MBFWM ss’15, day 1

MBFWM día 1. Comienzan los desfiles de la semana de la moda y yo acudí ayer a los del Museo del Traje que más intrigada me tenían: David Christian, Yono Taola y The Second Skin. Desde luego ninguno defraudó mis expectativas.

En las fotos del post os muestro algunas de las propuestas que más me gustaron para la primavera/verano 2015 de David Christian. Yo ya me he apuntado algunos porque encajan bastante con mi estilo y esos tonos pastel, faldas largas, gasas y sedas, encajes… son detalles que siempre busco cuando quiero ir un poco más arreglada. ¿Qué os parece su vestido de novia? Sencillo de caída simple con detalles de encaje y escote de espalda y pequeña cola. ¡A mi me encantó!

Al tener que pasar un día entero en esta localización opté INTELIGENTEMENTE por primera vez desde que acudo a los desfiles por ir en calzado plano, ¡qué acierto! Así pude caminar de un sitio para otro y hablar con todos mis amigos y compañeros sin tener que sentarme cada 5 minutos por el dolor de pies… Eso si, al encontrarme de nuevo con mi “amigo” Marcus Slaughter, jugador del Real Madrid de baloncesto, casi no podemos ni sacarnos la foto de lo bajita que parecía a su lado hahaha. Desde aquí te mando un beso, siempre me encanta coincidir contigo (he de decir que es fiel seguidor de mi blog, ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS!).

Por la noche, como visteis en las fotos que subí a mis redes sociales, tuvo lugar la fiesta de inauguración de esta nueva edición de la semana de la moda patrocinada por la revista YoDona. Se realizó en el Hotel Miguel Ángel de Madrid y fue un momento muy divertido porque nos reunimos todos para comentar desfiles y tendencias.

Y analizando por último mi estilismo escogí un mono corto en rosa palo con manga larga de gasa y detalles de pedrería en los bordes. Opté como os he comentado por mis blucher plateados planos y un bolso burdeos a juego con mis uñas. Tres anillos de falange en oro rosa, plata y oro amarillo y mis gafas de sol negras fueron mis únicos accesorios.

Como ya os comenté tengo bastante trabajo tanto por colaboraciones pendientes con el blog que iréis viendo desde la semana que viene como por mi agencia de comunicación, así que he sido selectiva a la hora de escoger los desfiles a los que acudo para no perder tanto tiempo. Esta tarde voy al desfile de Desigual, ¡mañana os cuento todos los detalles!

MBFWM day 1. Yesterday started the fashion week and I went to the Museum of Costume to attend the fashion shows that had me more intrigued: David Christian, Yono Taola and The Second Skin. Certainly none of them disappoint my expectations.

In the photos of this post I show you some of the proposals that I liked most for the Spring/Summer 2015 by David Christian. I have already pointed out some of them because they match perfectly with my style and all those pastel colors, long skirts and dresses, gauze and silk, lace details… are everything that I always look for when I want to go a more elegant event. What do you think about their wedding dress proposal? So simple: simple fall with lace neckline and backless with a small tail. I loved it!

Having to spend an entire day in this location I chose SMARTLY for the first time since I started going to the fashion shows to go in flat shoes, great decision! So I could walk from one place to another and talk to all my friends and fashion mates without having to sit down every 5 minutes by foot pain… But it wasn’t such a good idea when I met again my “friend” Marcus Slaughter, who plays for Real Madrid basketball, because we almost can not get a picture together, I was feeling sooo short next to him hahaha. From here I send you a big kiss, I always love to meet with you (have to say that he is a faithful follower of my blog, THANK YOU!!!).

At night, as you saw in the pictures that I uploaded on my social networks, it took place the opening ceremony of this new edition of the fashion week sponsored by YoDona magazine. It was held at the Miguel Ángel Hotel in Madrid and it was a funny time because we all gathered to discuss trends and fashion shows.

And finally analyzing my styling I chose a short playsuit in soft pink with long chiffon sleeves and rhinestone details on the edges. I decided to wear (as I have commented to you before) my flat silver blucher and a burgundy bag to matching my nails. Three phalanx rings in pink gold, yellow gold and silver and my black sunglasses were my only accessories.

As I told you I have enough work to do these days with the collaborations for the blog that you will see very soon and for the work in my communication agency, so I’ve been very selective in choosing the fashion shows I will attend trying to not waste so much my time. This afternoon I’m going to Desigual’s, so I’ll tell you all the details here tomorrow!

En verano es un hecho que nos gusta lucir pierna aunque no estemos muy bronceados todavía como es mi caso. Ya que estamos a finales de Julio y aún no he podido empezar mis vacaciones me apetece salir a la calle cómoda y con ropa veraniega para no pasar aún más calor.

Hoy he optado por el color azul en mi outfit. La camisa da ese toque más sofisticado y elegante al look mientras que los shorts vaqueros rotos consiguen que sea más juvenil y moderno. Aunque sabéis que soy fanática de las bailarinas o slippers (y en general de cualquier zapato plano) reconozco que a veces llevar una sandalia con un poco de tacón estiliza mucho más la figura. Por eso opté por estas en color plateado que tienen tacón ancho y son de altura media por lo que las puedo llevar todo el día sin cansarme. Esta vez como complementos escogí mi clutch transparente y mis brazaletes de plata de infinito.

Y vosotros, ¿os animáis con los shorts para vuestro día a día? Combinados con una camisa que tengáis en vuestro armario conseguiréis un estilismo como este: trendy y a la vez elegante.

It’s a fact that in summer time we like to show our legs even if we are still not so tanned like me. We are at the end of July and I couldn’t start my holidays yet so I want to go out with comfy summer clothes to avoid the terrible heat.

