I have said to you a thousand times, Paris is one of my favorite cities in the world when talking about architecture and beautiful spots to take pictures and videos.

I do admit that as my big ‘default’ of my day a day, and even more when traveling to a city where I do not live, I’m always looking for places, buildings, parks, corners, restaurants, cafes … sites that have a special charm and that are different to take photos or videos and then show them to you then.

Although Paris is a very cold city in which I think I hardly could live (because I’m always cold, you already know my addiction to my heater haha), the truth is that wherever you go you it always gets your attention the incredible sculptures, monuments, architecture and restaurants. It has it all. So according to the order of the pictures I will tell you what I have visited the last day of 2015, December 31st.

My friends live just in front of the Hotel de Ville, so we started there our stroll and at this famed carousel. Then we walked to the Louvre where we had to take the mandatory photo with the glass pyramid (as I explained to you in the last video, like holding or catching the pyramid). Finally and before making the last purchases of the year at Galeries Lafayette, the biggest shopping center in Paris, we went through the Place Vendome which is 5 minutes walking from the shopping center where the lights, decorations and Christmas trees create a wonderful atmosphere these days.

I chose a comfortable and warm close to spend the whole day walking in a cold city like this one: dark gray jeans, striped shirt, black booties and a fur coat to fight against the low temperatures. I got the color touch with my burgundy bag which is very comfortable when I have to carry on many things for my day a day.

Today I will have another super long working day with two programs on the tv channel. You can watch me at 18:30h at El Hub and at 23:30h at Xtra. We hope you all enjoy it!

Bye bye 2015!!

Bonjour Paris!

Como ya sabréis la mayoría me he venido estos días a París a pasar aquí fin de año y a visitar unos días a mis amigas Elena y Teresa que viven aquí y con mi hermana que también ha llegado hoy.

Anoche, como os fui contando a través de mi Snapchat, me volví a reencontrar en París con mis amigas Tatjana y Maja, y nos lo pasamos bastante bien, como siempre que nos juntamos. Estuvimos cenando en un restaurante muy conocido de la ciudad, Matignon, donde os recomiendo pedir el tartar de salmón, el risotto trufado (si, soy muy fan de todo lo que lleve trufa hehe) o la pasta penne. Después bajamos a la discoteca del bar y ahí ya os podéis imaginar, no paramos de bailar, de reirnos y de hablar con todo el mundo, la verdad es que los españoles somos muy abiertos y queridos aquí en París, al menos a mi me pasa siempre que vengo y como ya sabéis que a mi hablar ‘no me gusta nada’…

Ahora aprovechando el súper día de sol que hace, y último día del año, nos vamos a hacer fotitos que os iré enseñando y luego a comer a Galerias Lafayette donde trabaja mi amiga Teresa. Podéis seguir todo en directo en mi Snapchat ‘itgirlmarta’ y os deseo un ¡FELIZ AÑO NUEVO A TODOS! Espero que todos comencemos el 2016 con buen pie y que se sigan cumpliendo poco a poco nuestros sueños.

Bonjour Paris!

As you know I’ve arrived to Paris yesterday night to spend here the New Year and stay a few days visiting my friends Elena and Teresa who live here and also with my sister who has arrived this morning.

Last night, as I was telling you through my Snapchat, I met again here in Paris my friends Tatjana and Maja, and we had a really good time, as always when we are together. We were having dinner at a famous restaurant at the city, Matignon, where I recommend you to visit and order the salmon tartar, the truffled risotto (yes, I’m a big fan of everything with truffle hehe) or the penne pasta. Then we went down to the disco bar and there you can imagine, not stop dancing, laughing and talking with everyone. The truth is that Spanish people are very open and loved here in Paris, at least this happens to me whenever I come back and as you know that I’m very talkative…

Now taking advantage of the super sunny day, and last day of the year, we will go to take some pictures that I will be showing you these coming days and then we will have lunch at Lafayette Galeries where my friend Teresa works. You can follow live all that I will do on my snapchat ‘itgirlmarta’ and of course I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!!! I hope that you all start good the new year, 2016, and remember to never give up and never stop following your dreams and working hard to achieve them!

Dream big, work hard

“Sueña grande y trabaja duro para conseguir esos sueños”. Este es uno de mis lemas y la verdad es que hasta día de hoy no me ha ido mal del todo.

