¡Buenos días familia!

¿Cómo estáis pasando las vacaciones? Espero que mejor que yo… que me he tirado todo el domingo en el hospital, haha, me río por no llorar porque además hoy tenía un planazo de playa que es lo que más me gusta hacer… Si es que como me habéis dicho más de uno, lo que sentimos y sufrimos por dentro se acaba reflejando de una forma u otra en nuestra salud, pero lo importante es que no es nada grave y que en unos días volveré a estar perfecta. ¡A por todas siempre!

Por fin os enseño las primeras fotos de los días tan divertidos que pasamos en Formentera. Fue un viaje sorpresa que nos organizó Drumwit y eso es precisamente lo que más me gustó, que hasta el último momento no supimos dónde íbamos. ¿No os parece un regalo súper original?

Y cómo no aparte de ir en barquito de cala en cala tuvimos que hacer parada obligatoria en Beso Beach para comer en este mítico restaurante donde ¡mirad a quién nos encontramos! y darnos muuuuchos besitos… hehe.

Desde luego repito una vez más que muchas veces intentamos irnos a paraísos lejanos sin darnos cuenta de que tenemos paraísos preciosos como este en España y apenas a media hora en barco de Ibiza.

Y os quiero transmitir tranquilidad desde este post. Se que estáis preocupados por mí por los mensajes y mails que he podido leer estas semanas, pero de verdad que estoy bien y que siempre todo lo que nos pasa en la vida es por algo. Es normal que al principio los cambios radicales nos afecten sobre todo los que están relacionados con el amor y nuestro “corazoncito”, pero os aseguro que lo que tiene que ser para nosotros (ya sea un trabajo, un amigo, una pareja…) será. Eso lo tengo muy claro. Sino es así es porque otra cosa mejor vendrá. Pero ya os digo que nadie se muere de amor y que nada es tan grave como nos parece inicialmente… pero las cosas con tiempo y espacio se ven siempre desde otra perspectiva y se convierten en lecciones o buenos recuerdos.

Os dejo también el vídeo que hice de resumen de estos días espectaculares para que os riáis un ratito viéndome hacer el tonto… y sí, me encanta tener ese toque de locura que según mis padres tengo desde que nací, es algo que no quiero cambiar porque es lo que creo que me hace diferente.

Good morning family!

Are you enjoying your holidays? I hope so! At least more than me that I have been all the Sunday in the hospital here in LA… besides today I had a beach party that is what I like most… I t’s like you have told me more than once, what we feel and suffer inside is reflected in one way or another in our health, but the important thing is that it is nothing serious and that in a few days I will be feeling perfect again. Remember myself: never give up!

Finally I show you the first photos of the fun days that we spent in Formentera. It was a surprise trip that Drumwit organized for us and that is precisely what I liked the most, that until the last moment we did not know where we were going. Don’t you think this is such an original gift?

And of course apart from going by boat from beach to beach we had to make a mandatory stop at Beso Beach to eat at this mythical restaurant where, look who we meet! And of course it was all about kisses all around… hehe.

I repeat once again that many times we try to find different paradises without realizing that we have beautiful paradises like this one in Spain and just half an hour by boat from Ibiza.

And now I want to talk to you, my coolest family! Stay calm. I know that you are worried about me for the messages and mails that I have been able to read these last weeks, but I am really good and you know that everything happens for a reason. It is normal that at the very beginning the radical changes in our lives affect us so hard, especially those that are related to love and our “little heart”, but I can tell you that what has to be for us (a job, a friend, a couple…) it will be in the end. This is true story. And if not it is because something better is coming. But I tell you that nobody dies of love and nothing is as serious or bad as it seems at the beginning… because things with time and space are always seen from another perspective and point of view and they become lessons or good memories.

Here I leave you also the video that I did these amazing days in Formentera so that you laugh for a while watching me acting like crazy… ’cause yes, I love being a little bit crazy and having that touch of madness that according to my parents I have since I was born, it’s something I do not want  to change because it is what makes me different.

Mauritius, part II

¡Hola hola!

