Beauty: Exilis treatment

¡Buenos días!

No he querido hablaros aquí acerca del nuevo tratamiento que me estoy haciendo en la cara porque ya sabéis que me gusta siempre probarlo todo bien antes para mostraros siempre resultados reales comprobados por mi misma.

Así que después de 3 sesiones ya os puedo contar todos los beneficios que estoy consiguiendo gracias a mi tratamiento con la máquina Exilis en el centro Salud y Belleza La Moraleja.

Es muy fácil llegar ya que se encuentra en la mítica Plaza de la Fuente donde están todos los restaurantes y además se puede aparcar tanto al aire libre como dentro del parking.

Pero os voy a contar lo interesante aunque creo que en el vídeo Olaya y yo os contamos todo con más detalles y veis también en qué consiste cada sesión porque os muestro cómo me lo hacen a mi misma.

Esta máquina está suponiendo una revolución en Estados Unidos ya que desde la primera sesión os aseguro que se notan los resultados. Una amiga mía vino el último día conmigo y se hizo su primera sesión y también lo puede corroborar. Como os decía lo alucinante de esta máquina es que simplemente con un cabezal que se calienta al pasar por nuestra piel se nos activa el colágeno de la misma en el acto. ¿Y para qué queremos reactivar nuestro colágeno? Pues la gente mayor para reducir las arrugas que les han ido saliendo con el paso del tiempo… ¡pero los jóvenes para evitarlas! Estos días he leído algún comentario de que yo no lo necesitaba… pero os aseguro que si porque simplemente con la forma que tenemos de mover los músculos de nuestra cara al hablar o al expresarnos se nos han ido formando arruguitas que si se tratan a tiempo pueden no ir a más. Así que yo soy de las que piensa que ¡más vale prevenir que curar!

Además quiero agradecer a las chicas del centro su apoyo y confianza en mi ya que les pedí por favor un precio muy especial para toda la gente que fuese de mi parte porque estas sesiones sino son un poco desorbitadas… Y en este centro las tendréis por 50€ cada una. Tenéis toda la información necesaria y contacto del Centro AQUÍ así que espero que los que os decidáis a probarlo me contéis los buenos resultados que obtenéis como yo.

Morning guys!

I did not want to speak here on the blog about the new therapy I’m doing on my own face because you know that I always like to try everything well before showing you real results verified by myself.

So after 3 sessions now I can tell you all the benefits I am discovering through my treatment with the Exilis machine at the beauty center Salud y Belleza La Moraleja.

It is very easy to arrive here because it is located in the famous Fountain Square where all the restaurants are and also you can park both outdoors or inside the parking.

But let’s talk about the interesting thing even I think that on the video Olaya and I explain everything perfectly to you in more detail and also you can see what each session is about because I show you how I do it myself.

This machine is already a revolution in the United States because since the first session I assure you that the results are noticeable. A friend of mine came last day with me and she also had its first session and she can corroborate it too. As I said, this machine is amazing because simply with a head that is heated as it passes through our skin it activates the collagen of our skin instantly. And why do we want and need to revive our collagen? Old people want to reactivate it in order to reduce their wrinkles that have gone out along the time… but young people need it just to avoid them! These last days I read a comment that ‘I did not need it yet’… but I do guys! Because the way we move the muscles of our face when speaking or expressing ourselves we are creating wrinkles that if we treat on time they can not go further. So I am one of those who thinks that prevention is better than cure!

I also want to thank the girls of the center for their support and trust in me so I asked them to please make a special price for all the people who go there for me because otherwise these sessions are a little bit expensive… And in this center you will have them for 50€ each one! ¡Buenos días!

Por fin puedo contaros la divertida tarde que pasamos en el Hotel Westin Palace de Madrid el martes pasado.

