PFW, day 6

Quien entienda mi locura, merecerá mi amor. Así soy yo y eso es lo que busco y necesito para ser feliz. Que la gente que me rodee me entiendan y sobre todo que estén igual o más locos que yo?

¡Buenos días familia!

Ya estoy de vuelta en Madrid aunque sólo por dos días, para ir hoy al concierto de Taburete (espero veros a algunos por allí) y para celebrar mi cumple mañana por la noche. Lo celebraré en un restaurante que se llama Villa Torii mañana por la noche con mis amigos más cercanos, está en la puerta de Alcalá por si alguno queréis pasaros a saludar. ¡Qué nervios! Mi cumple en realidad es el día 23, pero estaré de viaje en Asia con mis amigas por lo que lo celebro mañana antes de irme. Todavía no me puedo creer que ya cumpla 31 primaveras, pero la verdad es que me siento más joven, feliz y enérgica que nunca. Estoy viendo cómo día a día, mes a mes, año a año, se cumplen todos mis sueños y en gran parte es gracias a vosotros, aunque también al gran esfuerzo y trabajo duro que hay detrás de todo esto. También he comprobado una clara evolución en mi personalidad: sabéis que antes era más sensible y vulnerable a todo pero cuando por fin acabas entendiendo que hay cosas y personas que no puedes cambiar, todo se vuelve más “fácil”, y ahora mismo estoy en un momento muy feliz de mi vida. Es como me gusta estar siempre porque sólo tenemos una vida para hacer todo lo que nos haga felices, así que ¡aprovechémosla!

Os enseño hoy estas fotos que hice con Carlitos en Notre Dame, en París, el último día de la Fashion Week. No tengo fotos de calidad de todos los looks que llevé a los desfiles pero sí os lo enseñé y etiqueté todo en mi Instagram.

Y quiero terminar con unas frases de una canción que ha compuesto mi amigo Guille, que me vienen genial hoy y quería compartirlas con vosotros: “…me recordó que vivir era un salto al vacío de espaldas… y que la vida se va, y que el reloj no se para…”, y la moraleja de todo esto es que vivamos cada día al máximo y que pase lo que tenga que pasar.

Good morning family!

I’m back in Madrid but just for two days, to go to Taburete’s concert tonight (I hope to see you there) and to celebrate my birthday tomorrow. I will celebrate it in a restaurant called Villa Torii tomorrow night with my closest friends, it is located at Puerta de Alcalá in case you want to stop by to say hello. SO EXCITED! My birthday is actually on the 23rd, but I will be traveling to Asia with my friends so I celebrate it tomorrow before I leave. I still can not believe that I am already 31, OMG! But the truth is that I feel younger, happier and more energetic than ever. I am seeing how day by day, month by month, year by year, all my dreams come true and it is of course thanks to you all, but also to the great effort and hard work that lies behind all this. I have also seen a clear evolution of my personality: you know that before I was more sensitive and vulnerable to everything but when you finally understand that there are things and people that you can not change, everything becomes easier, and right now I am in a very happy moment of my life. It’s how I like to be always because we only have one life to do everything that makes us happy, so let’s do it since today!

I show you today these photos I took with my friend Carlitos in Notre Dame, Paris, the last day of Fashion Week. I do not have high quality photos of all the looks I was wearing to the shows but I did show it to you and tagged everything on my Instagram account.

And I want to finish today’s post with a few sentences from a song that my friend Guille has composed, which come to me great today and I wanted to share them with you: “… She reminded me that living was a like a jump into the void backwards… that life always goes on, and that the clock does not stop … “, and the quote of all this is that we have to live every day to the maximum and what’s meant to be, will find its way.

¡Hola a todos!

Por fin puedo contaros todo acerca de los dos eventos de Pantene a los que asistí hace un par de semanas.

El primero fue en el centro de belleza Nuria Capdevila (C/Colmenares 11) donde todo el equipo de Pantene nos hicieron pasar una mañana muy divertida con tratamientos especializados de belleza y un delicioso brunch. Además contamos con la presencial estilista de Pantene, Pablo Robledo, que me dejó así de guapa.