Por fin os puedo contar lo bien que lo pasamos en Mauricio… empezando por el pedazo de hotel en el que estuvimos. Nos alojamos en el que yo creo que es el mejor hotel de la isla por lo que pude ver por internet y por lo que pude comentar con amigos que ya habían estado ahí antes. The Residence Mauritius. El personal del hotel desde que llegamos fue encantador con nosotros y como podéis ver en las fotos y oísteis en el vídeo nos mimaron cada día y cuidaron hasta el último detalle.

Comencemos por el tema de las fechas. Me habéis preguntado que cuándo es el mejor momento para ir. Pues bien, lo que nosotros entendemos como verano (Julio-Septiembre) allí es su invierno, por lo que no sería la mejor fecha viajar a la isla… sin embargo como podéis ver tuvimos unos días increíbles excepto el día que fuimos de excursión al Templo. El invierno de ellos es realmente estar a unos 20 grados de temperatura, con calor por el día como para poder bañarte en el mar y por las noches simplemente llevar una manga larga aunque muchos días ni eso. Por eso en realidad yo preferí ir en esta época porque entonces no quiero ni pensar el calor que debe de hacer en sus meses de verano…

Es una isla pequeña que se puede recorrer de punta a punta en 2 horas. Y son 2 horas porque sólo hay dos carreteras principales, y ya. Una que bordea toda la isla y va al lado del mar y otra que atraviesa la isla por el interior. Es muy fácil por lo tanto alquilar un coche y poder conducir a cualquier sitio.

Y aquí os dejo una lista de las cosas más divertidas e interesantes que visitar en la isla: ir a la Isla de los Ciervos, ¡nadar con delfines!, ir a la zona de Le Morne, visitar las bahías Blue Bay y Gran Bay, ir a la capital Port Louis y a sus mercados tradicionales, visitar el templo Gran Bassin que es el más importante de la comunidad hindú allí, comer en la calle en Dholl Pouri, o Sopu Halim. Y disfrutar de esta isla que además es un volcán que está rodeado de rocas… es preciosa. Por eso no rompen las olas en la orilla, sino unos metros adentro, y de ahí su encanto.

Hello guys!

Finally I can tell you how the amazing days that we spent in Mauritius… starting with the wonderful hotel that we stayed in. We stayed in the one I think is the best hotel on the island from what I could see on internet and also according to the opinions of some friends that had already been there before. The Residence Mauritius. The hotel staff since we arrived was super lovely and nice with us and as you can see in the photos and  video they took care of us every single detail and in every single detail.

Let’s start with the weather issue. You asked me when is the best time to visit the island. Well, what we understand as summer (July-September) is its winter time there, so it would not be the best date to travel to the island if you just want to sunbathe at the beach… however as you can see we had some incredible days except the day we went on a trip to visit the Temple. The winter of them is really about 20 degrees of temperature, si it is not winter at all, you still can swim in the sea and at night just wear a long sleeve although many days you don’t even need it. That’s why I actually preferred to go in this time because during their summer time I would have melted literally with the sand.

It is a small island that you can drive from one side to another in 2 hours. And it’s 2 hours because there are only 2 main roads. One that borders the whole island and goes by the side of the sea and another one that crosses the island through the interior. It is very easy and a good idea therefore to rent a car and be able to drive anywhere.

And here’s a list of the most fun and interesting things to do on the island: go to Deer Island, swimming with dolphins!, go to the Le Morne area, visit Blue Bay and Gran Bay, stroll around the capital Port Louis and its traditional markets, visit the Great Bassin temple which is the most important of the Hindu community there, eat in the street food in Dholl Pouri, or Sopu Halim. And enjoy this island that is also a volcano that is surrounded by rocks… it is beautiful. That is why they do not break the waves on the shore, but a few meters inside, and that’s their charm.

¡Buenos días desde Valencia!

He decidido venirme a una de mis ciudades favoritas de España a pasar un finde divertido en la playa con unas amigas, ¡espero veros por aquí!

Aunque no soy muy de transparencias, no voy a negar que me encantó este vestido en cuanto lo vi. No me parece que quede tan exagerado para verano o para dar un paseo por la tarde en una isla como Ibiza. Eso sí, prepárate para que todo el mundo te mire de arriba a abajo y que comenten sin parar… esa parte ya me da más vergüenza haha.