Today I opted for the blue in my outfit. The shirt gives that sophisticated and elegant touch to the look while the ripped denim shorts get it more youthful and modern. Although you know I’m a fan of flats and slippers (and in general any flat shoe) I do admit that sometimes wearing a sandal gives you more stylized figure. So I opted for these ones in silver with wide heel and medium height so that I can wear them all day without getting tired. This time I chose as complements my transparent clutch and silver infinity bracelets.

And you, do you like shorts for your day a day? Combined with a shirt that I’m pretty sure you have in your closet you will get one styling like this: trendy and elegant.

By the way… CONGRATS TO ALL THE MARTAS AROUND THE WORLD, MY NAMESAKE, I WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY DAY!

Popped by Men Fashion Week

Una vez más hemos vivido la semana de la moda para ellos con los nuevos diseños para la Primavera/Verano 2015 pero esta vez no ha sido como las anteriores… No se si ha sido porque El Corte Inglés se ha metido de por medio pero desde luego estos modelos tan guapos, altos y sobre todo simpáticos no son a lo que yo por lo menos estaba acostumbrada a ver en anteriores ediciones. Os dejo fotos con algunos de ellos y este fin de semana haremos un repaso de alguno de los desfiles que más me han gustado a mi, ¡así que estad atentos!

En las fotos salgo también con mi compi y amigo Carlos Arnelas que además es blogger oficial de ECI y con mi amigo Luis Yanes que sólo puedo decir que es un crack.

Como venía directa de una grabación para mis joyas favoritas, Ararat by Yanes, no me dio tiempo de cambiarme de ropa. Por lo tanto llevo un vestido color block en blanco y negro donde la falda es lisa y el cuerpo es de tirantes con pequeños volantes. Opté por mis sandalias de cordones en estampado de serpiente y cómo no por un anillo y una combinación de pulseras muy original mezclando brazaletes anchos con pulseras de tornillo. Como siempre un maxi bolso para poder meter todos mis imprescindibles del día a día.

Espero que paséis un buen día y fin de semana y mañana acordaros de revisar la sección de chico para conocer las nuevas propuestas de los diseñadores españoles de cara al verano que viene.

Once again we have attended the men fashion week with the new designs for the Spring/Summer 2015 but this time it has not been like the last year… I don’t know if it was because El Corte Inglés has gotten in between but of course these very handsome, tall and mostly friendly models are not what I was used to see in the last previous editions. I show you some pics with some of them and this weekend we will review some of the shows that I liked most, so stay tuned!

In the pics I’m also with my cool friend Carlos Arnelas who actually is an official blogger of ECI and my super friend Luis Yanes which I only can say that is a top.

As I came directly from a shooting with my favorite jewelry brand, Ararat by Yanes, I didn’t have time to change my clothes. So I was wearing a color block dress in black and white where the skirt is smooth and the body is a top with small wavelets. I chose my sandals with laces in snake print and how not a ring and these very original combination of bracelets in gold, silver, and rose gold. Always a maxi bag to bring with me my essentials for the day a day.

Color-blocked dress

¡Hola hola!

Siento el retraso en publicar el post de hoy pero como algunos ya sabéis llevo una semana intensa y no por las reuniones y trabajo, sino porque estoy mala del oído y he tenido que ir varias veces al hospital…

¡Pero más vale tarde que nunca! Así que aquí os dejo el post de hoy que aunque no acompaña con el tiempo que estamos tendiendo estos días en la capital es muy fresquito y veraniego.

El vestido color-blocked en negro y rosa palo me gusta porque se puede llevar tanto a diario como lo llevo yo hoy con bailarinas y un maxi bolso como sandalias o tacones y un clutch. Además la mezcla de texturas del negro liso con los flecos me pareció muy original. Hoy si que he escogido varios complementos llamativos para resaltar el look: mi preferido es el brazalete dorado porque aparte de ser muy vistoso cuando estás morena sienta aún mejor. El anillo de los labios y mi collar de pinchos con diamantes ya me los habéis visto en otras ocasiones.

Sorry for the delay in posting today’s post but as many of you know I’ve had a very busy week of meetings and work and furthermore I’ve earache and I’ve had to go several times to the hospital…

But better late than never! So here I show you this post with a summer dress although these days are a little bit cold in Madrid.

I like the color-blocked dress in black and soft pink because you can wear it for both daily as I do now with these color-blocked flats and a maxi bag or with heels and a clutch to have dinner. I find very original the mix of textures of the dress: black silk with fringed pale skirt. Today I have chosen striking accessories to highlight the look: my favorite is the gold bracelet because it really makes you shine. You already know my lip ring and my spiked collar with diamonds.

Cross to wear

Ya sabéis que no yo no suelo llevar muchos colgantes o pulseras porque aparte de que me molestan en mi día a día me parece que no van mucho con mi estilo. Si llevo algo tiene que ser discreto pero por supuesto algo de tendencia. Por eso cuando descubrí estas piezas con cruces me gustaron para llevarlas en mi día a día y me decidí a traéroslas a través de Lusstra. Me gustan porque como ya sabéis las cruces están muy de moda desde hace varias temporadas y no sólo en joyas sino también en camisetas, estampados e incluso bolsos y calzado. Pero lo que más me gustó es que son muy finas y discretas, por eso yo combino varios colores juntos si que parezca que voy muy “enjoyada”. Tenéis el conjunto completo de pendientes, colgante y pulsera y en el color de piedras que más combine con vosotras o con vuestra ropa: rosa, azul y verde.

You already know that I don’t use to wear many jewelry because jewels bother me and I think that they don’t match with my style. If I have to wear anything it has to be simple but very trendy.