Lo que más me gusta de asistir a este tipo de eventos, aparte de conocer productos que desde YA uso en mi día a día como os conté en mi último vídeo de Youtube, es poder encontrarme con amigas que no suelo ver habitualmente. Me hace siempre especial ilusión poder ponerme al día con todas ellas y compartir nuevos proyectos e ilusiones.

El segundo evento seguramente fue el más esperado por todas nosotras ya que la top blogger internacional, Chiara Ferragni, nueva embajadora mundial de la marca. vino en persona a Madrid en exclusiva para contarnos su experiencia personal con estos productos. En este caso disfrutamos de una merienda muy coloquial y cercana con ella en el Hotel Alfonso Petit Palace Savoy XII, por cierto un hotel ideal en el centro de la ciudad. Chiara estuvo tan simpática como siempre y nos contestó a todas las preguntas que le hicimos aparte de la sesión de “selfies” a la que la sometimos hehe.

Como mi tipo de pelo es graso yo ahora uso el champú Aqua Light y el acondicionador a diario. La mascarilla la uso una vez a la semana.

Hi guys!

Finally I can tell you everything about the two Pantene events that I attended a few weeks ago.

The first one was in the beauty center Nuria Capdevila (11th, Colmenares Street) where the whole Pantene team organised a fun morning with specialized beauty treatments for each of us and a delicious brunch. We also had the Pantene hair stylist, Pablo Robledo, in person who left me the pretty I look like on these pics.

One of the reasons why I like to attend these kind events, apart from knowing new products that I use now in my daily routine as I told you in my last video in my Youtube channel, is for having the opportunity of meeting good friends that I usually do no have time to see. Always it makes me happy to catch up with all of them and share new projects and dreams.

The second event was probably the most awaited for all of us because the top international blogger, Chiara Ferragni, who actually is the new global brand ambassador, came to Madrid in person to tell us exclusively her personal experience with these products. In this case we enjoyed a very colloquial and face to face tea time with her at the Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII Hotel, a lovely hotel in the city center. Chiara was as friendly as always and she answered all the questions we asked her during this privately session and then she spent the “selfies” time with all of us.

As my hair is greasy kind of, now I use Aqua Light shampoo from Pantene and the conditioner daily. The mask I use it once a week.

Natural waves hair tutorial

¡Buenos días!

Como ya sabéis que para mi vuestros deseos son órdenes aquí tenéis otra sorpresa de la semana: un tutorial donde he tenido que aprender a hacerme ondas con mi rizador hehehe y donde os enseño cómo lo he conseguido.

La verdad es que para no dañar mi pelo y que siga así de brillante y de cuidado es necesario utilizar siempre los mejores productos. Por eso yo os recomiendo la marca GHD y no sólo por ser embajadora de la misma sino porque sabéis que antes de enseñaros algo siempre lo pruebo y me encanta la calidad y perfección de sus productos.

Wedding wishes…

Una boda significa alegría, deseos y promesas para siempre, risas, buenos momentos con las personas más cercanas y por supuesto ¡bailes y copas!

Este sábado se daban el ‘Sí, quiero’ dos de mis mejores amigos. Blanca es amiga mía desde hace más de 15 años y os puedo contar que es una de las mejores personas que conozco. Blanca es una chica muy alegre, divertida y entre otras mil cosas la mejor ortodoncista de Madrid hehe. Álvaro ha sido compañero mío de la Universidad, más tímido que Blanca pero siempre muy cercano, también con un gran corazón, trabajador, y lo más importante: su prioridad en la vida es la felicidad de Blanca. Por eso desde aquí os deseo todo lo mejor porque sois la mejor pareja que he conocido en el sentido del amor que se tienen, de la confianza del uno en el otro, el respeto mutuo y sobre todo porque ¡no han discutido nunca! Increíble pero cierto…

Como os podéis imaginar la boda fue divertidísima porque nos juntamos todos los amigos de ambas partes. Lo celebraron en la Antigua Fábrica de Harina, que es uno de los sitios más espectaculares que conozco para este tipo de celebraciones, ¡tomad nota chicas!