Cómo me gusta pasear por el centro de la isla, por el pueblo, el casco histórico. Pero qué gran equivocación hacerlo con tacones… aunque sabía perfectamente a lo que me atenía, pero todo sea por conseguir la “foto perfecta” con el vestido ¿no? hehe. Las fotos en la escalera son justamente después de caerme, como seguro que habréis visto en el vídeo, y además es que lo vi venir como 5 minutos antes. Aunque no lo parezca me hice daño en el pie izquierdo que me lo torcí entero… lección aprendida: la próxima vez me subo descalza o con deportivas y me pongo los tacones para la foto hahaha.

Tengo muchas ganas de enseñaros el que será el próximo vídeo de mi canal que espero poder compartir el domingo porque creo de verdad que OS VA A ENCANTAR… y hasta aquí puedo leer.

Good morning from Valencia!

I decided to come to one of my favorite cities in Spain to spend a fun weekend at the beach with some friends, hope to see you around!

Although I don’t use to wear transparent clothes, I do admit that I loved this dress since the first time I saw it. I do not think it’s too exaggerated for the summer time or for an afternoon stroll on an island like Ibiza. But one thing is sure, be ready for everyone to start looking at you from top to bottom and non stop commenting about your outfit, lol. That’s the shame and worst part haha.

Whenever I visit the white island I like to stroll around the center of the city, through the village, the old town. But what a big mistake to do it with heels… although I knew perfectly what was going to  happen, but everything is OK just to get the “perfect picture” with a cool dress, right? hahaha. The photos sitting on the stairs were just after I fell down, as you will surely have seen on the video. I saw it come like 5 minutes earlier when I first saw the stairs. Although I did not look like, it really hurt my left foot because I literally twisted it… lesson learned: next time I will walk with sneakers or barefoot and I will put the heels just for the pics hahaha.

I can’t really wait to show you what will be the next video on my tv channel that I hope to share it on Sunday afternoon because I really think that YOU WILL LOOOVE IT… and I can’t say anymore right now.

Lace LBD

¡Buenos días a todos!

¿Qué tal ha ido el fin de semana? Yo lo he pasado en Madrid y la verdad es que muerta de calor… ¡y encima trabajando!

El Sábado desconecté un ratito a mediodía y fui a la piscina de mi amiga Nora y a comer con ella y después tuve una divertidísima cena que seguro que muchos habéis visto en mi Stories, en el Palacio de Cibeles.

Y ayer me pasé el día trabajando y editando fotos en casa y luego de shooting con mi hermana y mi madre, ¡qué haría sin ellas! A casi 40 grados y las dos ayudándome con mi trabajo en Domingo… ¡muy santas! hahaha.

Y reconozco que el negro sigue siendo mi color favorito cuando tengo un evento importante y no se qué ponerme. Por eso para una de nuestras cenas en Ibiza escogí este LBD de encaje con tirante fino y falda con vuelo. Me gusta romper el toque lady del vestido con los tacones con tachuelas.

Para terminar hoy quiero recordaros que en la vida lo importante siempre SIEMPRE es participar. Intentarlo. Arriesgarse. Lucharlo. Consigamos antes o después nuestros objetivos, lo más importante es que hemos peleado y luchado por ellos hasta el final. Para mí el intentarlo aunque las cosas no salgan como queremos, tiene mucho más valor que el quedarse de brazos cruzados. ¿O no?

Good morning people!

How was your weekend? I have spent it in Madrid and the truth is that I melted away with the super high temperatures… almost 40 degrees! And of course non stop working, but with the help of my mom and sister, that’s so much better. 

On Saturday I disconnected for a little bit and I went to the pool of my friend Nora and to have lunch with her and afterwards I had an amazing dinner that surely many of you have seen on my Stories, in the Palace of Cibeles.

And yesterday I spent the day working and editing photos at home and after shooting with my sister and my mother, what would I do without them! They both helping me with my work on a Sunday … so lovely!

And I recognize that black is still my favorite color when I have an important event and I do not know what to wear. That is why for one of our dinners in Ibiza I chose this lace LBD with thin straps. I like to break the lady’s touch of the dress with my studded heels.