Soy de las personas que piensa que en la vida nada te lo regalan. Por mucho que parezca que hay gente a la que le va todo fenomenal seguro que en algún momento han pasado malos momentos o que lo harán en algún momento, nada es gratis hoy en día y nada es para siempre, eso lo tengo claro. Por eso me gusta centrarme en mis sueños, en mis objetivos, y trabajar todo lo que pueda para lograrlos. Claro que también tengo la enorme suerte de poder trabajar en lo que más me gusta del mundo, y eso también se nota en los resultados…

Os cuento todo esto porque muchas veces para poder seguir es necesario invertir. Se que muchos me habéis comentado estas últimas semanas que habíais notado una gran mejoría tanto en las fotos del blog como en las fotos de mis redes sociales, y efectivamente es así. Os conté en algún vídeo pero os repito que he invertido en una nueva cámara, tanto por vosotros como por mí misma porque creo que era el momento de mejorar aún más la calidad de mis imágenes. Ahora uso la Canon 6D para las fotos del blog muchas de las cuales publico también en mis redes sociales, pero como sabréis es una cámara muy cara, grande y no se puede llevar cargando todo el día… Aquí viene la parte que quiero contaros. Todos sabéis que tengo un iPhone 6 como primer teléfono porque desgraciadamente va conectado a mi ordenador y a todos mis contactos y agenda pero las fotos que habéis visto últimamente en mis redes sociales las he hecho directamente con el nuevo Wiam 71+. Lo más conocido no tiene que ser siempre lo más bueno, y, seamos realistas, la cámara de un móvil estoy segura que es la pieza clave para la mayoría, porque nos pasmaos el día mirando fotos y compartiéndolas en las redes sociales, ¿o no? Por eso siempre necesito llevar un móvil con una cámara buena, y este tiene una lente de ¡21mpx! Además es un móvil español, que tenemos que promover el “made in Spain” y registra hasta 5 huellas dactilares para desbloquear y para mayor seguridad del teléfono. Lo mejor de todo es que no tiene un precio desorbitado ya que cuesta menos de 300€ y desde hoy hasta los próximos 7 días tenéis un descuento del 21% introduciendo el código “ITGIRLWOLDER”. Y ahora sí que sí me voy al aeropuerto con destino París para pasar allí fin de año y los próximos días… On y va!

“Dream big and work hard to achieve those dreams.” This is one of my daily slogans and the truth is that until today it has not gone so bad for me…

I’m one of those who think that nothing in our lives is for free. Sometimes we use to think that there are people that seems to have everything but I’m pretty sure that they have passed through bad times in their lives or the will, nothing is free nowadays and nothing is forever, this is something I have learned. So I like to focus on my dreams, my goals, and work hard to achieve them. Of course I’m so so lucky to work on what I like most in the whole world, and I personally think that this is noticed on the results of my daily work…

I tell you all this because many times it is necessary to continue investing to get more long-term benefits. I know that many of you have told me recently that you have noticed a big improvement in both: my blog pictures and the pictures of my social networks, and this is true. I told you in one of my last videos but I repeat you again now that I have invested in a new camera, for you but also for myself because I think it was time to improve the quality of my images even more. Now I use the Canon 6D for my blog pics and I share many of them on my social networks, but as you know it is a very expensive and big camera that you can not carry the whole day with you… Here comes the part that I want to tell you . You also know that I have an iPhone 6 as first phone because unfortunately it is connected to my computer and all my contacts and calendar but the pictures you have seen these last weeks on my social networks I took them with the new Wiam 71+. Not always the best known is the better, and you know that the camera of a mobile phone is the most important thing for most of us because we spend our days taking pictures to send to our families, friends or sharing them on our social networks, don’t we? This infinity pool…

La verdad es que gracias a mi trabajo puedo cumplir uno de mis sueños y mis deseos de siempre: viajar. Me encanta viajar y conocer nuevos países, culturas, personas… me encanta aprender de ellos y empaparme de todo lo que pueda, sentirme una más. Ya sabéis ‘allá donde fueres, haz lo que vieres’.

Y hacía años que no volvía a Gran Canaria, porque la última vez que mi hermana y yo estuvimos fue con mis padres de pequeñas. Me ha encantado volver a estar isla, paraíso español, y sobre todo haber disfrutado de todas las instalaciones de un hotel como el Sheraton Salobre. Por eso el post de hoy lo quiero dedicar a su piscina infinita. Si os soy sincera he visto miles de piscinas infinitas en cuentas de Instagram que sigo pero nunca había estado en una y menos con estas vistas e incluso con bar dentro.