Para una ocasión tan especial me decidí a no llevar el pelo suelto y liso como me lo veis habitualmente. Quería un recogido juvenil y no ‘perfecto’ sino que estuviese como deshecho y desigual. Llevo una trenza lateral de izquierda a derecha por arriba y en el lado izquierdo una mini trenza, las dos recogidas atrás en un moñete deshecho dejando algunos pelos sueltos. Esta magnífica obra de arte fue una vez más gracias a mi amiga Anabel que es la que me maquilla y me peina siempre que tengo algo importante, ¡mil gracias amor!

Terminemos ya con el look que escogí. Llevo un vestido que se ha convertido en mi favorito para este tipo de actos. Lleva un forro de gasa color nude (maquillaje) debajo y por encima una capa de tul por todo el vestido lleno de predrería bordada. Va cerrado al cuello con manga corta y me gusta mucho el corte en la cintura formando luego una falda plisada que da más vuelo y movimiento. Como las temperaturas por las noches sabéis que bajan un poco escogí esta blazer blanca con tela brillante y como accesorios llevo un clutch dorado a juego con los tonos del vestido y un par de anillos. Al principio mi idea era ponerme estos salones también en color nude a juego con el vestido pero luego visteis que escogí mejor unas sandalias con algo de plataforma, tacón ancho y lazo arriba porque pensé que eran más apropiadas para el suelo del escenario en que se celebró la boda.

Espero que os guste mi propuesta y quiero terminar este con la reflexión que os puse anoche: el amor no se demuestra diciendo TE QUIERO, se demuestra en el día a día, en los pequeños detalles, en hacer ver a la otra persona que es importante en tu vida, prácticamente imprescindible para tu felicidad, en el compromiso. Así es como yo lo veo.

A wedding always means joy, desires and promises forever, laughs, good times with the closest friends and family and of course dancing and drinks!

This last Saturday two of my best friends got married. Blanca is a friend of mine since more than 15 years ago and I can tell you that is one of the best persons I’ve ever known. Blanca is a happy girl, funny and apart from thousand of other things she is the best orthodontist in town hehe. Alvaro has been my mate at the University and he is more timid than Blanca but always a very close guy, also with a big heart, hardworking, and the most important of all: his priority in life is Blanca’s happiness. So from here I wish you all the best guys because you are the best couple I have ever met in the sense of loving each other, confidence in each other, mutual respect and above all because they have never discussed! Unbelievable but true story…

As you can imagine the wedding was amazing because we were all the friends together of both parties. The wedding was celebrated at the Antigua Fábrica de Harinas, which is one of the most spectacular places I know for this kind of celebrations, so girls, take note!

For such a special occasion I decided to not wear my straight hair as I usually wear it. I wanted a young and non ‘perfect’ topknot with my hair. I was wearing a side braid from left to right at the top and on the left side a mini braid, the two of them set out on a broken back topknot leaving some loose hairs. This magnificent work of art was once again thanks to my dear friend Anabel which always does what I exactly want with my hair and makeup, so thank you once again my love!

And we finish with the look I chose. I was wearing a short dress that has become my favorite one for this kind of acts. I’m wearing a nude silk nightie below and over a tulle around completely embroidered with little beads. It is closed at the neck with short sleeves and I like the cut at the waist creating then a pleated skirt that gives more flight and movement to my body. As temperatures at night you know that goes down a bit I chose this white blazer with shiny cloth and as accessories I chose a clutch with gold details matching the dress and a pair of rings. At the first my idea was to wear these stilettos also in nude color to match the dress but then I realised that it was a better option to chose sandals with some platform, wide heel and tie on top because I thought it was more appropriate to the floor of the place.