To finish today I want to remind you that in life, the important thing is ALWAYS to participate. To try it. To take a chance. To fight for it. Even when we don’t achieve our goals at the first time, the most important thing is that we have fought for them until the end. For me to try it even if things do not go as good as we want, it has much more value than standing crossing arms. Don’t you think so?

Hippie life

Cuanto mayor me hago más me gustan las cosas sencillas en la vida. La vida hippie como le llamo yo, sin postureo, sin filtros, sin ningún tipo de “make up”, las personas naturales y reales, las cosas claras y sin mentiras, la conciencia tranquila. La vida tal cual.

Así es como me sentí en Ibiza: libre, con el pelo suelto al aire, la sal y arena sobre mi piel, sin filtros ni maquillaje, descalza todo el día que es una de las cosas que más me gustan. Claro que también hubo tiempo para salir de fiesta por las noches y arreglarnos un poco más para cenar y brindar por la vida. E incluso fuimos a pasear por el centro de la isla y me caí como podéis ver.

En fin, que en el vídeo os cuento todo y que espero que os guste, porque es un vídeo que muestra tal cual mi vida y cómo soy. Así me paso los días y este es mi “truco” para ser feliz, que muchas veces me lo preguntáis. Ver siempre el vaso medio lleno. Tratar de disfrutar de los pequeños momentos mágicos que son los que se quedarán para siempre en nuestro recuerdo. Cantar y bailar sin parar, todos los días. Reír, reír mucho hasta que te duelan los músculos de la tripa. Hacer lo que te haga feliz, esto es lo más importante, y rodearte de personas que quieras y que te quieran de vuelta. Porque sino un día te darás cuenta de que la vida se te ha escapado y que ya no puedes hacer nada para cambiar las cosas porque ya es demasiado tarde.

The older I get, the more I like the simple things in life. Hippie life as I call it, without posing, without filters, without any make up, natural and real people, clear things and clear minds and without any lies. Life as it is.

This is how I felt in Ibiza: free, with the hair to the air, salt and sand on my skin, without any filter or makeup, barefoot all day long that is one of my favourite things. Of course there was also time to party in the evenings and dress up a little bit more for dinner and have some drinks. And even we went for a walk around the center of the island and I felt down the stairs as you can see.

Anyway, in the video I tell you and show you everything and I hope you like it, because it is a video that shows really how my life is and how I am. That way I spend every day of my life and this is my “happiness trick”, that many times you ask me about. Always see the bottle half full. Try to enjoy the little magical moments that are the ones that will stay forever in our memory. Sing and dance non stop, every day. Laugh, laugh a lot until your gut muscles hurt. Do what makes you happy, this is the most important thing, and surround yourself with people you love and who love you in return. Because one day you will realize that life has escaped you and that you can do nothing to change things because it is too late…

¡Buenos días familia!

Comenzamos nueva semana y yo la empiezo muy contenta, feliz y llena de energía, aunque ahora mismo esté en el aeropuerto de México con un retraso en mi vuelo a Houston-Boston, de más de 4h… ¡paciencia! haha.

Como sabéis he pasado 3 días en México DF conociéndolo y disfrutando de esta cultura, gente, gastronomía, lugares, etc. que me encantan desde siempre y que una vez más me han fascinado. Os contaré todo como siempre en próximos posts.

Una de las cosas que más me gusta de la primavera es cuando empiezo a tener trabajos divertidos en zonas de playa como en este caso en nuestra preciosa isla blanca, Ibiza. ¡Ya huele a veranito chicos!

Y hoy os quiero enseñar este look que es completo de El Corte Inglés. El vestido de florecitas pequeñas es súper cómodo y veraniego para estas fechas ya al igual que las alpargatas. Son un calzado perfecto para los días de primavera o verano que además no dan calor y al llevar algo de cuña nos dan un poco más de altura. Por otra parte los capazos y bolsos de paja están más de moda que nunca, y este con las piñas dibujadas me encantó para mis días de playa o tardes de paseo.