Gracias a la firma SkinCeuticals de la que tengo el gran placer de ser embajadora pudimos presentar una nueva crema revolucionaria en el mercado: la primera crema que corrige los primeros síntomas del fotoenvejecimiento pero de verdad. Muchas veces nos lo venden en la tele con imágenes y modelos que claramente llevan photoshop y maquillaje pero SkinCeuticals se basa siempre en estudios y casos concretos que avalan y demuestran que sus productos realmente son los mejores del mercado.

Me dejaron sortear que 5 de vosotros tuvieseis la ocasión de poder compartir conmigo este momento y aunque me hubiese gustado conoceros a todos en persona pero me alegró mucho conoceros personalmente a algunos de vosotros y poneros ya cara Ibán, Noelia y Raquel, ¡gracias por venir!

La tarde comenzó con una merienda dulce y salada que nos prepararon las chicas de DecoSweetness con tantos colores de chuches y batidos y las mejores bebidas de agua de coco y zumos de la mano de para mi la marca líder, Invo. Todo sucedió en una suite de lo más lujosa del que es para mi el Hotel más bonito de Madrid, Westin Palace.

A continuación la experta Graciela después de haber analizado nuestra piel en la cabina de luz (mirad en las fotos cómo se ven las manchas con la luz morada) nos dio un tutorial para enseñarnos todos los pasos que debemos seguir tanto por las mañanas como por las noches para el cuidado y limpieza de nuestra piel. Por supuesto cada uno con los productos acordes a nuestro tipo de piel que es lo que más me gusta de SkinCeuticals, que tiene productos absolutamente para todas nosotras sea cual sea nuestro problema o necesidad.

En concreto la crema que presentamos, Metacell, está indicada para todo tipo de pieles. Yo la uso a diario mañana y noches desde hace apenas un mes y ya he notado los resultados. La gente que me ve a diario sin ir maquillada lo pueden corroborar porque me lo han comentado. Aparte de prevenir la aparición de las primeras arrugas, hidrata y renueva nuestra piel pero ¡sin dar grasa! Si si, su textura de gel hace que no nos salgan granitos. Para mi es la mejor crema hidratante que he probado, y os aseguro que he probado muchas y de marcas importantes de venta en farmacias.

Morning my friends!

Finally I can tell you the funny afternoon we spent at the Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid last Tuesday.

SkinCeuticals, the brand of which I have the great pleasure of being an ambassador, and I could present last Tuesday a revolutionary new cream on the skincare market: the first cream that corrects the first signs of photoaging but ‘really does it’. Often they sell us on TV and advertisement with images and models that clearly have photoshop and makeup that their creams are the best on the market but SkinCeuticals is always based on their own studies and they always show us real cases that support and demonstrate that their products are really the top ones. They let me come with 5 of you to have the chance to share with me this time and although I would have liked to meet you all in person but I was very pleased to personally meet some of you face to face like Ibán, Noelia and Rachel, thanks for coming!

The evening began with a sweet and salty snack that prepared us the DecoSweetness girls with so many colors of sweets and milkshakes and the best drinks of coconut water and juices thanks to the brand leader to me, Invo. Everything happened in a suite of one of the most beautiful and luxury Hotels in Madrid, Westin Palace.

Then, the expert Graciela after analyzing our skin into the light cabin (look in the photos at my face with purple light hehe) gave us a tutorial to teach us all the steps that must be followed in the mornings and at night for our skincare and cleaning of our skin. Of course she gave us the advice with the specific products according to our skin type that’s what I like about SkinCeuticals, which are definitely products for all of us whatever our problem or need is.

Specifically we presented the new Metacell cream, that is perfect for all skin types. I use it daily in the morning and at night from just a month ago and I have already noticed the results. People who see me every day without makeup can corroborate it because they have asked me about. Apart from preventing the appearance of the first wrinkles, it moisturizes and renews our skin but without giving oil! That’s true story, the gel texture does not leave us pimples. For me it is the best moisturizer I’ve ever tried, and I assure you that I have tried many other top brands sold in pharmacies.