A medida que me hago mayor (si, yo ya estoy al borde de los 30 años en apenas 2 meses, ¡qué fuerte!), y eso que los 30 son los nuevos 20, al menos desde mi punto de vista, donde las mujeres por fin somos independientes del todo y no necesitamos ni a nuestros padres ni a un hombre para disfrutar de nuestra vida y valernos por nosotras mismas… Bueno, que me enrollo, os quería decir que a medida que veo que voy creciendo opto por prendas que antes no se me pasaban por la cabeza. Hoy os hablo de los bañadores. Creo que ni de niña usaba bañadores ya que mi madre nos ponía braguitas para que nos diese bien el sol, pero no me digáis que un bañador no estiliza mucho más la figura que un bikini… Se que todo depende de nuestros gustos, y por supuesto sigo usando bikinis, pero los bañadores cada vez me gustan más. En concreto este en azul turquesa con la piña de lentejuelas me gustó por todo: el color, el bordado de piña que es muy veraniego y las lentejuelas que lo hacen diferente.

Y como os avisé ayer hoy es el único día que paso por Madrid para trabajar, cambiar la maleta, ir a la tele esta tarde… ¡hoy si que voy a morir! hahaha. Así que me despido ya hasta mañana.

The truth is that thanks to my work I’m living one of my dreams and desires of all times: to travel. I love traveling and discovering new countries, cultures, people… I really like to learn from them and see and enjoy as much as I can, to feel as I’m one more for them. You know ‘when in Rome, do as the Romans’.

And it’s has passed many years since I don’t return to Gran Canaria, because the last time my sister and I stayed with my parents and we were children. So I have enjoyed getting back to this Spanish paradise island, and especially have enjoyed all the facilities and views of our Sheraton Salobre Hotel. So today’s post I want to dedicate it to its infinity pool where we spent the most of our time sunbathing. To be I’m honest I have seen thousands of infinity pools pics on many Instagram accounts I follow but I had never been to one before and less with these views.

As I get older (yes, I’m already about 30 years, in just three months, oh my God!), but I do think that 30’s are the new 20’s, at least from my point of view, where women finally are independent of everything and we don’t need neither our parents or a man to enjoy our life and live by ourselves… Well, I roll it up, I wanted to say that when I get older I’m discovering that I choose many clothes to wear that I would never imagine before. Today I talk about swimsuits. I remember that when I was just a girl my mom only put me the panties to can play and enjoy better the sun, so because of this I never thought that a swimsuit will stylize our figure even more than a bikini… It all depends on our style, and of course I like wearing bikinis, but now swimsuits are also included on my wardrobe. Specifically I liked this one in turquoise with a sequinned pineapple that I loved for everything: the color, the embroidery pineapple which is very summery and the sequins that make it different.

And as I told you yesterday today is the only day that I’m staying in Madrid to work, change the clothes of my suitcases, go to the TV to work this afternoon… I really think I’m gonna die tonight! hahaha. So see you tomorrow guys with more pics and views of my travel to Gran Canaria.

My new year Bucketlist

Y comenzamos nueva semana y casi en el ecuador de Diciembre… ¡qué poco queda para el nuevo año!

Yo siempre suelo terminar cada año contenta por mirar atrás y ver todo lo que he conseguido (este año mucho más de lo que me esperaba la verdad) y también con mucha energía para continuar trabajando y luchando por mis sueños, por ir cumpliendo nuevas metas y objetivos.

Desde que soy pequeña mi hermana y yo solemos hacer algo muy divertido y constructivo. Os lo quiero contar. Unos días antes de fin de año redactamos una lista con 12 deseos que vamos leyendo el día de fin de año a medida que nos tomamos las 12 uvas. Tienen que ser deseos/objetivos reales. Evidentemente me encantaría pedir por “la paz en el mundo” pero desgraciadamente todos sabemos que eso es algo imposible hoy en día. Nosotras nos centramos más en objetivos profesionales y personales que nos gustaría cumplir. El año siguiente sacamos la lista del año anterior y vemos lo que hemos conseguido y lo que no, y elaboramos la nueva lista.