Termino hoy diciendo que la verdad es que sigo sin entender por qué algunas personas (aunque bien es cierto que no ha sido ni un 1%) no se alegran de la felicidad ajena. No puedo entender que se critique a los demás abiertamente sin ningún tipo de remordimiento. Sólo porque algunos seamos “personajes públicos” no significa que tengamos que aceptar el “todo vale”. Somos personas con sentimientos y yo os muestro todo lo que hago, tanto en mi trabajo como en mi vida personal, lo primero porque quiero porque soy así y me gusta que lo sepáis ya que se que a la mayoría os gusta saberlo y en segundo lugar porque no tengo nada que ocultar y me gusta ser lo más transparente y cercana posible a vosotros. Por eso si estoy triste o preocupada por algo os lo comento (aunque no suele ser el caso) al igual que cuando estoy feliz me gusta compartir esa felicidad con vosotros como yo me alegro cuando me contáis vuestras experiencias.

En fin, sólo añadir que nosotros estamos muy muy felices y que vamos a disfrutar de este momento y de todo lo que venga juntos y alegres, que es como somos. Esto ha sido como un precioso regalo de Dios y nos sentimos muy afortunados y agradecidos por ello. Y evidentemente nada va a cambiar porque un par de personas quieran intentar hacernos daño gratuito, más bien al revés, eso nos hace más fuertes. Sólo quería expresar por aquí mi tristeza de que haya gente así que no se centre en su propia felicidad y que se alegre por la de los demás.

A todos los demás que nos habéis apoyado tanto daros las gracias un día más y deciros que ¡sois los mejores! ¡OS QUIERO!

Good morning family!

Let’s start a new week and I start it very happy, happy and full of energy, even now that I’m at the airport in Mexico with a delay in my flight to Houston-Boston, of more than 4h… things that happen! 

As you know I have spent 3 amazing days in Mexico City discovering it and enjoying this culture, people, gastronomy, places, etc. Which I have always loved and once again have fascinated me. I will tell you everything as always in coming posts.

One of the things that I like most about Spring is when I start to have fun jobs at the beach or some beautiful islands like in this case in our beautiful white island, Ibiza. It already smells like Summer time guys!

And today I want to show you this complete look form El Corte Inglés. The small flowers dress is super comfortable and perfect for these hot days, just like the espadrilles. They are a the perfect footwear for spring or summer time that also do not give warmth and having a wedge give us a little more height. On the other hand the straw bags are more fashionable than ever, and this one with the pineapples painted I loved it to bring it for my days at the beach or my afternoon walks.

I finish today saying that the truth is that I still do not understand why some people (although it is true that it has not even been the 1%) do not enjoy with other’s happiness. I can not understand why people criticize so hard people that they don’t even know without any remorse. Just because some of us are “public figures” does not mean that we have to accept “everything”. We are people with feelings and I show you everything I do, both about my work and about my personal life, first of all because I want to do it because I am like this and I like you to know it since I know that most of you  like to know it, and secondly because I have nothing to hide and I like to be as transparent and close to you as possible. So if I am sad or worried about something I always share it with you (although this is not usually the case lol) and also when I am happy I like to share that happiness with you the same way I am happy for you when you tell me your experiences.

Anyway, just add that we are very very happy together and that we will enjoy this moment and everything that comes, together and joyful, which is how we are. This has been a precious gift from God and we feel very lucky and grateful for it. And obviously nothing bad is going to change anything between us, just because a couple of persons want to freely hurt others. It is actually the opposite, all these comments make us stronger. I just wanted to express here my sadness that there are people that prefer to focus on this instead of focusing on finding their own happiness. 

To all the others of you who have supported us so much to thank you one more day, you are the best! I LOVE YOU!

Maldives, V

Último día en Madrid… de nuevo empaquetando medio armario para llevármelo a Los Angeles.

Lo cierto es que cada vez que me voy de Madrid por tanto tiempo me vienen sentimientos encontrados de tristeza y alegría. Tristeza por dejar a mi familia y amigos de aquí, por dejar mi casita, mi ciudad… pero alegría porque allí también tengo buenos amigos y además el tiempo se me pasa volando. Además estoy deseando enseñaros todo lo que voy a estar haciendo estas próximas semanas porque se que os va a gustar e interesar mucho.