Hope you like my proposal for a special wedding and I want to finish today’s post with my own reflection that I told you last night about what love means to me: love is not about just saying I LOVE YOU, is about show it every day, in small details, show the other person that is important in your life, practically necessary to your happiness, compromise. That’s just my point of view and what I think it should be.

My beauty center in Madrid

Nuevo día donde me vuelvo a despertar en Plentzia, ¡qué bonito es despertarse mirando a su puerto con tantos barcos y a su preciosa bahía!

Como os comenté ayer me habéis preguntado muchas veces que dónde me arreglo el pelo y qué tratamientos me hago. Pues hoy os enseño el centro donde cuido mi cabello y donde me maquillan cuando tengo algún evento más importante estos dos súper profesionales Anabel y John, de Gornés y Osorio. No sólo son expertos en belleza sino que además utilizan los mejores productos para cuidar nuestro pelo traídos directamente desde Brasil. Además de todo esto ya tienen una conocida reputación porque muchas celebrities como Carmen Lomana se han puesto en sus manos en más de una ocasión.

A mi me hicieron un tratamiento de brillo y nutrición para el pelo la semana pasada y todavía lo sigo teniendo muy suave y cuidado, se nota nada más verlo. Para ello trajeron a los mejores especialistas directamente desde Brasil.

Another day where we wake up again in Plentzia, how nice it is to wake up looking at its port with so many different boats and its beautiful bay!

As I mentioned yesterday, you have asked me many times where I get my hair done and what treatments I use to do. Well today I show you the center where I take care for my hair and where they makeup me when I have some more important event: Gornés & Osorio, owned by these two professional babes Anabel and John. But they are not only experts in beauty they also use the best products to take care of our hair imported directly from Brazil. In addition to this they already have known reputation because many celebrities like my friend Carmen Lomana has gone there in more than one occasion.

They made me a shine and nutrition treatment for my hair last week and it is still very soft and careful, you can appreciate it at first sight. They brought the best specialists directly from Brazil.

Interviewing Blanca Suárez for ghd

Aunque no estoy tan contenta con este post como me esperaba, lo prometido es deuda y aunque sea con palabras por aquí os cuento todos los detalles. Nunca he tenido problemas a la hora de hacer ninguna de todas las entrevistas que sabéis que he hecho, y, casualmente en esta que me hacía especial ilusión por lo encantadora que es Blanca, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el audio jooo ¡gajes del oficio! alguna vez me tenía que pasar… De todas formas he querido dejados igualmente el vídeo para que por lo menos podáis intuir algo y en algunas ocasiones si que se escucha algo de lo que decimos). Pero os preocupéis que seguro que la próxima vez tengo más tiempo y todo saldrá mucho mejor.

El jueves pasado fue la presentación de la nueva colección de planchas y secador de ghd y lo celebraron por todo lo grande en Loft 39 y contando con una embajadora inigualable: Blanca Suárez. Como le pregunto en la entrevista quería saber si ella ya conocía y usaba ghd con anterioridad y cito textualmente sus palabras “juro y perjuro que uso ghd desde hace años, desde que soy pequeña y le pedí a mi madre una cuando tenía 14 o 15 años”.

Como era un evento de tarde escogí un look cómodo pero modero para la ocasión: una camiseta de seda azul marino, unos boyfriend jeans y unos salones de serpiente azules. ¿Qué os parece mi elección? Blanca llevaba un LBD (little black dress) de manga larga y unos botines marrones de ante de Prada.

El peinado y el maquillaje me lo hicieron en Gornés y Osorio, una de mis peluquerías y centros de belleza favoritos de Madrid donde Anabel y John me tratan genial cada vez que voy. Además tienen los últimos tratamientos en cuidado del cabello, que siempre me lo preguntáis. Os recomiendo visitarles cuando tengáis ocasión.