Con todo esto os vengo a decir que puede que tengamos deseos/sueños/objetivos aparentemente difíciles de conseguir o que no podamos hacerlo sólo en un año, pero lo más importante es tener la voluntad y las ganas, porque como decía mi abuelo “gota a gota se hace el río hija”. Y es cierto. Cada paso, cada idea, cada energía que gastamos en luchar por lo que queremos siempre cuenta. Siempre.

Y comienzo la semana con el que probablemente será mi look favorito: una chaqueta de lana de estilo étnico, una camiseta burdeos de cuello vuelto debajo y uno vaqueros de pitillo grises. Accesorios en burdeos a juego con el estampado de la chaqueta.

Hi there!

Let’s start a new week and almost in the middle of December… there’s just a few days until the New Year, time flies!

I always used to end each year happy looking back and seeing everything that I have achieved (this year much more than I really expected) and also with a lot of energy to continue working and fighting for my dreams, to keep on working to get my new goals.

Since I was little my sister and I usually do something fun and constructive. I want to tell you this. A few days before the end of the year we wrote a list of 12 wishes that we read the last day of the year as we take the 12 grapes. They must be real objectives/goals. Obviously I would love to wish for the “peace in the world” but unfortunately we all know that is something impossible nowadays. You should focus more on professional and personal goals you would like to achieve. The next coming year we take the list from the previous year and see what we have achieved and what not, and we write a new Bucketlist.

With all these things I want to say to you that we may have desires/dreams/goals seemingly difficult to get or that we can not do it in one year, but the most important thing is to have the will and desire, because as my grandfather used to tell me “drop after drop the river becomes” and it’s completely true. Every step, every idea, every energy we spend on fighting for what we always have wanted, counts. Always.

And I start the week which probably my favorite look: a wool jacket ethnic style with a burgundy turtleneck shirt under and some gray skinny jeans. Burgundy accessories matching the print of the jacket.

Casual Friday, my fav!

Viernes casual… lo que más me gusta.

Tanto para la televisión (por imagen de cadena) como para la mayoría de los eventos a los que asisto el dress code suele ser ‘vente arreglado pero informal’; es decir, no vengas en zapatillas, yo aprovecho los fines de semana y los días que tengo más tiempo libre para vestir lo más cómoda y sencilla posible, siempre siguiendo mi estilo.

Ya os comenté el otro día que no me considero una persona cuadriculada, creo que en esta vida hay que tener una mente abierta para todo. Tanto para el trabajo como para las relaciones personales y por qué no, también para la moda. Por eso he vuelto a escoger el color blanco para vestir en invierno. ¿Dónde está escrito que no se pueden llevar jeans blancos en estas fechas? A mi me parece que el blanco da siempre un punto de luz a cualquier look. Encima llevo una de mis últimas adquisiciones: este jersey azul marino de lana con rallas deshilachadas blancas, oversize, muy del estilo de los que me pongo habitualmente. Y por el día gracias al sol no se notan tanto las bajas temperaturas por lo que esta vez he optado por ponerme mi cazadora vaquera también tamaño XL. El toque más informal lo conseguí con mis zapatillas a juego con el resto del estilismo.

Espero tener este finde por fin un poco más de tiempo para mi; para descansar y valorar nuevas propuestas de cara al año que viene y para pasármelo bien con mis amigos. ¡Espero que vosotros hagáis lo mismo! hehe. Y recordad que os iré contando todo en directo a través de mi Snapchat: @itgirlmarta.

Casual Friday… this is what I like.

For both, my work in television and for almost all the events that I attend, the dress code uses to be ‘well dressed but casual style’; for example do not come in sneakers. So I use the weekends and days that I have more free time for me to dress as comfortable and easy as possible, always according with my style.

I told you last week that I do not consider myself a rigid person, I believe that in this life you need to have an open mind to everything. For work and for personal relationships and why not also for fashion. So I returned to dress in white for winter. Where is it written that you can not wear white jeans by this time? I personally think that white always gives a point of light to any look. On top I’m wearing one of my latest acquisitions: this navy blue wool sweater with frayed white stripes, oversize, absolutely the style I usually wear. And during the day the sun makes us to feel so much warm so this time I chose to wear my denim jacket XL size too. The more informal touch came with my sneakers matching the rest of the styling.

Miércoles que para muchos es lunes… pero para mi desde luego miércoles.