Hoy os enseño otro de los bikinis que me llevé a Maldivas, que creo que es por el que más me habéis preguntado. La verdad es que es muy de mi estilo por el diseño con volantes y los colores claritos: azul y blanco.

¡Tiburón, tiburóoon! En este momento justo fue cuando pasó un tiburón por la orilla, no se si lo habéis visto en mi último vídeo. Ana me avisó y yo pensaba que lo decía de broma para que saliese “descojonada” en las fotos, como suele ser habitual”, pero no, era cierto. Era un tiburón bebé, o eso pensamos nosotras. En realidad este tipo de tiburones no suelen ser carnívoros, sino que comen pequeños peces y plancton.

Y ya me voy corriendo a terminar las maletas y a ir preparando el vídeo que compartiré con vosotros mañana.

Last day in Madrid… packing again for my next trip to Los Angeles tomorrow. Can’t wait to be back!

The truth is that every time I have to leave Madrid for so long there come mixed feelings of sadness and happiness to me. Sad to leave my family and friends here again, my house, my city… but happy because there I also have good friends and also is time to come back to keep on working there. Besides, I’m looking forward to show you everything I’m going to do there these coming weeks because I know you’re going to like it all, it’s going to be fun and interesting. 

Today I show you another of the bikinis that I brought to Maldives, which I think is the one that you have most asked me about. The truth is that it is very my style for the design with frills and the light colors: blue and white.

Shark, shark! Right now was when a shark passed just by my side, I do not know if you saw it on my last video on my TV channel. Ana warned me and I thought she was joking to make me feel “weird” in the photos, as I usually do, lol, but no, it was true. It was a baby shark, or so we thought. They aren’t usually carnivorous, they use to eat small fish and plankton.

And I’m going now to finish packing and to finish editing tomorrow’s video that I’ll share with you tomorrow when I arrive to LA.

¡Buenos días chicos!

No puedo estar más contenta hoy, y creo que no hay mejor forma de comenzar nueva semana de trabajo.

Me lo he pasado fenomenal este fin de semana en Valencia con mis amigos pero también con todos vosotros. No sabía que nuestra familia era tan grande allí, ¡me habéis sorprendido muchísimo! Me encantó conoceros a todos, hacerme fotos, vídeos, Stories… aunque no os pueda contestar uno por uno quiero deciros que he visto todas las fotos y vídeos que me habéis enviado y me encantan, ¡sois los mejores y que viva Valencia! Volveré pronto…

De nuevo ha llegado el momento de volverme a Los Angeles para seguir trabajando por allí. Me voy el miércoles por la mañana así que hoy y mañana como os podéis imaginar son días de caos total ya que me llevo dos maletas enormes y tengo que empezar a preparar todo… Lo mejor de todo es que mi amiga Sylvia se viene conmigo esta vez, así que ¡que tiemble California! Esta es la mejor parte de mi trabajo, el poder viajar muchas veces con tus amigos porque todo se hace mucho más llevadero y divertido.

Estas fotos de hoy creo que son mis favoritas de Maldivas. Es verdad que fotos en bikini con estos colores, este agua, son geniales, pero lo que más me apetecía es tener fotos con un vestido blanco para resaltar el moreno, caminando descalza por la playa, y a mi aire con mi “modo feliz” de siempre. Aquí soy “muy yo”. Ojalá pueda volver pronto a disfrutar de nuevo de este paraíso.

Good morning guys!

I can not be happier today, and I think there is no better way to start a new working week.

I had a great time this weekend in Valencia with my friends but also with all of you. I did not know that our family was so big there, you surprised me a lot! I loved meeting everyone, taking pictures and videos with you, Instagram Stories… although I can not answer you one by one I want to tell you that I have seen all the photos and videos you sent me and I love them all, you are the best and I do love Valencia! I will be back soon…

Again it’s time to go back to Los Angeles to continue working there. I’m leaving on Wednesday morning so today and tomorrow as you can imagine will be crazy days for me as I have to bring two huge suitcases and I have to start preparing everything now… The best part is that my friend Sylvia will be coming with me this time, so let’s rock California! This is the best part of my job, being able to travel many times with your best friends because everything becomes so much easier and fun.