Off Duty Sunday

Ya sabéis que una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer los fines de semana (que es el único momento en que consigo sacar algo de tiempo libre) es pasear por el Retiro aprovechando los días soleados que disfrutamos en la capital.

En esta ocasión quería ir cómoda y con pantalones anchos, no ajustados. Por eso opté por estos vaqueros de cuello alto que me parecen muy modernos a la vez que estilosos. Llevo mis zapatillas Stan Smith en blancas y azules a juego con la camisa de cuadros en los mismos tonos. Encima llevo una chaqueta azul marino que ya me habéis visto en alguna ocasión y que compré en el mercadillo de Camden Town de Londres, de ahí su estilo british.

Me voy corriendo a un nuevo shooting para una firma de bolsos que os mostraré la semana que viene.

You know that one of the things that I like most to do on weekends (which is the only time that I have some ‘free’ time for myself) is to walk through the Retiro’s Park and even more enjoying these sunny days in the capital of Spain.

This time I wanted to dress up comfortably and with baggy pants, not so slim. So I chose this high waisted jeans that are very modern and trendy at the same time. I opted for my Stan Smith sneakers in white and blue matching with the checkered shirt in the same colors. On top I was wearing a navy blue jacket that you have already seen me on other posts and I bought at Camden Town Market in London, reason of the British style.

I’m going right now to a new shooting for a handbag brand that I will show you next week.

Y comenzamos la última semana del año…

Creo que no me voy a cansar nunca de mis nuevos tacones y de este color que opino que combina con todo aparte de ser muy elegante. Yo a veces lo llamo nude, otras rosa palo… pero todos sabéis a qué tono me refiero.

En esta ocasión quería dar un toque más roquero al look para restar la elegancia que aportan los salones así que opté por unos pantalones de cuero con cremalleras. Arriba me puse un body negro con encaje y una camisa encima entreabierta, ya sabéis: insinuar mejor que enseñar. La gabardina no podía ir más a juego con mis nuevos zapatos y como me encanta desde que me la compré en Londres decidí ponérmela de nuevo. Y ya no me quito mi nuevo reloj total black que me ha regalado mi novio, es justo lo que estaba buscando tanto por el color que es mi favorito como por el diseño sencillo y elegante, creo que va muy a juego con mi estilo. Para seguir con la línea de colores me puse mi bolso también en color maquillaje con cadena dorada, otro de mis recientes regalos que me gusta combinar a diario.

Espero que estéis ya la mayoría de vacaciones deseando celebrar la nueva entrada del año y para los que sigáis trabajando un par de días más como yo ¡mucho ánimo que ya no queda nada para 2015!

Let’s start the last week of the year…

I think I will never get tired of my new heels and I think that this color matches perfectly with everything, of course apart from being very stylish. I sometimes call it nude, others soft pink… but you all know what I mean anyway.

This time I wanted to give a more rocker touch to the look to avoid that elegant style that gives the heels so I opted for wearing a leather pants with silver zippers. On top I wore a black body with lace and above a white shirt, you know: insinuate is always better than showing. The trench could not match better with my new shoes and as I love it since I bought it in London I decided to wear it again. And since I have received this total black new watch that has given me my boyfriend for Xmas I just can’t stop wearing it: it is just what I was looking for because the color is my favorite and the design is simple and elegant, I think it matches perfectly with my style. To continue with the line of colors I chose my makeup shoulder bag with golden chain, another of my recent gifts that I like to wear daily.

And hope that most of you are enjoying your holidays and looking forward to celebrating the new entry of the year and for those who continue working a couple of days more like me, come on! There is nothing left for 2015!

Naughty dog!

¡Buenos días a todos!

