Leather love

IMG_7531

Morning people!

Some of you would see last night on my social networks that I attended the premiere of the new movie of Megan Montaner and Hugo Silva “Gods and Dogs” and I can assure you I was not disappointed, I recommend you to go to see this film because they make you to be expectant all the 85 minutes and furthermore they play really good roles. But certainly what I liked most is that it makes you think, realize what really matters in life and also appreciate what you have because there is always someone worse than you.

Well, going to analyze today’s look you know that there are days that I like to go more “modern”. This pleated leather skirt is one of my must for this season and I’ve already combined it with other options but I had not yet posted any here. Because of the weather of these days (there are times cooler and suddenly the sun shines more than ever) I chose a denim shirt with gold studs  and a gray sweater tied around the waist. My Stan Smith sneakers that I wear almost every day with skirts, jeans, shorts and even dresses because they are so comfortable and they are sooo trendy. As complements a black shoulder bag, my XL sunniess, my gold watch with light blue details and a necklace with “M” from Marta.

Let start the wednesday with positive energy!

Valentina!

IMG_6829

M.C.

“How are you my Valentina?” That’s what my mother said when she saw me appear this weekend with my new Valentino heels. So I wanted to headline today’s post with that name because it was so funny to me, she always makes me laugh, she is really the love of my life.

I have to admit that when I started to think about how to combine my new perfect shoes I thought in many possible combinations. Why I didn’t start with skinny jeans and a shirt? Why not boyfriend style jeans and an oversize sweater? Why not one lbd? But when I was trying on all this different clothes in my closet I suddenly were dressed like this and  I realized that it was “THE LOOK”.

The lingerie kinda skirts with lace on the edge have been a must since last season. Hands up the one of you that doesn’t have one! And as it was a daily style look and to break the “formal” touch I chose to combine this black skirt with a denim shirt and my favorite soft pink trench that you know that I bought in London this last spring. I also opted my beige quilted handbag with golden chain matching the golden details of the watch. My only accessory were my XL sunnies (also in love with them hehe).

And the million question: what do you think about my new Valentino studded sandals Valentino?

XO,

M.C.

Discovering Montecarlo (part I)

IMG_0741

¡Muchos besos!

Morning people!

How is going your long weekend? Those of you that were able to go away out of the city hope you enjoy a few more relaxed days… I’ve also made a escape to the beach and I’m writing you now from here.

I keep showing you pictures of my weekend in Monte-Carlo. This time I show part of the Formula 1 circuit, the marina with all those luxury boats as you can see in the pictures but what I liked most were the views from the Royal Palace of the Grimaldi family. The sea in the distance, the cute houses on the coast, the marina and the town and above the lush mountains, a lovely contrast.

For a day of tourism I always choose a comfy outfit. Ripped jeans, my black Homies shirt and a denim shirt for the early morning and evening. I wore once again my silver sneakers that are perforated by the sides so they keep my feet cool. My chosen accessories were my LV maxi bag and my black leather sunglasses.

Po River, Turin

IMG_0302

Discovering a new Italian city, Turin has been one of the things that I liked more on my last trip. I’ve already visited many cities in this country and I really thought that Turin would be “one more” but it surprised me. The beige and pastel colors low buildings, a city full of arches through which pass cars and people, trams traveling from one side to another of the city, many different gardens, the wonderful Royal Palace, the huge squares with terraces to enjoy their delicious “gelato “… I have fallen in love with this city more than any other italian one. One of the required strolls  is to walk by the side of the Po river where you will find bridges like this one on the pics. Calm and a fabulous scenery is what I found for some hours walking to end up in the Mole Antonelliana Tower which you can see in the distance in some of the pics.

For this strolling day I chose a long skirt in makeup pink combined with a denim washed effect crop top tied at the waist. I wore my new silver sneakers that I bought there and I wanted to release them asap. The purple bag gave the color touch to the look with the white watch with pastel details. Of course maxi sunglasses for a sunny day.