I think that these pics are my favourites from Maldives. It is true that pictures in bikini with these colors, this water, are great, but what I really wanted to have photos with a white dress to highlight my sun tanning, walking barefoot on the beach, and with my “happy mood” always. Here I am “very me”. I wish I could come back soon to enjoy this paradise again.

¡BUENOS DÍAS MADRID!

Por mucho que me encante viajar, por mucho que me encante mi trabajo, por mucho que eche de menos a mis amigos y mi vida en Los Angeles… siempre me encanta volver a casa. ¡Qué felicidad!

Me recogieron anoche mi hermana y mi madre en el aeropuerto y nos vinimos a mi casa a empezar a deshacer maletas y de ‘charleta’, mucho que contar después de 2 meses.

Me acosté sobre las 2am por el jet lag y me he despertado a las 7am, pero como una rosa, menos mal, así que ¡a tope con el Lunes!

Hoy os enseño las fotos y el interior de la cárcel de Alcatraz, en San Francisco, y el vídeo lo tendréis este miércoles. La verdad es que es impresionante pensar en la de cosas que se debieron vivir entre estas 4 paredes, con los más malos de entre los malos. Y en el vídeo os contaré muchos más detalles.

Como puse en la foto que compartí en mi Instagram: “todo acto tiene sus consecuencias, ya sean positivas o negativas. Así que antes de actuar asegurémonos de que estamos preparados para ellas”. Y bien cierto es. La libertad es el regalo más importante que se nos ha dado (que Dios nos ha dado a todos) y nosotros somos libres de actuar e interpretarla como queramos. Eso sí, como os digo siempre desde el respeto y el amor al prójimo. Esta es la mejor forma de disfrutar de nuestra libertad.

Y yo me he vuelto a despertar hoy feliz, como os he dicho al principio. Feliz por la suerte que tenemos la mayoría de nosotros de poder tener salud, una casa, un trabajo. Feliz porque hace un día precioso hoy en Madrid. Feliz porque me encanta mi trabajo y me encanta haber madrugado para editar estas fotos y escribir este post. Feliz por teneros a todos vosotros de una forma u otra en mi vida.

Y me despido contadoos mi experiencia de anoche. En el último vuelo de Londres a Madrid, que casi lo pierdo porque el aeropuerto de Heathrow es mortal, conocí a una familia impresionante. No puedo negar que me dieron envidia sana. Pilar es la súper mami de 8 niños, 5 chicas y 3 chicos, maravillosos. Además ella es profe en un colegio de Majadahonda cuando la última niña tiene apenas 1 año, ¡ole!. Me encantó ver cómo se llevaban todos de bien, cómo obedecían, y cómo todo en la vida se reduce a lo de siempre: querer es poder. Me hizo especial ilusión ya que se que sus alumnas me siguen mucho por lo que me comentó y también se que Pilar, la hija mayor, es muy seguidora también. Me encanta conocer a gente así de alegre y positiva, son casos de inspiración y motivación para mí.

Les mando un besazo desde aquí igual que a todos vosotros.

GOOD MORNING MADRID!

Even when I love traveling more than ever, even having in mind that I do love my work, even when I’m missing my friends and my life in Los Angeles… it is always amazing to come back home from time to time. Happiness!

I was picked up last night by my sister and my mom at the airport and we came to my house to start unpacking and chatting about everything, there were so much to tell after 2 months.

I went to bed about 2am because of the jet lag and I woke up at 7am this morning, but like a rose, lucky me, so let’s rock this Monday!

Today I show you the photos and the inside of the Alcatraz jail in San Francisco, and you will have the complete video on my tv channel this Wednesday. The truth is that it is impressive to think about the things that should have happen between these 4 walls, with the baddest people ever. And in the video I will tell you many more details.

As I said it in the picture I shared on my Instagram inside this jail: “every act has its consequences, whether positive or negative, so before we act let’s make sure we’re ready for them”. True story. Freedom is the most important gift we have been given (that God has given to us) and we are free to act and interpret it as we want. Of course, as I always say based on the respect and love for each other. This is the best way to enjoy our freedom.