Como siempre siguiendo vuestras sugerencias y peticiones ayer me llevé la cámara todo el día a trabajar en la televisión. Al ser puente y fiesta no estaban algunos de mis compañeros que ya conocéis por mis redes sociales pero si muchos de ellos y os mandaron un saludo muy especial.

Me encanta y me hace inmensamente feliz rodearme de gente alegre, positiva, optimista, que no se toma la vida “tan en serio” y que siempre encuentran solución para todo. Volvemos a lo de ‘ver la botella medio llena’. Que nunca perdamos al niño que llevamos dentro… y qué mejor que los propios niños para recordárnoslo.

Y hacía días que no actualizábamos nuestra lista de ‘must haves’ para invierno peeero hoy vuelvo a crearos una nueva necesidad hehe. Y es que los abrigos largos y en colores beige/camel son una prenda obligatoria en nuestro armario. Además combinadas con negro debajo y botines o deportivas iremos a la última chicos. Yo hoy llevo el mío (que es del año pasado pero este año lo he visto ya en mil tiendas) con un peto vaquero negro debajo y una camiseta de rayas. Si, después del negro creo que mi segunda adicción son las rayas y las zapatillas.

Pues vamos a por la mitad de la semana y espero que ya os estéis preparando para las fiestas navideñas. Mis productos favoritos son los polvorones y el roscón de reyes… si pudiese lo comería todo el año bien mojado en chocolate… ¡mmmm!

Wednesday. For many you it’s like a Monday… but for me it is already Wednesday.

As always, I hear and read all your suggestions and requests so yesterday I took my camera to work all day on TV. As it was a long weekend here in Spain there were not all of my tv mates that you already know through my social networks but many of them wanted to say hi to you for today’s special vlogmas.

I love it and it makes me immensely happy to be surrounded by cheerful, positive and optimistic people. People that don’t take life “too seriously” and that always find a solution for everything. I return once again to my favourite slogan: ‘to see the glass half full’. Never lose the child inside us, and nothing better than a child to remember us this mood.

It has passed some days since I don’t updated our list of ‘must haves’ for winter time but today I create you a new need-to-buy hehe. The long, beige/camel coats are a must in our wardrobe this season. Also combined with black and booties or sneakers we will rock it guys. Today I’m wearing mine (which is from the last year but this year I we’ve seen it in a thousand stores) with a black denim overalls and a striped turtle neck t-shirt. After the black I think that my second addiction are stripes and sneakers.

Then let’s start the half of the week and hope you are already getting ready for the Christmas holidays. My favorite products are the cakes and the king’s cake that we use to eat here in Spain these months… Dipped in chocolate it is really really one of my bad habits hehe… mmmm!

Happy Xmas!

¡Cómo me gustan los colores navideños, los estampados y los tonos verdes y marrones!

Ya sabéis que una de mis manías es no llevar calcetines siempre que sea posible. Me gusta que se me vea el tobillo, aunque me muera de frío. Si si, lo se, estoy loca y más con estas temperaturas, pero bueno más o menos lo voy sobrellevando.

Por eso los pantalones pitillo y los midi son de mis favoritos. Este modelo que os enseño hoy de pantalón que nos podemos poner perfectamente para ir a trabajar me enamoró desde el primer momento en que lo vi. Es midi casi a la altura del tobillo, ancho pero ajustado en la cintura y además al ser de cuadros tipo traje nos lo podemos poner para nuestros ‘working days‘. Hoy lo he combinado con un jersey en color camel, un chaleco de pelito blanco y mis zapatillas blancas y doradas pero os enseñaré dentro de poco más opciones con mocasines, botas, jersey negro, camisa blanca… id probando también vosotras con pantalones de este tipo.

How much I love the winter colors, prints and shades of green and brown!

You know that one of my hobbies is to not wear socks whenever is possible. I like it so much, to don’t let see the ankle, even if I die of cold. Yeah yeah, I know, I’m crazy and with these temperatures even more, but until now I can handle the situation haha.

So skinny trousers and midi style are my favorites. This model that I show you today is one of my super favs. We can wear these kind of pants perfectly to go to work, I fell in love with this one from the first moment I saw it. It is almost midi until the ankle, wide but tight at the waist and a good option for our ‘working days’ but also to go out. Today I have combined it with a sweater in camel color, a white fur vest and my white and gold sneakers but soon I will show you more options with flats, booties, black sweaters, white shirt… Try it also yourself at home with these kind of checkered pants.