Hoy os quiero dejar las fotos más divertidas de este fin de semana con este pequeño buldog francés que nos dejaron para cuidar el finde. Se llama Elvis, ¿no es una monada? Y como ya sabéis que los rindes están para “descansar” (aunque no todos los consigamos hehe) pues le paseamos todo lo que pudimos…

Hoy han vuelto a subir las temperaturas pero la semana pasada y el fin de semana se han mantenido todavía altas en la capital y más para ser el mes de Mayo. Por eso combiné mi camisa de volantes en baby blue con una blazer de flores en tonos pastel. Debajo unos jeans claritos efecto lavados para el verano. Un maxi bolso para llevar todo lo necesario para una tarde de paseo. ¿Y qué os parecen mis nuevas gafas de sol con cristales reflectantes? Tengo varios modelos que me iréis viendo estos días, me encantan aparte de por su diseño porque el cristal es del máximo nivel de calidad para gafas de diario (nivel 4). Y opté también por complementos llamativos y veraniegos como este reloj Digitona en azul y estos colgantes de piñas de nácar combinando en plata y oro que no me pienso quitar, ¡me encantan las piñas!

Espero que paséis buen día y yo me voy ya corriendo a mis reuniones del día.

Today I want to show you the funniest pics of this weekend with this little French bulldog who we had to care for a couple of days. His name is Elvis, isn’t it cute? And as you know that weekends are for ” relax” (although not all of us can do it hehe) we strolled around with him every day.

Today the weather in Madrid is better but during the last week and weekend the temperatures were so low to be in May. So I combined my baby blue shirt with a floral blazer in pastel colors. A pair of washed light jeans for summer. A maxi bag to carry everything I needed for an afternoon stroll. And what do you think about my new sunglasses with reflective glass? I have many models that I will show you these days, I love them because apart from its cool design the glass is the highest level of quality for daily eyewear (level 4) . And also I chose my Digitona blue watch and these pineapple necklaces combining silver and gold that I will wear for sure almost everyday , I love pineapples!

¡Buenos días a todos!

Lo siento muchíiiisimo por haberos “abandonado ayer sin post… pero os prometo que fue porque no paré en todo el día con nuevos proyectos que en breve os contaré y miles de nuevas ideas y sorteos para vosotros.

Para un día tan largo y caluroso de reuniones como el que tuve opté por ir cómoda pero elegante. En verano el blanco siempre es un acierto, y aunque ya voy perdiendo color (que espero recuperar pronto hehe) opté por ponerme mis pantalones blancos. Arriba uno de los colores top de esta temporada: baby blue. Esta camisa la compré en Londres y se ha convertido en una de mis favoritas porque el diseño estilo cowboy de los flecos de la parte delantera me parecen muy trendy. Como calzado opté por mis bailarinas bicolor y las combiné con mi bolso acolchado con cadena. Mis gafas de sol negras y mi reloj blanco a juego con el look fueron mis complementos.

I’m sooo sorry for no posting yesterday but I really had a crazy business day… But I promise you that soon I will tell you everything about my new projects and new fashion ideas and giveaway for you.

For such a long, hot day as yesterday’s I opted for a comfy but stylish outfit. In summer white color is always a hit, and although I’m losing my tan (hopefully I will recover it soon hehe) I chose my white jeans. On top one of the best color for this season: baby blue. This shirt that I bought in London has become one of my favs because the fringed design is cowboy style and to me it looks very trendy style. I was wearing my color-blocked flats and I combined them with my quilted chain bag. My black leather sunglasses and my white watch matching the look were my accessories.

Videoshopping of the week: The HandsfreeBag

En el videoshopping de esta semana llegan los bolsos “manos libres”. The HandsfreeBag hace que tengamos las manos disponibles para lo que queramos a cualquier hora del día. ¿Quieres conocer sus modelos y diseños?
La verdad es que a mí cuando me los enseñaron me pareció una idea magnífica. No se muy bien por qué pero siempre me acabo viendo con el móvil en una mano, las llaves en otra, la cartera… Con estos bolsos meto todo y como dejo a mano lo más importante en la cremallera delantera pues voy a mi aire con las manos libres. Se suelen colocar en la parte izquierda del cuerpo para que esta cremallera quede a buen recaudo de los “manguis”, aunque yo ya veis que me lo pongo indistintamente hacia un lado u otro.