And I woke up again today very happy, as I said at the beginning. Happy to think about how lucky we are the ones who have health, a home, a job. Happy because it is a beautiful and sunny day today in Madrid. Happy because I love my work and I love to have weak up early to edit these photos and write this post. Happy to have you all in one way or another in my life.

And I want to finish today telling you about my experience last night at the plane. On the last flight from London to Madrid, I almost lost it because Heathrow Airport is deadly, I met an impressive family. I can not deny that they gave me healthy envy. Pilar is the super mom of 8 children, 5 girls and 3 guys, wonderful. She is also a teacher in a Majadahonda school when the last baby is not even 1 year old, wow! I loved to see how they all obey their parents, how they love each other and how everything in life comes down to: to want is to can. I was especially excited because I know that her students are my followers according to what she told me and I also know that Pilar, the oldest daughter, is my follower too. I love meeting people like that, cheerful and positive, they are inspirational and motivating for me.

Coronado island

¡Buenos días familia!

Como sabéis estoy en San Francisco con mis amigos Sylvia y Carlos, que hemos venido 4 días para conocer esta ciudad. Es la primera vez que visitamos los tres esta ciudad californiana y la verdad es que nos está encantado.

Seguimos con nuestra rutina de trabajar por la noche y por las mañanas súper pronto para poder aprovechar las horas de luz e ir a hacer fotos y vídeos por el día.

Las fotos que os enseño hoy son en la isla de Coronado, más concretamente en Mission Bay. Es una zona al lado de una base militar que recibe este nombre debido a las operaciones militares españolas que se llevaron a cabo aquí. Las casitas (o casazas) que veis en estas fotos son literalmente de película. ¿Quién no querría tener una casa de estas en una pequeña isla en frente del mar?

Una vez más escogí tonos claros ya que los días tan soleados y las buenas temperaturas me incitan siempre a llevar prendas blancas y en tonos pastel. Llevo unos vaqueros de pitillo blancos y un jersey oversize en nude trenzado en la espalda.

Uno de mis momentos favoritos en la vida, aparte de relajarme en una playa a tomar el sol, es pasear descalza por la arena, sobre las olas… Me produce una calma interior, paz y sobre todo una felicidad indescriptibles. Me encanta aprender a disfrutar de estos pequeños momentos que me dan tanta alegría y energía.

Quería haber compartido con vosotros el vídeo que tocaba ayer, domingo, al canal, pero parece que tengo un serio problemas con las conexiones en este país… peeero he dejado el vídeo subiéndose toda la noche y ya lo tenéis listo en el canal. Os lo dejo aquí también aunque prepararé un post especial en el blog donde os contaré más detalles y os enseñaré más fotos del vestido.

Good morning family!

As you would know I am currently in San Francisco with my friends Sylvia and Carlos. We have come 4 days to discover this city. It is the first time we have visited this Californian city and the truth is that we are enjoying it so much.

We continue with our American working routine of working at night and in the mornings very early to be able to take advantage of the light and sun hours to make photos and videos during the day.

The photos I show you today are at Coronado Island, more specifically in Mission Bay. It is an area next to a military base that received this name due to the Spanish military operations that were carried out here. The houses (or super houses) that you see in these photos are literally like from a movie. Who would not want to have a house in these small island just in front of the sea?

Once again I chose light colors for a sunny day with good temperatures, it always incites me to wear white and pastel clothes. I’m wearing white skinny ripped jeans and an oversize sweater in nude braided at the back.

One of my favorite moments in life, aside from relaxing sunbathing at the beach, is to walk barefoot on the sand, with the waves… It produces an inner calm, peace and above all an indescribable happiness. I love learning every day how to enjoy these little moments that give me so much joy and energy in my life.

I wanted to have shared with you yesterday my last video on my tv channel as it was Sunday, but it seems that I have serious problems with the connections in this country… lol. But I have left the video uploading all night and you already have it ready on my tv channel. I leave it here too although I will prepare a special post on the blog where I will tell you more details about this special event and will show you more pictures of my complete outfit.