Espero que terminéis bien el domingo, a mi me espera una cena especial…

Although I’m not as happy as I expected with this post, I promised you to share ir with you, so here you have it at least I’m trying to write you Blanca’s specific words. I’ve never had problems when doing any of all the interviews you know that I have done, and coincidentally this time, that I was especially excited by how lovely is Blanca, we had a small problem with the audio but this is work! It was clearly going to happen some day… Anyway, I wanted to show you the video so you can see both of us speaking and laughing and I think that is possible that sometimes you hear something of what we say. But don’t worry because I’m pretty sure next time I meet her I will have more time and everything will be much better.

Last Thursday was the presentation of the new collection of ghd irons and dryers and the celebration was so great. They celebrated it in Loft 39 (39, Velázquez Street) and with this unbeatable ambassador: Blanca Suárez. As I asked her in the interview I wanted to know if she already knew and used ghd before and I copy her own words “I swore I’ve been using ghd for many years, since I was little and I asked my mother to buy me one when I was like fourteen or fifteen years old”.

As it was an evening event I chose a comfortable but I trendy look for the occasion: a navy blue silk t-shirt, my ripped boyfriend jeans and a blue snake print pumps. What do you think about my choice? Blanca was wearing a long-sleeved LBD (little black dress) and a brown suede boots by Prada.

My hair style and makeup was done at Gornés and Osorio, one of my favorite hair and beauty centers of Madrid where Anabel and John treated me great every time I go. They also have the latest products in hair care and many treatments, as you always ask me about my hair care I recommend you to visit them whenever you have time and let me know then your opinion.

What can I do with my hair???

¿Qué hago con mi pelo? Cuántas veces nos hemos hecho esta pregunta, tengamos el tipo de pelo que tengamos, simplemente porque nos lo vemos igual que siempre y queremos que parezca diferente…

Yo en vez de apostar por cortes o tintes de los que muchas veces acabamos arrepintiéndonos he preferido optar por adornarlo con estos turbantes que aparte de dar color a mis looks hacen que mi pelo parezca otro. Están fabricados a mano con una seda muy fina para que nos los podamos poner en verano sin que nos den calor. Son trenzados al igual que las pulseras que yo me las pongo para ir a juego, ¡no se con qué modelo quedarme!

Además como os cuento en el vídeo son muy cómodos para los días de viento o para los días de playa ya que nos sujetan el pelo y podemos tomar el sol mucho más cómodamente.

Qué os parece a vosotras esta tendencia del turbante adaptada a nuestro estilo diario?

What can I do with my hair? I’m sure that you have asked to yourselves amny times this question simply because it looks like always and you want to look different …

Instead of cuts or dyes what we often don’t like the results I prefer to “decorate” my hair with these turbans that apart from give a color touch to my looks they make my hair looks different. They are hand made with a fine silk so that we can wear them in summer without giving us heat. They are twisted like these bracelets, I wear them together, I just don’t know which model to choose!

As I tell you in the video they are very comfy for windy days or beach days as they keep our hair out of our face and we can sunbathe more comfortably.

New look!

¡Buenas tardes a todos!

Acabo de tener un arrebato que la verdad es que hacía tiempo que quería tener… ¡y quiero que seáis los primeros en ver los resultados!

He pasado por una peluquería… ¡y me he cortado el pelo! No ha sido un corte normal, ha sido muy “drástico” para lo acostumbrada que estaba yo a mi pelo largo desde hace tanto tiempo… pero como dice el refrán: ‘renovarse o morir’.

Así que sin pensármelo dos veces he decidido entrar en la peluquería… Me he dejado una melena cortita por encima del hombro, que como habréis podido ver en todas las pasarelas, ¡es lo más IT del momento!

¿Qué os parece?

A mí me encanta por dos motivos fundamentales: el primero es porque estaba ya un poco cansada de mi pelo largo, y la tenerlo tan liso, al final no tenía casi forma. En segundo lugar, yo no soy de las que tienen miedo a cortarse el pelo (ya me visteis el invierno pasado aunque no tan corto), y al estar tan de moda, pues habrá que adaptarse, no?! y me parece que aporta un toque moderno y a la vez elegante.
